On the other hand, the lifespan of the mouthpiece 100 is usually different depending on the strength of clenching the teeth, but since the lifespan of the mouthpiece 100 itself is not permanent, it is discarded after use for a certain period of time.
At this time, the mouthpiece 100 uses silicon, and thus, environmental contamination may be a problem during the disposal process.
Since the mouthpiece 100 of the present invention contains the biodegradant in the form of microparticles, micropores can be formed in the mouthpiece according to the decomposition of the biodegradant. Thereafter, the microbiological community settles on the formed pores, so that the particulate biodegradant can serve as a starting point for promoting the biodegradation of the entire mouthpiece.
Further, in a similar context, in the mouthpiece of the present invention, it is preferable that at least one surface of the microparticles of the biodegradant in the form of microparticles is exposed to the outer surface of the mouthpiece.
