实施例1
请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,包括涤纶针织布02,涤纶针织布02活动设置在箱体01内,箱体01内固定有隔板12,隔板12将箱体01内部分隔为烘干腔13和辅助腔14,其中烘干腔13内设有进料箱03、刮水组件04和烘干箱05,其中进料箱03设置在烘干箱05的下方,进料箱03用于涤纶针织布02的进入,而刮水组件04用于起到刮水的作用,进而方便后续的烘干,能够提高烘干效果,而烘干箱05用于对涤纶针织布02进行烘干,具有非常好的实用性;所述烘干箱05与辅助腔14中的烘干组件06连接,进而能够将热风转移到烘干箱05中,方便对涤纶针织布02进行烘干。
进一步地,所述箱体01的底部设有移动轮11,通过移动轮11能够方便整体进行移动,进而能够转移到需要的位置进行工作。
进一步地,所述进料箱03一侧设有第一压轮31和第二压轮32,通过第一压轮31和第二压轮32的组合,方便涤纶针织布02的进入,非常简单,其中第一压轮31转动连接在箱体01上,而第二压轮32转动连接在支撑板16上方;所述进料箱03内设有第一移动整平辊33、第二移动整平辊34和第一固定辊35,其中第一移动整平辊33和第二移动整平辊34活动设置在进料箱03内,而第一固定辊35固定连接在进料箱03内,通过第一移动整平辊33、第二移动整平辊34和第一固定辊35能够控制涤纶针织布02的张紧力,非常简单实用,此外,所述进料箱03外设有第一转接辊36,进而方便涤纶针织布02转移到烘干箱05中,非常简单。
进一步地,所述第一移动整平辊33和第二移动整平辊34与进料箱03内的调节组件连接,进而实现在竖直方向上移动,进而方便调节涤纶针织布02的张紧力;所述调节组件包括连接座81,连接座81与第一移动整平辊33转动连接,即第一移动整平辊33能够在连接座81上进行旋转,不会影响到第一移动整平辊33的使用,此外,所述连接座81的端部固定有连接板82,连接板82滑动连接在固定套筒83内,即连接板82能够在固定套筒83内进行滑动,进而调节第一移动整平辊33的高度位置,连接板82与伸缩气缸84的输出端固定连接,当伸缩气缸84工作时能够带动连接板82在竖直方向上移动,起到非常好的调节作用;所述调节组件的数量为两个,分别连接第一移动整平辊33和第二移动整平辊34,使得第一移动整平辊33和第二移动整平辊34的位置均可进行调节。
进一步地,所述刮水组件04包括固定在隔板12上的限位块41,限位块41上转动连接有螺纹杆42,即螺纹杆42能够在限位块41上进行旋转,螺纹杆42与第一电机43的输出端固定连接,当第一电机43工作时能够带动螺纹杆42进行旋转,螺纹杆42上螺纹连接有刮水板44,当螺纹杆42旋转时能够带动刮水板44在竖直方向上移动,刮水板44与涤纶针织布02表面贴合,当涤纶针织布02移动时通过刮水板44进行刮水,进而提高了后续的烘干效率,非常简单实用;所述限位块41的下方设有集水盒45,通过集水盒45起到集水的作用。
进一步地,所述烘干箱05内固定有第二固定辊51,第二固定辊51靠近隔板12一侧设有第二转接辊52,通过第二转接辊52方便涤纶针织布02的进入到烘干箱05内,而通过第二固定辊51能够提高涤纶针织布02在烘干箱05内的受热面积,进而提高了烘干效果。
进一步地,所述烘干组件06包括固定在第一固定板15上的热风机61,第一固定板15固定在辅助腔14内,热风机61的一端与第一热风导管62连通,第一热风导管62与烘干箱05中的第一进风管63连通,进而将热风转移到第一进风管63中,第一进风管63上设有第一热风喷头64,通过第一热风喷头64向烘干箱05内喷热风,进而对涤纶针织布02烘干,非常简单。
进一步地,所述热风机61的另一端与第二热风导管65连通,第二热风导管65与箱体01底部的第三热风导管66连通,第三热风导管66与箱体01内的第二进风管67连通,进而将热风转移到进料箱03中,然后通过对进料箱03内的涤纶针织布02进行加热,进而能够减少涤纶针织布02中的水分,进而提高了在烘干箱05中的烘干效率;此外,所述第三热风导管66上设有分流器68,分流器68与进料箱03中的第三进风管69连通,第二进风管67和第三进风管69上均设有第二热风喷头610,进而提高了除水的效率。
通过设置第一移动整平辊33、第二移动整平辊34和第一固定辊35,能够有效提高涤纶针织布02的烘干效果,在烘干前能够将涤纶针织布02中的水分去除,最终减少烘干所需要的时间,具有非常好的实用性;而进料箱03中的第一移动整平辊33和第二移动整平辊34为活动设置,能够根据需要调节涤纶针织布02的张紧力,非常简单。
实施例2
所述进料箱03与烘干箱05之间设有加热组件07,通过加热组件07能够进一步提高烘干效果,进而实现了对涤纶针织布02的两个面均进行烘干,同时也能够提高除水的效果;所述加热组件07包括固定在进料箱03与烘干箱05之间的固定盒71,固定盒71内固定有第二固定板72,第二固定板72上转动连接有连接轴73,连接轴73的一端与扇叶75固定连接,当连接轴73旋转时能够带动扇叶75也进行旋转,进而产生风,扇叶75远离第二固定板72的一端设有加热丝76,通过加热丝76对风进行加热,进而对涤纶针织布02进行加热,此外,所述固定盒71上设有热风通过的通风孔77,实现了对涤纶针织布02的加热。
