请参阅图1-5所示,一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,包括安装底板1、清洗室2、烘干室20、张紧结构、清刷结构和收卷结构;
所述安装底板1的上表面处固定连接有第一支撑架4的一端,所述第一支撑架4的另一端处固定连接有清洗室2,所述清洗室2的内腔中固定安装有清刷结构,所述清刷结构包括固定块11、刷毛12、滚筒13和弧形固定板14,所述清洗室2的内腔侧壁处固定连接有固定块11的一端,所述固定块11的另一端处固定连接有弧形固定板14,所述弧形固定板14的弧形壁上固定连接有刷毛12,所述清洗室2的内腔侧壁处转动连接有滚筒13,所述滚筒13的弧形面与刷毛12相接触,所述清洗室2的表面侧壁处固定安装有张紧结构,所述张紧结构包括固定板15、连接套杆16、弹簧17、连接杆18和压紧滚筒19,所述清洗室2的表面侧壁处固定连接有固定板15的一端,所述固定板15的另一端两侧处均固定连接有连接套杆16的一端,两个所述连接套杆16的内腔中均滑动连接有连接杆18,两个所述连接杆18的上端处均固定连接有弹簧17的一端,两个所述弹簧17的另一端均固定连接至连接套杆16的内腔上壁处,两个所述连接套杆16之间以及两个所述连接杆18的底端之间均转动连接有压紧滚筒19;
所述安装底板1的上表面处固定连接有第二支撑架21的一端,所述第二支撑架21的另一端处固定连接有烘干室20,所述烘干室20的内腔侧壁处固定连接有矩形滑槽24,所述矩形滑槽24上滑动连接有T形升降块25,所述T形升降块25的一端处固定连接有矩形壳26,所述烘干室20的上表面处固定安装有伺服电机22,所述伺服电机22的输出轴末端处固定连接有螺纹杆23的一端,所述螺纹杆23的另一端贯穿烘干室20且延伸至矩形滑槽24内与矩形滑槽24的侧壁之间转动连接,所述螺纹杆23与T形升降块25之间螺纹连接,所述安装底板1的上表面处固定安装有收卷结构,所述收卷结构包括支撑板30、收卷辊31、第一转动轮32和转动杆36,所述安装底板1的上表面两侧处均固定连接有支撑板30的一端,两个所述支撑板30的顶端之间转动连接有转动杆36,所述转动杆36的弧形壁上固定连接有收卷辊31,所述转动杆36的一端处固定连接有第一转动轮32。
所述清洗室2和烘干室20的两侧处均开设有进出口;所述清洗室2的底端处开设有导流孔,所述清洗室2的下表面处设置有收集槽3;所述安装底板1的上表面处固定安装有储液箱5,所述储液箱5的上表面处固定安装有机泵7,所述机泵7的进水端固定连接有进液管6的一端,所述进液管6的另一端贯穿储液箱5且延伸至储液箱5的内腔底侧处,所述机泵7的出水端固定连接有出液管8的一端,所述清洗室2的内腔上壁处固定安装有固定管9,所述出液管8的一端延伸至固定管9处且与固定管9之间相互联通;所述固定管9的弧形面上固定安装有若干喷头10,若干所述喷头10等距排布;所述清刷结构共有若干组,若干组所述清刷结构交替安装在清洗室2的内腔两侧侧壁处;所述烘干室20的上表面处固定安装有热风机27,所述热风机27的输出端固定连接有连接风管28的一端,所述连接风管28的另一端延伸固定至矩形壳26的侧壁处且与矩形壳26的内腔之间相互连通,所述连接风管28为软性材料构成,所述矩形壳26的内腔侧壁处开设有若干通风口;所述烘干室20的内腔中转动连接有三个第二导向辊37,其中两个第二导向辊37位于烘干室20的内腔下侧,另一个所述第二导向辊37位于烘干室20的内腔上侧;所述支撑板30的侧壁处固定安装有第二伺服电机35,所述第二伺服电机35的输出轴末端处固定连接有第二转动轮34,所述第二转动轮34与第一转动轮32之间套接安装有皮带33;所述烘干室20的出口处转动连接有导向辊29。
本申请在使用时,本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制开关,首先,将需要进行清洁的面料依次绕过压紧滚筒19、滚筒13、第二导向辊37、导向辊29,最后收卷到收卷辊31上,通过第二伺服电机35的工作带动第二转动轮34进行转动,通过第二转动轮34的转动带动第一转动轮32转动,进而带动转动杆36和收卷辊31转动,使得收卷辊31对面料进行收卷,在储液箱5的内腔中填充清洁水,通过机泵7的工作将储液箱5内部的清洁水输送至固定管9处,通过固定管9上的喷头10均匀的喷洒在面料上,对面料进行冲洗,面料进行牵引移动时,通过张紧结构的两个压紧滚筒19对面料进行夹紧,使得面料进行张紧,面料牵引移动至滚筒13处时,通过面料的移动与刷毛12进行接触,使得刷毛12对面料进行清刷,多个清刷结构可以对面料的两面都进行清刷,使得面料表面的异物灰尘等彻底去除,清洁效果较好,面料清洁后,进入烘干室20的内腔中,通过热风机27的工作将热风输送至矩形壳26的内部,通过矩形壳26上的通风口喷在面料上,对面料进行吹风烘干,同时伺服电机22的工作带动螺纹杆23进行转动,通过螺纹杆23在T形升降块25内螺纹转动带动T形升降块25进行升降,进而带动矩形壳26进行升降,使得矩形壳26可以来回将热风喷在面料上,使得面料烘干更加均匀,烘干效果更好,烘干后的面料最后收卷至收卷辊31上,完成工作,本装置的结构紧凑,工作效率较高,适合大量的面料清洁工作。
本申请的有益之处在于:
1.本装置结构合理,使用方便,可以对需要加工的面料进行清洁烘干工作,清洁烘干后进行收卷,本装置结构紧凑,效率较高,节省人力,适合推广;
2.本装置具有清刷结构,通过清刷结构可以对面料的两侧面都进行清刷,可以将面料表面的异物灰尘等彻底去除,清刷较为均匀,使得面料清洁效果更好;
