Abstract

技术领域
本申请涉及医疗器械技术领域,尤其是涉及一种助行康复装置。
背景技术
现有医疗器械的品种繁多,功能也有多种多样。例如,轮椅。现有的轮椅更多的是电动轮椅,使用灵活方便,逐渐成为不能行走使用者的代步工具。对于中风偏瘫病人来说,轮椅虽然能够解决该类病人的代步行走问题,但是对于锻炼及康复来说,不能很好地起到辅助锻炼作用。
目前,随着医疗保健技术的发展,适用于中风偏瘫病人用的组合式康复设备也越来越多。然而,现有的组合式康复设备在使用时,难以使使用者(如中风偏瘫病人)独自完成从坐姿起身到自主推行的过程,给使用者带来了很大的不便。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种助行康复装置,以缓解现有技术中存在的组合式康复设备在使用时,难以使使用者独自完成从坐姿起身到自主推行的技术问题。
本申请实施例提供一种助行康复装置,包括:车架和设置于所述车架的椅座;所述椅座包括垫板和支撑板,所述垫板连接有第一升降驱动装置,所述第一升降驱动装置能够驱动所述垫板相对所述支撑板做升降运动,所述垫板在做升降运动的过程中具有起始位置和升起位置;所述支撑板上设有避让孔,所述垫板在所述起始位置处时,所述垫板的至少部分位于所述避让孔,且所述垫板和所述支撑板两者的上表面形成支撑座面;其中,垫板的上表面为主要受力面;所述垫板在所述升起位置处时,所述垫板的两侧具有供使用者腿部放置的活动区域。
进一步的,所述垫板采用自行车鞍座结构,所述避让孔与所述自行车鞍座结构的后部相适配;所述垫板在所述起始位置处时,所述自行车鞍座结构的前部凸出于所述避让孔;所述自行车鞍座结构的前部的两侧在所述起始位置和所述升起位置处时均具有所述活动区域。
进一步的,所述避让孔的内侧边缘为向所述避让孔的中心倾斜且向下延伸的下斜面;所述自行车鞍座结构的后部的外侧边缘为与所述下斜面相适配的斜面。
进一步的,所述支撑板采用具有所述避让孔的矩形板式结构;所述支撑板靠近使用者 腿部的侧面为由两侧边部逐渐向中心回收的凹弧面。
进一步的,所述第一升降驱动装置的输出端与所述垫板之间设有角度微调结构,所述角度微调结构用于调整所述垫板的倾斜角度,用于使所述垫板在所述升起位置处时由后向前向下倾斜设置。
进一步的,所述车架包括支撑后腿,所述支撑板滑动连接于所述支撑后腿,并能相对所述支撑后腿转动,以使所述支撑板移动到位时收纳于所述车架的后侧。
进一步的,所述车架还包括支撑前腿、支撑横杆以及支撑竖杆;所述支撑横杆连接于所述支撑后腿与所述支撑前腿之间,所述支撑竖杆位于所述支撑后腿与所述支撑前腿中间,所述支撑竖杆的上端连接所述第一升降驱动装置;所述支撑后腿、所述支撑前腿、所述支撑横杆以及所述支撑竖杆构成稳定的支撑框架结构。
进一步的,所述车架包括多根支撑腿以及设置于所述多根支撑腿的上端的扶手架;所述扶手架包括背靠杆、侧扶手以及前扶手,所述背靠杆、所述侧扶手以及所述前扶手连接围成具有前开口的空间;所述前扶手包括固定部和活动部,所述活动部能够相对所述固定部运动,以调节所述前开口的开口大小。
进一步的,所述车架上设有感应灯。

有益效果:
本申请提供的助行康复装置,垫板在第一升降驱动装置的驱动下具有起始位置和升起位置,当垫板在起始位置时,垫板的至少部分位于避让孔,垫板和支撑板两者的上表面形成支撑座面,使用者可坐在支撑座面上,该支撑座面对使用者起到支撑的作用;再者,通 过支撑板上设有避让孔,垫板的至少部分位于避让孔,如此设置可以使垫板的上表面成为主要受力面。
由于垫板的上表面为主受力面,因而,当使用者想要由坐姿状态转变为站立状态时,通过第一升降驱动装置可使垫板相对支撑板上升,在此过程中,垫板可以给使用者相应的力量起身,即垫板能够持续地为使用者提供支撑作用的同时,将使用者的重心抬高,逐渐使使用者接近站立,该过程可以尽可能地减少使用者在状态转变时的不舒适感。由于垫板在升起位置处时,垫板的两侧具有供使用者腿部放置的活动区域,因而,使用者在接近站立状态时,一方面可以独自慢慢地脱离垫板,自主推动车架练习行走;另一方面,还可以不完全脱离垫板,依靠垫板提供的支撑作用,做近似于行走的动作。
由前述分析可知,该助行康复装置能够使使用者相对容易地独自完成从坐姿起身到自主推行的动作,以供患者康复训练使用。

