实施例1 如图1-5所示,在本发明提供的实施例中,一种医用手术器械高效清洗装置,包括清洗箱1,所述清洗箱1的顶部一侧开设有操作窗口16,所述清洗箱1的上部一侧设置有进风部,所述清洗箱1的上部另一侧设置有排风部;所述清洗箱1的底部内腔中同轴转动设置有旋转杆26,所述清洗箱1的底板上设置有用于驱动所述旋转杆26旋转的驱动电机20,所述旋转杆26的顶端同轴固定安装有驱动板27,所述驱动板27的上表面同轴设置有驱动齿环39。
进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述清洗箱1内还同轴设置有旋转轴25和支撑丝杆30,所述旋转轴25的顶端与所述支撑丝杆30的底端固定连接,所述旋转轴25的顶端与所述支撑丝杆30的底端连接处设置有连接环31,所述清洗箱1的顶板另一侧设置有用于调整所述支撑丝杆30在清洗箱1内所处高度位置的调高机构,所述旋转轴25的底端同轴延伸至清洗网筒22内,且所述旋转轴25的底端与所述清洗网筒22的底板同轴转动连接,因此,调整支撑丝杆30在清洗箱1内所处的高度就能调整清洗网筒22在清洗箱1内所处的高度位置。
更进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述清洗箱1的底板设置有排污管21,打开排污管21上的阀门,方便将清洗箱1内的污水排出;所述清洗箱1的底部内腔一侧连接设置有循环水管17,所述循环水管17上设置有循环泵18,且所述循环水管17的顶端与所述清洗箱1上部内腔一侧的喷嘴15相连,所述循环水管17底端与所述清洗箱1底部内腔的连接处设置有循环滤网19。
请继续参阅图1,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述清洗箱1的下部内腔两侧还设置有扰流组件,所述扰流组件包括转动设置在所述清洗箱1下部内壁上的扰流叶片23,所述扰流组件还包括用于驱动所述扰流叶片23旋转的扰流电机24,所述扰流电机24的输出轴与所述扰流叶片23驱动连接。
在本发明实施例提供的医用手术器械高效清洗装置中,利用调高机构调整支撑丝杆30在清洗箱1内所处的高度位置,当清洗网筒22置于清洗箱1的上部内腔中,方便通过操作窗口16将需要进行清洗的医用手术器械投入到清洗网筒22内,然后再次利用调高机构使得清洗网筒22置于清洗箱1的底部内腔中,直至联动齿环38与驱动齿环39相啮合,此时能够利用驱动电机20驱动清洗网筒22旋转,并利用扰流组件,能够使得清洗箱1下部内腔中的清洗液对清洗网筒22内的手术器械进行充分的清洗,清洗后利用调高机构使得其内装有手术器械的清洗网筒22提升至清洗箱1上部内腔中,然后利用启动的循环泵18使得清洗液提升至通过喷嘴15喷洒而出,进而对悬于清洗箱1上部内腔中的器械进行进一步的冲洗,冲洗完毕后,通过进风部和排风部的设置,方便对悬于清洗箱1上部内腔中的器械进行风干。
实施例2 与实施例1不同的是,请继续参阅图1-5,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述调高机构包括转动贯穿设于所述清洗箱1顶板上的旋转螺套28,所述旋转螺套28通过螺纹连接方式套设于所述支撑丝杆30上,所述清洗箱1的顶板上还设置有用于驱动所述旋转螺套28旋转的正反转伺服电机29,其中,所述正反转伺服电机29的输出轴上设置有主动齿轮35,所述旋转螺套28的底端设置有与所述主动齿轮35相啮合的从动齿环34,从而能够利用正反转伺服电机29驱动旋转螺套28旋转,进而根据旋转螺套28的旋转方向,能够调整支撑丝杆30所处的高度位置。
进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述清洗箱1的顶板一侧还开设有支撑通孔37,所述支撑通孔37内滑动贯穿设置有导向杆32,所述导向杆32的顶端固定设置有防脱杆36,所述防脱杆36的另一端与所述支撑丝杆30的顶端固定连接;所述导向杆32的底端固定设置有防脱环33,通过导向杆32、防脱环33和防脱杆36的设置,能够避免支撑丝杆30发生旋转,从而保证对支撑丝杆30进行调高时的稳定性。
实施例3 与实施例2不同的是,如图1-5所示,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述进风部包括通过缓冲支撑件设置在所述清洗箱1上部一侧的进风罩2,所述进风罩2的敞口端设置有进气防护网5,所述进风罩2的另一端与所述清洗箱1的上部内腔之间通过第一连接软筒6相连,所述进风罩2内还设置有多组引风机4;所述排风部包括通过缓冲支撑件设置在所述清洗箱1上部另一侧的排风罩3,所述排风罩3的敞口端设置有排气防护网9,所述排风罩3内还设置有排风机8,所述排风罩3的另一端与所述清洗箱1的上部内腔之间通过第二连接软筒7相连。