3.本装置可以对面料的四周进行均匀的热风烘干,烘干效率较高,烘干较为均匀彻底,进一步提高面料的加工效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:包括安装底板(1)、清洗室(2)、烘干室(20)、张紧结构、清刷结构和收卷结构;
    所述安装底板(1)的上表面处固定连接有第一支撑架(4)的一端,所述第一支撑架(4)的另一端处固定连接有清洗室(2),所述清洗室(2)的内腔中固定安装有清刷结构,所述清刷结构包括固定块(11)、刷毛(12)、滚筒(13)和弧形固定板(14),所述清洗室(2)的内腔侧壁处固定连接有固定块(11)的一端,所述固定块(11)的另一端处固定连接有弧形固定板(14),所述弧形固定板(14)的弧形壁上固定连接有刷毛(12),所述清洗室(2)的内腔侧壁处转动连接有滚筒(13),所述滚筒(13)的弧形面与刷毛(12)相接触,所述清洗室(2)的表面侧壁处固定安装有张紧结构,所述张紧结构包括固定板(15)、连接套杆(16)、弹簧(17)、连接杆(18)和压紧滚筒(19),所述清洗室(2)的表面侧壁处固定连接有固定板(15)的一端,所述固定板(15)的另一端两侧处均固定连接有连接套杆(16)的一端,两个所述连接套杆(16)的内腔中均滑动连接有连接杆(18),两个所述连接杆(18)的上端处均固定连接有弹簧(17)的一端,两个所述弹簧(17)的另一端均固定连接至连接套杆(16)的内腔上壁处,两个所述连接套杆(16)之间以及两个所述连接杆(18)的底端之间均转动连接有压紧滚筒(19);
    所述安装底板(1)的上表面处固定连接有第二支撑架(21)的一端,所述第二支撑架(21)的另一端处固定连接有烘干室(20),所述烘干室(20)的内腔侧壁处固定连接有矩形滑槽(24),所述矩形滑槽(24)上滑动连接有T形升降块(25),所述T形升降块(25)的一端处固定连接有矩形壳(26),所述烘干室(20)的上表面处固定安装有伺服电机(22),所述伺服电机(22)的输出轴末端处固定连接有螺纹杆(23)的一端,所述螺纹杆(23)的另一端贯穿烘干室(20)且延伸至矩形滑槽(24)内与矩形滑槽(24)的侧壁之间转动连接,所述螺纹杆(23)与T形升降块(25)之间螺纹连接,所述安装底板(1)的上表面处固定安装有收卷结构,所述收卷结构包括支撑板(30)、收卷辊(31)、第一转动轮(32)和转动杆(36),所述安装底板(1)的上表面两侧处均固定连接有支撑板(30)的一端,两个所述支撑板(30)的顶端之间转动连接有转动杆(36),所述转动杆(36)的弧形壁上固定连接有收卷辊(31),所述转动杆(36)的一端处固定连接有第一转动轮(32)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述清洗室(2)和烘干室(20)的两侧处均开设有进出口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述清洗室(2)的底端处开设有导流孔,所述清洗室(2)的下表面处设置有收集槽(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述安装底板(1)的上表面处固定安装有储液箱(5),所述储液箱(5)的上表面处固定安装有机泵(7),所述机泵(7)的进水端固定连接有进液管(6)的一端,所述进液管(6)的另一端贯穿储液箱(5)且延伸至储液箱(5)的内腔底侧处,所述机泵(7)的出水端固定连接有出液管(8)的一端,所述清洗室(2)的内腔上壁处固定安装有固定管(9),所述出液管(8)的一端延伸至固定管(9)处且与固定管(9)之间相互联通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述固定管(9)的弧形面上固定安装有若干喷头(10),若干所述喷头(10)等距排布。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述清刷结构共有若干组,若干组所述清刷结构交替安装在清洗室(2)的内腔两侧侧壁处。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述烘干室(20)的上表面处固定安装有热风机(27),所述热风机(27)的输出端固定连接有连接风管(28)的一端,所述连接风管(28)的另一端延伸固定至矩形壳(26)的侧壁处且与矩形壳(26)的内腔之间相互连通,所述连接风管(28)为软性材料构成,所述矩形壳(26)的内腔侧壁处开设有若干通风口。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述烘干室(20)的内腔中转动连接有三个第二导向辊(37),其中两个第二导向辊(37)位于烘干室(20)的内腔下侧,另一个所述第二导向辊(37)位于烘干室(20)的内腔上侧。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(30)的侧壁处固定安装有第二伺服电机(35),所述第二伺服电机(35)的输出轴末端处固定连接有第二转动轮(34),所述第二转动轮(34)与第一转动轮(32)之间套接安装有皮带(33)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊面料生产用清洁装置,其特征在于:所述烘干室(20)的出口处转动连接有导向辊(29)。
