Description

多用电池包 技术领域
本发明涉及一种多用电池包。
背景技术
为了提高电动工具的通用性,使电动工具的工作范围不受插座位置的限制,市场上很多电动工具都采用电池包供电的方式。电动工具具有携带方便、操作简单、功能多样等特点,可以大大减轻劳动强度,提高工作效率,实现手工操作机械化,因而被广泛应用于建筑、住房装潢、汽车、机械、电力、桥梁、园艺等领域。而且传统的一个电池包常常可以匹配多个相同使用环境的工具使用,如一个电池包可以匹配供打草机,割灌机,链锯,修枝机等园林环境工具使用。但是,当电池包匹配不同使用环境的动力工具使用时,常由于工具本身结构限制,以及工具结构不同等缘由,导致电池包在匹配使用时存在诸多限制,常无法匹配,或影响使用感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可以不受使用环境限制匹配多工具使用的多用电池包。
本发明提供的一种多用电池包,其包括:
壳体,以及内置于壳体中的电芯和电路板;
第一电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的一端与所述电路板相连接;
第二电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的另一端与所述电路板相连接;
第三电连接器,其配置于所述电路板,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过第三电连接器提供给用电设备;
第一连接件,其适于与第一用电设备闩锁连接;
第二连接件,其适于与第二用电设备闩锁连接;
所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件的形状和/或大小不同,当二者分别与与之对应的用电设备闩锁连接时,二者互不干涉。
进一步地,该多用电池包具有与所述用电设备闩锁连接的线性路径段;且所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件与与之对应的用电设备闩锁连接时,所述线性路径段位于相同直线或相互平行直线上。
进一步地,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件为闩槽,所述用电设备匹配有与之对应的闩锁;
当所述闩锁与所述闩槽之一闩锁连接时,其闩锁行进路径上,所述闩锁与另一所述闩槽不匹配;和/或
当所述闩锁与所述闩槽之一解锁脱离时,其解锁脱离路径上,所述闩锁与另一所述闩槽不匹配。
进一步地,所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件的长度方向与所述多用电池包的长度方向垂直,并且二者的长度不同。

较现有技术,本发明的有益技术效果在于:
本技术方案在电池包上设置至少两个连接件,两个连接件的形状和/或大小不同,该连接件可以选择性的对应匹配不同的工具使用,并且二者使用过程中相互不干涉,保证使用者在使用过程中的操作感。
本发明的另外一个目的在于提供一种基于特定形状的电池包,并适于与用电设备闩锁连接使用的多用电池包。

壳体,以及内置于壳体中的电芯和电路板;
所述壳体包括弧形面,与所述弧形面相衔接并二者呈相对的第一侧面和第二侧面,以及位于所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面之间沿着电池包长度方向延伸的第三侧面;
第一电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的一端与所述电路板相连接;
第二电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的另一端与所述电路板相连接;
第三电连接器,其配置于所述电路板,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过第三电连接器提供给用电设备;
第一连接件,其适于与第一用电设备闩锁连接;
所述第一连接件设置于所述第三侧面,其长度方向与所述第三侧面的长度方向垂直。
进一步地,所述第三侧面至少部分为连续延展的平面。

第一连接件70和第二连接件80为闩槽,分布于电池包100相对的两端,其横截面形状、大小基本一致,且闩槽之一内设有突出延伸的分割筋70c,将第一连接件70所处的闩槽分割成二闩槽70a和70b。
此外,还可以采用其它结构去实现第一连接件70与第二连接件80与与之对应的用电设备(200a,200b)闩锁连接时,二者互不干涉。如参照图9所示,第一连接件70和第二连接件80的长度方向与多用电池包100的长度方向垂直,并且二者的长度不同。
具体地,第一连接件70和第二连接件80为闩槽,闩槽在垂直于多用电池包的长度的方向上的槽间距不同,如第一连接件70的槽间距为Lq,第二连接件80的槽间距为Lp,其中Lp>Lq。
本技术方案在电池包上设置至少两个连接件,该连接件可以选择性的对应匹配不同的工具使用,并且二者使用过程中相互不干涉,保证使用者在使用过程中的操作感。
具体地,如图7所示,电池包100与清洁设备200a匹配使用时,电池包100沿着闩锁行进路径

