Description
本发明涉及混合试验装置技术领域,具体为一种生物用药剂混合试验装置。
生物:具有动能的生命体,也是一个物体的集合,而个体生物指的是生物体,与非生物相对。其元素包括:在自然条件下,通过化学反应生成的具有生存能力和繁殖能力的有生命的物体以及由它(或它们)通过繁殖产生的有生命的后代,能对外界的刺激做出相应反应,能与外界的环境相互依赖、相互促进。并且,能够排出体内无用的物质,具有遗传与变异的特性。
药剂(reagent),又称生物化学试剂或试药。主要是实现化学反应、分析化验、研究试验、教学实验、化学配方使用的纯净化学品。一般按用途分为通用试剂、高纯试剂、分析试剂、仪器分析试剂、临床诊断试剂、生化试剂、无机离子显色剂试剂等。
随着现在生化的不断发展,其在实验阶段,混合搅拌是其必不可少的一部分,许多由于混合不均匀而无法被发现,从而严重影响了其的发展,另外在混合时,会产生容器晃动、飞溅的状况,存在一定的安全风险,而且在使用完后,不便对装置进行清洗,容易造成与下次的药剂造成混合,存在一定的安全风险。因此需要一种生物用药剂混合试验装置。
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种生物用药剂混合试验装置,解决了上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种生物用药剂混合试验装置,包括底座和搅拌桶,所述底座的上端与搅拌桶固定连接,所述搅拌桶的上端固定连接有进药管,所述进药管的上端设置有盖帽,所述搅拌桶的内底壁固定连接有加热片,所述搅拌桶的内壁固定连接有隔板,所述搅拌桶的内侧壁固定连接有电机,所述电机的下端固定连接有支撑块,所述电机的输出端固定连接有转杆,所述转杆的两侧均设置有轴承,所述转杆的两端均固定连接有搅拌杆,所述搅拌桶的一侧固定连接有出药管,所述出药管的表面设置有出药阀。
可选的,所述搅拌桶的背面固定连接有水箱,所述水箱的一侧高度连接有管道,所述管道的一侧固定连接有水泵,所述水泵上端固定连接有出水管,所述搅拌桶的内壁开设有进管口,所述进管口与出水管固定连接。
可选的,所述搅拌桶的两侧固连接有固定板,所述底座的一侧固连接有立柱,所述立柱的一侧固连接有连接柱。

1、该生物用药剂混合试验装置,通过多个搅拌个的设置,工作人员通过电机驱动搅拌杆对内部的药剂混合,同时,搅拌杆为L形状,大大的提高了对药物的搅拌的效率,提高混合效果,操作方便;通过盖帽的设置,避免在搅拌的时候,造成药液飞溅,在混合的过程中可以通过加热部件进行加热,使药剂混合处于适宜的温度,保证实验药剂的稳定性。
2、该生物用药剂混合试验装置,通过搅拌桶一侧设置的水箱,在搅拌完之后,搅拌桶内会造成残留药物,如果不清理会造成与下次的药物造成混合,会对生物造成不利的影响,通过清洗装置,在搅拌桶工作完成后,进行冲水清理,清理掉残留药物,避免与下次的药物造成混合,保证了生物的生命安全。
