一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,用于配置在按摩椅(6)上并能够沿着人体表面运动,机械手包括有主体(7),主体(7)两侧对称设置有两个第一按摩组件(8),主体(7)上设置有可驱动第一按摩组件(8)动作的驱动机构,主体(7)上对应两个第一按摩组件(8)的中间位置还设置有第二按摩组件,第二按摩组件包括有滚筒(1)、滚筒支架(2),滚筒支架(2)包括有与滚筒(1)配合滚动连接的滚筒安装部(21)、与主体(7)配合固定的基部(22)、分别与滚筒安装部(21)和基部(22)相连接的延伸部(23),延伸部(23)可相对基部(22)朝主体(7)方向摆动,延伸部(23)和基部(22)之间设置有弹性构件,滚筒(1)内设置有加热机构。带有加热按摩头的机械手游走在人体的多个部位之间,有针对性地对人体的多个部位进行按摩、加热,具有更好的舒适性。
Description
本发明涉及按摩椅的技术领域,特别是一种带有加热按摩头的机械手。
机械手是按摩椅上常见的按摩部件,其一般包括有主体,主体上对称设置有两组按摩头,通过主体上的电机、偏心轮等传动构件,使按摩头能够实现敲击、揉捏、揉搓等按摩动作,主体的两侧设置有导轮,导轮与按摩椅的轨道配合运动,使机械手能够运动至人体颈、肩、背、腰、臀等部位并能够对这些部位进行按摩,具有较好的按摩体验。
目前市面上的按摩椅一般都具备加热功能,其加热功能的实现一般依赖于设置在按摩椅外侧的套垫,所述套垫中布置有电热丝,电热丝通电能够产生热量,热量经过套垫传导给人体,从而起到对人体部位的加热效果,但这种加热效果往往比较分散,且在按摩过程中套垫和人体之间位置始终是保持相对静止的,无法做到对人体不同部位的精准加热。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其游走在人体的多个部位之间,有针对性地对人体的多个部位进行按摩、加热,具有更好的舒适性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其用于配置在按摩椅上并能够沿着人体表面运动,所述机械手包括有主体,主体两侧对称设置有两个第一按摩组件,主体上设置有可驱动第一按摩组件动作的驱动机构,所述主体上对应两个第一按摩组件的中间位置还设置有第二按摩组件,所述第二按摩组件包括有滚筒、滚筒支架,所述滚筒支架包括有与滚筒配合滚动连接的滚筒安装部、与主体配合固定的基部、分别与滚筒安装部和基部相连接的延伸部,所述延伸部可相对基部朝主体方向摆动,延伸部和基部之间设置有供延伸部摆动后复位的弹性构件,所述滚筒内设置有加热机构。
本发明的有益效果是:由于延伸部可相对基部朝主体方向摆动,且延伸部和基部之间设置有弹性构件,机械手沿按摩椅导轨运动时可驱动滚筒始终紧贴人体多个部位滚动按摩,与人体背面轮廓相适应,滚筒内侧的加热机构能够对滚筒进行加热,使滚筒在滚动按摩的同时能够对人体多个部位进行加热,加热效果较为集中,且更有针对性,能够带来更好的按摩体验。
进一步地,所述基部包括有限位部,所述限位部将延伸部和基部之间的摆动范围限制在0到90度之间,延伸部和基部之间的夹角的开口朝向机械手的上方设置,所述弹性构 件为施力配合在基部和延伸部之间的扭簧、压簧或拉簧。
上述设置带来的效果是:由于按摩椅的导轨一般呈弯曲形状,将延伸部和基部的摆动范围保持在0到90度之间,并且两者间的夹角的开口朝向机械手的上方设置,使机械手在沿着人体颈部、肩部、背部、腰部、臀部等部位运动时能够提高第二按摩组件和人体之间的接触效果,不会产生突兀感;通过扭簧、压簧或拉簧能够驱使延伸部和基部之间相对摆动后的复位运动,使其作用在人体部位时可提供一定的缓冲力,能够提高按摩时的舒适性。
进一步地,所述滚筒的轴向两端具有连接孔,滚筒支架包括有两个分别与滚筒两端的连接孔配合转动套接的轴套,所述加热机构为两组且分别设置滚筒两端的连接孔中,轴套设置有与加热机构配合固定的安装座。
上述设置带来的效果是:位于滚筒内侧的两组加热机构能够对滚筒均匀地进行加热,提高其对人体部位的加热效果,轴套与连接孔配合转动套接,加热机构与设置在轴套上的安装座配合进行连接,整体结构简单、紧凑,使滚筒滚动时加热机构与安装座之间保持相对静止,不易相互干涉,提高稳定性。
进一步地,所述滚筒安装部包括有两个连接片,轴套包括有可供连接片插入定位的插槽,轴套一端包括有筒状的凸部,所述凸部插设在连接孔中,凸部的外圆周面与所述连接孔的内圆周壁配合转动连接,所述安装座插装定位在凸部的内孔中。
上述设置带来的效果是:轴套和连接片通过插接方式连接定位,安装方便,将安装座设置在凸部的内孔中,结构简单、紧凑,轴套和滚筒相对转动时不会对安装座造成干涉。