插入清洁设备200a,下端的第一连接件70与清洁设备200a闩锁连接,此时,第二连接件80不在闩锁的线性路径段上,与第一连接件70不干涉,无交互,不影响电池包100与清洁设备200a匹配使用;同理,电池包100沿着解锁脱离路径

脱离清洁设备200a时,第二连接件80不在闩锁的线性路径段上,与第一连接件70不干涉,无交互,也不影响电池包100与清洁设备200a匹配。
如图8所示,电池包100与电动工具设备200b匹配使用时,电池包100沿着闩锁行进路径

插入电动工具设备200a,尾端的第二连接件80与电动工具设备200b闩锁连接,此时,第一连接件70在闩锁的线性路径段上,因此,在第一连接件70闩槽内设有突出延伸的分割筋70c,将第一连接件70所处的闩槽分割成二闩槽70a和70b,使得电动工具设备200b内的闩锁结构与第一连接件70不匹配,仅与第二连接件80匹配,如此,第一连接件70与第二连接件80不干涉,不影响电池包100与电动工具设备200b匹配;或者,如图9所示,第一连接件70和第二连接件80的长度方向与多用电池包100的长度方向垂直,并且二者的长度不同,具体地,第一连接件70和第二连接件80为闩槽,闩槽在垂直于多用电池包的长度的方向上的槽间距不同,如第一连接件70的槽间距为Lq,第二连接件80的槽间距为Lp,其中Lp>Lq,使得电动工具设备200b内的闩锁结构与第一连接件70不匹配,仅与第二连接件80匹配,如此,第一连接件70与第二连接件80不干涉,不影响电池包100与电动工具设备200b匹配;
同理,电池包100沿着解锁脱离路径n脱离电动工具设备200b时,第一连接件70不与电动工具设备200b内的闩锁结构匹配,与第二连接件80不干涉,不影响电池包100与电动工具设备200b匹配。
另外,如图1和图2所示,一种多用电池包,其包括:
壳体10,以及内置于壳体10中的电芯20和电路板30;
壳体10包括弧形面10a,与弧形面10a相衔接并二者呈相对的第一侧面10b和第二侧面10c,以及位于第一侧面10b和第二侧面10c之间沿着电池包长度方向延伸的第三侧面10d;
第一电连接器40,其将电芯20正负极的一端与电路板30相连接;
第二电连接器50,其将电芯20正负极的另一端与电路板30相连接;
第三电连接器60,其配置于电路板30,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过第三电连接器60提供给用电设备;
第一连接件70,其适于与第一用电设备200a闩锁连接;
第一连接件70设置于第三侧面10d,其长度方向与第三侧面10d的长度方向垂直。
进一步地,第三侧面10d至少部分为连续延展的平面,以便于与用电设备匹配面配合。
进一步地,还包括第二连接件80,第二连接件80适于与第二用电设备200b闩锁连接;且第一连接件70与第二连接件80与与之对应的用电设备200闩锁连接时,二者互不干涉。
进一步地,第二连接件80设置于第三侧面10d。
进一步地,第二连接件80的长度方向与第三侧面10d的长度方向垂直,并且与第一连接件70的长度不同。
进一步地,第一连接件70和第二连接件80为闩槽,所述用电设备匹配有与之对应的闩锁;
当所述闩锁与所述闩槽之一闩锁连接时,其闩锁行进路径上,所述闩锁与另一所述闩槽不匹配;和/或
当所述闩锁与所述闩槽之一解锁脱离时,其解锁脱离路径上,所述闩锁与另一所述闩槽不匹配。
本技术方案配置第三连接器60,该第三连接器60包括至少一接口,其接口可以供不同的用电设备用电,如3C类电子设备或者大电流动力工具等,并且基于特定的电池包形状,将与用电设备匹配使用的连接件设置于特定的电池包侧面上,方便使用和利于电池包外形设计美观。
请继续参照图1至图9所示,一种多用电池包100,其包括:
壳体10,以及内置于壳体10中的电芯20和电路板30;
第一电连接器40,其将电芯20正负极的一端与电路板30相连接;
第二电连接器50,其将电芯20正负极的另一端与电路板30相连接;
电动工具用电的放电接口60a,其配置于电路板30,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过该电动工具用电的放电接口60a提供给电动工具用电设备;
第一连接件70,其适于与第一用电设备闩锁连接,并靠近电动工具用电的放电接口60a;
第二连接件80,其适于与第二用电设备闩锁连接,并远离电动工具用电的放电接口60a;
当第二连接件80对应与第二用电设备闩锁连接或解锁脱离时,第一连接件70与第二用电设备不发生干涉。
具体地,第一连接件70为第一闩槽,第二连接件80为第二闩槽,第一用电设备匹配有对应的第一闩锁,第二用电设备匹配有对应的第二闩锁;
当第二闩槽对应与第二闩锁闩锁连接或解锁脱离时,第一闩槽与第二闩锁不匹配。
更具体地,参照图9所示,第一闩槽和第二闩槽的呈条形状,且二者的长度方向均与多用电池包的长度方向垂直,同时,第二闩槽的长度大于第一闩槽的长度。
