Description

用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器和成套设备 技术领域
本公开涉及车辆安全技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器和一种包括两个这样的安全带卷收器的成套设备。
背景技术
在车辆安全技术领域中,车辆安全带可以是用于在车辆出现紧急状况例如紧急刹车、碰撞或者倾翻时保护乘员的安全保护装置,其中,通过带状的织带可以束缚乘员,织带可以通过安全带卷收器的芯轴卷收,并且可以通过锁舌固定于车辆。车辆安全带可以是车辆被动安全系统中的重要组成部分。车辆例如可以是乘用车、货车或者其他的交通工具。
随着车辆技术的发展,用户对车辆舒适性的要求越来越高,对于车辆座椅的舒适性的要求同样如此。在车辆座椅的发展中,座椅靠背的倾角已从固定不变演变为可调,而且可调角度越来越大。在一些商务车上甚至已经实现了座椅靠背的接近平躺的调整角度。
一些已知的安全带卷收器配备车感装置,该车感装置可以作为安全带卷收器中的机械传感器来感知车辆状态,例如可以感知车辆的加速度和倾斜角度,其中,当车辆发生紧急状态时,车感装置可以感知该紧急状态,并且可以促使安全带卷收器的芯轴锁止,阻止织带继续从芯轴抽出,使得乘员可以被织带良好地束缚并且从而获得良好的安全保护。典型地,较早的车感装置固定地安装在车身或者车辆座椅上,这有可能不满足座椅靠背可调的技术要求。
另外已知自适应的车感装置,其能靠自身重力随着座椅靠背一起调节。由于自适应的车感装置是活动的,其自适应角度调节范围是有限的,并且车感灵敏度尚有改进的空间。关于车感装置和锁止装置,例如可参考本申请人的专利申请CN110027502A。
此外,由专利文献CN102991452B已知一种用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其具有车感装置,所述车感装置可以受到芯线约束。典型地,已知的安全带卷收器可以在车辆座椅的靠背中在横向方向上倾斜地安装,其中,车感装置的转动轴线和传动箱组件的转动轴线彼此不平行。两者之间的角度偏差导致需要附加地设计在传动过程中的补偿措施,其中,传动滑轮的芯线卷绕部可以具有非圆弧形走向,于是通过修改芯线卷绕部的曲率来调整传动滑轮转动的快慢并且从而补偿由于上述角度偏差引起的车 感装置与竖直位置的偏差。在另外已知的现有技术中,在传动滑轮与车感装置之间附加地设置小齿轮,所述小齿轮被传动滑轮驱动并且与车感装置以球形铰链的形式连接,借此来补偿由于上述角度偏差引起的车感装置与竖直位置的偏差。这些补偿措施使得安全带卷收器的总体构造变得较复杂,部件数量较多,尺寸较大,而且多出来的部件配合关系和尺寸链又会引起新的角度偏差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器和一种包括两个这样的安全带卷收器的成套设备,其中,所述安全带卷收器结构简单,尺寸紧凑,零件数量少。
按本发明的第一方面,建议一种用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其包括车感装置,所述车感装置包括可转动的敏感座,所述敏感座具有第一转动轴线,所述安全带卷收器包括可转动的传动滑轮,所述传动滑轮具有第二转动轴线,所述第一转动轴线和第二转动轴线具有交点,所述传动滑轮具有推动杆,所述推动杆相对于第二转动轴线偏置并且从传动滑轮的本体伸出,所述推动杆与敏感座具有接触点,所述交点和接触点形成连接线,所述连接线与第一转动轴线构成大于60°、优选大于70°、尤其是大于80°、例如85°的夹角,例如所述连接线与第一转动轴线可以大致垂直。
在这种安全带卷收器中,传动滑轮可以直接地操纵车感装置,省去了在现有技术中的附加的在上面已经提及的补偿措施。因此,安全带卷收器的整体结构较简单,尺寸较紧凑,零件数量较少,易于制造和安装,包括传动滑轮在内的传动链可以具有较高的传动精度。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一转动轴线、第二转动轴线和连接线可以共面。这可以使得安全带卷收器的整体结构特别紧凑,车感装置可以被特别良好地约束。
在一些实施方式中,所述连接线可以与第一转动轴线或者第二转动轴线垂直。
