Abstract
Description
〔1.実施形態に係る情報処理の概要〕
まず、実施形態に係る情報処理の概要について説明する。出産を控えた妊婦を祝うパーティーイベントとして、ベビーシャワーが知られている。また、ベビーシャワーという文化は、特定の国に限らず様々な国の各家庭に広がってきている。また、ベビーシャワーでは、招待者がイベント開催者側の妊婦に向けて、生まれてくる子供に対して妊婦が使えるような物品を出産祝いとして持ち寄る。このような物品の代表的なものとしておむつ等の吸収性物品(不織布製品の一例)が挙げられる。
以下、図1において実施形態に係る情報処理の具体例を示すが、それに先立って、まず、実施形態に係る情報処理システムについて、図2を用いて説明する。図2は、実施形態に係る情報処理システムの一例を示す図である。図2には、実施形態に係る情報処理システムの一例として、情報処理システム1が示される。
以下では、図1を用いて実施形態に係る情報処理の一例について説明する。具体的には、実施形態に係る情報処理に係る立場関係および不織布製品を前提として説明し、係る前提に沿って実施形態に係る情報処理の一例を説明する。
まず、図1に示す情報処理システム1の利用に関わる利用者について、その立場関係がどのようなものであるか説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る情報処理の一例を示す図である。図1では、妊婦である利用者U11側においてベビーシャワーが開催されるにあたって、利用者U11側でベビーシャワーへの招待者向けの招待状を作成するための作業(手続き)がなされる場面が示される。また、図1は、図2で説明した情報処理システム1の一場面が示されている図に対応する。
実施形態に係るイベント(図1の例では、イベントEV1)に招待された招待者から提供されることが所望される不織布製品は、生まれてくる子供に対して妊婦が使用することを想定される製品であり、具体的には、吸収性物品(特に、おむつ)が挙げられる。また、このおむつは、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100を管理する事業者(「事業者T」とする)を製造元(メーカー)とする所定ブランドのおむつ製品であるものとする。例えば、事業者Tは、自社独自のおむつブランドとしてブランド「BR1」を展開しているものとする。したがって、実施形態に係るイベント(ベビーシャワー)で対象とされるおむつ製品は、ブランド「BR1」に属するおむつ(以下、「おむつBR1」と表記する)であるものとする。
ここからは、実施形態に係る情報処理の一例について処理手順を交えて説明する。ここで、利用者U11は、グループG1に属する利用者と、グループG2に属する利用者とでは異なる内容の招待状を送りたいと考えており、上記作業パターンPT1に対応する作業と、作業パターンPT2に対応する作業とを別々のタイミングで行うものとする。したがって、まずは、作業パターンPT1を例に説明する。
作業パターンPT1では、利用者U11は、開催者装置10-11(開催者装置10の一例)を用いて、情報処理装置100に対して招待状EVIV11の生成に係る各種の指定を行うという作業を実行する。すなわち、図1の例では、情報処理装置100は、招待状生成に必要な情報を利用者U11から受け付ける(ステップS1)。例えば、情報処理装置100は、招待状生成に必要な情報として、製品情報(どのサイズのおむつBR1を希望するかサイズ指定)、開催者側情報、イベント情報を受け付ける。
作業パターンPT2でも、利用者U11は、開催者装置10-11を用いて、情報処理装置100に対して招待状EVIV12の生成に係る各種の指定を行うという作業を実行する。すなわち、図1の例では、情報処理装置100は、招待状生成に必要な情報を利用者U11から受け付ける(ステップS1)。例えば、情報処理装置100は、招待状生成に必要な情報として、製品情報(どのサイズのおむつBR1を希望するかサイズ指定)、開催者側情報、イベント情報を受け付ける。
次に、図3を用いて、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100について説明する。図3は、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100の構成例を示す図である。図3に示すように、情報処理装置100は、通信部110と、記憶部120と、制御部130とを有する。