如此,当第二闩槽对应与第二用电设备闩锁连接或解锁脱离时,由于第二闩槽的长度大于第一闩槽的长度,第二用电设备与第二闩槽对应的闩锁也必然较第一闩槽的长度大,进而实现,虽然第一闩槽在第二闩槽与第二用电设备对应的线性路径段L2上,但由于第二用电设备的闩锁较第一闩槽的长度大,因此不与之相匹配,如此,不会发生干涉。
请继续参照图1至图9所示,一种多用电池包,其包括:
壳体10,以及内置于壳体10中的电芯20和电路板30;
第一电连接器40,其将电芯20正负极的一端与电路板30相连接;
第二电连接器50,其将电芯20正负极的另一端与电路板30相连接;
电动工具用电的放电接口60a,其配置于电路板30,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过该电动工具用电的放电接口60a提供给电动工具用电设备;
第一连接件70,其适于与第一用电设备闩锁连接,并靠近电动工具用电的放电接口60a;
第二连接件80,其适于与第二用电设备闩锁连接,并远离电动工具用电的放电接口60a;
当第一连接件70对应沿其第一线性路径段L1与第一用电设备闩锁连接或解锁脱离时,第二连接件80于第一线性路径段L1之外;
如此,第二连接件80必然与第一连接件70不干涉,无交互,不影响电池包100与清洁设备200a匹配使用。
其中,上述第一连接件70和第二连接件80优选位于相同平面10d。
此外,还值得一提的是:
电路板30间隔支撑于支撑骨架上,电路板与支撑骨架之间最小间距不大于2mm;通过间距H的设置,有效保证电路板30与电芯20之间具有一定的散热效果和电子安装空间。
并且,电路板30宽度为Y,电芯20直径为D,宽度Y为宽度D的95%或更小;本实施例中,电路板30宽度Y为20mm,电芯20直径D为21mm。
此外,电芯20长度为L3,电池包100的长度为L4,L4为L3的1.3倍或更小;电芯直径为D,电池包高度为M,M为D的1.8倍或更小;在具体实施例中,电芯20长度为70mm,电池包100的长度为82mm;电芯20直径为21mm,电池包100高度为36mm;采用上述结构设置,能够有效保证本实施例的电池包的结构小巧,作为移动电源使用时,便于携带,同时能够适用于各种小型电动工具。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术 方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种多用电池包,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,以及内置于壳体中的电芯和电路板;
    第一电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的一端与所述电路板相连接;
    第二电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的另一端与所述电路板相连接;
    第三电连接器,其配置于所述电路板,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过第三电连接器提供给用电设备;
    第一连接件,其适于与第一用电设备闩锁连接;
    第二连接件,其适于与第二用电设备闩锁连接;
    所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件的形状和/或大小不同,当二者分别与与之对应的用电设备闩锁连接时,二者互不干涉。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:该多用电池包具有与所述用电设备闩锁连接的线性路径段;且所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件与与之对应的用电设备闩锁连接时,所述线性路径段位于相同直线或相互平行直线上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件为闩槽,所述用电设备匹配有与之对应的闩锁;
    当所述闩锁与所述闩槽之一闩锁连接时,其闩锁行进路径上,所述闩锁与另一所述闩槽不匹配;和/或
    当所述闩锁与所述闩槽之一解锁脱离时,其解锁脱离路径上,所述闩锁与另一所述闩槽不匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件的长度方向与所述多用电池包的长度方向垂直,并且二者的长度不同。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述闩槽在垂直于所述多用电池包的长度的方向上的槽间距不同。
  6. 一种多用电池包,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,以及内置于壳体中的电芯和电路板;
    所述壳体包括弧形面,与所述弧形面相衔接并二者呈相对的第一侧面和第二侧面,以及位于所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面之间沿着电池包长度方向延伸的第三侧面;