请参照图1至图3,本实施例提供一种助行康复装置,该助行康复装置包括车架100和设置于车架100的椅座200;椅座200包括垫板210和支撑板220,垫板210连接有第一升降驱动装置300,第一升降驱动装置300能够驱动垫板210相对支撑板220做升降运动,垫板210在做升降运动的过程中具有起始位置(具体见图2)和升起位置(具体见图3);支撑板220上设有避让孔221,垫板210在起始位置处时,垫板210的至少部分位于避让孔,且垫板210和支撑板220两者的上表面形成支撑座面,其中,垫板210的上表面为主要受力面;垫板210在升起位置处时,垫板210的两侧具有供使用者腿部放置的活动区域。
本实施例提供的助行康复装置,垫板210在第一升降驱动装置300的驱动下具有起始 位置和升起位置,当垫板210在起始位置时(具体见图2),垫板210的至少部分位于避让孔221,垫板210和支撑板220两者的上表面形成支撑座面,使用者可坐在支撑座面上,该支撑座面对使用者起到支撑的作用;再者,通过支撑板220上设有避让孔221,垫板210的至少部分位于避让孔221,如此设置可以使垫板210的上表面成为主要受力面。
由于垫板210的上表面为主受力面,因而,当使用者想要由坐姿状态转变为站立状态时,通过第一升降驱动装置300可使垫板210相对支撑板220上升(具体见图3),在此过程中,垫板210可以给使用者相应的力量起身,即垫板210能够持续地为使用者提供支撑作用的同时,将使用者的重心抬高,逐渐使使用者接近站立,该过程可以尽可能地减少使用者在状态转变时的不舒适感。由于垫板210在升起位置处时,垫板210的两侧具有供使用者腿部放置的活动区域,因而,使用者在接近站立状态时,一方面可以独自慢慢地脱离垫板210,自主推动车架100练习行走;另一方面,还可以不完全脱离垫板210,依靠垫板210提供的支撑作用,做近似于行走的动作。
由前述分析可知,该助行康复装置能够使使用者相对容易地独自完成从坐姿起身到自主推行的动作,以供患者(如中风偏瘫病人)康复训练使用,且比较经济实用。
下面将对垫板210、支撑板220以及两者相配合的结构做进一步的解释说明。
具体的,垫板210和支撑板220均可采用防水吸汗材质制成;进一步的,垫板210的上表面设有有利于血管和心脏理疗的钛钢颗粒。
需要说明的是,垫板210和支撑板220两者形成的支撑座面大致为平面,以便于患者坐在上面,尽可能地提高使用者在坐姿状态下的舒适度;当然,考虑到按摩、理疗等作用,对垫板210和支撑板220做的适当改进也均在本申请的保护范围之内。
还需要说明的是,上述起到的“起始位置”是指,垫板210在初始状态下,即未运动状态下所处的最低位置,或者是,垫板210在做下降运动时所能到达的最低位置;相应的,上述起到的“升起位置”是指,垫板210在做上升运功时所能到达的最高位置。其中,最低位置可以是固定不变的位置,最高位置可以根据不同使用者进行合理地调整,即可以通过对第一升降驱动装置300的行程设置进行调整,这对于本领域技术人员来说是清楚的。
如图2所示,本实施例中,垫板210的部分位于避让孔221内;其他实施例中,垫板210的全部可位于避让孔221内,当然,此种设置中,需要确保垫板210在升起位置处时,垫板210的两侧具有供使用者腿部放置的活动区域,进而确保使用者能够行走以进行锻炼。其中,垫板210的全部位于避让孔221内的设置,本领域技术人员可以在图2所示结构的基础上对椅座200进行改进或适当的调整,这对于本领域技术人员来说是清楚的,在此不再详细赘述。
可以理解的是,上述提到的“主要受力面”可以看作是与使用者的接触较多,即垫板 210对使用者起主要的支撑作用的面;与此同时,支撑板220与使用者的接触相对较少,支撑板220的板面对使用者起辅助的支撑作用。
本实施例中,如图2和图3所示,垫板210采用自行车鞍座结构,避让孔221与自行车鞍座结构的后部相适配;垫板210在起始位置处时,自行车鞍座结构的前部凸出于避让孔221;自行车鞍座结构的前部的两侧在起始位置和升起位置处时均具有活动区域,即,确保使用者在坐姿状态下和站立状态下,腿部均能够活动。
如图2或图3所示,本实施例给出了自行车鞍座结构的一种形式,但不限于为该形式,可以采用现有自行车鞍座的所有结构,由于自行车鞍座的结构形式较多,在此不再一一列举。
