Abstract

Description
本发明涉及洗衣设备技术领域,尤其是一种洗衣机外筒及洗衣机。
现有洗衣机内筒上设置的提升筋损坏后需要更换提升筋,或者免清洗桶间无水的内筒上设置的离心阀损坏需要更换离心阀,这都需要拆解整个洗衣机,拆解箱体、减震系统,打开外筒,将内筒拆除后才能更换提升筋。而为了保证洗衣机的可靠性,内筒与外筒都是紧密配合结构,这样导致了拆解外筒后也无法更换提升筋,甚至要更换整个洗涤内外筒总成才能拆卸提升筋。
申请号为201910990319.6的中国专利公开了一种滚筒洗衣机内筒及其制造方法,包括内筒前盖、内筒后盖、内筒筒体,所述内筒前盖与所述内筒筒体为采用深拉伸工艺制成的筒形或盆形的一体结构,所述滚筒洗衣机内筒还包括用于提升衣物的提升筋,所述提升筋固定设置在所述一体结构的内侧面,所述固定设置方式为螺钉固定。该申请公开的洗衣机内筒,从内筒外侧通过螺钉将提升筋与内筒固定连接,螺钉从内筒的外表面安装,当需要拆卸提升筋时,就必须拆开洗衣机外筒并拿出内筒才能进行拆卸,使得提升筋的拆卸较麻烦。
申请号为201310429707.X中国专利公开了一种洗衣机内桶与过滤盖安装结构,包括过滤盖、内桶和弹性件,所述过滤盖固定安装在内桶上,过滤盖与内桶之间通过螺钉进行固定连接,所以在所述弹性件上设有螺钉穿过部。所述的螺钉穿过部根据过滤盖安装时螺钉穿过的位置设置,可以是设置在弹性件边缘的缺口,也可以是设置在弹性件中部的螺钉孔。该申请公开的洗衣机内桶当需要拆卸过滤盖时,需要拆开洗衣机外桶并拿出内桶才能进行拆卸安装,使得过滤盖的拆卸和安装较麻烦。
因此,如何能有效地解决内筒上设置的提升筋、离心阀、过滤盖等内筒附件的安装和拆卸困难的问题,是目前本领域技术人员急需解决的问题。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机外筒,通过在外筒上设置的拆卸口,可以有效地解决现有的提升装置、离心阀、过滤盖等内筒附件结构拆卸和安装困难的问题。
为了实现该目的,根据本发明的一个方面,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种洗衣机外筒,外筒上设有拆卸口,所述拆卸口上设置有封堵部件,所述封堵部件具有可打开所述拆卸口的打开状态和封堵所述拆卸口的封堵状态。
进一步地,所述外筒包括底壁和环绕底壁一周设置的周壁,所述拆卸口开设在外筒的周壁上;所述封堵部件为活动连接或可拆卸地安装在所述拆卸口上的封堵盖,所述封堵盖与所述拆卸口之间密封设置。
进一步地,所述拆卸口为阶梯式开口,所述拆卸口内具有一环状的一级阶梯部,所述封堵盖的外边沿嵌设在拆卸口环状的一级阶梯部内,所述封堵盖的内壁上设置有可密封抵接在所述一级阶梯部上的环形密封圈;
优选地,所述一级阶梯部上设置有与所述环形密封圈配合的环形密封槽,所述环形密封圈可挤压抵接在环形密封槽内。
进一步地,所述封堵盖的一侧可转动连接在所述拆卸口上以开启/关闭拆卸口,所述外筒上设置有锁定机构,所述封堵盖在关闭所述拆卸口时,所述锁定机构动作将所述封堵盖的位置锁定;
或者,所述封堵盖通过连接件可拆卸地安装在所述拆卸口上。
本发明的另一目的,还提供了一种具有上述任一所述的洗衣机外筒的洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括可转动地设置在外筒内的内筒,所述内筒的周壁上安装有内筒附件,所述拆卸口对应所述内筒附件的位置开设在外筒上。
进一步地,所述洗衣机为滚筒洗衣机,所述内筒附件包括通过第一连接件固定在内筒周壁上的提升装置,所述拆卸口包括对应所述提升装置的位置开设在外筒周壁上的提升装置拆卸口;
优选地,以所述外筒中心轴线所在的水平面为上下分割面,将所述外筒的周壁分割为上半部分和下半部分,所述提升装置拆卸口开设在外筒周壁的上半部分。
提升装置拆卸口进一步地,所述内筒上设置有一个或多个提升装置,所述提升 装置拆卸口的数量为M个,M≥1;优选地,所述提升装置拆卸口的数量为一个;更优选地,所述提升装置拆卸口开设在外筒的最顶部。
