技术领域
本申请属于语音控制技术领域,具体涉及一种洗涤参数的语音控制方法、装置及洗衣机。
背景技术
随着产业技术的不断发展,全自动洗衣机由于其优异的便捷性得到了大众的青睐,成为人们生活中不可或缺的家用电器。
目前在使用全自动洗衣机洗衣服时,调节洗涤程序的相关参数的方式主要为通过直接操控洗衣机的方式进行,或者通过相应的app调节的方式进行。
然而,上述两种调节方式,在用户无法进行手动操作或者视力存在障碍时,应用受限,调节方式的便捷性无法满足需求。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有洗涤参数调节便捷性较差的问题,本申请提供了一种洗涤参数的语音控制方法、装置及洗衣机,所述洗涤参数的语音控制方法,通过语音进行洗涤参数的调节,调节便捷性高,应用场景广泛。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种洗涤参数的语音控制方法,该方法包括:
获取用户语音指令;
根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值;
将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
可选地,所述根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值,包括:
根据所述用户语音指令,识别所述洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数;
判断所述待调节洗涤参数的类型是否为可调节类型;

第四方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,当处理器执行所述计算机执行指令时,实现如本申请任意实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本申请实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法、装置及洗衣机,根据用户的语音指令确定用户想要调整的待调节洗涤参数及其对应的参数调整值,进而将该待调节洗涤参数调整为该参数调整值,实现了通过语音的方式调整洗衣机的洗涤参数的控制方式,应用范围广,提高了洗涤参数调整的便捷性以及洗衣机的控制的便捷性,提高了洗衣机的智能程度。

下面以具体地实施例对本申请的技术方案以及本申请的技术方案如何解决上述技术问题进行详细说明。下面这几个具体的实施例可以相互结合,对于相同或相似的概念或过程可能在某些实施例中不再赘述。下面将结合附图,对本申请的实施例进行描述。
下面对本申请实施例的应用场景进行解释:
图1为本申请实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法的一种应用场景图,如图1所示,本申请实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法可以运行在电子设备上,如处理器、洗衣机等。全自动洗衣机100通常包括壳体110、洗涤桶120、控制系统130和驱动装置140。洗 涤桶120、控制系统130和驱动装置140容纳与壳体110内,控制系统130用于根据用户设置的洗涤模式或系统参数,控制驱动装置140以相应模式运行,从而带动洗涤桶120旋转进行衣物的清洗。
然而,现有的洗涤参数的设置方式仅可以通过操控洗衣机100壳体110上的按钮或触摸屏的方式或者通过用户终端的相关应用程序进行的方式进行设置,当用户存在视力障碍,或者无法进行手动操作时,上述设置方式应用受限,便捷性较差。
针对上述问题,本申请实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法的主要构思为:基于用户的语音指令进行相应洗涤参数的设置或调整,提高了洗涤参数设置或调整的便捷性,应用场景广。
图2是本申请实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法的流程图,如图2所示,该洗涤参数的语音控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S201,获取用户语音指令。
其中,用户语音指令可以通过设置于洗衣机上的麦克风采集的语音信号,或者通过与洗衣机通讯连接的电子设备发出用户语音指令,电子设备可以是移动终端、智能音响等。用户语音指令中可以包括待调节洗涤参数,还可以包括待调节洗涤参数的调整值。
示例性的,用户语音指令可以是“洗衣机水温调到40度”,“洗衣机设置漂洗次数为2次”,还可以是“增加漂洗次数”、“增加浸泡程序”。
步骤S202,根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值。
其中,待调节洗涤参数即为用户想要调节或控制的洗衣机的一个或多个洗涤参数,可以是水温、脱水转速、漂洗次数、洗涤时间、预约时间和浸泡时间中的一项或多项。参数调整值可以是一个具体的数值,如36℃、3次、60分钟,也可以是一个等级,如二级。
具体的,待调节洗涤参数可以是一个也可以是多个。
具体的,可以对用户语音指令进行关键词提取,根据提取结果确定待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值。
进一步地,可以预先设置多个洗涤参数对应的关键词,从而通过对用户语音指令进行关键词匹配,确定用户语音指令中包含的待调节洗涤参数。
具体的,洗衣机的麦克风或相关接口采集到用户语音指令之后,可以基于语音识别技术,识别用户语音指令中的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值,若识别失败,则不进行响应,或者生成语音识别提示信息。语音识别技术可以是基于神经网络的语音识别算法,如卷积神经网络算法、循环神经网络算法、BP神经网络算法等,可以是基于模式匹配的动态时间规整法(DTW,Dynamic Time Warping)和基于统计模型的隐马尔可夫模型法(HMM,Hidden Markov Model)。
具体的,若根据用户语音指令尽可以识别相应的待调节洗涤参数,而无法识别到待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值,则根据用户历史使用数据确定待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值,或者采用该待调节洗涤参数的默认值。