本实施例中提到的“前、后”是指,该助行康复装置在一般或常规使用状态下,便于使用者落座的一侧为前,相应的另一侧为后;亦指,设有靠背的一侧为后,与靠背对应的一侧为前;再亦指,一般的助行康复装置向前行走的一侧为前,后退的一侧为后。
如图3所示,避让孔221的内侧边缘为向避让孔221的中心倾斜且向下延伸的下斜面;自行车鞍座结构的后部的外侧边缘为与下斜面相适配的斜面,如此设置,可以使垫板210由升起位置运动至起始位置的过程中,与避让孔221进行很好的吻合固定,从而防止垫板210前后倾斜,以确保椅座200的相对稳定性。
在本申请的一个实施例中,如图3所示,支撑板220采用具有避让孔221的矩形板式结构;支撑板220靠近使用者腿部的侧面为由两侧边部逐渐向中心回收的凹弧面222。
其中,凹弧面222的弧度在设计上要参考人体大腿的弧度,以尽可能地贴合人体大腿和人体工学的要求,使得使用者在坐姿状态下,不易滑出椅座200最合适的位置,确保大腿安放舒适。
参照图3,垫板210在升起位置处时,由于支撑板220的存在,即使自行车鞍座结构的前部的两侧在起始位置和升起位置处时均具有活动区域,但仍不避免地给使用者腿部的活动空间造成限制。
上面已经对垫板210、支撑板220以及两者相配合的结构做了具体描述,接下来描述第一升降驱动装置300与垫板210的具体结构。
进一步的,第一升降驱动装置300的输出端与垫板210之间设有角度微调结构,该角度微调结构用于调整垫板210的倾斜角度,用于使垫板210在升起位置处时由后向前向下倾斜设置(附图未示出),如此设置,可以使使用者在升起位置时,身体微微向前,可防止使用者向后倾倒。
本实施例中,第一升降驱动装置300可以采用液压驱动装置,当然,第一升降驱动装置300还可以为电动推杆。
以第一升降驱动装置300为液压驱动装置为例,该角度微调结构的一种具体实施例为:液压驱动装置包括缸体和活塞杆,活塞杆上铰接有转向板,垫板210固定连接于转向板,转向板通过铰轴铰接于活塞杆,并通过螺丝锁紧,当需要调节垫板210的角度时,可通过调节转向板与活塞杆的相对角度,以实现垫板210的倾斜角度的调节。
其中,角度微调结构还可以参照现有调节电扇的扇头俯仰角度的结构,由于调节电扇的扇头俯仰角度的结构为本领域技术人员已知的技术,在此不再详细赘述。
上面已经对第一升降驱动装置300与垫板210的具体结构做了具体描述,接下来描述车架100的具体结构。
本实施例中,车架100包括支撑后腿110,支撑板220滑动连接于支撑后腿110,并能相对支撑后腿110转动,以使支撑板220移动到位时收纳于车架100的后侧,如此设置,可以使支撑板220很好地避开使用者腿部的活动空间,使腿部的活动空间增加,为使用者锻炼提供方便,同时在锻炼过程中也不至于出现绊腿的现象。
在本申请的一个实施例中,如图1、图3和图4所示,支撑后腿110为两根,两根支撑后腿110上均设有滑槽111,支撑板220的后端设有连接轴230,连接轴230的两端分别插入滑槽111;支撑板220连接有第二升降驱动装置400,第二升降驱动装置的输出端可以驱动支撑板220上的连接轴230在滑槽111内滑槽111,并使连接轴230移动至滑槽111的上端时,使支撑板220收纳于车架100的后侧。
简单来说,参照图3和图4,第二升降驱动装置的输出端铰接于支撑板220靠近椅座200后侧的位置,在第二升降驱动装置400的驱动下,支撑板220不断地顺时针转动,直至使支撑板220呈竖向放置,即收纳状态。在具体使用时,垫板210处于升起位置,支撑板220处于收纳状态,此状态下,可以为使用者的腿部提供足够的活动空间,便于使用者自主推行;相应地,在第二升降驱动装置400的反向驱动下,支撑板220不断地逆时针转动,直至使支撑板220呈水平放置,即展开状态。
进一步的,参照如1和图4,车架100还包括支撑前腿120、支撑横杆130以及支撑竖杆140;支撑横杆130连接于支撑后腿110与支撑前腿120之间,支撑竖杆140位于支撑后腿110与支撑前腿120中间,支撑竖杆140的上端连接第一升降驱动装置300;支撑后腿110、支撑前腿120、支撑横杆130以及支撑竖杆140构成稳定的支撑框架结构。
具体的,支撑前腿120也为两根,支撑竖杆140为一根,一根支撑竖杆140位于两根支撑后腿110和两根支撑前腿120的中心位置。
