Description

一种蜂窝透水砖、透水表面系统及铺设方法 技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种蜂窝透水砖、透水表面系统及铺设方法。
背景技术
由于城市的快速发展、建筑材料的更新换代、公众环保意识的增强等因素的影响,人们对城市市政工程的要求也越来越高,为此许多城市管理者针对自身情况纷纷提出许多新型概念,例如海绵城市,这种概念意味着城市路面能够在降雨量较大的时候避免产生路面积水,减少城市内涝的形成。打造海绵城市所需要用到的工程材料与传统材料不同,例如铺设在路面表层的地砖需要具备良好的吸水能力。
蜂窝透水砖是为了解决城市地表硬化,营造高质量的自然生活环境,维护城市生态平衡而隆重诞生的实际环保建材新产品。传统的由水泥、沥青铺设的路面,在经历降雨天气时,雨水无法透过路面向地下渗透,而只能沿着路面流淌到下水道中,最终顺着下水道官网流入到排水系统中。如果雨势过大过急,路面雨水无法及时进入排水系统中从而造成积水及内涝。蜂窝透水砖恰好可以利用自身蜂窝孔使表面水体向下渗透从而加速水渗透到地下的速度,从而减少积水的形成,为城市居民在雨天营造良好的出行环境。
现有技术中的蜂窝透水砖虽然能够吸水,但是由于吸水功能仅利用砖体蜂窝结构实现,因此吸水速度有限,当短期降水量特别大的时候,砖体便无法发挥作用了。另一方面,蜂窝透水砖在铺设于一些非路面地区时,其仅具有吸水功能而不具备其它功能,导致功能单一,应用有限。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种蜂窝透水砖、透水表面系统及铺设方法,能够使雨水快速渗透到低下,提高透水效率,并且具有绿化作用进一步固水防涝。
本发明是这样实现的:一种蜂窝透水砖,包括蜂窝砖体,还包括固水器;所述蜂窝砖体具有相互平行的一对第一侧面、一对第二侧面、连接所述第一、二侧面顶边的一顶面和连接所述第一、二侧面底边的一底面;其中一个第二侧面设置有若干榫状部,另一个第二侧面设置有与所述榫状部相对应的卯状部;所述顶面设置有至少一个凹槽,所述固水器设置于所述凹槽中,所述固水器具有一个容纳空间及由上至下贯穿整个固水器的过滤孔;两个第一侧面之间设置有两个通孔,所述第一侧面与所述第二侧面的连接处设置有倒角。
进一步地,所述蜂窝砖体的底面设置有至少一个突出于该面的防转部。
进一步地,所述防转部设置有两对,其中一对平行于所述第一侧面,另一对平行于所述第二侧面。
进一步地,所述固水器具有一个“U”形板和一横板,所述横板的两边与所述“U”形板的两个直板部分的内壁相连从而与所述“U”形板的弯曲部分形成所述容纳空间;所述横板和所述“U”形板的弯曲部分均设置有所述过滤孔。