示例性的,用户语音指令可以是“洗衣机水温调到37度”,则根据该指令确定待调节洗涤参数为洗衣机水温,相应的参数调整值为37℃。用户语音指令可以是“浸泡,漂洗3次”,则待调节洗涤参数为浸泡时间和漂洗次数,由于未识别浸泡时间的参数调整值,则设置为默认值,如20min,漂洗次数的参数调整值为3次。
步骤S203,将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
具体的,在确定用户语音指令对应的待调节洗涤参数及其对应的参数调整值之后,将洗衣机的该待调节洗涤参数调整为该参数调整值,以使洗衣机根据调整后的洗涤参数进行衣物的洗涤。
进一步地,当待调节洗涤参数调整失败,如超出可调节范围,或者洗衣机处于不可调节状态,如锁定状态、故障状态等,还可以生成相应的提示信息,以告知用户洗衣机的洗涤参数调整失败。
本申请实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法,根据用户的语音指令确定用户想要调整的待调节洗涤参数及其对应的参数调整值,进而将该待调节洗涤参数调整为该参数调整值,实现了通过语音的方式调整洗衣机的洗涤参数的控制方式,应用范围广,提高了洗涤参数调整的便捷性以及洗衣机的控制的便捷性,提高了洗衣机的智能程度。
图3是本申请另一个实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法的流程图,本实施例是在图2所示实施例的基础上,对步骤S202进行进一步细化,并在步骤S203之后增加调整失败生成提示信息的步骤。如图3所示,本实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S301,获取用户语音指令。
进一步地,还可以通过声纹识别判断用户语音指令是否为目标用户的语音,若是,则根据所述用户语音指令,识别所述洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数;若否,则生成用户无权限提示信息,如“对不起,您没有调整洗涤参数的权限”。
其中,目标用户的个数可以是一个或多个,可以通过洗衣机的设置界面或者洗衣机相关应用程序的设置界面,进行设置。
步骤S302,根据所述用户语音指令,识别所述洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数。
步骤S303,判断所述待调节洗涤参数的类型是否为可调节类型。
具体的,可以预先存储可调节类型洗涤参数表,可调节类型的待调节洗涤参数可以包括水温、脱水转速、漂洗次数、洗涤时间、预约时间和浸泡时间等参数。
步骤S304,若是,则根据所述用户语音指令,确定所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值。
步骤S305,获取所述待调节洗涤参数的预设调整范围。
其中,预设调整范围可以根据洗衣机的性能设置,用户也可以根据需求调整或者修改各个洗涤参数的预设调整范围,或者将可调节类型的洗涤参数设置为不可调节类型的参数。
具体的,各个洗涤参数的预设调整范围可以预先设置并存储于洗衣机的存储器的预设位置处。
示例性的,水温的预设调整范围为(单位为℃):20、30、40、50、60;脱水转速的预设调整范围为(单位为转/分钟):400、600、800、1000、1200、1400;漂洗次数的预设调整范围为(单位为次):0、1、2、3、4、5;洗涤时间的预设调整范围为(单位为分钟):0-20;洗涤时间的预设调整范围为(单位为分钟):0-90;预约时间的预设调整范围为(单位为小时):0-24。
步骤S306,判断所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否位于所述预设调整范围内。
具体的,可以判断用户语音指令中对应的参数调整值是否是预设调整范围中的一个预设值,或者参数调整值是否大于等于预设调整范围的最小值,且小于等于预设调整范围的 最大值。
步骤S307,若所述参数调整值位于所述预设调整范围内,则将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
进一步地,在将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值之后,还可以生成参数调整成功提示信息,以告知用户待调节洗涤参数已设置完毕。
可选地,当所述待调节洗涤参数的类型为枚举类洗涤参数时,所述预设调整范围包括各个参数枚举值,所述判断所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否位于所述预设调整范围内,包括:
判断所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否为其中一个所述参数枚举值,若是,则所述参数调整值位于所述预设调整范围内,若否,则所述参数调整值超出所述预设调整范围。
具体的,枚举类洗涤参数可以包括漂洗次数、脱水转速等。
进一步地,用于可以预先设置洗衣机的各个洗涤参数的类型和预设调整范围。
示例性的,以洗涤参数水温为例,水温的用户设置的预设调整范围为35℃-45℃。用户语音指令为“洗衣机水温设置为38度”,则通过关键词匹配确定待调节洗涤参数为水温,而水温为可调节类型的洗涤参数;接着,基于语义分析,确定水温对应的参数调整值为38℃;判断38℃是否位于预设调整范围35℃-45℃区间,位于,则将洗衣机的水温洗涤参数设置为38℃,进行衣物的洗涤,并生成提示信息,如“水温帮您设好了”,以告知用户相关参数设置完毕。
步骤S308,若所述参数调整值超出所述预设调整范围,则生成调整失败提示信息。
可选地,所述调整失败提示信息还包括所述待调节洗涤参数的预设调整范围。
示例性的,以洗涤时间为例,洗涤时间对应的预设调整范围为:[0min,30min],用户语音指令为“请将洗涤时间调整为35分钟,谢谢”,则用户语音指令对应的待调节洗涤参数为洗涤时间,参数调整值为35分钟,而预设调整范围的最大值为30分钟,超出该范围,则生成调整失败提示信息,如“设置失败,洗涤时间超出可调范围”,还可以是“设置时报,洗涤时间的可调范围为0到30分钟”。
示例性的,以漂洗次数为例,漂洗次数为枚举类洗涤参数,其对应的参数枚举值为1次、2次、3次和4次。用户语音指令为“漂洗5次”,则用户语音指令中的漂洗次数洗涤参数对应的参数调整值5次,不是预设调整范围对应的参数枚举值中的一个,则生成调整失败提示信息,如“设置失败,请重新设置”,还可以是“设置失败,漂洗次数的可选值为1次、2次、3次和4次”等。
在本实施例中,基于用户语音指令确定用户欲调整的洗涤参数和相应的调整值,并判断该洗涤参数是否为可调参数,若是,则进一步判断该洗涤参数的调整值是否位于预设可调节的范围,若是,则将该洗衣机的洗涤参数设置为该调整值,实现了洗衣机洗涤参数的基于语音的自动调节,且调节方式安全可靠。