进一步地,所述提升装置沿着所述内筒的轴线方向设置,所述外筒包括前筒和后筒,所述提升装置拆卸口开设在前筒和/或后筒上;
优选地,所述提升装置的两端分别通过前端第一连接件/后端第一连接件固定在前筒/后筒上;所述提升装置拆卸口由开设在前筒连接边沿上的第一开口和开设在后筒连接边沿上的第二开口拼接构成;所述前端第一连接件和后端第一连接件位于所述提升装置拆卸口在内筒上的投影范围内。
进一步地,所述内筒在洗涤衣物时可独立盛放洗涤水,所述内筒的周壁上开设有脱水孔,所述内筒附件还包括安装在脱水孔上控制其导通/关闭的离心阀;
所述离心阀通过第二连接件固定在内筒上,所述内筒的周壁对应所述提升装置拆卸口在内筒周壁轴向方向上的投影被划分为裸露区域和被遮挡区域;
所述离心阀安装在位于裸露区域的内筒周壁上,所述离心阀与所述提升装置共用同一所述提升装置拆卸口;或者,所述离心阀安装在位于被遮挡区域的内筒周壁上,所述拆卸口还包括对应所述离心阀的位置开设在外筒周壁上的离心阀拆卸口。
进一步地,所述洗衣机为波轮洗衣机,所述内筒附件包括安装在内筒周壁上的水道和/或过滤盖和/或拨水叶,所述拆卸口对应所述水道和/或过滤盖和/或拨水叶的位置开设在外筒的周壁上。
优选地,所述拆卸口开设靠近洗衣机前侧的外筒周壁上;所述拆卸口开设外筒周壁的中部或者中部以上的位置。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的洗衣机,通过在外筒上对应内筒附件的位置开设的拆卸口,在拆卸和安装内筒上的内筒附件时,无需拆开洗衣机外筒拿出内筒对内筒附件进行拆卸安装,通过打开外筒上的拆卸口即可实现对内筒附件进行拆卸和安装操作,使得内筒上的提升装置、离心阀、过滤盖等内筒附件的拆卸和安装过程更加简单方便,省时省力。

实施例一
如图1至图3所示,本实施例提供了一种洗衣机外筒1,外筒1上设有拆卸口11,在拆卸和安装内筒2上的提升装置21、离心阀、过滤盖等内筒附件时,用户或者维修工人等可通过所述拆卸口11直接伸入到内筒2外壁上进行拆卸安装操作,无需拆卸外筒1拿出内筒2,使得内筒2上的内筒附件的拆卸和安装过程更加简单方 便,省时省力。
进一步地,所述拆卸口11上设置有封堵部件12,所述封堵部件12具有可打开所述拆卸口11的打开状态和封堵所述拆卸口11的封堵状态。
在需要拆卸和更换内筒2上的内筒附件时,所述封堵部件12打开所述拆卸口11,用户或者维修工人等通过所述拆卸口11直接对内筒附件进行拆卸安装操作。
在拆卸安装完毕后,所述封堵部件12封堵所述拆卸口11,有效避免外筒1内的洗涤水从所述拆卸口11溢出,对洗衣机内的电器部件造成损伤,影响其安全性能,造成安全事故问题的发生。
进一步地,所述外筒1包括底壁和环绕底壁一周设置的周壁,所述拆卸口11沿着外筒1的轴向方向开设在外筒1的周壁上,通过旋转内筒2可对内筒2不同位置的内筒附件进行拆卸安装。所述拆卸口11的形状、数量不受限制,所述拆卸口11的形状、数量可根据内筒2上安装的内筒附件的形状、数量设置,可以为圆形、方形或者其他不规则形状等。
进一步地,所述封堵部件12为活动连接或可拆卸地安装在所述拆卸口11上的封堵盖,所述封堵盖的形状尺寸与所述拆卸口11的形状尺寸相适配。所述封堵盖与所述拆卸口11之间为密封设置,进一步保证外筒1的密封性,避免洗涤水外泄。
进一步地,所述拆卸口11为阶梯式开口,所述拆卸口11内具有一环状的一级阶梯部,所述封堵盖的外边沿嵌设在拆卸口11环状的一级阶梯部内,所述封堵盖的外壁面的形状样式可以设置为与所述外筒1的外壁面相同的形状样式,使得所述外筒1从外侧看上去为一体式结构,美观性更好。
进一步地,所述封堵盖的内壁上设置有可密封抵接在所述一级阶梯部上的环形密封圈121,所述环形密封圈121的一侧面固定连接在所述封堵盖上,所述环形密封圈121的另一侧面抵接在所述环状的一级阶梯部上表面,形成密封接触,避免外筒1出现漏水的现象。
