所述固定组件222包括枢摆体2221,所述枢摆体2221枢转连接在所述支撑板1上,具体的,所述枢摆体2221枢转设置在所述支撑板1朝下的一面上,所述枢摆体2221的第一端2222设置有开口朝向所述支撑板1的固定槽2224,该固定槽2224位于所述枢摆体2221背离所述支撑脚架21的一侧,当连接件221的第二端2212滑动靠近所述枢摆体2221时,所述枢摆体2221枢转带动该固定槽2224朝向所述支撑板1扣合所述连接件221的第二端2212。
所述枢摆体2221的第一端2222还设置有一端连接所述固定槽2224的开口,另一端远离所述支撑板1倾斜延伸的导向斜面2225,当连接件221的第二端2212滑动靠抵该导向斜面2225并带动该枢摆体2221枢摆,枢摆体2221枢转带动该固定槽2224朝向所述支撑板1扣合所述连接件221的第二端2212,当所述折叠凳100从收纳状态转换成使用状态时,所述支撑脚架21相对所述支撑板1枢转,直至所述连接件221的第二端2212抵接所述导向斜面2225,所述支撑脚架21继续转动,所述连接件221的第二端2212滑动在所述导向斜面2225上,所述枢摆体2221的第一端2222受拨动枢转直至所述连接件221的第二端2212伸入所述固定槽2224中,此时所述支撑脚架21被限制转动。
所述固定组件222还包括设置在所述支撑板1和枢摆体2221的第二端2223之间的复位件2226,所述枢摆体2221的第二端2223受压靠近该支撑板1并带动枢摆体2221的第一端2222远离所述支撑板1,所述复位件2226受压积蓄弹力,在本实施例中,所述复位件2226是弹簧,在所述折叠凳100从收纳状态变换成使用状态的过程中,所述复位件2226可以保证所述导向斜面2225在变换过程中始终抵接所述连接件221的第二端2212。另外,还可以在所述折叠凳100处于使用状态时,所述固定槽2224稳定扣接在所述连接件221的第二端2212上,而在所述折叠凳100从使用状态变换成收纳状态的过程中,用户按压所述枢摆体2221的第二端2223并使所述枢摆体2221的第一端2222远离所述支撑板1,所述连接件221的第二端2212可以离开所述固定槽2224,所述支撑脚架21可以枢转并贴抵所述支撑板1朝下的一面。
所述连接件221包括滑动杆2213和至少两个连接杆2214,所述滑动杆2213的两端滑动在所述滑动槽11内并界定出所述连接件221的第二端2212,所述固定槽2224扣合在所述滑动杆2213上,所述连接杆2214的一端固定连接所述滑动杆2213,另一端铰接所述支撑脚架21并界定出所述连接件221的第一端2211。在本实施例中,因为所述滑动槽11是设置在所述支撑板1沿长度方向的两侧边上,故所述滑动杆2213的两端均伸入所述滑动槽11中并在该滑动槽11中滑动,在本实施例中,设置有两个所述连接杆2214,所述连接杆2214沿着所述滑动杆2213的轴向间隔布置,该连接杆2214的一端与所述滑动杆2213固定连接,另一端分 别铰接至所述支撑杆211上。
所述滑动槽11还设置有阻挡所述滑动杆2213两端继续滑动的阻挡件111,当所述固定槽2224朝向所述支撑板1扣合所述滑动杆2213时,所述滑动杆2213的两端抵接所述阻挡件111,在本实施例中,因为设置有两个所述支撑组件2,故所述滑动槽11的沿所述长度方向的两端均设置有所述阻挡件111,所述阻挡件111和固定组件222共同作用并限制所述滑动杆2213的滑动。
参阅图,在所述折叠凳100的从收纳状态转换成使用状态的过程中,先将所述支撑板1朝上的一面贴抵地面设置,随后用户拉动贴抵在所述支撑板1朝下的一面上的所述支撑脚架21,所述支撑脚架21枢转并带动所述滑动杆2213滑动在所述滑动槽11内,直至所述滑动杆2213顶抵所述导向斜面2225,继续拉动所述支撑脚架21,此时所述滑动杆2213滑动在所述导向斜面2225上,所述枢摆体2221的第一端2222摆动并带动该固定槽2224的开口远离所述支撑板1,直至所述滑动杆2213嵌入所述固定槽2224中,此时所述滑动杆2213的两端分别顶抵在所述阻挡件111上,用户再拉动另一个支撑脚架21,其连动过程与前文相同,在此不再赘述。在使用时,用户再翻转所述支撑板1,所述支撑脚架21与支撑板1成钝角并支撑在地面上,用户可以直接踩踏或坐在所述支撑板1上。
