Description

用於管狀容載系統的凸緣接頭
本發明係大致關於管路系統,且特定言之係關於用於管狀容載系統的接頭。
目前撓性管路(如波紋狀不鏽鋼管)係用於許多需要主要及次要容載之應用。各種管工程以及區域性及聯邦機械規範及規格要求將特定型式之撓性管路裝設成受到次要容載系統保護。此技藝現有容載流體(若管件中為流體)之管狀容載系統。一種現有之管狀容載系統係揭示於美國專利第7,004,510號,其全部內容藉由引用方式併入本文做為。一種用於管狀容載系統之螺旋接頭係揭示於美國專利申請案第12/207,626號,其全部內容藉由引用方式併入本文做為。
本發明之具體實施例包括用於護套內金屬管件之接頭,該接頭係包含:轉接頭,該轉接頭係具有管狀構件,該管狀構件界定流體流動之具縱向軸的縱向通道;用於承接該管件的本體,該本體係位於該轉接頭對向並與該縱向軸排列成行;位於該轉接頭與該本體之間的金屬密封件;位於該金屬密封件外部的保持器,該保持器係承接該轉接頭與該本體;位於該轉接頭附近的第一凸緣及位於本體附近的第二凸緣;以及緊固件,其係用於將第一及第二凸緣朝彼此拉近。尤其,由於當流體流動時將可能產生洩漏,故於本發明中,該保持器係承接並逕向地圍繞該轉接頭與該本體,使流體流動時可能產生的流體洩漏得以被容載。 此外,由於本發明之接頭為藉由位於該轉接頭附近的第一凸緣、位於本體附近的第二凸緣,以及用於將第一及第二凸緣朝彼此拉近的緊固件來緊固,故於本發明中,可容許所使用的管件具有較大的直徑。
圖1為連接管狀容載系統之例示凸緣接頭的橫切面圖。該接頭係包括轉接頭100及本體200。轉接頭100係包括可使流體(氣體、液體等)流動之縱向貫穿通道106。如美國專利第5,799,989、6,079,749及6,428,052號所述,轉接頭100與金屬密封件300交互作用以壓縮轉接頭100與金屬密封件300之間的波紋狀管件而形成流體密封性。金屬密封件300可藉分開之環形墊圈、筒夾或其他構件形成。保持器400係用以在使用期間將金屬密封件300維持在定位及將本體引導至定位。套圈500與波紋狀管件700之護套702接合以將該護套702機械性地固定於本體200。如以下所進一步詳述,套圈500亦對本體200產生流體密封性。
圖2為圖1之轉接頭100的橫切面圖。轉接頭100係包括管狀構件102,其界定沿縱向軸104的貫穿通道106。肩部108延伸離開管狀構件102,且大致垂直縱向軸104。如在此所述而組合接頭時,凸緣600接觸肩部108。引導面110從肩部108逐漸變細,且與接頭之縱向軸104呈傾斜角度。在一個例示之具體實施例中,引導面110之角度係匹配保持器400上之入口面402。轉接頭100係包括o型環溝槽112,其係用於承接使保持器400內部呈密封的o型環。轉接頭100係包括轉接頭密封表面114,其接觸暴露之波紋 狀管件700且壓縮轉接頭密封表面114與金屬密封件300上密封表面302之間的金屬管件700。在一個例示具體實施例中,轉接頭密封表面114之角度係匹配金屬密封件300上密封表面之角度。
圖3為圖1之本體200的橫切面圖。本體200係包括在接近轉接頭100之本體第一端處形成於本體外表面上之o型環溝槽204。o型環可位於o型環溝槽204中以增強本體200與保持器400之間的密封性。在具流體之情況下,本體200亦包括提供流體排放的特性。本體200係包括延伸貫穿本體200之外壁的開口206。開口206為從管件700洩漏之流體提供排出口(圖1)。為了監測洩漏之流體,可將感應器(未圖示)以與開口206為流體連接方式而安置。
套圈500係位於本體200之背端且接合管件700之護套702(圖1)。套圈500係在本體200背部(管件700進入接頭之處)上之錐台狀環形凹槽208中經承接。凹槽208係具有與接頭之縱向軸104呈角度”a”的凹面。在一個例示具體實施例中,角度”a”等於30度。
圖4為圖1之套圈500的放大橫切面圖。套圈500係具有雙重錐形表面502,其具有第一段504與第二段506。第一段504係具有陡角(例如45度)以界定銳邊緣510。如在此所進一步詳述而組合接頭時,此邊緣510被驅動至管件護套702中。第二段506係具有較小之角度”b”(例如20度)。使角度”b”小於角度”a”(在凹槽208上),則套圈500之邊緣510被驅動朝向本體之中心線而進入護套702中。邊緣510接合護套702且提供本體200與護套702之間的機械性連結。其對護套702提供流體密封性、機械性 連結以控制軟管組合件在壓力下之軸向伸展。將套圈500壓縮至錐台狀環形凹槽208中亦提供流體密封性、金屬對金屬密封性。護套702可為類似美國專利申請案第12/207,626號所述者。
在將接頭組合至管件700時,管件700被饋入貫穿凸緣650、套圈500、及本體200。管件700之末端被移除護套702,以至少暴露一個波紋狀管件700之谷。波紋狀管件700係具有起伏峰谷之外表面。金屬密封件300係位於紋狀管件700之暴露谷中。將管件700拉回貫穿本體200直到金屬密封件300接觸肩部220。
保持器400係在金屬密封件300上滑動。將轉接頭100插入保持器400中,以由與入口面402共同作用之引導面110引導。凸緣600係位於管狀構件102附近。緊固件(例如螺栓)800通過凸緣600中之開口602且接合凸緣650中之螺紋652。在一個例示具體實施例中係使用4個螺栓。
在將螺栓800鎖緊時,轉接頭密封表面114接觸暴露之波紋狀管件700,且壓縮轉接頭密封表面114與金屬密封件300上密封表面302之間的金屬管件700。在將凸緣600與凸緣650朝彼此拉近時,轉接頭密封表面114與密封表面302之間的金屬管件700之壓縮將金屬管件700折合,而在轉接頭密封表面114與密封表面302之間形成兩層金屬。如此界定轉接頭100與管件700之間的金屬對金屬密封性。
此外,在將螺栓800鎖緊時,套圈500被驅動至本體200之錐台狀環形凹槽208中。因凹槽208之角度”a”大於錐形表面502之第二段506的角度”b”,套圈500被驅動至 護套702中。套圈500之邊緣510接合護套702而提牢靠的流體密封性之機械性連接。將套圈500壓縮至凹槽208中則形成套圈500與本體200之間的流體密封性。
圖5為一個替代性具體實施例中之接頭900的橫切面圖。接頭900之許多元件係類似接頭100之元件,且具有相同之元件符號。接頭900改變之處在於轉接頭密封表面902係與轉接頭密封表面114不同。圖6為顯示轉接頭密封表面902之放大圖。轉接頭密封表面902係與縱向軸104呈如密封表面302與縱向軸104之相同角度。
如圖6所示,轉接頭密封表面係包括使轉接頭密封表面902之表面積小於密封表面302之表面積的截面904。截面904係包括實質上平行縱向軸104的第一壁906。第二壁908則實質上垂直縱向軸104。在使用時,將螺栓800鎖緊而將轉接頭100驅動至本體200中,如此壓縮轉接頭密封表面902與密封表面302之間的金屬管件700,如圖6所示。在壓縮金屬管件之峰時,密封表面902與第一壁906之間的邊緣對管件700施力而在管件700中形成環形捲曲710。此捲曲係做為線性密封且調適管件700中由於銲接裂紋、機械公差等所造成之瑕疵。
該管狀容載系統可應用於許多情況,包括直接地下埋設、地面上室外用途、安全用高壓室內用途、及其他之石化管線用次要容載與感應系統。
雖然已顯示及說明較佳具體實施例,在不背離本發明之精神及範圍下,可進行各種修改及取代。因而應了解,本發明藉例證而非限制之方式說明。

