本发明涉及数控加工设备领域,特别涉及一种先进制造的数控加工机床。
背景技术
先进制造的数控加工机床是一种用于数控加工的一种设备;现有的先进制造的数控加工机床能够较为方便的完成对不同大小的加工工件的固定,其次,机床加工时会产生较大热量的同时会产生较多的废屑,不利于机床设备的使用,为此,我们提出一种先进制造的数控加工机床。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种先进制造的数控加工机床,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

一种先进制造的数控加工机床,包括底板,所述底板的上端设置有框架,所述框架的一侧设置有支撑板,所述框架的上端设置有加工台,所述加工台的上端设置有固定结构,所述固定结构包括挡板、连接板、限位块、限位板和契合块,所述底板的前端设置有固定块,所述固定块的后端设置有一号连接块,所述连接开口设于框架与底板之间所形成的部位,所述固定块的上端设置有散热风扇,所述散热风扇的一侧外表面设置有二号连接块,所述散热风扇的两侧设置有透风网。
优选的,所述出风口设于挡板、连接板和加工台之间所形成的部位,支撑板的内侧设置有滑轨,所述滑轨的外表面设置有滑动块,所述滑动块的外表面设置有加工器,所述框架与底板之间为活动连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,可达到如下技术效果:便于框架等部件在底板上的安装。
优选的,所述挡板设于加工台的上端外表面,所述连接板设于挡板的一侧外表面,所述限位块设于挡板的外表面,所述限位块的数量为若干组,所述限位板设于挡板的上端,所述契合块设于限位板的两端的下端外表面。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该先进制造的数控加工机床,通过设置有固定结构,在使用时,使用者可以握住限位板并向上提拉,使得限位板拉动契合块从挡板和限位块之间取出,之后再将相应的工件放于加工台上对应的位置,之后再将限位板下端的契合块放于适合工件大小的位置放入,即可完成对工件的固定效果,通过设置有固定块、一号连接块、连接开口、散热风扇、二号连接块与透风网,在使用时,通过散热风扇的吹动,从而将工件加工是产生的废屑从加工台后端出风口的部位吹出,同时能够将加工工件所产生的热量吹走,使用的效果较好。

需要说明的是,本发明为一种先进制造的数控加工机床,在使用时,使用者可以握住限位板54并向上提拉,使得限位板54拉动契合块55从挡板51和限位块53之间取出,之后再将相应的工件放于加工台4上对应的位置,之后再将限位板54下端的契合块55放于适合工件大小的位置放入,即可完成对工件的固定效果,工件加工完成后,使用者可以将限位板54握住并向上提拉,,使得限位板54拉动契合块55从挡板51和限位块53之间取出,同时通过散热风扇9的吹动,从而将工件加工是产生的废屑从加工台4后端出风口12的部位吹出,同时能够将加工工件所产生的热量吹走,将加工好的工件取出后再放入下一组工件即可继续进行加工。
