Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 7, in some embodiments, the clip-on structure 34 may include: an upper clamp plate 341, the upper clamp plate 341 may be fixed to an end of the lower frame portion 33 away from the lower blocking portion 12, and the upper clamp plate 341 may be provided with a first through hole 342; the lower clamping plate 343, the lower clamping plate 343 can be fixed in the end of the lower shelf portion 33 far away from the lower baffle portion 12, and the lower clamping plate 343 and the upper clamping plate 341 can be arranged at intervals, the lower clamping plate 343 can be provided with a second through hole 344, and the second through hole 344 can be coaxial with the first through hole 342, wherein, the upper clamping plate 341 and the lower clamping plate 343 can clamp the ball structure 32, and two opposite sides of the ball structure 32 can be respectively located in the first through hole 342 and the second through hole 344, that is, the ball structure 32 is limited to rotate between the first through hole 342 and the second through hole 344, so that the ball structure 32 forms three rotational degrees of freedom around the sphere center, the upper shelf portion 31 and the lower shelf portion 33 can be better rotated, and the size of the opening between the upper baffle portion 11 and the lower baffle portion 12 can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, in some embodiments, the clip-on structure 34 may further include: the fastening bolt 345, the fastening bolt 345 may be inserted into the upper splint 341 and the lower splint 343, one end of the fastening bolt 345 may be provided with a third anti-loosening nut 346, the third anti-loosening nut 346 may be in threaded connection with the fastening bolt 345, the fastening bolt 345 and the third anti-loosening nut 346 may have an anti-loosening effect after being tightened, so that the upper frame portion 31 and the lower frame portion 33 are kept stationary, the size of the opening between the upper blocking portion 11 and the lower blocking portion 12 is maintained unchanged, the third anti-loosening nut 346 may be internally provided with a soft rubber structure, the tightening force of the third anti-loosening nut 346 may be changed to change the damping force between the ball structure 32 and the clip structure 34, the ball structure 32 and the clip structure 34 are set in a damping rotation manner, the size of the opening between the upper blocking portion 11 and the lower blocking portion 12 may be conveniently adjusted, and the force may be applied when the patient wants to close the opening slightly, but the closing is not too fast, the operation doctor may not have a timely reaction and may hurt the soft tissue of the patient in the operation.
In some embodiments, the upper tooth clamping portion 4, the lower tooth clamping portion 5 and the universal holder 3 can be reused after being sterilized, the middle shielding body 1 and the two side shielding portions 2 are disposable consumables, and the middle shielding body 1 and the two side shielding portions 2 have specifications of different sizes so as to adapt to the sizes of oral cavities of different patients.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a method for using a wisdom tooth oral protection device according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
s1: the dimensions of the middle shield 1 and the two side shields 2 are selected according to the size of the patient's mouth.
In some embodiments, before using the wisdom-teeth-pulling oral protection device, the middle shielding body 1 and the two side shielding parts 2 with proper specifications can be selected according to the size of the oral cavity of a patient, the middle shielding body 1 and the two side shielding parts 2 are installed on the upper tooth clamping part 4 and the lower tooth clamping part 5, and then the upper tooth clamping part 4 and the lower tooth clamping part 5 are connected with the universal holder 3.
S2: the middle shielding body 1 and the two side shielding parts 2 are put into the oral cavity of a patient.
In some embodiments, the tightening degree of the first check nut 45, the second check nut 55 and the third check nut 346 can be adjusted to generate a proper damping force for each rotational joint of the device, and the universal holder 3 is adjusted to reduce the distance between the upper tooth clamping portion 4 and the lower tooth clamping portion 5, the prying bar 68 commonly used in oral surgery is inserted into the jack at one side to be operated, the patient is allowed to open, and then the middle shielding body 1 and the two side shielding portions 2 are placed in proper positions in the oral cavity of the patient.
S3: the size of the opening between the upper stopper portion 11 and the lower stopper portion 12 is adjusted using the universal holder 3.
In some embodiments, the operator can adjust the universal holder 3 with one hand to increase the distance between the upper latch 4 and the lower latch 5, and simultaneously, the positions of the upper latch 4 and the lower latch 5 are simply adjusted by using the common forceps 69, so that the upper baffle 11 and the lower baffle 12 are more attached to the upper and lower walls of the oral cavity, and the left baffle 21 and the right baffle 22 can be shifted by the pry bar 68, thereby conveniently shielding the soft tissues to be shielded in the surgical process.
S4: and performing tooth extraction operation.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, when some wisdom teeth 66 may injure the adjacent molar teeth 67 during grinding cut, the clinician may choose to tear the first or second film 215, 217 on the extraction side of the wisdom tooth 66 by forceps 69, use the first film 215 if the wisdom tooth 66 to be extracted is on, use the second film 217 if the wisdom tooth 66 is under, apply the first or second film 215, 217 to the occlusal surface of the molar teeth 67 and the wisdom tooth 66 after tearing, for example, to tear the first film 215, may push the first film 215 between the wisdom tooth 66 and the molar teeth 67 by a conventional dental floss rod 70, and then tear the first film 215 at a first tear line 216 to adjust the coverage area of the first film 215, thereby not forming a grinding block for the dental handpiece cutter.
The principle of the oral cavity protecting device for pulling the wisdom teeth and the using method thereof provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
the middle shielding body 1 and the two side shielding parts 2 with proper specifications can be selected according to the size of the oral cavity of a patient, the middle shielding body 1 and the two side shielding parts 2 are placed at proper positions in the oral cavity of the patient, the universal retainer 3 is adjusted, the distance between the upper tooth clamping part 4 and the lower tooth clamping part 5 is increased, and meanwhile, the positions of the upper tooth clamping part 4 and the lower tooth clamping part 5 are simply adjusted by means of a common forceps 69, so that the upper blocking part 11 and the lower blocking part 12 are more attached to the upper wall and the lower wall of the oral cavity, meanwhile, the left blocking part 21 and the right blocking part 22 can be shuttled left and right along the middle binding sleeve 19 through the connecting steel wire 13, the left blocking part 21 and the right blocking part 22 can be shifted through the prying bar 68, the positions of the left blocking part 21 and the right blocking part 22 are adjusted, soft tissues needing to be shielded in the shielding operation process are conveniently shielded, therefore, when the tooth extraction operation is carried out, the oral cavity protection device for the extraction of the intelligent teeth has the wide range of the soft tissues in the oral cavity, the upper blocking part 11, the lower blocking part 12, the left blocking part 21 and the right blocking part 22 can be flexibly adjusted, and the positions of the intelligent teeth can be flexibly adjusted to flexibly adapt to different regions 66 in the left and right regions.