本发明还提供了一种铺设方法,用于铺设形成上述的透水表面系统,包括如下过程:
S1、清理铺设物的表面铺设平整地铺设一基础层,所述铺设物为建筑物或地面,所述基础层为沙土层或水泥层;
S2、将所述蜂窝透水砖沿第一侧面方向依次铺设于所述基础层的表面直至此行结束,该过程中所有蜂窝透水砖的顶面保持在同一平面,相邻两个蜂窝透水砖通过榫状部与卯状部拼接;所述蜂窝透水砖的固水器的容纳空间中预填埋有固水填料,所述固水填料中预埋有绿化用植株苗或塑料丝束;
S3、另起一行重复S2直至完成沿第二侧面方向的铺设直至完成整个表面的铺设,该过程中相邻两行的蜂窝透水砖的顶面保持在同一平面,相邻两行的蜂窝透水砖的第一侧面相互贴合设置并且保持半个砖体长度的交错;
S4、对铺设完毕的蜂窝透水砖的顶面进行喷水使其完全湿润。
本发明带来的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的蜂窝砖体设置有互相对应的榫状部和卯状部,这样设置的目的不仅可以使砖体在拼装时能够更加牢固和快速的固定,提升铺设效率和质量,而且还可以通过这种结构使其在拼接时在配合处形成更长的缝隙从而加速雨水的渗透。
2、本发明中的蜂窝砖体的顶面上设置有固水器,固水器中可以设置绿化用植株或 塑料丝束,从而使蜂窝砖体铺设在非通行区域使具有绿化环境的作用,同时由于附着有植株或塑料丝束,可以在降雨时吸收一部分雨水而起到固水作用,在无降雨时阻挡一部分地面垃圾碎屑随风流窜,便于清理打扫杂物。
3、本发明中的砖体和固水器以紧配合的方式固定,因此可以轻易拆卸从而降低后期维护难度,且固水器结构简单,制造成本低,降低了后期维护的成本;植株或塑料丝束分散设置可以有效的隔档垃圾等落入固水器内部而影响透水效率。
4、本发明中的蜂窝砖体还设置有通孔,其作用一方面是可以使一部分雨水经过砖体渗透后在通孔中形成流水从而快速导入下水道中,另一方面可以形成连续的通道供水管等设施的砖内铺设,减少砖下施工深度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至7所示,一种蜂窝透水砖,包括蜂窝砖体1和固水器2。蜂窝砖体1具有相互平行的一对第一侧面1.2、一对第二侧面1.3、连接第一、二侧面1.2、1.3顶边的一顶面1.1和连接第一、二侧面1.2、1.3底边的一底面1.8;其中一个第二侧面1.3设置有若干榫状部1.5,另一个第二侧面1.3设置有与榫状部1.5相对应的卯状部1.4。榫状部1.5和卯状部1.4均为等腰梯形结构,其作用是便于快速定位和提高连接牢固性。顶面1.1设置有三个凹槽1.7,三个凹槽1.7为条形槽并且平行于第一侧面1.2的长度方向等距设置。
固水器2分别设置于凹槽1.7中,固水器2具有一个容纳空间及由上至下贯穿整个固水器2的过滤孔。两个第一侧面1.2之间设置有两个通孔1.6,第一侧面1.2与第二侧面1.3的连接处设置有倒角。倒角的目的在于铺设完成后,相邻几个蜂窝砖体1的倒 角处形成向下直通的流水通道,从而加速水的渗透速度。
作为优选例,如图4至6所示,蜂窝砖体1的底面1.8设置有四个突出于该面的防转部1.9。防转部1.9的作用是在蜂窝砖体1铺设时防止其转动而影响整体的整齐度。
作为优选例,防转部1.9设置有两对,其中一对平行于第一侧面1.2,另一对平行于第二侧面1.3。防转部1.9均靠近相应的侧面。