在一些实施方式中,所述第二转动轴线可以与安全带卷收器的芯轴的纵轴线平行。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一转动轴线与第二转动轴线的夹角可以确定为,在安全带卷收器在车辆座椅的靠背中在靠背的横向方向上倾斜地安装时,所述第一转动轴线在靠背的横向方向上水平地延伸。
在一些实施方式中,所述敏感座可以具有一对臂,所述推动杆可以具有球头,所述球头可以接纳在所述一对臂之间,所述球头的球心可以视为所述接触点。
在一些实施方式中,所述敏感座可以借助于两个对置的安装销可转动地支撑,所述安装销定义所述第一转动轴线,所述交点处于两个安装销之间。
在一些实施方式中,所述交点可以处于两个安装销之间的中间1/3的范围内。
在一些实施方式中,所述交点可以处于两个安装销之间的中点上。这可以使得安全带卷收器的整体结构特别紧凑。
在一些实施方式中,所述传动滑轮可以是传动箱组件的部件,所述传动箱组件可以还包括第一壳体部件,所述第一壳体部件可以具有中心柱,所述传动滑轮可转动地安装在中心柱上,所述中心柱定义第二转动轴线。
在一些实施方式中,所述传动箱组件可以包括第二壳体部件,所述第一壳体部件和第二壳体部件构成传动箱组件的壳体。
在一些实施方式中,所述第二壳体部件可以构成敏感座的支架,因此可以进一步使得结构紧凑,零件数量少。
在一些实施方式中,所述第二壳体部件可以具有两个安装孔,所述敏感座借助于两个对置的接纳在安装孔中的安装销可转动地支撑。
在一些实施方式中,所述推动杆可以与第二转动轴线平行地延伸。
在一些实施方式中,所述车感装置可以包括敏感球和敏感爪,所述敏感球活动地接纳在敏感座中,所述敏感爪覆盖敏感球。

按本发明的第二方面,建议一种用于车辆座椅的成套设备,其包括一对根据本发明的第一方面的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其中,一个第一安全带卷收器要被安装在两个并排的车辆座椅之中的一个第一车辆座椅的靠背中,并且一个第二安全带卷收器要被安装在所述两个并排的车辆座椅之中的一个第二车辆座椅的靠背中,所述两个安全带卷收器构造成,在安装在车辆座椅的靠背中时,在车辆座椅的靠背的预定的直立的初始位置上,在车辆座椅的靠背的横向方向上分别从内侧到外侧以角度向下倾斜。
在一些实施方式中,所述两个安全带卷收器可以构造成,在安装在车辆座椅的靠 背中时,在车辆座椅的靠背的预定的直立的初始位置上,在车辆座椅的靠背的横向方向上以相同大小的角度或者不同大小的角度向下倾斜。
在一些实施方式中,所述两个安全带卷收器的传动滑轮可以相同地构成。
在一些实施方式中,除了车感装置相对于传动滑轮的定位角度不同之外,所述两个安全带卷收器可以相同地构成。
在一些实施方式中,每个安全带卷收器的所述连接线可以与该安全带卷收器的所述第二转动轴线垂直。
在一些实施方式中,所述两个安全带卷收器的传动滑轮可以不同地构成。
在一些实施方式中,每个安全带卷收器的所述连接线可以与该安全带卷收器的所述第一转动轴线垂直。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地显示具有安全带卷收器的车辆座椅的侧视图。车辆可以是乘用车或载货车,特别是部分自主驾驶的或者完全自主驾驶的机动车。所述车辆座椅具有座部5和靠背4,所述靠背4可以从预定的在图1中用实线描述的基本上直立的初始位置向前和向后调节倾角。所述初始位置对于乘员就座和操纵车辆可以是优化的。所述靠背4可以向前放倒在座部5上,以便腾出空间。所述靠背4可以向后调节至接近水平 的最大倾角位置,在该最大倾角位置上,乘员可以休息。参考车辆的前进方向,最大倾角位置可以对应于接近180°的倾角,例如大约170°的倾角。所述靠背4可以根据用户的需要调节至预定的初始位置与最大倾角位置之间的任意的中间位置,例如可以调节至大约120°或者135°的倾角。靠背4的两个末端位置在图1中用虚线描述。
