Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux techniques de préparation de repas à partir de capsules et d'ingrédients naturels. L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de soupes à partir de capsules qui est mis en oeuvre dans un système comprenant des conteneurs avec des ingrédients, des récipients de mesure, un transporteur pour les ingrédients, des capsules avec un concentrateur de bouillons et une machine à capsule; le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: un récipient de cuisson est disposé dans une ouverture de réception du système, le transporteur est mis en marche et les ingrédients des conteneurs de mesure sont envoyés dans le récipient; on chauffe simultanément de l'eau à 90-100°C et on place dans la machine une capsule ayant une saveur de bouillon choisie; le fond de la capsule est percée par une aiguille et le flux d'eau bouillante est envoyé dans la capsule. Le bouillon fini sort de la capsule par le couvercle et est envoyé dans le récipient dans lequel se trouvent les ingrédients. Lorsque le bouillon a fini de couler dans l'assiette, on mélange automatiquement les ingrédients avec le bouillon à l'aide d'un mixeur immergé; on extrait ensuite le récipient avec la soupe prête depuis une ouverture de réception. Le résultat technique consiste en une grande diversité de types de soupes grâce à l'utilisation de divers types de bouillons et au choix individuel des ingrédients directement dans une assiette individuelle.
