Ein optoelektronisches Halbleiterbauelement (10) umfasst einen Halbleiterschichtstapel (109), in dem eine oberflächenemittierende Laserdiode ausgebildet ist. Der Halbleiterschichtstapel (109) weist eine erste Aperturblende (115) auf. Eine Bemessung der ersten Aperturblende (115) in einer ersten horizontalen Richtung ist kleiner als 50 pm und kleiner als die Bemessung der ersten Aperturblende (115) in einer zweiten horizontalen Richtung.