优选地,所述一级阶梯部上设置有与所述环形密封圈121配合的环形密封槽,所述环形密封槽为所述一级阶梯部的上表面向下凹陷形成的环形凹槽,所述环形密封圈121可挤压抵接在环形密封槽内,通过设置在一级阶梯部上设置的与所述环形密封圈121相配合的环形密封槽,能够进一步提升密封效果。
本实施例中,所述封堵盖的一侧可转动连接在所述拆卸口11上以开启/关闭拆卸口11,所述外筒1上设置有锁定机构,所述封堵盖在关闭所述拆卸口11时,所述锁定机构动作将所述封堵盖的位置锁定,使得所述封堵盖保持在封堵所述拆卸口11的封堵状态。
例如,所述锁定机构可以包括一可上下移动的锁定杆,所述封堵盖上设置有与所述锁定杆相配合的锁定槽,通过手动或者电动控制所述锁定杆移动与所述锁定槽配合或分离,来控制所述封堵盖封堵所述拆卸口11或者打开所述拆卸口11。需要说明的是,现有的其他锁定机构均可应用在本实施例中,以保证封堵盖能够锁定在封堵所述拆卸口11的封堵状态。
或者在另一种方案中,如图1和图2所示,所述封堵盖通过连接件122可拆卸地安装在所述拆卸口11上,在需要拆卸和更换内筒2上的内筒附件时,将所述封堵盖从所述拆卸口11上拆卸下来,用户或者维修工人等通过所述拆卸口11直接进行拆卸安装操作。在拆卸安装完毕后,将所述封堵盖再通过所述连接件122安装在所述拆卸口11上,封堵所述拆卸口11,避免外筒1内的洗涤水从所述拆卸口11溢出。
优选的,所述连接件122为螺钉,所述封堵盖的外周具有与所述一级阶梯部搭接配合环形搭接部,在所述环形搭接部的周向上间隔开设有多个第一螺纹孔,所述一级阶梯部上对应开设有与所述第一螺纹孔相配合的第二螺纹孔,所述螺钉将依次穿过第一螺纹孔和第二螺纹孔,通过旋拧所述螺钉使得所述封堵盖紧密固定在所述拆卸口11上。
本实施例中的封堵盖通过采用螺钉可拆卸的连接方式安装在拆卸口11上,使得所述封堵盖与所述拆卸口11能够更加紧密地配合,以保证外筒1的密封效果。
实施例二
如图1至图3所示,本实施例提供了一种具有上述实施例一中所述的洗衣机外筒1的洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括可转动地设置在外筒1内的内筒2,所述外筒1安装在壳体3内,所述内筒2的周壁上安装有内筒附件,所述拆卸口11对应所述内筒附件的位置开设在外筒1上。
通过在外筒1上对应内筒附件的位置开设的拆卸口11,在拆卸和安装内筒2上的内筒附件时,无需拆开洗衣机外筒1拿出内筒2对内筒附件进行拆卸安装,通过打开拆卸口11即可实现对内筒附件进行拆卸和安装操作,使得内筒2上的提升装置 21、离心阀等内筒附件的拆卸和安装过程更加简单方便,省时省力。
本实施例以所述洗衣机为滚筒洗衣机为例进行详细说明,所述内筒2包括内筒底壁和环绕内筒底壁一周设置的内筒周壁,所述内筒附件包括通过第一连接件211固定在内筒2周壁上的提升装置21,所述提升装置21为安装在内筒2内周壁的提升筋,通过设置的提升筋可以在内筒2转动时将衣物带到高处,形成上下摔打,以提升衣物的清洁效果和洁净比。
所述拆卸口11包括对应所述提升装置21的位置开设在外筒1周壁上的提升装置拆卸口。本实施例中,所述第一连接件211为固定螺钉或者固定螺栓,但本申请中设置的提升装置拆卸口不限于仅拆卸和安装螺钉螺栓结构,其他需要从内筒2的外表面安装提升装置21的连接结构均可通过本申请中的提升装置拆卸口进行拆卸和安装。
优选地,以所述外筒1中心轴线所在的水平面为上下分割面,将所述外筒1的周壁分割为上半部分和下半部分,所述提升装置拆卸口开设在外筒1周壁的上半部分,通过将所述提升装置拆卸口开设在位于上半部分的外筒1周壁上,能够有效地避免提升装置拆卸口出现漏水的能。
由于提升筋内部有较多狭小空间,在衣物洗涤过程中容易藏污纳垢,这就导致提升筋内容易滋生细菌,污染洗涤衣物,因此,需要及时清理或者更换提升筋,在需要更换所述提升筋时,将所述封堵盖拆卸下来,打来所述提升装置拆卸口,通过所述提升装置拆卸口直接拆卸提升筋的固定螺钉,将提升筋取下,维修或者更换新提升筋,然后再将所述封堵盖紧固在所述提升装置拆卸口上,进行正常的洗衣程序。
