本发明涉及机械加工设备领域,具体是一种具有清理功能的机械加工设备。
背景技术
机械加工是指通过一种机械设备对工件的外形尺寸或性能进行改变的过程。按加工方式上的差别可分为切削加工和压力加工。
技术问题
在进行机械加工时,经常会产生大量的铁屑等杂质,当杂质过多时会大量堆积并影响加工,而如需清理时,需要停止加工工作,再使用毛刷将杂质刷走存放,这样操作不仅影响机械加工的效率,而且增加了加工人员的工作负担。
因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种具有清理功能的机械加工设备,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种具有清理功能的机械加工设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案:一种具有清理功能的机械加工设备,包括加工箱体,所述加工箱体的内侧设置有环形底板,环形底板的上侧固定有加工台,加工台的下侧外圈开设有环形槽,环形槽内周向分布安装有多个冲洗排气头,加工台的内侧还开设有泄压腔,多个冲洗排气头分别通过支管与泄压腔下部连通,所述加工台内还安装有用于对泄压腔进行泄压的泄压装置,所述加工箱体的内底部安装有冲洗泵,冲洗泵通过输水管与泄压腔底部连通,所述环形底板的下侧还安装有温控风机,温控风机通过输风管与泄压腔底部连通,所述环形底板的下侧还安装有挡杂网筒,挡杂网筒的下端固定于加工箱体的内侧壁上。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明实施例的有益效果是:
该具有清理功能的机械加工设备,通过加工台便于进行机械加工,且加工产生的杂质能够扫落到环形底板上,当环形底板上存留的杂质较多时,可控制冲洗泵工作,通过输水管向泄压腔输送水体,后通过环形槽内的冲洗排气头排出,利于将环形底板上的杂质冲落到加工箱体内,挡杂网筒能够对环形底板进行稳定承载以及对杂质进行阻挡,便于排出收集再利用。
此外,通过温控风机工作,还可从冲洗排气头排出热空气,利于对环形底板的上表面进行干燥,避免影响机械加工的正常进行,且排出到环形底板上表面的热空气能够从环形底板与加工箱体之间的间隙进行部分回收,提升应用效果;通过环形槽的设置,可提升水体以及空气作用于环形底板上表面的效果;通过加工台内安装的泄压装置,可对泄压腔进行泄压,使得水体冲洗和热风干燥能够进行正常的切换,应用更加方便快捷,值得推广。

在本发明的实施例中,通过加工台12便于进行机械加工,且加工产生的杂质能够扫落到环形底板10上,当环形底板10上存留的杂质较多时,可控制冲洗泵6工作,通过输水管8向泄压腔13输送水体,后通过环形槽11内的冲洗排气头16排出,利于将环形底板10上的杂质冲落到加工箱体9内,挡杂网筒3能够对环形底板10进行稳定承载以及对杂质进行阻挡,便于排出收集再利用;此外,通过温控风机4工作,还可从冲洗排气头16排出热空气,利于对环形底板10的上表面进行干燥,避免影响机械加工的正常进行,且排出到环形底板10上表面的热空气能够从环形底板10与加工箱体9之间的间隙进行部分回收,提升应用效果;通过环形槽11的设置,可提升水体以及空气作用于环形底板10上表面的效果;通过加工台12内安装的泄压装置,可对泄压腔13进行泄压,使得水体冲洗和热风干燥能够进行正常的切换,应用更加方便快捷,值得推广。
实施例2
请参阅图1-5,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:本实施例中,所述加工箱体9为上开口的圆柱形筒体结构,加工箱体9的内底部为中间向下倾斜设置;所述加工台12为圆柱形结构,环形底板10为圆盘状结构,且加工台12、环形底板10和加工箱体9共轴线设置,加工台12和环形底板10一体加工成型;所述环形底板10的上表面为外圈向下倾斜设置,利于杂质的滑落,环形底板10的外圈与加工箱体9内侧壁的垂直距离小于5cm,杂质能够掉落即可。
所述挡杂网筒3为上小下大的锥形筒体结构,挡杂网筒3的上端与环形底板10下侧密封固定连接,挡杂网筒3的下端密封固定于加工箱体9内侧壁上;所述挡杂网筒3的外圈上侧于加工箱体9侧壁上还设置有排杂口1,通过排杂口1便于清理排出挡杂网筒3上的加工杂质。
所述加工箱体9的底部中间还设有与其内腔底部连通的排放口5,通过排放口5用于加工箱体9内水体的排出更换;所述加工箱体9的底部还安装有多个带刹车万向轮2,通过带刹车万向轮2利于装置的灵活移动。
本实施例中,所述温控风机4的进风口与挡杂网筒3的内侧空间连通,通过挡杂网筒3还具有均风的作用,所述输风管7的上端内侧还安装有第一单向阀(未示出),第一单向阀用于通过输风管7向泄压腔13输送热空气,反向截止;所述冲洗泵6的进水口与加工箱体9内底部中间连通,输水管8竖直设置,输水管8的上端内侧还安装有第二单向阀(未示出),第二单向阀用于输水管8内的水体向泄压腔13输送,反向截止。
本实施例中,所述泄压腔13为圆柱形结构,所述泄压装置包括有泄压板14、弹性伸缩杆15和限位块18,所述支管17上侧的泄压腔13内壁上周向分布安装有多个限位块18,限位块18上侧的泄压腔13内配合滑动设有泄压板14,泄压腔13顶部的加工台12内安装固定有弹性伸缩杆15,弹性伸缩杆15的内杆下端与泄压板14连接固定,通过泄压板14和弹性伸缩杆15配合进行泄压保护,限位块18能够对泄压板14进行安全限位。
本实施例中,所述冲洗排气头16只要能够排气与排水即可,具体结构不作限定,冲洗排气头16的出口方向平行于环形底板10的上表面设置,通过冲洗排气头16具有较好的冲洗和干燥效果。
本实施例中,对所述冲洗泵6和温控风机4的控制采用现有技术中公开的PLC控制器即可,PLC控制器、冲洗泵6和温控风机4的具体型号及电路连接不作具体限定,在实际应用时可灵活设置。
涉及到的电路、电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本发明保护的内容也不涉及对于软件程序的改进。