进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述清洗箱1的上部外壁上固定安装有安装板10,所述缓冲支撑件设置在所述安装板10上,所述缓冲支撑件包括固定安装在所述安装板10上的支撑筒12,所述支撑筒12内通过支撑弹簧13支撑滑动设置有支撑滑块11,所述支撑滑块11上固定安装有支杆14。在本发明实施例提供的进风部中,所述支杆14的端部与所述进风罩2支撑固定连接;在本发明实施例提供的排风部中,所述支杆14的端部与所述排风罩3支撑固定连接。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,包括清洗箱(1),所述清洗箱(1)的顶部一侧开设有操作窗口(16),所述清洗箱(1)的上部一侧设置有进风部,所述清洗箱(1)的上部另一侧设置有排风部;所述清洗箱(1)的底部内腔中同轴转动设置有旋转杆(26),所述清洗箱(1)的底板上设置有用于驱动所述旋转杆(26)旋转的驱动电机(20),所述旋转杆(26)的顶端同轴固定安装有驱动板(27),所述驱动板(27)的上表面同轴设置有驱动齿环(39);所述清洗箱(1)内还同轴设置有旋转轴(25)和支撑丝杆(30),所述旋转轴(25)的顶端与所述支撑丝杆(30)的底端固定连接,所述旋转轴(25)的顶端与所述支撑丝杆(30)的底端连接处设置有连接环(31),所述清洗箱(1)的顶板另一侧设置有用于调整所述支撑丝杆(30)在清洗箱(1)内所处高度位置的调高机构,所述旋转轴(25)的底端同轴延伸至清洗网筒(22)内,且所述旋转轴(25)的底端与所述清洗网筒(22)的底板同轴转动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)的底板设置有排污管(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)的底部内腔一侧连接设置有循环水管(17),所述循环水管(17)上设置有循环泵(18),且所述循环水管(17)的顶端与所述清洗箱(1)上部内腔一侧的喷嘴(15)相连,所述循环水管(17)底端与所述清洗箱(1)底部内腔的连接处设置有循环滤网(19)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)的下部内腔两侧还设置有扰流组件,所述扰流组件包括转动设置在所述清洗箱(1)下部内壁上的扰流叶片(23),所述扰流组件还包括用于驱动所述扰流叶片(23)旋转的扰流电机(24),所述扰流电机(24)的输出轴与所述扰流叶片(23)驱动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述调高机构包括转动贯穿设于所述清洗箱(1)顶板上的旋转螺套(28),所述旋转螺套(28)通过螺纹连接方式套设于所述支撑丝杆(30)上,所述清洗箱(1)的顶板上还设置有用于驱动所述旋转螺套(28)旋转的正反转伺服电机(29)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述正反转伺服电机(29)的输出轴上设置有主动齿轮(35),所述旋转螺套(28)的底端设置有与所述主动齿轮(35)相啮合的从动齿环(34)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)的顶板一侧还开设有支撑通孔(37),所述支撑通孔(37)内滑动贯穿设置有导向杆(32),所述导向杆(32)的顶端固定设置有防脱杆(36),所述防脱杆(36)的另一端与所述支撑丝杆(30)的顶端固定连接;所述导向杆(32)的底端固定设置有防脱环(33)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述进风部包括通过缓冲支撑件设置在所述清洗箱(1)上部一侧的进风罩(2),所述进风罩(2)的敞口端设置有进气防护网(5),所述进风罩(2)的另一端与所述清洗箱(1)的上部内腔之间通过第一连接软筒(6)相连,所述进风罩(2)内还设置有多组引风机(4)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述排风部包括通过缓冲支撑件设置在所述清洗箱(1)上部另一侧的排风罩(3),所述排风罩(3)的敞口端设置有排气防护网(9),所述排风罩(3)内还设置有排风机(8),所述排风罩(3)的另一端与所述清洗箱(1)的上部内腔之间通过第二连接软筒(7)相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的医用手术器械高效清洗装置,其特征在于,所述清洗箱(1)的上部外壁上固定安装有安装板(10),所述缓冲支撑件设置在所述安装板(10)上,所述缓冲支撑件包括固定安装在所述安装板(10)上的支撑筒(12),所述支撑筒(12)内通过支撑弹簧(13)支撑滑动设置有支撑滑块(11),所述支撑滑块(11)上固定安装有支杆(14)。