图4是本申请另一个实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法的流程图,本实施例是在图3所示实施例的基础上,对步骤S306进行进一步细化,如图4所示,本实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S401,获取用户语音指令。
步骤S402,根据用户语音指令,识别洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数。
步骤S403,判断待调节洗涤参数的类型是否为可调节类型;若是,则执行步骤S404;若否,则执行步骤S408。
步骤S404,判断待调节洗涤参数的参数类型是枚举类型还是数值类型;若是枚举类型,则执行步骤S405;若是数值类型,则执行步骤S406。
具体的,枚举类型的洗涤参数可以包括:脱水转速、洗涤转速、漂洗次数、脱水次数等参数;数值类型的洗涤参数可以包括:水温、预约时间、洗涤时间等参数。数值类型的洗涤参数对应的预设调整范围包括一个最小值和最大值,而枚举类型的洗涤参数对应的预设调整范围包括预设个数的参数枚举值。
步骤S405,判断待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否为其中一个参数枚举值;若是,则执行步骤S407;若否,则执行步骤S408。
步骤S406,判断待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否位于预设调整范围内;若是,则执行步骤S407;若否,则执行步骤S408。
步骤S407,将待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
步骤S408,生成调整失败提示信息。
在本实施例中,基于用户语音指令确定用户欲调整的洗涤参数和相应的调整值,并判断该洗涤参数是否为可调参数,若是,则进一步判断该洗涤参数的参数类型,若为枚举类型,则判断其调整值是否为预设的枚举值中的一个,若为数值类型,则判断其调整值是否位于预设可调节的范围,若是,则将该洗衣机的洗涤参数设置为该调整值,实现了洗衣机洗涤参数的基于语音的自动调节,且调节方式安全可靠。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
图5是本申请一个实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制装置的结构示意图,如图5所示,该洗涤参数的语音控制装置包括:语音指令获取模块510、参数调整值确定模块520和洗涤参数调整模块530。
其中,语音指令获取模块510,用于获取用户语音指令;参数调整值确定模块520,用于根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值;洗涤参数调整模块530,用于将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
可选地,参数调整值确定模块520,包括:

其中,计算机程序存储在存储器610中,并被配置为由处理器620执行以实现本申请图2-图4所对应的实施例中任意一个实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法。
其中,存储器610和处理器620通过总线630连接。

图7是本申请另一个实施例提供的洗衣机的结构示意图,该洗衣机包括:主体710、洗涤桶720、控制系统730、驱动装置740、麦克风750和扬声器760。
其中,麦克风750和扬声器760可以设置在主体710的正面或侧面(图7以侧面为例),麦克风750用于采集用户语音指令,并将用户语音指令发送至控制系统730;控制系统730中可集成有相应的集成电路或芯片,以根据用户语音指令执行本申请任意实施例提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法,当洗涤参数失败时,生成调整失败提示信息;扬声器760用于播放调整失败提示信息,以便于告知用户洗涤参数调节失败。
本申请还提供一种可读存储介质,可读存储介质中存储有执行指令,当语音交互装置的至少一个处理器执行该执行指令时,当计算机执行指令被处理器执行时,实现上述实施例中的洗涤参数的语音控制方法。
本申请还提供一种程序产品,该程序产品包括可执行指令,该可执行指令存储在可读存储介质中。洗衣机的至少一个处理器可以从可读存储介质读取该执行指令,至少一个处理器执行该执行指令使得语音交互装置实施上述各种实施方式提供的洗涤参数的语音控制方法。

作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件 可以是或者也可以不是物理模块,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络模块上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
上述以软件功能模块的形式实现的集成的模块,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能模块存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器(英文:processor)执行本申请各个实施例方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(英文:Read-Only Memory,简称:ROM)、随机存取存储器(英文:Random Access Memory,简称:RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本申请的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本申请的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征进行等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种洗涤参数的语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取用户语音指令;
    根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值;
