本申请涉及计算机应用技术领域,例如涉及一种协同云平台和终端设备。
背景技术
大型企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)、财务等软件存在大而全、个性化定制难度大、定制费用高等问题,体现在如下方面。一方面,中小型制造业企业对于内部协作管理系统的需求相对简单,若采用行业内多种大型系统无法有效利用其中的功能模块。另一方面,大型全流程管理软件产品个性定制化成本高、难度大,不足以满足中小型企业的业务管理需求。再一方面,协作管理系统的产品化导致私有化部署成本高。
发明内容
本申请提供一种协同云平台和终端设备,以为企业提供轻量级管理、快速迭代与实施的协同服务平台,助力企业适应工业互联网快速变化的市场环境。

图2是根据本申请实施例提供的一种示例性的协同云平台中销售管理模块、采购管理模块、以及库存管理模块的部分交互流程示意图,如图2所示,本示 例所述的采购管理模块过融合销售出口(包括线上电商与线下传统渠道)形成对销售渠道的整体管理能力。本协同云平台能够支持多样的销售方案,如以销定采、普通销售等的全过程管理,同时结合多重定价管理场景以及主数据信息管理为客户提供销售大数据报表服务,能够助力企业客户快速适应市场环境。
采购管理模块能够通过对接采购外围平台(如招标网、供应商平台、供需平台、集采网、委外代工等)提供上游供应链解决方案,融合生产计划管理提供包括采购需求子服务、采购订单子服务、采购发票子服务、采购暂估子服务、采购到货子服务、采购退货子服务、采购结算子服务、采购入库子服务等全流程采购服务。采购管理模块支持集团化的多种采购模式,如集中采购集中结算、集中结算内部调拨等,便于企业客户采购管理的集团协调。
本示例所述的协同云平台的库存管理模块能够为企业用户提供整体库存解决方案,包括入库服务(采购入库子服务、调拨入库子服务、委外入库子服务、报废入库子服务等)、库存调整服务(盘点子服务、调拨子服务、报废子服务、移库子服务、冻结子服务、调差子服务等)、出库服务(销售出库子服务、调拨出库子服务、领用出库子服务等)以及库存存量服务、库存报表服务等服务。同时能够为客户提供物料存量的多维度管理,包括组织、仓库、物料信息等。
图3是根据本申请实施例提供的一种协同云平台中的办公自动化模块的内部的部分流程示意图,本示例所述的办公自动化模块包括消息中心服务、工作流服务、企业门户服务、日程管理服务、电子签章服务等,所述电子签章服务还可通过外部三方应用提供。办公自动化模块的智慧运营平台能够为企业提供基础的任务管理子服务、接待管理子服务、请假管理子服务、出差管理子服务、用车管理子服务等日常工作管理内容。
本实施例所述的财务管理模块可包括凭证管理服务、会计报表服务、财务报表服务、资产折旧服务、凭证驱动服务等基础功能,同时提供标准外围接口,便于企业客户对接财务管理模块,包括收入折扣接口、库存成本接口、往来税票接口、报销借款接口等。
企业客户在完成应用部署或订购软件即服务(oftware-as-a-Service,SaaS)服务账号后,导入企业组织架构及员工信息,完成用户认证后,员工可以根据相应权限使用系统内多个功能板块。
本实施例通过提供一种协同云平台,能够为企业提供轻量化的全流程管理,使业务模块的应用领域比较广泛,能够给企业的独有需求提供能够快速交付实现的横向迭代的方案,能够为企业采购和销售提供预测服务,以提高企业的产能效率。
下面参考图4,示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的终端设备400的结构示意图。本申请实施例中的终端设备可以包括诸如移动电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、平板电脑(Portable Android Device,PAD)、便携式多媒体播放器(Personal Multimedia Player,PMP)、车载终端(例如车载导航终端)等等的移动终端以及诸如数字电视(TeleVision,TV)、台式计算机等等的固定终端。图4示出的终端设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图4所示,终端设备400可以包括处理装置(例如中央处理器、图形处理器等)401,处理装置401可以根据存储在只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)402中的程序或者从存储装置408加载到随机访问存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)403中的程序而执行多种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 403中,还存储有终端设备400操作所需的多种程序和数据。处理装置401、ROM 402以及RAM 403通过总线404彼此相连。输入/输出(Input/Output,I/O)接口405也连接至总线404。
通常,以下装置可以连接至I/O接口405:包括例如触摸屏、触摸板、键盘、鼠标、摄像头、麦克风、加速度计、陀螺仪等的输入装置406;包括例如液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display,LCD)、扬声器、振动器等的输出装置407;包括例如磁带、硬盘等的存储装置408;以及通信装置409。通信装置409可以允许终端设备400与其他设备进行无线或有线通信以交换数据。虽然图4示出了具有多种装置的终端设备400,但是并不要求实施或具备所有示出的装置。可以替代地实施或具备更多或更少的装置。
根据本申请实施例的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本申请实施例的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信装置409从网络上被下载和安装,或者从存储装置408被安装,或者从ROM 402被安装。在该计算机程序被处理装置401执行时,执行本申请实施例的方法中限定的上述功能。
