外管1朝向第一盖体3的侧面凹陷形成沿外管1的长度方向延伸的第一导向槽12,相应的内管2朝向第一盖体3的侧面也凹陷形成有与第一导向槽12对应叠合的第二导向槽22,可以确保内管2只沿外管1长度方向移动,从而保证定位孔11能够和档位孔21对位供档位调节销4插入锁定。第一盖体3设有插装至第一导向槽12内的第一限位板33和第二限位板34,从而在第一导向槽12内形成用于供上述联动件6安装的容纳腔31,其中联动件6及定位孔11均位于第一限位板33和第二限位板34之间,而多个档位孔21间隔排布于第二导向槽22内。
联动件6朝向第一盖体3的侧面包括第一斜面61和第二斜面62,第一斜面61与第二斜面62的倾斜方向相反,即第一斜面61较低的一端与第二斜面62较低的一端相向设置或者背向设置,联动件6于第二斜面62上设有贯穿联动件6的第一滑槽66,档位调节销4部分插装在第一滑槽66内,并能够沿第二斜面62移动,按动开关5的底部抵于第一斜面61,当挤压按动开关5时,联动件6在第一斜面61的作用下沿第一滑槽66移动,档位调节销4在第二斜面62的驱动下脱离档位孔21。
本具体实施例中,联动件6朝向第一盖体3的侧面还包括第一平面63、第二平面64和第三平面65,第一平面63的两端分别对应连接第一斜面61较低的一端和第二斜面62较低的一端,并且第一滑槽66延伸至第一平面63内,当档位调节销4插装在档位孔21内时,档位调节销4滑动至第一滑槽66位于第一平面63内的一端。而第二平面64与第一斜面61较高的一端连接,使运动开关的限位凸起51位于第一盖体3和第二平面64之间,第二平面64上还设有容纳槽641,按动开关5向下运动时,限位凸起51能够容置于容纳槽641内。而第三平面65与第二斜面62较高的一端连接,并且第三平面65始终抵于第一盖体3,从而使联动件6只能沿第一导向槽12移动。为了使按动开关5可以正常工作,锁定状态时,按动开关5与第一平面63之间留有空隙,并且按动开关5上还设有与第一斜面61相对应的第四斜面52。
容纳腔31内设有驱使联动件6及所述按动开关5复位的第一弹性件7,第一复位件可以是压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的一端抵于第一限位板33,另一端抵于联动件6。第一弹性件7也可以是拉簧,拉簧的一端与第二限位板34连接,拉簧的另一端与联动件6连接。
档位调节销4包括限位销轴41和位于限位销轴41外侧沿径向延伸的限位块42,限位销轴41插装在第一滑槽66内,并使限位块42卡于联动件6上第一滑槽66的两侧边沿。其中,容纳腔31内还设有驱使档位调节销4向着档位孔21运动的第二弹性件8。
具体地,第一盖体3于容纳腔31内设有与档位调节销4同向延伸,用于限制档位调节销4位置的限位件32,本具体实施例中,档位销轴41的截面为矩形,档位销轴41的宽度两侧设有限位件32,第二弹性件8为压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧套设在两个限位件32外侧,压缩弹簧远离第一盖体3的一端抵于限位块42,进而驱使档位调节销4向档位孔21运动,并且限位块42于压缩弹簧的外侧延伸有限位凸块421,限制压缩弹簧始终保持抵于限位块42。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构的优点在于,使用时通过按压按动开关5,按动开关5会推动联动件6的第一斜面61,使联动件6沿外管1的第一滑槽66移动,并使作为第一弹性件7的压缩弹簧受力压缩,而档位调节销4由于插装在定位孔11和档位孔21内,其相对于外管1和内管2的位置不动,第二斜面62作用在档位调节销4的限位块42上,档位调节销4只能沿第二斜面62向上运动直至脱离内管2,从而解除外管1和内管2之间的锁定,此时拉动或者推动内管2来调节支撑腿的长度,操作简单、方便。而当支撑腿的长度调节完成后,松开按动开关5,联动件6会在压缩弹簧的推动下回到初始状态,此时档位调节销4也在第二复位件的作用下向内管2运动,并插装在档位孔21内,从而再次实现内管2和外管1的锁定,完成支撑腿长度的调节并锁住。在操作时,可以实现单手释锁,支撑腿一键落地的效果,操作更为方便快捷,双斜面结构更加稳 定。
