背景技术
虚拟现实技术(VR)是一项全新的实用技术,囊括计算机、电子信息、仿真技术于一体,其基本实现方式是计算机模拟虚拟环境从而给人以环境沉浸感,VR头盔便是一种展示虚拟环境的头戴式显示器,可引导用户产生身在虚拟环境中的感觉,常用的VR头盔通过后方的头带固定到使用者的头部,由于使用者在佩戴头盔后无法对现实环境中的周围情况进行感知,因此使用者在互动时可能晃动头部而造成碰撞,常用VR头盔无法对使用者头部进行防护,给使用者带来不便。

本的主要目的在于提供一种有效保护头部的VR头盔,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本采取的技术方案为。
一种有效保护头部的VR头盔,包括外壳,所述外壳前端面设置有防护盖,所述外壳后端面外圈位置设置有弹性皮垫,所述外壳后端面两侧位置均设置有头带,所述头带连接处设置有皮夹层,所述皮夹层上方设置有上束带,所述外壳上端面对应上束带头部位置设置有贴合带,所述头带外侧端面设置有固定束带,所述固定束带外圈设置有硬皮束带,所述硬皮束带外圈设置有可调节的主防护包,所述皮夹层后端面设置有可调节的副防护包。
优选的,所述弹性皮垫通过粘黏固定到外壳后方,所述上束带头部连接到贴合带,所述固定束带通过缝合与头带进行固定,所述主防护包与副防护包内部均设置有海绵层,通过在主副防护包内部设置海绵层,利用海绵层可有效缓冲碰撞时受到的冲击,对使用者头部进行防护。
优选的,所述主防护包内侧端面底部位置设置有副尼龙带,所述主防护包内侧端面顶部位置设置有主尼龙带,所述主尼龙带与副尼龙带之间的距离等于硬皮束带的高度,所述副尼龙带头部越过硬皮束带并连接到主尼龙带上端面,所述主尼龙带与副尼龙带连接处设置有主尼龙粘层,通过在主防护包内侧设置主副尼龙带,利用主副尼龙带对主防护包进行固定,并且可方便的拆卸进行擦拭或清理。
优选的,所述上束带外圈中部位置设置有固定皮圈,所述固定皮圈上方设置有上防护包,所述上防护包与固定皮圈连接处设置有副尼龙粘层,通过在上束带外圈设置固定皮圈与上防护包,对使用者头顶部进行防护,进一步提升防护能力。
优选的,所述皮夹层后端面中部位置设置有主套环,所述主套环内设置有定位圆槽,所述副防护包后端面中部位置设置有副套环,所述副套环头部伸入定位圆槽底部。
优选的,所述副套环外圈两侧位置设置有塑料珠,所述主套环两侧对应塑料珠设置有固定凹槽,所述定位圆槽上下端位置对应塑料珠设置有定位卡槽,通过在副套环外圈设置塑料珠,并在主套环内圈设置对应的定位卡槽,利用塑料珠卡入定位卡槽内对其进行固定,使副防护包的拆装更加便捷。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本具有如下有益效果。
本中,通过在主副防护包内部设置海绵层,利用海绵层可有效缓冲碰撞时受到的冲击,对使用者头部进行防护,通过在主防护包内侧设置主副尼龙带,利用主副尼龙带对主防护包进行固定,并且可方便的拆卸进行擦拭或清理,通过在上束带外圈设置固定皮圈与上防护包,对使用者头顶部进行防护,进一步提升防护能力,通过在副套环外圈设置塑料珠,并在主套环内圈设置对应的定位卡槽,利用塑料珠卡入定位卡槽内对其进行固定,使副防护包的拆装更加便捷。

弹性皮垫3通过粘黏固定到外壳1后方,上束带9头部连接到贴合带10,固定束带6通过缝合与头带4进行固定,主防护包8与副防护包13内部均设置有海绵层;主防护包8内侧端面底部位置设置有副尼龙带14,主防护包8内侧端面顶部位置设置有主尼龙带15,主尼龙带15与副尼龙带14之间的距离等于硬皮束带7的高度,副尼龙带14头部越过硬皮束带7并连接到主尼龙带15上端面,主尼龙带15与副尼龙带14连接处设置有主尼龙粘层16;上束带9外圈中部位置设置有固定皮圈21,固定皮圈21上方设置有上防护包23,上防护包23与固定皮圈21连接处设置有副尼龙粘层22;皮夹层5后端面中部位置设置有主套环11,主套环11内设置有定位圆槽17,副防护包13后端面中部位置设置有副套环12,副套环12头部伸入定位圆槽17底部;副套环12外圈两侧位置设置有塑料珠18,主套环11两侧对应塑料珠18设置有固定凹槽20,定位圆槽17上下端位置对应塑料珠18设置有定位卡槽19。
本发明的实施方式
需要说明的是,本为一种有效保护头部的VR头盔,通过在头带4及皮夹层5外设置主防护包8与副防护包13,从而对使用者头部进行防护,避免在互动时头部受到碰撞而受伤,在使用时,将头带4拉伸并覆盖在使用者头部,且使上束带9位于头部上方位置,当使用者头部晃动产生撞击后,会先对头带4两侧及后方的主防护包8与副防护包13进行撞击,从而挤压内部的海绵层,对撞击进行缓冲,避免使用者头部直接受到撞击而受伤,当需要拆卸清理主防护包8与副防护包13时,找到头带4两侧的固定束带6与硬皮束带7,然后拉扯硬皮束带7顶部的副尼龙带14,使副尼龙带14与主尼龙带15脱离,然后即可取下主防护包8,接着找到皮夹层5后端面的副防护包13并转动,副防护包13带动副套环12在定位圆槽17内转动,从而带动外圈的两个塑料珠18转动,使塑料珠18挤压弹性材质的主套环11,直至塑料珠18从定位卡槽19内脱出,然后继续转动,直至塑料珠18到达固定凹槽20所在位置,此时即可取出副防护包13与副套环12,并对主防护包8及副防护包13进行清理或更换。
