Abstract
Description
SOHは、初期のFCCに対する現在のFCCの比率で規定され、数値が低いほど(0%に近いほど)劣化が進行していることを示す。制御部24は、下記(式2)を算出してSOHを推定することができる。
また、SOHは、完全充放電による容量計測により求めてもよいし、保存劣化とサイクル劣化を合算することにより求めてもよい。保存劣化はSOC、温度、及び保存劣化速度をもとに推定することができる。サイクル劣化は、使用するSOC範囲、温度、電流レート、及びサイクル劣化速度をもとに推定することができる。保存劣化速度及びサイクル劣化速度は、予め実験やシミュレーションにより導出することができる。SOC、温度、SOC範囲、及び電流レートは計測により求めることができる。
負荷(60)に対して、それぞれスイッチ(RY1)を介して並列に接続される複数の蓄電パック(20)を管理する管理装置(30)であって、
前記複数の蓄電パック(20)の電圧及びSOC(State Of Charge)の少なくとも一方を含む監視データを取得する取得部(311)と、
前記複数の蓄電パック(20)間の電圧差または前記複数の蓄電パック(20)間のSOC差をもとに、前記複数のスイッチ(RY1)を個別にオン/オフ制御可能なスイッチ制御部(312)と、
前記複数の蓄電パック(20)全体の容量を算出する容量算出部(313)と、を備え、
前記容量算出部(313)は、前記複数の蓄電パック(20)全体の容量を算出する際、オフ状態のスイッチ(RY1)に接続された蓄電パック(20)の容量も、当該スイッチ(RY1)が将来においてオン状態に制御されることが可能である場合、加味する、
ことを特徴とする管理装置(30)。
前記容量算出部(313)は、オン状態のスイッチ(RY1)に接続された蓄電パック(20)の実容量と、将来においてオン状態に制御されることが可能なスイッチ(RY1)に接続された蓄電パック(20)の実容量を合計した実容量を、ユーザに通知するための実容量として算出する、
ことを特徴とする項目1に記載の管理装置(30)。
前記容量算出部(313)は、オン状態のスイッチ(RY1)に接続された蓄電パック(20)と、将来においてオン状態に制御されることが可能なスイッチ(RY1)に接続された蓄電パック(20)の各SOCと各実容量との積の合計を、各SOCの合計で割って求めたSOCを、ユーザに通知するためのSOCとして算出する、
ことを特徴とする項目1に記載の管理装置(30)。
前記容量算出部(313)は、前記複数の蓄電パック(20)全体の容量を算出する際、異常が発生している蓄電パック(20)の容量を除外する、
ことを特徴とする項目1から3のいずれか1項に記載の管理装置(30)。
前記スイッチ制御部(312)は、前記負荷(60)を動作させるために必要な電力を確保するための最低並列数を満たし、かつ前記複数の蓄電パック(20)間の電圧差または前記複数の蓄電パック(20)間のSOC差が所定の範囲に収まる組み合わせの複数のスイッチ(RY1)をオン状態に制御する、
項目1から4のいずれか1項に記載の管理装置(30)。
前記複数の蓄電パック(20)はそれぞれ、着脱自在な可搬型の蓄電パック(20)である、
ことを特徴とする項目1から5のいずれか1項に記載の管理装置(30)。
並列接続された、着脱自在な可搬型の複数の蓄電パック(20)と、
項目1から6のいずれか1項に記載の管理装置(30)と、
を備えることを特徴とする電源システム(10)。
前記負荷(60)としてのモータ(60)と、
前記モータ(60)に電力を供給する項目7に記載の電源システム(10)と、
を備えることを特徴とする電動移動体(1)。
負荷(60)に対して、それぞれスイッチ(RY1)を介して並列に接続される複数の蓄電パック(20)を管理する管理方法であって、
前記複数の蓄電パック(20)の電圧及びSOCの少なくとも一方を取得するステップと、
前記複数の蓄電パック(20)間の電圧差または前記複数の蓄電パック(20)間のSOC差をもとに、前記複数のスイッチ(RY1)を個別にオン/オフ制御するステップと、
前記複数の蓄電パック(20)全体の容量を算出するステップと、
算出した容量をユーザに向けて通知するステップと、を有し、
前記容量を算出するステップは、前記複数の蓄電パック(20)全体の容量を算出する際、オフ状態のスイッチ(RY1)に接続された蓄電パック(20)の容量も、当該スイッチ(RY1)が将来においてオン状態に制御されることが可能である場合、加味する、
ことを特徴とする管理方法。
Claims (9)
- 負荷に対して、それぞれスイッチを介して並列に接続される複数の蓄電パックを管理する管理装置であって、
前記複数の蓄電パックの電圧及びSOC(State Of Charge)の少なくとも一方を含む監視データを取得する取得部と、
前記複数の蓄電パック間の電圧差または前記複数の蓄電パック間のSOC差をもとに、前記複数のスイッチを個別にオン/オフ制御可能なスイッチ制御部と、
前記複数の蓄電パック全体の容量を算出する容量算出部と、を備え、
前記容量算出部は、前記複数の蓄電パック全体の容量を算出する際、オフ状態のスイッチに接続された蓄電パックの容量も、当該スイッチが将来においてオン状態に制御されることが可能である場合、加味する、
ことを特徴とする管理装置。 - 前記容量算出部は、オン状態のスイッチに接続された蓄電パックの実容量と、将来においてオン状態に制御されることが可能なスイッチに接続された蓄電パックの実容量を合計した実容量を、ユーザに通知するための実容量として算出する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管理装置。 - 前記容量算出部は、オン状態のスイッチに接続された蓄電パックと、将来においてオン状態に制御されることが可能なスイッチに接続された蓄電パックの各SOCと各実容量との積の合計を、各SOCの合計で割って求めたSOCを、ユーザに通知するためのSOCとして算出する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管理装置。 - 前記容量算出部は、前記複数の蓄電パック全体の容量を算出する際、異常が発生している蓄電パックの容量を除外する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の管理装置。 - 前記スイッチ制御部は、前記負荷を動作させるために必要な電力を確保するための最低並列数を満たし、かつ前記複数の蓄電パック間の電圧差または前記複数の蓄電パック間のSOC差が所定の範囲に収まる組み合わせの複数のスイッチをオン状態に制御する、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の管理装置。 - 前記複数の蓄電パックはそれぞれ、着脱自在な可搬型の蓄電パックである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の管理装置。 - 並列接続された、着脱自在な可搬型の複数の蓄電パックと、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の管理装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする電源システム。 - 前記負荷としてのモータと、
前記モータに電力を供給する請求項7に記載の電源システムと、
を備えることを特徴とする電動移動体。 - 負荷に対して、それぞれスイッチを介して並列に接続される複数の蓄電パックを管理する管理方法であって、
前記複数の蓄電パックの電圧及びSOCの少なくとも一方を取得するステップと、
前記複数の蓄電パック間の電圧差または前記複数の蓄電パック間のSOC差をもとに、前記複数のスイッチを個別にオン/オフ制御するステップと、
前記複数の蓄電パック全体の容量を算出するステップと、
算出した容量をユーザに向けて通知するステップと、を有し、
前記容量を算出するステップは、前記複数の蓄電パック全体の容量を算出する際、オフ状態のスイッチに接続された蓄電パックの容量も、当該スイッチが将来においてオン状態に制御されることが可能である場合、加味する、