尽管以上详细地描述了本实用新型的优选实施例,但是应该清楚地理解,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本实用新型可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,包括外管(1)和内管(2),所述内管(2)可滑动设置在所述外管(1)内,其特征在于:所述外管(1)的一侧固定安装有第一盖体(3),所述第一盖体(3)与所述外管(1)之间具有容纳腔(31),所述外管(1)上设有定位孔(11),所述内管(2)沿其长度方向排列有多个档位孔(21),所述容纳腔(31)内设有档位调节销(4),所述第一盖体(3)上设有按动开关(5),所述按动开关(5)通过滑移安装于所述容纳腔(31)内的联动件(6)使所述档位调节销(4)穿过定位孔(11)和档位孔(21),进而锁定所述外管(1)和内管(2)的位置,或者使所述档位调节销(4)脱离所述档位孔(21)解除所述外管(1)和所述内管(2)的锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述联动件(6)的侧面包括第一斜面(61)和第二斜面(62),所述第一斜面(61)与所述第二斜面(62)的倾斜方向相反,所述联动件(6)于所述第二斜面(62)上设有贯穿所述联动件(6)的第一滑槽(66),所述档位调节销(4)部分插装在所述第一滑槽(66)内,并能够沿所述第二斜面(62)移动,所述按动开关(5)的底部抵于所述第一斜面(61),当挤压所述按动开关(5)时,所述联动件(6)在第一斜面(61)的作用下沿所述外管(1)的长度方向移动,所述档位调节销(4)在所述第二斜面(62)的驱动下脱离所述档位孔(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述容纳腔(31)内设有驱使所述联动件(6)及所述按动开关(5)复位的第一弹性件(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述第一弹性件(7)为压缩弹簧或者拉簧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述容纳腔(31)内还设有驱使所述档位调节销(4)向着所述档位孔(21)运动的第二弹性件(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述联动件(6)朝向所述第一盖体(3)的侧面还包括第一平面(63),所述第一平面(63)的两端分别对应连接所述第一斜面(61)较低的一端和所述第二斜面(62)较低的一端,并且所述第一滑槽(66)延伸至所述第一平面(63)内,当所述档位调节销(4)插装在所述档位孔(21)内时,所述档位调节销(4)滑动至第一滑槽(66)位于所述第一平面(63)内的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述档位调节销(4)包括限位销轴(41)和位于限位销轴(41)外侧沿径向延伸的限位块(42),所述限位销轴(41)插装在所述第一滑槽(66)内,并使所述限位块(42)卡于联动件(6)上第一滑槽(66)的两侧边沿。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述第一盖体(3)的容纳腔(31)内设有与档位调节销(4)同向延伸,用于限制所述档位调节销(4)位置的限位件(32)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述外管(1)朝向所述第一盖体(3)的侧面 凹陷形成沿外管(1)的长度方向延伸的第一导向槽(12),所述第一盖体(3)设有插装至所述第一导向槽(12)内的第一限位板(33)和第二限位板(34),所述联动件(6)及定位孔(11)均位于所述第一限位板(33)和所述第二限位板(34)之间,所述外管(1)的外侧还设有第二盖体(9),所述第一盖体(3)和所述第二盖体(9)扣合,将所述外管(1)包裹在内。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的儿童安全座椅支撑腿档位调节机构,其特征在于:所述第一盖体(3)上开设有与所述容纳腔(31)连通的安装孔(35),所述按动开关(5)设于所述安装孔(35)内,所述按动开关(5)的侧面设有卡于安装孔(35)背侧边沿的限位凸起(51),用于防止所述按动开关(5)脱离所述安装孔(35)。