通信部110は、例えば、NIC(Network Interface Card)等によって実現される。そして、通信部110は、ネットワークNと有線または無線で接続され、例えば、開催者装置10や招待者装置30との間で情報の送受信を行う。
記憶部120は、例えば、RAM、フラッシュメモリ等の半導体メモリ素子またはハードディスク、光ディスク等の記憶装置によって実現される。記憶部120は、招待状データベース121と、申込情報データベース122とを有する。
招待状データベース121は、招待状生成に必要な各種情報を記憶する。具体的には、招待状データベース121は、招待状生成において開催者から指定された各種情報を記憶する。ここで、図4に実施形態に係る招待状データベース121の一例を示す。図4の例では、招待状データベース121は、「利用者ID(Identifier)」、「招待状ID(Identifier)」、「製品情報」、「開催者側情報」、「イベント情報」、「招待状」といった項目を有する。
申込情報データベース122は、キャンペーンへの応募申込として、実際にイベント開催した開催者により入力された入力情報を記憶する。ここで、図5に実施形態に係る申込情報データベース122の一例を示す。図5の例では、申込情報データベース122は、「利用者ID(Identifier)」、「妊婦本名」、「妊婦誕生日」、「妊婦側E-mail」、「妊婦個人ID」、「妊婦側電話番号」、「お住まい住所」、「出産予定のベビー数」、「出産予定日」、「イベント開催日時」、「妊婦証明」、「撮像画像」、「贈呈対象タグ」といった項目を有する。
図3に戻り、制御部130は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)やMPU(Micro Processing Unit)等によって、情報処理装置100内部の記憶装置に記憶されている各種プログラムがRAMを作業領域として実行されることにより実現される。また、制御部130は、例えば、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)やFPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)等の集積回路により実現される。
受付部131は、出産を控えた妊婦のためのイベントに招待された招待者から提供されることが所望される不織布製品であって、当該妊婦の子供が用いる不織布製品の指定を、イベントの開催者から受け付ける。例えば、受付部131は、出産を控えた妊婦のためのイベントの開催者側の利用者(例えば、妊婦本人や、妊婦の夫等)が招待者に対して提供を所望する不織布製品であって、当該妊婦の子供が用いる不織布製品の指定を、イベントの開催者から受け付ける。
生成部132は、開催者により指定された不織布製品を示す製品情報に基づいて、当該不織布製品が妊婦への提供対象として示されたイベント用の招待状を生成する。
投稿制御部133は、生成部132により生成された紹介状を、開催者に対応する所定のソーシャルネットワーキングサービスで共有可能な状態に投稿制御する。
送信部134は、生成部132により生成された紹介状を、生成に関する各種指定を行った開催者に対応する開催者装置10に送信する。例えば、送信部134は、生成部132により生成された紹介状をダウンロード可能な状態で開催者装置10に送信する。例えば、送信部134は、ダウンロード要求を利用者(開催者)から受け付けたことで、招待状の配布に関するアクションが利用者によって行われたと判定した場合には、この招待状をダウンロード可能な状態で開催者装置10に送信する。
例えば、妊婦と当該妊婦に対して招待者から提供された吸収性物品(具体的には、おむつBR1)とが撮像された撮像画像を、キャンペーン運営元(例えば、事業者Tとの間で関係性を有する事業者)に対して提示した開催者には、撮影画像に撮像されるおむつBR1の数に応じたオリジナル景品が贈呈されるというキャンペーンが行われているものとする。また、このようなキャンペーンを、実施形態に係るキャンペーンとする。