进一步地,所述轴套的另一端开设有与所述插槽和凸部内孔依次连通的开口,凸部内孔一端具有与安装座配合限位的环形肩阶,所述安装座可沿所述开口插入到凸部内孔中,所述环形肩阶和连接片与安装座构成限位配合。
上述设置带来的效果是:安装座可沿开口插入到凸部内孔中,使安装座的一端与环形肩阶构成限位配合,而后将连接片插入插槽,连接片能够对安装座的另一端进行限位,将其保持在凸部内孔中,结构简单,安装方便,安装座不易从内孔中脱出,可靠性高。
进一步地,所述安装座上设置有第一通孔,连接片上设置有第二通孔,所述加热机构的供电导线依次沿第一通孔、第二通孔、开口穿设布置。
上述设置带来的效果是:滚筒滚动时不会对供电导线造成干涉,方便供电导线的穿设布置。
进一步地,所述连接片上设置有卡槽,轴套上设置有与卡槽配合卡接定位的卡扣。
上述设置带来的效果是:提高连接片和插槽的插接定位效果。
进一步地,所述加热机构为灯泡,所述滚筒由透明或者半透明材质制成。
上述设置带来的效果是:采用灯泡作为加热机构,在加热同时可发出光亮,可方便地对加热机构的工作状态进行观察,还能够提高美观性。
进一步地,所述滚筒由玉石材质制成。
上述设置带来的效果是:采用玉石材质具有更好的导热和保健效果,灯泡发光时透过滚筒能够产生好看的光彩,提高美观性。
进一步地,所述滚筒两端的连接孔为连通设置。
上述设置带来的效果是:使滚筒的发热更均匀,方便玉石材质滚筒的生产加工。

本发明一种带有加热按摩头的机械手的实施例如图1-10所示:本发明实施例的机械手可用于配置在按摩椅6上并与按摩椅6的导轨61配合沿着人体表面运动,所述机械手包括有主体7,主体7两侧对称设置有两个第一按摩组件8,主体7上设置有可驱动第一按摩组件8产生揉捏、敲击、揉搓等按摩动作的驱动机构,所述驱动机构由电机、转轴、偏心轮等部件组成,主体7的两侧还设置有与导轨61配合运动的滚轮,机械手可沿导轨61分别运动至人体的颈部、肩部、背部、腰部、臀部等多个部位,通过第一按摩组件8实现对这些部位的定点按摩。
所述主体7上对应两个第一按摩组件8的中间位置还设置有第二按摩组件,所述第 二按摩组件包括有滚筒1、滚筒支架2,滚筒1优选为葫芦或者哑铃形状,其中部具有环形的凹部,提高与脊柱轮廓的适配性,滚动时可对人体脊柱两侧的肌肉群进行按摩,所述滚筒支架2包括有与滚筒1配合滚动连接的滚筒安装部21、与主体7的壳体框架配合连接固定的基部22、分别与滚筒安装部21和基部22相连接的延伸部23,所述延伸部23的一端与滚筒安装部21一体连接,延伸部23的另一端与基部22摆动连接,延伸部23和基部22之间设置有供延伸部23摆动后复位的弹性构件,所述滚筒1内设置有加热机构,所述弹性构件能够在按摩时驱动滚筒1始终保持弹性压紧接触在人体表面,同时能够对人体表面进行加热。
将第二按摩组件设置在两个第一按摩组件8中间的空余区域处,合理利用空间,使机械手的整体结构更为紧凑,且不容易在按摩过程中和第一按摩组件8产生干涉,具有更好的稳定性。
所述基部22包括有限位部221,所述限位部221具有两个分别对应设置在延伸部23摆动路径两端处的限位壁2211,可将延伸部23和基部22之间的摆动范围限制在0到90度之间,所述延伸部23和基部22之间穿设有用于构成两者摆动连接的销轴24,所述延伸部23和基部22之间的夹角的开口朝向机械手主体7的上方设置,使延伸部23的相对摆动与人体后靠时的施力角度相近,可为人体提供一定的缓冲力,提高按摩时的舒适性在本实施例中,所述弹性构件为施力配合在基部22和延伸部23之间的扭簧241,所述扭簧241套设在所述销轴24上,并且扭簧241的两个施力端分别抵设在其中一个限位壁2211和延伸部23之间,如图10所示。
在本发明的第二种实施例中,所述弹性构件也可采用压簧242,压簧242的两个施力端分别抵设在其中一个限位壁2211和延伸部23之间,如图11所示。
在本发明的第三种实施例中,所述弹性构件也可采用拉簧243,拉簧243包括有两个勾部,延伸部23上设置有挂孔,基部22上设置有一凸柱222,拉簧243的两个勾部分别勾挂在所述挂孔和凸柱222上,如图12所示。
所述滚筒1的轴向两端具有连接孔11,滚筒支架2包括有两个分别与滚筒1两端的连接孔11配合转动套接的轴套3,所述加热机构为两组且分别插装设置在滚筒1两端的连接孔11中,能够使滚筒1的受热更加均匀,轴套3设置有与加热机构配合连接定位的安装座4,滚筒1滚动时加热机构与安装座4、轴套3保持相对静止。
所述滚筒安装部21包括有两个平行设置的连接片211,轴套3包括有可供连接片211插入定位的插槽31,轴套3一端包括有筒状的凸部32,所述凸部32插设在连接孔11中, 凸部32的外圆周面与所述连接孔11的内圆周壁配合转动连接,凸部32的轴心位置具有内孔,所述安装座4插装定位在凸部32的内孔中。