    第一电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的一端与所述电路板相连接;
    第二电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的另一端与所述电路板相连接;
    第三电连接器,其配置于所述电路板,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过第三电连接器提供给用电设备;
    第一连接件,其适于与第一用电设备闩锁连接;
    所述第一连接件设置于所述第三侧面,其长度方向与所述第三侧面的长度方向垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第三侧面至少部分为连续延展的平面。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:还包括第二连接件,所述第二连接件适于与第二用电设备闩锁连接;且所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件与与之对应的用电设备闩锁连接时,二者互不干涉。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第二连接件设置于所述第三侧面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第二连接件的长度方向与所述第三侧面的长度方向垂直,并且与所述第一连接件的长度不同。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件为闩槽,所述用电设备匹配有与之对应的闩锁;
    当所述闩锁与所述闩槽之一闩锁连接时,其闩锁行进路径上,所述闩锁与另一所述闩槽不匹配;和/或
    当所述闩锁与所述闩槽之一解锁脱离时,其解锁脱离路径上,所述闩锁与另一所述闩槽不匹配。
  12. 一种多用电池包,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,以及内置于壳体中的电芯和电路板;
    第一电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的一端与所述电路板相连接;
    第二电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的另一端与所述电路板相连接;
    电动工具用电的放电接口,其配置于所述电路板,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过该电动工具用电的放电接口提供给电动工具用电设备;
    第一连接件,其适于与第一用电设备闩锁连接,并靠近所述电动工具用电的放电接口;
    第二连接件,其适于与第二用电设备闩锁连接,并远离所述电动工具用电的放电接口;
    当所述第二连接件对应与所述第二用电设备闩锁连接或解锁脱离时,所述第一连接件与所述第二用电设备不发生干涉。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第一连接件为第一闩槽,所述第二连接件为第二闩槽,所述第一用电设备匹配有对应的第一闩锁,所述第二用电设备匹配有对应的第二闩锁;
    当所述第二闩槽对应与所述第二闩锁闩锁连接或解锁脱离时,所述第一闩槽与所述第二闩锁不匹配。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第一闩槽和所述第二闩槽的呈条形状,且二者的长度方向均与所述多用电池包的长度方向垂直,同时,所述第二闩槽的长度大于所述第一闩槽的长度。
  15. 一种多用电池包,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,以及内置于壳体中的电芯和电路板;
    第一电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的一端与所述电路板相连接;
    第二电连接器,其将所述电芯正负极的另一端与所述电路板相连接;
    电动工具用电的放电接口,其配置于所述电路板,并包括至少一接口,所述接口适于与外部的用电设备电连接,使得来自电芯的电力可以通过该电动工具用电的放电接口提供给电动工具用电设备;
    第一连接件,其适于与第一用电设备闩锁连接,并靠近所述电动工具用电的放电接口;
    第二连接件,其适于与第二用电设备闩锁连接,并远离所述电动工具用电的放电接口;
    当所述第一连接件对应沿其第一线性路径段与所述第一用电设备闩锁连接或解锁脱离时,所述第二连接件于所述第一线性路径段之外。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的多用电池包,其特征在于:所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件位于相同平面。