卷收器主体1固定地安装在靠背4中。卷收器主体1具有集成的可转动的车感装置10(见图3和图4)。在靠背4的枢轴上可以同轴地安装调角盘组件3,该调角盘组件可以经由芯线组件2与车感装置10耦合,例如借助于传动箱组件9与车感装置10耦合。在靠背4的预定的基本上直立的初始位置上,车感装置10处于基本上竖直定向中。在车感装置相对于靠背固定不动的情况下,在靠背从初始位置向后调整一定角度时,车感装置相应地以该角度偏离竖直定向。在自适应的车感装置的情况下,在靠背从初始位置向后调整一定角度时,车感装置依靠自身重力自适应地转动并且保持在竖直定向中,然而活动的车感装置在灵敏度方面具有改进的空间,并且自适应调节的角度范围典型地不超过45°。在本发明的安全带卷收器中,在靠背4从初始位置向后调整一定角度时,这一方面导致车感装置10相应地以该角度偏离竖直定向,另一方面同时导致调角盘组件3对芯线组件2的牵拉并且最终导致车感装置10在相反方向上以另一个角度转动,所述另一个角度可以至少部分地补偿前述的角度,尤其优选基本上完全补偿前述的角度并且从而使得车感装置10可以基本上保持在竖直定向中。由于车感装置10的活动性受到调角盘组件3和芯线组件2约束,车感灵敏度甚至可以与固定不动地安装的车感装置相比较。与此同时,车感装置在定位角度方面可以与自适应的车感装置相比较。换言之,按本发明的车感装置可以兼具固定安装的车感装置的优点和自适应的车感装置的优点。
图2是两个并排设置的车辆座椅在预定的基本上直立的初始位置上的示意性的后视图,每个车辆座椅配备一个安全带卷收器,其安装在相应的车辆座椅的靠背4中。在车辆座椅的靠背的预定的直立的初始位置上,两个安全带卷收器的卷收器主体1在车辆座椅的靠背4的横向方向上分别从内侧到外侧以角度θ向下倾斜,以便织带6可以优化地定向和抽拉。典型地,两个角度θ可以是相同大小的,但也可以是不同大小的。两个安全带卷收器可以基本上相同地构成,其中,车感装置10相对于安全带卷收器的芯轴的定位角度不同,以便车感装置10的转动轴线在安装状态下基本上水平地定向。
图3是图1的安全带卷收器的示意图,并且图4是图3的安全带卷收器的分解图。 如图3和图4所示,卷收器主体1可以包括框架17。典型地,框架17可以构成为U形框架。用于卷绕织带的芯轴26可转动地支撑在框架17中,并且可以在一个轴向端部上配备使芯轴26在卷收方向上预紧的卷簧和遮盖该卷簧的卷簧侧盖,该卷簧侧盖可以固定在框架17上。卷簧和卷簧侧盖可以构成一个卷簧组件22。该芯轴26在另一个轴向端部上可以带动棘轮21。在此,卷收器主体1可以具有机械内盖18和机械外盖23。棘轮21可以接纳在机械内盖18中,并且车感装置10可以安装在机械内盖18中。机械内盖18又可以接纳在机械外盖23中。机械内盖18和机械外盖23可以共同地固定在框架17上。在车辆出现紧急状况例如发生碰撞或倾翻时,车感装置10可以通过锁止爪8锁止棘轮21,从而导致被棘轮引导的锁止爪接合到框架17的如在图3中可见的齿圈中,使得芯轴26被锁止。关于车感装置10和锁止装置,例如可以参考本申请人的专利申请CN110027502A。
所述车感装置10可以包括可转动地支承的敏感座14、能在敏感座中运动的敏感球25、覆盖敏感球的敏感爪15以及锁止爪8。敏感座14可以具有凹陷的碗面,敏感球25接纳在该碗面中。在静止状态下,敏感球25处于碗面的底部。在车辆出现紧急状况时,敏感球25在惯性力作用下离开碗面的底部,抬升敏感爪15,该敏感爪又抬升锁止爪8,使得锁止爪8与棘轮21接合,从而引起安全带卷收器的芯轴26的锁止。
安全带卷收器可以包括调角盘组件3,其构造成用于,在座椅靠背调节倾角时,自动地调节车感装置10的定位角度,理想地,使得车感装置10可以基本上保持在竖直定向中。另外也可能的是,调角盘组件3可以仅部分地补偿车感装置10的由于座椅靠背调节倾角引起的与竖直方向的角度偏差。例如,当座椅靠背从直立位置向后倾斜调整20°或者说调整至相对于车辆前进方向大约110°的倾角时,调角盘组件3可以仅补偿车感装置10的与竖直方向的20°的角度偏差的一半,从而车感装置10与竖直方向仍具有10°的角度偏差。这与在车感装置10固定安装并且从而存在20°角度偏差的情况相比仍然改进车感功能。
调角盘组件3可以包括壳体。具体地,该壳体可以包括盒状的壳体部件13和盖板11,其中,盖板11可以固定地安装至靠背4,并且壳体部件13可以与盖板11固定连接。所述壳体构造成用于与靠背4的枢轴传动连接。有利的是,所述壳体可以构造成用于与靠背4的枢轴同轴地固定地连接。因此,当靠背4围绕枢轴转动以调节倾角时,壳体随同靠背一起同步地转动。这在结构上可以是特别简单的。然而例如也可能的是,壳体借助于传动机构与靠背4的枢轴传动连接,例如可以借助于行星齿轮机 构与靠背4的枢轴同心地传动连接。所述壳体部件13可以具有芯线引入部,芯线组件2的芯线28可以从芯线引入部46引入到壳体中并且以端部29固定在调角盘31的芯线固定部上,例如借助于螺钉32进行固定。所述壳体部件13可以具有转动半径较长的长径部和转动半径较短的短径部。壳体可以在第一转动方向上和在与第一转动方向相反的第二转动方向上转动,其中,第一转动方向对应于靠背倾角向后调整方向,第二转动方向对应于靠背倾角向前调整方向。