所述轴套3的另一端开设有与所述插槽31和凸部32内孔依次连通的开口33,凸部32内孔一端具有与安装座4配合限位的环形肩阶321,所述安装座4可沿所述开口33插入到凸部32内孔中,所述环形肩阶321和连接片211与安装座4构成限位配合,环形肩阶321可防止安装座4脱出到连接孔11中,连接片211可防止安装座4从开口33脱出。
所述安装座4上设置有第一通孔41,所述第一通孔41为两个,可分别供供电导线0的正负极穿设,连接片211上设置有第二通孔2111,第二通孔2111连通至连接片211的边缘处,使连接片211具有一定的形变弹性,能够提高与轴套3的插接定位配合效果,所述加热机构的供电导线0依次沿第一通孔41、第二通孔2111、开口33穿设布置,不容易和滚筒1产生干涉,且方便接线。
所述连接片211上设置有卡槽2112,轴套3上设置有与卡槽2112配合卡接定位的卡扣34,卡扣34设置在插槽31的内侧,当连接片211插入到位后,可通过卡槽2112和卡扣34配合进行定位,防止脱出。
所述加热机构为灯泡5,灯泡5的根部与安装座4插接定位配合,所述滚筒1由透明或者半透明材质制成,在本实施例中优选为由玉石材质制成,玉石材质具有更好的导热和保健效果,并且在灯泡5点亮时可通过天然的玉石发出好看的色彩。
所述滚筒1两端的连接孔11为连通设置,方便玉石材质的滚筒1的加工。
以上实施例,只是本发明优选地具体实施例的一种,本领域技术人员在本发明技术方案范围内进行的通常变化和替换都包含在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
- 一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其用于配置在按摩椅上并能够沿着人体表面运动,所述机械手包括有主体,主体两侧对称设置有两个第一按摩组件,主体上设置有可驱动第一按摩组件动作的驱动机构,其特征在于:所述主体上对应两个第一按摩组件的中间位置还设置有第二按摩组件,所述第二按摩组件包括有滚筒、滚筒支架,所述滚筒支架包括有与滚筒配合滚动连接的滚筒安装部、与主体配合固定的基部、分别与滚筒安装部和基部相连接的延伸部,所述延伸部可相对基部朝主体方向摆动,延伸部和基部之间设置有供延伸部摆动后复位的弹性构件,所述滚筒内设置有加热机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述基部包括有限位部,所述限位部将延伸部和基部之间的摆动范围限制在0到90度之间,延伸部和基部之间的夹角的开口朝向机械手的上方设置,所述弹性构件为施力配合在基部和延伸部之间的扭簧、压簧或拉簧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述滚筒的轴向两端具有连接孔,滚筒支架包括有两个分别与滚筒两端的连接孔配合转动套接的轴套,所述加热机构为两组且分别设置滚筒两端的连接孔中,轴套设置有与加热机构配合固定的安装座。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述滚筒安装部包括有两个连接片,轴套包括有可供连接片插入定位的插槽,轴套一端包括有筒状的凸部,所述凸部插设在连接孔中,凸部的外圆周面与所述连接孔的内圆周壁配合转动连接,所述安装座插装定位在凸部的内孔中。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述轴套的另一端开设有与所述插槽和凸部内孔依次连通的开口,凸部内孔一端具有与安装座配合限位的环形肩阶,所述安装座可沿所述开口插入到凸部内孔中,所述环形肩阶和连接片与安装座构成限位配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述安装座上设置有第一通孔,连接片上设置有第二通孔,所述加热机构的供电导线依次沿第一通孔、第二通孔、开口穿设布置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述连接片上设置有卡槽,轴套上设置有与卡槽配合卡接定位的卡扣。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述加热机构为灯泡,所述滚筒由透明或者半透明材质制成。
- 根据权利要求8所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述滚筒由玉石材 质制成。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种带有加热按摩头的机械手,其特征在于:所述滚筒两端的连接孔为连通设置。