本申请实施例上述的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质可以包括:具有一个或多个导线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、RAM、ROM、可擦式可编程只读存储器(Erasable  Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM)、闪存、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本申请实施例中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本申请实施例中,计算机可读信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读信号介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括:电线、光缆、射频(Radio Frequency,RF)等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。
上述计算机可读介质可以是上述终端设备中所包含的;也可以是单独存在,而未装配入该终端设备中。
上述计算机可读介质承载有一个或者多个程序,当上述一个或者多个程序被该终端设备执行时,使得该终端设备运行一种协同云平台,包括销售管理模块、采购管理模块、库存管理模块、办公自动化模块、以及财务管理模块;所述销售管理模块,设置为支持多种销售出口、多种销售模式、以及多重定价管理场景,以为客户提供销售大数据报表服务和销售预测服务;所述采购管理模块,设置为通过对接至少一种采购外围平台提供上游供应链解决方案服务、为客户提供采购预测服务、以及基于所述采购预测服务得到的采购计划提供全流程采购服务;所述库存管理模块,设置为为企业用户提供至少一种库存服务;所述办公自动化模块,设置为为企业用户提供至少一种办公自动化服务;所述财务管理模块,设置为为企业用户提供至少一种财务管理服务。
可以以一种或多种程序设计语言或其组合来编写用于执行本申请实施例的操作的计算机程序代码,上述程序设计语言包括面向对象的程序设计语言—诸如Java、Smalltalk、C++,还包括常规的过程式程序设计语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的程序设计语言。程序代码可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络包括局域网(Local Area Network,LAN)或广域网(Wide Area Network,WAN)连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种协同云平台,包括销售管理模块、采购管理模块、库存管理模块、办公自动化模块、以及财务管理模块;
    所述销售管理模块,设置为支持多种销售出口、多种销售模式、以及多重定价管理场景,以为客户提供销售大数据报表服务和销售预测服务;
    所述采购管理模块,设置为通过对接至少一种采购外围平台提供上游供应链解决方案服务、为客户提供采购预测服务、以及基于所述采购预测服务得到的采购计划提供全流程采购服务;
    所述库存管理模块,设置为为企业用户提供至少一种库存服务;
    所述办公自动化模块,设置为为企业用户提供至少一种办公自动化服务;
    所述财务管理模块,设置为为企业用户提供至少一种财务管理服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的协同云平台,其中,所述多种销售出口包括至少一种线上电商销售出口和至少一种线下销售渠道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的协同云平台,其中,所述全流程采购服务包括采购需求子服务、采购订单子服务、采购发票子服务、采购暂估子服务、采购到货子服务、采购退货子服务、采购结算子服务、以及采购入库子服务。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的协同云平台,其中,所述采购外围平台包括招标网、供应商平台、供需平台、集采网平台、以及委外代工平台。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的协同云平台,其中,所述多种销售模式包括销定采模式和普通销售模式。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的协同云平台,其中,所述至少一种库存服务包括入库服务、库存调整服务、出库服务、库存存量服务、库存报表服务、以及库存预测服务中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的协同云平台,其中,所述入库服务包括采购入库子服务、调拨入库子服务、委外入库子服务、以及报废入库子服务。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的协同云平台,其中,所述库存调整服务包括盘点子服务、调拨子服务、报废子服务、移库子服务、冻结子服务、以及调差子服务。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的协同云平台,其中,所述出库服务包括销售出库子服务、调拨出库子服务、以及领用出库子服务。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的协同云平台,其中,所述至少一种办公自动化服务包括消息中心服务、工作流服务、企业门户服务、以及日程管理服务。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的协同云平台,其中,所述日程管理服务包括任务管理子服务、接待管理子服务、请假管理子服务、出差管理子服务、以及用车管理子服务。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的协同云平台,其中,所述至少一种财务管理服务包括凭证管理服务、会计报表服务、财务报表服务、资产折旧服务、以及凭证驱动服务中的至少一种。
  13. 一种终端设备,包括:
    处理器;以及
    存储器,设置为存储可执行指令,所述可执行指令在被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述终端设备运行如权利要求1-12中任一项所述的协同云平台。
