- threaded compression modules (10) are used, they are rotated in the body of the split hermetic coupling (FL-1) in order to compress the sealing rings (8), thus providing the system with perfect watertightness.
- the pressure exerted by the flanged module (4) or by the threaded module (10) on the split sealing ring (8) must have a compression force such that it allows total accommodation between the rubber/rubber and rubber/tube surfaces , thus enabling a hermetic system.
- the split coupling may have a joint at one end (12), with closure at the other end with a screwed closure system (2) or a quick locking system using bento closure (11).
- the fixing screws (3) and compression screws (5) for any diameter are normally supplied in galvanized and/or stainless steel, and the rings (8) and rubber (7) for sealing and coatings are manufactured in NBR or silicone or resin , according to the pressure class and operating fluid, being resistant to gases, salt water, sewage, oils, greases, solvents and chemical products in general.

Abstract
Le présent modèle d'utilité concerne un agencement technique pour système d'accouplement hermétique en deux parties (FL-1), destiné au secteur des installations industrielles, de la construction, des réseaux de canalisations et analogues, en vue d'une étanchéification et d'une élimination des fuites dans des conduits, des réseaux et des tubulures de matériaux divers tels que le PVC, le CPVC, le PEX, le PPR, le cuivre, le PRFV, la fonte, l'acier et les alliages, entre autres, à installer sur des raccords à brides et /ou au voisinage de ceux-ci, l'invention se caractérisant en ce qu'elle comprend un système d'accouplement en deux parties monté avec un système de fermeture à vis (2) et/ou une fermeture rapide (11) et/ou articulée (12), des modules de compression à bride (4) ou filetés (10), l'installation étant réalisée au moyen de parties séparées, dont le positionnement permet d'encercler la tubulure (6), la chambre entourant tout le rayon extérieur de la zone de bride/tubulure à étanchéifier, ses parties étant fixées au moyen de pièces à vis (2) et/ou à l'aide d'un système de fermeture rapide de type « fermeture grenouille » (11).
