如图1-4所示,一种电子测试治具,包括治具主体1,治具主体1的上端外表面设置有底板2,底板2的一侧设置有侧板3,治具主体1的一侧设置有支撑板6,支撑板6的前端外表面设置有调节机构7,标尺5的一侧外表面设置有限位板9,标尺5的外侧设置有刻度表10,标尺5的外侧设置有安装螺栓12,支撑板6的一侧外表面靠近调节机构7的两侧设置有滑动套13,滑动套13的下端设置有调节板14,调节机构7包括转动手柄16、夹紧块17、夹紧手柄18、移动滑动杆19。
治具主体1与底板2之间为活动连接,且底板2为扁平状结构,底板2与侧板3之间设置有转动铰链4,底板2与侧板3之间通过转动铰链4为活动连接,且转动铰链4数量为两组并呈对称排布,治具主体1与标尺5之间为固定连接,且标尺5为弧形结构,有利于治具主体1的使用。
标尺5的一侧外表面固定连接有限位板9,且限位板9为L形结构,限位板9为非金属材料制成,标尺5的外侧固定连接有刻度表10,标尺5的外侧靠近刻度表10的下端贯穿有安装孔11,且安装孔11数量为三组并呈平行排布,安装孔11的外侧活动连接有安装螺栓12,且安装螺栓12与安装孔11之间设置有螺纹,安装螺栓12与安装孔11为螺纹连接,安装螺栓12数量与安装孔11数量形同并呈平行排布,有利于标尺5的安装使用。
治具主体1与支撑板6之间设置有辅助块8,且支撑板6与治具主体1之间通过辅助块8为固定连接并支撑板6矩形结构,辅助块8为不锈钢材料制成,支撑板6与滑动套13之间为固定连接,且滑动套13与调节板14之间为固定连接,且调节板14内侧活动连接有辊轮15,且辊轮15为圆柱结构,调节板14与辊轮15数量为两组并呈垂直排布,有利于支撑板6与治具主体1的连接固定。
转动手柄16与移动滑动杆19之间为固定连接,且移动滑动杆19为圆柱结构,移动滑动杆19与夹紧块17之间为活动连接,且夹紧块17为可调节结构,夹紧块17与夹紧手柄18之间为活动连接,且夹紧手柄18为不锈钢材料制成,有利于移动滑动杆19与夹紧块17的使用。