请继续参照图4,支撑竖杆140的顶端设有电源箱500,第一升降驱动装置300和第二升降驱动装置400均安装于电源箱500的外壳上。具体的,第一升降驱动装置300呈竖向安装,第一升降驱动装置300的安装部位通过一中间斜板与电源箱500铰接;第二升降驱 动装置400在安装时倾斜安装,第二升降驱动装置400的安装部位通过另一中间斜板与电源箱500铰接,如此设置,以确保支撑板220能够完成收纳、展开过程。
其中,电源箱500可以为整个助行康复装置提供电能;可选的,电源箱500包括外壳和设置于壳体内的可充电电池。
更进一步的,如图1和图5所示,车架100还扶手架;扶手架包括背靠杆141、侧扶手142以及前扶手143,背靠杆141、侧扶手142以及前扶手143连接围成具有前开口144的空间;前扶手143包括固定部和活动部,活动部能够相对固定部运动,以调节前开口144的开口大小,进而方便使用者的进出。
简单来说,当开口调大(即在使用前)时,便于使用者坐在椅座200上;当开口调小(即在使用后)时,可对使用者起到保护作用,防止使用者向前倾倒。其中,前扶手143用于调节前开口144的开口大小的结构(如扭转结构)可以采用已知技术,在此不再具体赘述。
在前述设计的基础之上,该助行康复装置还具有以下改进:
1)车架100上设有感应灯,如感应LED灯,当进入光线不明的场所,该LED灯会自动打开,发出照明光源。
2)如图1或图4所示,支撑腿的下端部采用弧形腿结构,弧形腿结构朝向多根支撑腿的中心外凸,如此设置,可以进一步提高支撑框架结构的稳定性,进而进一步防止使用者倾斜。
3)支撑腿的长度可调。可根据不同的使用者,或者使用者的不同状态,调整支撑腿的长度,以使该助行康复装置的适用性增加。
可选的,可调节长度的支撑腿可采用现有的设计,调节长度后通过锁扣卡紧,在此不再赘述。
4)支撑腿的底端均安装有减速车轮,如自动减速医用车轮,以防止该助行康复装置行走速度太快而导致的危险。
5)侧扶手142上设有用于增加人手握持力的防滑结构。示例性地,防滑结构可以为防滑胶套600,可以有效地防止使用者手滑导致的身体倾斜摔倒以及便于两手的安放。
6)前扶手143上设有磁疗钛钢颗粒。
7)前扶手143上还设有信息采集装置;其中,信息采集装置包括用于采集使用者的身体状态信息的感应元件、用于接收感应元件所采集信息的控制器以及用于反馈所采集信息的结果反馈元件,感应元件和结果反馈元件均与控制器电连接。
可选的,信息采集装置可以根据使用者的需求进行设置,如设置可测量血压或心跳等的传感器,具体的在使用时,可使使用者的双手按在对应传感器上。
具体的,结果反馈元件包括显示器和报警器,其中,显示器用于显示使用者的身体状态信息;报警器用于报警作用,即当使用者的身体状态信息超过预设的正常值时,可以通过报警器告知家人。其中,显示器和报警器可以集成设置或分体设置。
另外,侧扶手142或前扶手143上还可设置遥控器,遥控器集成有紧急呼叫按钮,当使用者需要帮助时,可通过遥控器上的按钮进行呼叫。同时,遥控器上还可设置用于控制垫板210以及支撑板220动作的按钮。
此外,信息采集装置还可以和智能终端通信连接,智能终端可以为智能手机、iPad和电脑;智能手机、iPad和电脑上安装有相应地接收信息的APP,只有安装有相关APP的使用者的家属或医护人员才能够通过智能终端接收到相应报警信息。
8)车架100上还设有固定饮水放置位置,方便使用者放置水杯及其他饮水容器。
如图1所示,该车架100还包括靠背700;靠背700采用护脊记忆防水海绵靠背,可对使用者的脊椎起到很好的保护作用;靠背700上设置有安全带800,进一步保护使用者。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种助行康复装置,其特征在于,包括:车架(100)和设置于所述车架(100)的椅座(200);
    所述椅座(200)包括垫板(210)和支撑板(220),所述垫板(210)连接有第一升降驱动装置(300),所述第一升降驱动装置(300)能够驱动所述垫板(210)相对所述支撑板(220)做升降运动,所述垫板(210)在做升降运动的过程中具有起始位置和升起位置;