Claims (1)

  1. 一種與護套內金屬管件連接之接頭,其係包含:轉接頭,該轉接頭具有管狀構件,該管狀構件界定流體流動之具縱向軸的縱向通道;用於承接該管件與該護套的本體,該本體位於該轉接頭的對向並與該縱向軸排列成行,貫穿該本體的外壁而形成開口;位於該轉接頭與該本體之間的密封件,保持器,逕向地位於該密封件之部分與該本體之部分的外部,該保持器的內部承接該轉接頭與該本體;位於該轉接頭附近的第一凸緣及位於該本體附近的第二凸緣;位於該本體第二端的套圈,該套圈與該管件之護套接合以使該接頭與該護套機械性地連結,該套圈提供該套圈與該本體之間的流體密封性;以及緊固件,與該第一及第二凸緣耦接,其中該轉接頭包括從該管狀構件延伸出的肩部,該第一凸緣與該肩部接合;其中該轉接頭包括與該縱向軸呈角度的引導面,該保持器包括與縱向軸呈角度的入口面;其中該轉接頭包括形成於其外表面上之o型環溝槽,其係用於承接使該保持器呈密封的o型環;其中該轉接頭包括轉接頭密封表面,該密封件包括密封表面,該轉接頭密封表面與該密封表面共同作用以壓縮其間的管件;其中該本體包括形成於其外表面上之o型環溝槽,其係 用於承接使該保持器呈密封的o型環;其中該本體包括位於該本體第二端之末端部分的錐台狀環形凹槽,該套圈係位於此錐台狀環形凹槽中,該錐台狀環形凹槽具有與縱向軸呈第一角度的凹面,該套圈具有錐形的表面,一部分的該錐形表面與縱向軸呈第二角度,第二角度小於第一角度。