本实施例中,所述内筒2上设置有一个或N个提升装置21,所述提升装置拆卸口的数量为M个,M≥1,所述提升装置拆卸口的数量M可以为小于等于提升装置21数量M的任意数量,即M≤N。
优选地,M=1,即本实施例中所述提升装置拆卸口的数量为一个,沿着所述外筒1的轴向方向开设在外筒1的周壁上,通过一个提升装置拆卸口就能拆掉内筒2上的N个提升装置21或者拆卸其中任意一个或多个提升装置21,因为内筒2是可以旋转的,将N个提升装置2逐一旋转至所述提升装置拆卸口的位置,陆续拆卸全部提升装置21或者随意选择其中的任意一个进行拆卸。
通过上述设计,N个提升装置21通过一个提升装置拆卸口进行拆卸安装,最大 限度地减少外筒1的开口数量,在保证可以正常拆卸安装全部提升装置21的同时,能够简化外筒1的结构及加工工艺,同时也能有效避免由于开口数量过多,导致外筒1密封效果不好的问题。
更优选地,如图3所示,本实施例中,所述提升装置拆卸口开设在外筒1的最顶部,最大可能的避免了漏水的可能,将提升装置拆卸口开设在外筒1的最顶部无其他部件干扰,可用工具如螺丝刀等轻松拆卸。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,所述提升装置21沿着所述内筒2的轴线方向设置在内筒2的周壁内,所述外筒1包括位于洗衣机前端的前筒101和位于后端的后筒102。所述后筒102的后端安装有驱动电机4,所述驱动电机4与所述内筒2驱动连接,驱动所述内筒2转动进行洗涤。
所述前筒101靠近所述后筒102侧的连接边沿和所述后筒102靠近所述前筒101侧的连接边沿对接后熔融一体形成所述外筒1,所述提升装置拆卸口对应所述提升装置21的位置开设在外筒1的前筒101和/或后筒102上。
优选地,本实施例中,所述第一连接件211包括前端第一连接件和后端第一连接件,所述提升装置21的前端通过前端第一连接件固定在前筒101上,所述提升装置21的后端通过后端第一连接件固定在后筒102上。
具体的,所述提升装置拆卸口为两部分,所述提升装置拆卸口包括开设在前筒101连接边沿上的第一开口和开设在后筒102连接边沿上的第二开口,所述提升装置拆卸口由所述第一开口和所述第二开口拼接构成。所述前端第一连接件和后端第一连接件位于所述提升装置拆卸口在内筒2上的投影范围内。优选地,所述提升装置拆卸口的大小与所述提升筋在内筒2上的投影大小相匹配,这样用户或者维修工人可以把手伸入到提升装置拆卸口内进行拆卸安装操作。
本实施例中,所述提升装置拆卸口为对应所述提升筋设置在外筒1的周壁上的长条形开口,所述提升装置拆卸口两短边的距离大于所述前端第一连接件和后端第一连接件的距离,两长边的距离不小于所述提升筋的宽度。
如图1所示,所述封堵部件12为长条状的条形封堵盖,所述条形封堵盖的四个角部位置分别开设有所述第一螺纹孔,所述环状的一级阶梯部上对应开设有与四个所述第一螺纹孔一一对应配合的第二螺纹孔,通过四个螺钉将所述条形封堵盖紧密固定在所述提升装置拆卸口上。
本实施例中,所述内筒2在洗涤衣物时可独立盛放洗涤水,避免洗衣机执行洗涤过程中洗涤水在内筒2内外交叉流动,造成洗涤水被筒外堆积的污垢和细菌污染的问题。所述内筒2的周壁上开设有脱水孔,所述内筒附件还包括安装在脱水孔上控制其导通/关闭的离心阀,所述外筒1上对应所述离心阀的位置开设有与其配合的拆卸口。
所述离心阀通过第二连接件固定在内筒2上,所述第二连接件为螺钉,所述离心阀通过螺钉固定在内筒2上。所述内筒2的周壁对应所述提升装置拆卸口在内筒2周壁轴向方向上的投影被划分为裸露区域和被遮挡区域。所述裸露区域为内筒2在转动的过程中,内筒2周壁可被所述提升装置拆卸口暴露出来的一截裸露周壁,所述被遮挡区域为位于裸露周壁前后两端的被外筒2遮挡住的被遮挡周壁。
