본 발명은 연구 발굴 및 창업 생태계 구축 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 미래의학을 선도할 유망 기술 연구 동향을 정기적으로 면밀히 조사하고 그 정보를 적기에 공급함으로써 의학 연구수준을 세계적인 수준으로 높이는 계기를 만들면서 창의적 아이디어가 환자에게까지 적용될 수 있도록 신개념의 기초의학 연구와 이를 활용한 융복합연구를 발굴하여 수행해 나가며, 이러한 융복합 연구를 창의적으로 구현할 유망한 의과학자를 지원 육성함과 아울러, 혁신적 연구 아이디어와 개발된 기술이 효율적으로 확산되도록 연구 생태계를 발전시키기 위한 미래의학 생명과학 분야의 연구 발굴 및 창업 생태계 구축 시스템에 관한 것이다.
최근에 들어 질병을 극복할 수 있는 미래지향적이고 독창적인 의학생명과학 유망 기술과 연구 동향을 조사/분석하고 창조적인 생명과학 연구와 이를 활용한 융복합 연구를 발굴하기 위해 관련 연구자들을 적극적으로 지원해야 한다는 사회적인 요구가 크게 증가하고 있다.
이를 위해, 특히 첨단 재생 의료, 첨단 재생 바이오, 인공지능을 활용한 신약 개발 산업과 같은 분야와 관련된 정부 정책, 미래 발전 방향, 연구자 중심 바이오벤처 성공사례, 원격의료를 포함한 보건의료 산업의 트렌드, 의료기술 사업화를 위한 IP-R&D 전략 등에 대해 연구자들이 용이하게 정보를 공유할 수 있는 기반이 마련되어야 한다.

    상기 연구자 지원서버는 임상연구를 지원요청하는 연구자를 대상으로 연구활동 정보를 확인하여 대면평가 일정을 연구자 단말기로 통보하고 해당 일정을 관리하기 위한 대면평가 관리모듈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미래의학 생명과학 분야의 연구 발굴 및 창업 생태계 구축 시스템.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 연구자 지원서버는 연구자와의 협의 하에 연구활동 정보 중 외부에 공개 가능한 범위를 설정하여 관리하기 위한 연구정보 관리모듈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미래의학 생명과학 분야의 연구 발굴 및 창업 생태계 구축 시스템.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 연구자 지원서버는 연구자의 연구 아이디어를 공모하여 심의 위원회의 심의를 거쳐 선정하는 절차를 관리하기 위한 연구공모 관리모듈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미래의학 생명과학 분야의 연구 발굴 및 창업 생태계 구축 시스템.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 연구자 지원서버는 미래의학 생명과학 분야와 연관된 국내 또는 국외 규제정보를 업데이트하면서 연구자간 공유 가능하도록 관리하기 위한 규제정보 관리모듈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미래의학 생명과학 분야의 연구 발굴 및 창업 생태계 구축 시스템.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 연구자 지원서버는 연구자로부터 수신되는 연구활동 정보로부터 미래의학 생명과학에 연관된 키워드를 추출한 후 미리 설정된 키워드와 비교하여 유사도가 기준치 이상인 경우 유망 연구 대상으로 선택하고, 선택된 유망 연구 대상에 대한 키워드에 기초하여 웹 크롤링을 통해 관련된 자료를 수집하는 연구자료 수집모듈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미래의학 생명과학 분야의 연구 발굴 및 창업 생태계 구축 시스템.
  11. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 연구자 지원서버는 미래의학 생명과학 분야 연구 프로젝트를 공지하면서 이에 참여할 연구자를 모집하고, 연구자 단말기를 통해 해당 프로젝트에 참여할 의사를 수신하기 위한 연구자&프로젝트 매칭모듈을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미래의학 생명과학 분야의 연구 발굴 및 창업 생태계 구축 시스템.