所述调角盘组件3可以包括调角盘31,所述调角盘接纳在壳体中,所述调角盘能相对于壳体转动。为此,壳体部件13可以具有安装轴,所述调角盘31可转动地安装在所述安装轴上。所述调角盘31可以具有转动半径较长的长径部和转动半径较短的短径部,所述长径部可以具有芯线固定部,所述短径部可以具有芯线卷绕部。有利的是,所述芯线卷绕部可以构成为调角盘的短径部的周缘的周向槽。优选周向槽的深度和宽度不小于芯线的直径。有利的是,芯线28可以在与芯线卷绕部相切的方向上引入到调角盘组件3中,并固定至芯线固定部。壳体相对于调角盘13的转动角度范围限定调角盘组件的有效调节范围,该角度转动范围例如可以大于60°,尤其是可以大于90°。
所述调角盘组件3可以包括扳手12,所述扳手构造成用于,相对于座部5无相对转动地安装,所述扳手可以限制所述调角盘13的转动。特别有利的是,所述调角盘组件可以还包括扳手滑块7,所述扳手滑块构造成用于,相对于座部5固定地安装,所述扳手12和扳手滑块7能彼此相对移动。在此,扳手12和扳手滑块7的组合体可以适配于不同的车辆座椅,其中,扳手滑块7可以简单地固定在座部5中,扳手12可以相对于扳手滑块7适宜地移动,这可以补偿构件的误差以及在靠背4调整倾角时可能的部件的位置变化。
在最简单的情况下,芯线组件2可以仅包括芯线28。然而有利的是,芯线组件2可以附加地包括护套27。所述护套27的朝向调角盘组件3的端部可以固定在壳体的芯线引入部中。芯线引入部可以通向壳体部件13的短径部。
芯线28的另一个端部30可以与车感装置10传动连接,更具体地,芯线28的端部30可以与车感装置10的活动的敏感座14传动连接,使得芯线28在调角盘13上的卷绕和退绕可以传递至车感装置10。在所示的实施方式中,芯线28的端部30可以与传动箱组件9耦联,该传动箱组件又与车感装置10耦联。传动箱组件9可以安装在机械外盖23中。
传动箱组件9可以包括传动外壳,其包括第一壳体部件20和第二壳体部件16。传动滑轮19可转动地支撑在第一壳体部件20的中心柱32上。芯线28的端部30固定在传动滑轮19上,并且可以在传动滑轮的周缘上卷绕,尤其是在该周缘的一部分上卷绕。该传动滑轮19可以具有推动杆36,该推动杆可以操纵敏感座14。芯线28在调角盘13上的卷绕使得芯线28的有效长度缩短,于是芯线28的端部30可以带动传动滑轮19,从而传动滑轮19的推动杆可以操纵敏感座14。例如,推动杆可以具有球头37,敏感座14可以具有一对从本体伸出的臂34,所述球头接纳在这一对臂34之间。理想地,敏感座14的由于靠背倾角调整引起的转动和由于芯线卷绕和退绕引起的转动可以相互抵消,从而敏感座14的定向可以保持不变。与之相应地,传动滑轮19也基本上保持不转动,其中,由于座椅靠背倾角调整引起的传动滑轮的转动和由于芯线卷绕和退绕引起的传动滑轮的转动可以基本上相互抵消。有利的是,传动箱组件9可以还包括复位弹簧24,其使得芯线28预紧。复位弹簧可以是扭力弹簧。第二壳体部件16可以构成敏感座14的支架,所述敏感座14借助于两个对置的安装销33可转动地支撑,所述安装销安装在第二壳体部件16的安装孔35中。
如图5和图6所示,所述敏感座14具有第一转动轴线A1,所述第一转动轴线可以由安装在安装孔35中的安装销33定义。所述传动滑轮19具有第二转动轴线A2,所述第二转动轴线可以由中心柱32定义。所述第一转动轴线A1和第二转动轴线A2具有交点P1,有利的是,所述交点P1可以处于两个安装销35之间的中点上。所述传动滑轮19的推动杆36可以相对于第二转动轴线A2偏置并且从传动滑轮19的本体伸出,所述推动杆36可以与敏感座14具有接触点P2。所述推动杆36的球头37的球心可以视为接触点P2。所述交点P1和接触点P2形成连接线A3。所述连接线A3与第一转动轴线A1构成大于60°的夹角,尤其是大于70°的夹角,特别是大于80°的夹角,优选大于85°的夹角,例如所述连接线A3与第一转动轴线A1大致垂直。特别有利的是,所述第一转动轴线A1、第二转动轴线A2和连接线A3可以是基本上共面的。