在一种方案中,所述离心阀安装在位于裸露区域的内筒2周壁上,所述离心阀与所述提升装置21共用同一所述提升装置拆卸口。所述离心阀包括罩设在离心阀外的离心阀外壳,所述离心阀外壳通过螺钉固定在内筒2上,在所述离心阀外壳或者离心阀出现损坏,需要维修或者更换时,打开提升装置拆卸口,旋转内筒1,将所述离心阀旋转至对应所述提升装置拆卸口的位置,通过所述提升装置拆卸口将第二连接件拆卸下来或安装上去,实现对离心阀外壳或者离心阀的拆卸安装操作,拆卸和安装过程更加简单方便,省时省力。
或者,在另外一种方案中,所述离心阀安装在位于被遮挡区域的内筒2周壁上,所述拆卸口11还包括对应所述离心阀的位置开设在外筒1周壁上的离心阀拆卸口。所述离心阀拆卸口与所述离心阀外壳的位置对应,且所述离心阀拆卸口的开口面积大于所述离心阀外壳在内筒2上的投影面积,以便于用户进行拆卸安装操作。
在所述离心阀外壳或者离心阀出现损坏,需要维修或者更换时,打开所述离心阀拆卸口,旋转内筒1,将所述离心阀旋转至对应所述提离心阀拆卸口的位置,通过所述离心阀拆卸口将第二连接件拆卸下来或安装上去,实现对离心阀外壳或者离心阀的拆卸安装操作,拆卸和安装过程更加简单方便,省时省力。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述拆卸口不仅限于针对滚筒洗衣机的提升装置21和离心阀设置,滚筒洗衣机内筒2上需要从内筒2外侧安装的其他内筒附件均可通过本实施例中的拆卸口进行拆卸和安装。
实施例三
本实施例提供了一种具有上述实施例一中所述的洗衣机外筒的波轮洗衣机,所述洗衣机包括可转动地设置在外筒内的内筒,所述内筒的周壁上安装有内筒附件,所述内筒附件包括安装在内筒周壁上的水道和/或过滤盖和/或拨水叶,所述拆卸口对应所述水道和/或过滤盖和/或拨水叶开设在外筒的周壁上。
所述拆卸口的数量为W个,其中W≥1,所述拆卸口的数量和位置可分别与所述水道或过滤盖或拨水叶的数量和位置对应设置。
优选地,W=1,将所述拆卸口在轴向方向上的长度开设的相对长一些,将水道、过滤盖、拨水叶全部覆盖其中,这样通过一个所述拆卸口,就能实现拆掉内筒上的水道、过滤盖、拨水叶等多个内筒附件,通过旋转内筒,将水道、过滤盖、拨水叶分别旋转至所述拆卸口的位置,可随意选择其中的任意一个或多个进行拆卸安装。
优选地,所述拆卸口开设位于洗衣机前侧的外筒周壁上,将所述拆卸口开设在位于洗衣机前侧的外筒周壁上,更便于拆卸安装操作,避免设置在洗衣机的后侧不便于维修师傅或者用户拆卸安装。
更优选地,所述拆卸口开设外筒周壁的中部或者中部以上的位置,相比于将拆卸口开设在外筒周壁的下部位置,一方面在高度上能够便于维修师傅操作,另一方面也能够最大限度地减少拆卸口出现漏水的可能。
通过上述设计,水道、过滤盖、拨水叶等多个内筒附件结构通过一个拆卸口进行拆卸安装,最大限度地减少外筒的开口数量,在保证可以正常拆卸安装水道、过滤盖、拨水叶的同时,能够简化外筒的结构及加工工艺,同时也能有效避免由于开口数量过多,导致外筒密封效果不好的问题。
需要说明的是,本实施例中,所述拆卸口不仅限于针对波轮洗衣机的水道、过滤盖、拨水叶设置,波轮洗衣机内筒上需要从内筒外侧安装的其他内筒附件均可通过本实施例中的拆卸口进行拆卸和安装。
本发明提供的洗衣机,通过在外筒上对应内筒附件的位置开设的拆卸口,在拆卸和安装内筒上的内筒附件时,无需拆开洗衣机外筒拿出内筒对内筒附件进行拆卸安装,通过打开外筒上的拆卸口,旋转内筒,将内筒附件旋转至拆卸口处,即可实现对内筒附件进行拆卸和安装操作,使得内筒上的提升装置、离心阀、过滤盖、水道、拨水叶等内筒附件的拆卸和安装过程更加简单方便,省时省力。

Claims (10)