    将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值,包括:
    对所述用户语音指令进行关键词提取;
    根据提取结果,确定待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值,包括:
    基于语音识别技术,识别所述用户语音指令中的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,语音识别技术为基于模式匹配的动态时间规整法或基于统计模型的隐马尔可夫模型法。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值,包括:
    根据所述用户语音指令,识别所述洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数;
    判断所述待调节洗涤参数的类型是否为可调节类型;
    若是,则根据所述用户语音指令,确定所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,在获取用户语音指令之后,所述方法还包括:
    通过声纹识别判断用户语音指令是否为目标用户的语音;
    若是,则根据所述用户语音指令,识别所述洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,若所述用户语音指令不是所述目标用户的语音,所述方法还包括:
    生成用户无权限提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值之后,还包括:
    获取所述待调节洗涤参数的预设调整范围;
    判断所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否位于所述预设调整范围内;
    相应的,所述将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值,包括:
    若所述参数调整值位于所述预设调整范围内,则将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,判断所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否位于所述预设调整范围内,包括:
    判断所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否为所述预设调整范围中的一个预设值。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若所述参数调整值超出所述预设调整范围,则生成调整失败提示信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述调整失败提示信息还包括所述待调节洗涤参数的预设调整范围。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11任一项所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,当所述待调节洗涤参数的类型为枚举类洗涤参数时,所述预设调整范围包括各个参数枚举值,所述判断所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否位于所述预设调整范围内,包括:
    判断所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否为其中一个所述参数枚举值,若是,则所述参数调整值位于所述预设调整范围内,若否,则所述参数调整值超出所述预设调整范围。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的语音控制方法,其特征在于,所述待调节洗涤参数包括水温、脱水转速、漂洗次数、洗涤时间、预约时间和浸泡时间中的至少一项。
  14. 一种洗涤参数的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    语音指令获取模块,用于获取用户语音指令;
    参数调整值确定模块,用于根据所述用户语音指令,确定洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数及其参数调整值;
    洗涤参数调整模块,用于将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,所述参数调整值确定模块,包括:
    参数识别单元,用于根据所述用户语音指令,识别所述洗衣机的待调节洗涤参数;
    参数类型判断单元,用于判断所述待调节洗涤参数的类型是否为可调节类型;
    参数调整值确定单元,用于若所述待调节洗涤参数的类型为可调节类型,则根据所述用户语音指令,确定所述待调节洗涤参数的参数调整值。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    调整范围判断模块,用于获取所述待调节洗涤参数的预设调整范围,判断所述待 调节洗涤参数的参数调整值是否位于所述预设调整范围内;
    相应的,所述参数调整值确定模块,具体用于:
    若所述参数调整值位于所述预设调整范围内,则将所述待调节洗涤参数调整为所述参数调整值。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的语音控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示信息生成模块,用于若所述参数调整值超出所述预设调整范围,则生成调整失败提示信息。
  18. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机包括存储器和至少一个处理器;
    所述存储器存储计算机执行指令;
    所述至少一个处理器执行所述存储器存储的计算机执行指令,使得所述至少一个处理器执行如权利要求1-13任一项所述的洗涤参数的语音控制方法。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机执行指令,当处理器执行所述计算机执行指令时,实现如权利要求1-13任一项所述的洗涤参数的语音控制方法。
  20. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-13任一项所述的洗涤参数的语音控制方法。