    所述支撑板(220)上设有避让孔(221),所述垫板(210)在所述起始位置处时,所述垫板(210)的至少部分位于所述避让孔(221),且所述垫板(210)和所述支撑板(220)两者的上表面形成支撑座面;其中,垫板(210)的上表面为主要受力面;所述垫板(210)在所述升起位置处时,所述垫板(210)的两侧具有供使用者腿部放置的活动区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述垫板(210)采用自行车鞍座结构,所述避让孔(221)与所述自行车鞍座结构的后部相适配;
    所述垫板(210)在所述起始位置处时,所述自行车鞍座结构的前部凸出于所述避让孔(221);
    所述自行车鞍座结构的前部的两侧在所述起始位置和所述升起位置处时均具有所述活动区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述避让孔(221)的内侧边缘为向所述避让孔(221)的中心倾斜且向下延伸的下斜面;
    所述自行车鞍座结构的后部的外侧边缘为与所述下斜面相适配的斜面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板(220)采用具有所述避让孔(221)的矩形板式结构;
    所述支撑板(220)靠近使用者腿部的侧面为由两侧边部逐渐向中心回收的凹弧面(222)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述第一升降驱动装置(300)的输出端与所述垫板(210)之间设有角度微调结构,所述角度微调结构用于调整所述垫板(210)的倾斜角度,用于使所述垫板(210)在所述升起位置处时由后向前向下倾斜设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述车架(100)包括支撑后腿(110),所述支撑板(220)滑动连接于所述支撑后腿(110),并能相对所述支撑后腿(110)转动,以使所述支撑板(220)移动到位时收纳于所述车架(100)的后侧。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述车架(100)还包括支撑前腿(120)、支撑横杆(130)以及支撑竖杆(140);
    所述支撑横杆(130)连接于所述支撑后腿(110)与所述支撑前腿(120)之间,所述 支撑竖杆(140)位于所述支撑后腿(110)与所述支撑前腿(120)中间,所述支撑竖杆(140)的上端连接所述第一升降驱动装置(300);
    所述支撑后腿(110)、所述支撑前腿(120)、所述支撑横杆(130)以及所述支撑竖杆(140)构成稳定的支撑框架结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述车架(100)包括多根支撑腿以及设置于多根所述支撑腿的上端的扶手架;
    所述扶手架包括背靠杆(141)、侧扶手(142)以及前扶手(143),所述背靠杆(141)、所述侧扶手(142)以及所述前扶手(143)连接围成具有前开口(144)的空间;
    所述前扶手(143)包括固定部和活动部,所述活动部能够相对所述固定部运动,以调节所述前开口(144)的开口大小。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述车架(100)上设有感应灯;
    和/或,所述支撑腿的下端部采用弧形腿结构,所述弧形腿结构朝向多根所述支撑腿的中心外凸;
    和/或,所述支撑腿的长度可调;
    和/或,所述支撑腿的底端均安装有减速车轮;
    和/或,所述侧扶手(142)上设有用于增加人手握持力的防滑结构;
    和/或,所述前扶手(143)上设有磁疗钛钢颗粒;
    和/或,所述前扶手(143)上设有信息采集装置,所述信息采集装置包括用于采集使用者的身体状态信息的感应元件、用于接收所述感应元件所采集信息的控制器以及用于反馈所采集信息的结果反馈元件,所述感应元件和结果反馈元件均与所述控制器电连接;
    优选的,所述感应元件与智能终端通信连接,所述感应元件将所采集的身体状态信息传输至所述智能终端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的助行康复装置,其特征在于,所述车架(100)还包括靠背(700);
    所述靠背(700)采用护脊记忆防水海绵靠背;和/或,所述靠背(700)上设置有安全带(800)。