进一步地,所述加热组件07还包括设置在通风孔77内的抽风机78,通风孔77和抽风机78设置在烘干箱05内,抽风机78的输入端与固定盒71连通,而抽风机78的输出端与第四热风导管79连通,第四热风导管79上设有第三热风喷头710,通过加热组件07既能够对涤纶针织布02起到除水的作用,还能够对烘干箱05中的涤纶针织布02进行烘干,具有非常好的实用性。
本发明的工作原理是:将涤纶针织布02安装在箱体01内,依次缠绕在进料箱03内的第一移动整平辊33、第二移动整平辊34、第一固定辊35和进料箱03外的第一转接辊36,然后再缠绕在烘干箱05内外的第二转接辊52和第二固定辊51上,通过调节组件调节涤纶针织布02的张紧力,通过刮水组件04和加热组件07进行除水,然后通过烘干组件06和加热组件07进行烘干。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,包括涤纶针织布(02),其特征在于,所述涤纶针织布(02)活动设置在箱体(01)内,箱体(01)内固定有隔板(12),隔板(12)将箱体(01)内部分隔为烘干腔(13)和辅助腔(14),烘干腔(13)内设有进料箱(03)、刮水组件(04)和烘干箱(05),进料箱(03)设置在烘干箱(05)的下方,所述烘干箱(05)与辅助腔(14)中的烘干组件(06)连接,进料箱(03)与烘干箱(05)之间设有加热组件(07)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,其特征在于,所述进料箱(03)一侧设有第一压轮(31)和第二压轮(32),第一压轮(31)转动连接在箱体(01)上,第二压轮(32)转动连接在支撑板(16)上方,进料箱(03)内设有第一移动整平辊(33)、第二移动整平辊(34)和第一固定辊(35),第一移动整平辊(33)和第二移动整平辊(34)活动设置在进料箱(03)内,第一固定辊(35)固定连接在进料箱(03)内,进料箱(03)外设有第一转接辊(36)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,其特征在于,所述第一移动整平辊(33)和第二移动整平辊(34)与进料箱(03)内的调节组件连接,调节组件包括连接座(81),连接座(81)与第一移动整平辊(33)转动连接,连接座(81)的端部固定有连接板(82),连接板(82)滑动连接在固定套筒(83)内,连接板(82)与伸缩气缸(84)的输出端固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,其特征在于,所述刮水组件(04)包括固定在隔板(12)上的限位块(41),限位块(41)上转动连接有螺纹杆(42),螺纹杆(42)与第一电机(43)的输出端固定连接,螺纹杆(42)上螺纹连接有刮水板(44),刮水板(44)与涤纶针织布(02)表面贴合,限位块(41)的下方设有集水盒(45)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,其特征在于,所述烘干箱(05)内固定有第二固定辊(51),第二固定辊(51)靠近隔板(12)一侧设有第二转接辊(52)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,其特征在于,所述烘干组件(06)包括固定在第一固定板(15)上的热风机(61),第一固定板(15)固定在辅助腔(14)内,热风机(61)的一端与第一热风导管(62)连通,第一热风导管(62)与烘干箱(05)中的第一进风管(63)连通,第一进风管(63)上设有第一热风喷头(64)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,其特征在于,所述热风机(61)的另一端与第二热风导管(65)连通,第二热风导管(65)与箱体(01)底部的第三热风导管(66)连通,第三热风导管(66)与箱体(01)内的第二进风管(67)连通,第三热风导管(66)上设有分流器(68),分流器(68)与进料箱(03)中的第三进风管(69)连通,第二进风管(67)和第三进风管(69)上均设有第二热风喷头(610)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,其特征在于,所述加热组件(07)包括固定在进料箱(03)与烘干箱(05)之间的固定盒(71),固定盒(71)内固定有第二固定板(72),第二固定板(72)上转动连接有连接轴(73),连接轴(73)的一端与扇叶(75)固定连接,扇叶(75)远离第二固定板(72)的一端设有加热丝(76),固定盒(71)上设有热风通过的通风孔(77)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的涤纶针织布加工用自动烘干装置,其特征在于,所述加热组件(07)还包括设置在通风孔(77)内的抽风机(78),通风孔(77)和抽风机(78)设置在烘干箱(05)内,抽风机(78)的输入端与固定盒(71)连通,抽风机(78)的输出端与第四热风导管(79)连通,第四热风导管(79)上设有第三热风喷头(710)。