在所述折叠凳100的从使用状态转换成收纳状态的过程中,用户先将所述支撑板1朝上的一面贴抵地面设置,随后按动所述枢摆体2221的第二端2223,此时所述固定槽2224的开口远离所述支撑板1,用户在拉 动所述支撑脚架21并带动所述滑动杆2213滑动离开所述固定槽2224,直至所述支撑脚架21贴抵所述支撑板1,用户再以同样的方法拉动所述支撑脚架21,两个支撑脚架21相向枢转靠近。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明提供了一种折叠凳,包括:支撑板,包括延伸设置的滑动槽;支撑组件,包括支撑脚架和连接组件,所述支撑脚架铰接在所述支撑板上,所述连接组件包括连接件和固定组件,所述连接件的第一端铰接在所述支撑脚架上,第二端滑动在所述滑动槽内,所述固定组件设置在所述支撑板上并间隔开所述支撑脚架和支撑板的铰接处一段距离,当所述连接件的第二端滑动至连接所述固定组件时,所述支撑脚架相对该支撑板展开并固定。应用本技术方案可实现一种安装方便快捷的折叠凳,具有工业实用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠凳,其特征在于,包括:
    支撑板,包括延伸设置的滑动槽;
    支撑组件,包括支撑脚架和连接组件,所述支撑脚架铰接在所述支撑板上,所述连接组件包括连接件和固定组件,所述连接件的第一端铰接在所述支撑脚架上,第二端滑动在所述滑动槽内,所述固定组件设置在所述支撑板上并间隔开所述支撑脚架和支撑板的铰接处一段距离,当所述连接件的第二端滑动至连接所述固定组件时,所述支撑脚架相对该支撑板展开并固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述固定组件包括枢摆体,所述枢摆体枢转连接在所述支撑板上,所述枢摆体的第一端设置有开口朝向所述支撑板的固定槽,该固定槽位于所述枢摆体背离所述支撑脚架的一侧,当连接件的第二端滑动靠近所述枢摆体时,所述枢摆体枢转带动该固定槽朝向所述支撑板扣合所述连接件的第二端。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述枢摆体的第一端还设置有一端连接所述固定槽的开口,另一端远离所述支撑板倾斜延伸的导向斜面,当连接件的第二端滑动靠抵该导向斜面并带动该枢摆体枢摆,枢摆体枢转带动该固定槽朝向所述支撑板扣合所述连接件的第二端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述固定组件还包括设置在所述支撑板和枢摆体第二端之间的复位件,所述枢摆体的第二端受压靠近该支撑板带动枢摆体的第一端远离所述支撑板。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述连接件包括滑动杆和至少两个连接杆,所述滑动杆的两端滑动在所述滑动槽内并界定出所述连接件的第二端,所述固定槽扣合在所述滑动杆上,所述连接杆的一端固定连接所述滑动杆,另一端铰接所述支撑脚架并界定出所述连接件的第一端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述滑动槽还设置有阻挡所述滑动杆两端继续滑动的阻挡件,当所述固定槽朝向所述支撑板扣合所述滑动杆时,所述滑动杆的两端抵接所述阻挡件。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述滑动槽沿所述支撑板的长度方向延伸,所述折叠凳包括两个分别连接在所述支撑板沿长度方向的两端的支撑组件,两个支撑脚架枢转并界定出贴抵支撑板的收纳状态和相向展开的使用状态;
    所述折叠凳处于使用状态时,两个所述连接组件的所述连接件的第二端分别滑动至连接所述固定组件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述折叠凳处于收纳状态时,两个连接组件的所述连接件的第二端滑动在所述滑动槽上并相互靠近。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述滑动槽延伸在所述支撑板沿长度方向的两侧边上。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的折叠凳,其特征在于:所述支撑脚架包括沿支撑板的宽度方向间隔开的两个支撑杆,所述支撑杆的一端铰接至所述支撑板,所述支撑脚架还包括复数个连接在两支撑杆之间的加强杆。