- 一种洗衣机外筒,其特征在于:外筒上设有拆卸口,所述拆卸口上设置有封堵部件,所述封堵部件具有可打开所述拆卸口的打开状态和封堵所述拆卸口的封堵状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机外筒,其特征在于:所述外筒包括底壁和环绕底壁一周设置的周壁,所述拆卸口开设在外筒的周壁上,所述封堵部件为活动连接或可拆卸地安装在所述拆卸口上的封堵盖,所述封堵盖与所述拆卸口之间密封设置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机外筒,其特征在于:所述拆卸口为阶梯式开口,所述拆卸口内具有一环状的一级阶梯部,所述封堵盖的外边沿嵌设在拆卸口环状的一级阶梯部内,所述封堵盖的内壁上设置有可密封抵接在所述一级阶梯部上的环形密封圈;优选地,所述一级阶梯部上设置有与所述环形密封圈配合的环形密封槽,所述环形密封圈可挤压抵接在环形密封槽内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机外筒,其特征在于:所述封堵盖的一侧可转动连接在所述拆卸口上以开启/关闭拆卸口,所述外筒上设置有锁定机构,所述封堵盖在关闭所述拆卸口时,所述锁定机构动作将所述封堵盖的位置锁定;或者,所述封堵盖通过连接件可拆卸地安装在所述拆卸口上。
- 一种具有上述权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗衣机外筒的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机包括可转动地设置在外筒内的内筒,所述内筒的周壁上安装有内筒附件,所述拆卸口对应所述内筒附件的位置开设在外筒上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机为滚筒洗衣机,所述内筒附件包括通过第一连接件固定在内筒周壁上的提升装置,所述拆卸口包括对应所述提升装置的位置开设在外筒周壁上的提升装置拆卸口;优选地,以所述外筒中心轴线所在的水平面为上下分割面,将所述外筒的周壁分割为上半部分和下半部分,所述提升装置拆卸口开设在外筒周壁的上半部分。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述内筒上设置有一个或多个提升装置,所述提升装置拆卸口的数量为M个,M≥1;优选地,所述提升装置拆卸口的数量为一个;更优选地,所述提升装置拆卸口开设在外筒的最顶部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述提升装置沿着所述内筒的轴线方向设置,所述外筒包括前筒和后筒,所述提升装置拆卸口开设在前筒和/或后筒上;优选地,所述提升装置的两端分别通过前端第一连接件/后端第一连接件固定在前筒/后筒上;所述提升装置拆卸口由开设在前筒连接边沿上的第一开口和开设在后筒连接边沿上的第二开口拼接构成;所述前端第一连接件和后端第一连接件位于所述提升装置拆卸口在内筒上的投影范围内。
- 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述内筒在洗涤衣物时可独立盛放洗涤水,所述内筒的周壁上开设有脱水孔,所述内筒附件还包括安装在脱水孔上控制其导通/关闭的离心阀;所述离心阀通过第二连接件固定在内筒上,所述内筒的周壁对应所述提升装置拆卸口在内筒周壁轴向方向上的投影被划分为裸露区域和被遮挡区域;所述离心阀安装在位于裸露区域的内筒周壁上,所述离心阀与所述提升装置共用同一所述提升装置拆卸口;或者,所述离心阀安装在位于被遮挡区域的内筒周壁上,所述拆卸口还包括对应所述离心阀的位置开设在外筒周壁上的离心阀拆卸口。
- 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述洗衣机为波轮洗衣机,所述内筒附件包括安装在内筒周壁上的水道和/或过滤盖和/或拨水叶,所述拆卸口对应所述水道和/或过滤盖和/或拨水叶的位置开设在外筒的周壁上;优选地,所述拆卸口开设靠近洗衣机前侧的外筒周壁上;更优选地,所述拆卸口开设外筒周壁的中部或者中部以上的位置。