応募管理部136は、申込受付部135により受け付けられた撮像画像に撮像される人物に関する情報に基づき、この撮像画像に撮像される人物が妊婦本人であると判定された場合には、応募申込した開催者をキャンペーンに対応する景品を贈呈する贈呈対象として管理する。例えば、応募管理部136は、申込受付部135により受け付けられた撮像画像に撮像される人物に関する情報に基づき、この撮像画像に撮像される人物が確かに妊娠していると証明された場合には、応募申込した開催者をキャンペーンに対応する景品を贈呈する贈呈対象として管理する。
表示制御部137は、開催者装置10や招待者装置30において、実施形態に係るイベント(ベビーシャワー)に関する所定の画面が表示されるよう表示制御することで、実施形態に係るイベントに関する提示、あるいは、実施形態に係るイベントに関する情報提供を利用者に対して行う。このようなことから、表示制御部137は、提示部に対応する処理部である。また、このようなことから、表示制御部137は、提供部に対応する処理部でもある。
ここから、表示制御部137による上記表示制御処理の一例について画面例を用いて説明する。具体的には、図6~図10に示す画面例を用いて表示制御処理の一例を説明する。
図3に戻り、配信部138は、妊婦に関する情報に基づいて、開催者(開催者装置10)に対して所定の情報を配信する。ここでいう、妊婦に関する情報とは、実施形態に係るキャンペーンへの応募申込として開催者から受け付けられた申込情報であってよいし、申込情報以外の任意の情報であってもよい。例えば、開催者が事業者Tから提供される所定のアプリケーション(例えば、育児関連のアプリケーション、あるいは、健康管理に関するアプリケーション等)を利用している場合、妊婦に関する情報は、所定のアプリケーションを介して登録された情報であってもよい。また、妊婦に関する情報は、所定のアプリケーションに係る情報処理によって得られた結果であってもよい。また、このような情報処理装置100によれば、妊婦に関する情報に基づいて、妊婦のための役立つ情報を提供することができる。
次に、図11を用いて、実施形態に係る情報処理の手順について説明する。図11は、実施形態に係る情報処理手順を示すフローチャートである。なお、図11では、イベントの開催者は、妊婦本人であるものとする。
上記実施形態に係る情報処理装置100は、上記実施形態以外にも種々の異なる形態にて実施されてよい。
上記実施形態では、表示制御部137が、開催者向けの情報として画面G12を利用者に対して表示制御し、受付部131が、どのような種別の吸収性物品が招待者から提供されることを所望するのかその種別(例えば、おむつBR1のサイズ)の指定を開催者から受け付ける例を示した。
また、上述したように、実施形態に係る情報処理装置100によれば、子供の成長に応じた種別の吸収性物品が適度な数(例えば、期間が短い新生児期に対応する新生児サイズの吸収性物品は少なめ、期間が長めの幼児期に対応するサイズの吸収性物品は多め)だけ妊婦が得られるような招待状を、開催者側が各グループに属する相手に向けて配布できるよう支援することができるようになる。
上記した各処理のうち、自動的に行われるものとして説明した処理の全部または一部は、手動的に行われてもよい。また、手動的に行われるものとして説明した処理の全部または一部は、公知の方法で自動的に行われてもよい。この他、上記文書中や図面中で示した処理手順、具体的名称、各種のデータやパラメータを含む情報については、特記する場合を除いて任意に変更することができる。例えば、各図に示した各種情報は、図示した情報に限られるものではない。
また、上述した実施形態に係る情報処理装置100は、例えば図12に示すような構成のコンピュータ1000によって実現される。図12は、ハードウェア構成の一例を示す図である。コンピュータ1000は、出力装置1010、入力装置1020と接続され、演算装置1030、キャッシュ1040、メモリ1050、出力IF(Interface)1060、入力IF1070、ネットワークIF1080がバス1090により接続される。

- 出産を控えた妊婦のためのイベントに招待された招待者から提供されることが所望される不織布製品であって、当該妊婦の子供が用いる不織布製品の指定を、当該イベントの開催者から受け付ける受付部と、
前記開催者により指定された不織布製品を示す製品情報に基づいて、当該不織布製品が前記妊婦への提供対象として示された前記イベント用の招待状を生成する生成部と