作为优选例,第一侧面1.2的长度大于第二侧面1.3的长度,并且两者相互垂直。第一侧面1.2的长度方向为整个蜂窝砖体1的长度方向。

S1、清理铺设物的表面铺设平整地铺设一基础层,铺设物为建筑物或地面,基础层为沙土层或水泥层。由于基础层的质地较软,因此蜂窝砖体1底面1.8的防转部1.9嵌入基础层中而防止自身发生偏转。
S2、将蜂窝透水砖沿第一侧面1.2方向依次铺设于基础层的表面直至此行结束,该过程中所有蜂窝透水砖的顶面1.1保持在同一平面,相邻两个蜂窝透水砖通过榫状部1.5与卯状部1.4拼接;蜂窝透水砖的固水器2的容纳空间中预填埋有固水填料,固水填料中预埋有绿化用植株苗3或塑料丝束。
S3、另起一行重复S2直至完成沿第二侧面1.3方向的铺设直至完成整个表面的铺设,该过程中相邻两行的蜂窝透水砖的顶面1.1保持在同一平面,相邻两行的蜂窝透水砖的第一侧面1.2相互贴合设置并且保持半个砖体长度的交错。
S4、对铺设完毕的蜂窝透水砖的顶面1.1进行喷水使其完全湿润。喷水的目的是将蜂窝砖体1的顶面1.1上的沙土冲走,并且对植株苗3进行补水,提高其成活率而到达绿化环境的目的。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种蜂窝透水砖,包括蜂窝砖体(1),其特征在于:还包括固水器(2);所述蜂窝砖体(1)具有相互平行的一对第一侧面(1.2)、一对第二侧面(1.3)、连接所述第一、二侧面(1.2、1.3)顶边的一顶面(1.1)和连接所述第一、二侧面(1.2、1.3)底边的一底面(1.8);其中一个第二侧面(1.3)设置有若干榫状部(1.5),另一个第二侧面(1.3)设置有与所述榫状部(1.5)相对应的卯状部(1.4);所述顶面(1.1)设置有至少一个凹槽(1.7),所述固水器(2)设置于所述凹槽(1.7)中,所述固水器(2)具有一个容纳空间及由上至下贯穿整个固水器(2)的过滤孔;两个第一侧面(1.2)之间设置有两个通孔(1.6),所述第一侧面(1.2)与所述第二侧面(1.3)的连接处设置有倒角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝透水砖,其特征在于:所述蜂窝砖体(1)的底面(1.8)设置有至少一个突出于该面的防转部(1.9)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种蜂窝透水砖,其特征在于:所述防转部(1.9)设置有两对,其中一对平行于所述第一侧面(1.2),另一对平行于所述第二侧面(1.3)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝透水砖,其特征在于:所述固水器(2)具有一个“U”形板(2.5)和一横板(2.1),所述横板(2.1)的两边与所述“U”形板(2.5)的两个直板部分(2.3)的内壁相连从而与所述“U”形板(2.5)的弯曲部分(2.4)形成所述容纳空间;所述横板(2.1)和所述“U”形板(2.5)的弯曲部分(2.4)均设置有所述过滤孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种蜂窝透水砖,其特征在于:所述横板(2.1)上的过滤孔的孔径大于所述弯曲部分(2.4)上的过滤孔的孔径。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种蜂窝透水砖,其特征在于:所述固水器(2)与所述凹槽(1.7)通过紧配合固定。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝透水砖,其特征在于:所述第一侧面(1.2)的长度大于所述第二侧面(1.3)的长度,并且两者相互垂直。
  8. 一种透水表面系统,其特征在于:包括若干如权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝透水砖,所述蜂窝透水砖相互拼装地设置在铺设物的表面,沿所述第一侧面(1.2)的长度方向铺设的蜂窝透水砖中相邻两个蜂窝透水砖通过榫状部(1.5)与卯状部(1.4)拼接,沿所述第二侧面(1.3)的长度方向铺设的蜂窝透水砖中相邻两个蜂窝透水砖相互交错半个砖体长度;所述固水器(2)的容纳空间中设置有固水填料,所述固水填料中埋设有绿化用植株苗(3)或其种子。

    一种铺设方法,用于铺设形成如权利要求8所述的一种透水表面系统,其特征在于:包括如下过程:
    S1、清理铺设物的表面铺设平整地铺设一基础层,所述铺设物为建筑物或地面,所述基础层为沙土层或水泥层;
    S2、将所述蜂窝透水砖沿第一侧面(1.2)方向依次铺设于所述基础层的表面直至此行结束,该过程中所有蜂窝透水砖的顶面(1.1)保持在同一平面,相邻两个蜂窝透水砖通过榫状部(1.5)与卯状部(1.4)拼接;所述蜂窝透水砖的固水器(2)的容纳空间中预填埋有固水填料,所述固水填料中预埋有绿化用植株苗(3)或塑料丝束;
    S3、另起一行重复S2直至完成沿第二侧面(1.3)方向的铺设直至完成整个表面的铺设,该过程中相邻两行的蜂窝透水砖的顶面(1.1)保持在同一平面,相邻两行的蜂窝透水砖的第一侧面(1.2)相互贴合设置并且保持半个砖体长度的交错;
    S4、对铺设完毕的蜂窝透水砖的顶面(1.1)进行喷水使其完全湿润。