Claims (9)

1. An oral cavity protecting device for extracting wisdom teeth, comprising:
the middle shielding body (1) comprises an upper shielding part (11) and a lower shielding part (12), one end of the upper shielding part (11) is connected with one end of the lower shielding part (12), an opening is formed between the other end of the upper shielding part (11) and the other end of the lower shielding part (12), the middle shielding body (1) is used for being placed in the oral cavity of a patient, and the opening faces to the direction far away from the throat (64);
the connecting steel wire (13) is arranged on the middle shielding body (1), and two ends of the connecting steel wire (13) respectively extend out of two opposite sides of the middle shielding body (1);
the two-side shielding part (2) comprises a left shielding part (21) and a right shielding part (22), the left shielding part (21) and the right shielding part (22) are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the middle shielding body (1), and the left shielding part (21) and the right shielding part (22) are respectively connected with two end parts of the connecting steel wire (13);
the universal retainer (3) is connected with the middle shielding body (1), and the universal retainer (3) is used for adjusting the size of the opening.
2. The oral protection device for wisdom tooth according to claim 1, wherein the middle shield (1) further comprises:
a profiling main leather (14) which is arranged on the surface of one side where the upper blocking part (11) and the lower blocking part (12) are close to each other;
and a main rib (15) which is provided on the copying main leather (14) and connects the upper blocking part (11) and the lower blocking part (12).
3. The wisdom tooth oral protection device of claim 1, further comprising:
the upper tooth clamping part (4) is arranged at one end of the upper blocking part (11), the upper tooth clamping part (4) is provided with a first soft silica gel sleeve (41), and the first soft silica gel sleeve (41) is used for abutting against an upper door tooth (61);
lower tooth card portion (5), its install in the one end of keeping off portion (12) down, tooth card portion (5) are equipped with second silica gel soft cover (51) down, second silica gel soft cover (51) are used for supporting in lower incisor (62).
4. The wisdom tooth oral protection device of claim 3, wherein:
the upper blocking part (11) is provided with an upper binding sleeve (16), and the lower blocking part (12) is provided with a lower binding sleeve (17);
the upper tooth clamping part (4) comprises an upper tooth steel wire body (42), one side, close to the upper blocking part (11), of the upper tooth steel wire body (42) extends in an arc shape, the upper tooth steel wire body (42) is inserted into the upper portion restraining sleeve (16), one side, far away from the upper blocking part (11), of the upper tooth steel wire body (42) is provided with a first groove (43), the first silica gel soft sleeve (41) is arranged at the bottom of the first groove (43), and the first groove (43) is used for accommodating the upper incisor;

5. The oral protection device for wisdom tooth according to claim 1, wherein the left stop portion (21) comprises:

and one end part of the lower frame part (33) is connected with the lower blocking part (12), the other end part of the lower frame part (33) is provided with a clamping structure (34), the clamping structure (34) clamps the spherical structure (32), and the spherical structure (32) can rotate around the spherical center.
8. The wisdom tooth oral protection device of claim 7, wherein the clip-on structure (34) comprises:
an upper clamp plate (341) fixed to one end of the lower frame portion (33) away from the lower blocking portion (12), the upper clamp plate (341) being provided with a first through hole (342);

a fastening bolt (345) inserted through the upper clamp plate (341) and the lower clamp plate (343);
a third tamper nut (346) screwed to the fastening bolt (345).