在图5所示的用于车辆座椅的成套设备中,除了车感装置10相对于传动滑轮19的定位角度不同之外,两个安全带卷收器可以相同地构成,其中,每个安全带卷收器的连接线A3与第二转动轴线A2垂直。当倾角θ较小时,例如不超过20°时,该实施方式可以是特别有利的。
在图7所示的用于车辆座椅的成套设备的另一种实施方式中,除了车感装置10相对于传动滑轮19的定位角度不同之外,传动滑轮19的推动杆36也不同长度地构 成,其中,每个安全带卷收器的连接线A3与第一转动轴线A1垂直,在其他方面,两个安全带卷收器可以相同地构成。当倾角θ较大时,例如超过20°时,该实施方式可以是特别有利的。在图7中仅描述了安全带卷收器的传动箱组件9和车感装置10,而省略了安全带卷收器的其他组成部分。对于这些其他组成部分,可以参考图5和针对图5的详细说明。

  1. 一种用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其包括车感装置(10),所述车感装置包括可转动的敏感座(14),所述敏感座具有第一转动轴线(A1),其特征在于,所述安全带卷收器包括可转动的传动滑轮(19),所述传动滑轮具有第二转动轴线(A2),所述第一转动轴线和第二转动轴线具有交点(P1),所述传动滑轮具有推动杆(36),所述推动杆相对于第二转动轴线偏置并且从传动滑轮的本体伸出,所述推动杆与敏感座具有接触点(P2),所述交点和接触点形成连接线(A3),所述连接线与第一转动轴线(A1)构成大于60°的夹角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述第一转动轴线(A1)、第二转动轴线(A2)和连接线(A3)共面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述夹角大于70°。

  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述第二转动轴线与安全带卷收器的芯轴的纵轴线(A0)平行,所述第一转动轴线与第二转动轴线的夹角确定为,在安全带卷收器在车辆座椅的靠背中在靠背的横向方向上倾斜地安装时,所述第一转动轴线在靠背的横向方向上水平地延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述敏感座具有一对臂(34),所述推动杆具有球头(37),所述球头接纳在所述一对臂之间,所述球头的球心视为所述接触点。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述敏感座借助于两个对置的安装销(33)可转动地支撑,所述安装销定义所述第一转动轴线(A1),所述交点(P1)处于两个安装销之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述交 点(P1)处于两个安装销之间的中点上。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述传动滑轮是传动箱组件(9)的部件,所述传动箱组件还包括第一壳体部件(20),所述第一壳体部件具有中心柱(32),所述传动滑轮可转动地安装在中心柱上,所述中心柱定义第二转动轴线。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述传动箱组件包括第二壳体部件(16),所述第一壳体部件和第二壳体部件构成传动箱组件的壳体,所述第二壳体部件构成敏感座的支架,所述第二壳体部件具有两个安装孔(35),所述敏感座借助于两个对置的接纳在安装孔中的安装销(33)可转动地支撑。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其特征在于,所述推动杆与第二转动轴线平行地延伸。
  13. 一种用于车辆座椅的成套设备,其特征在于,所述成套设备包括一对根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的用于车辆座椅的安全带卷收器,其中,一个第一安全带卷收器要被安装在两个并排的车辆座椅之中的一个第一车辆座椅的靠背中,并且一个第二安全带卷收器要被安装在所述两个并排的车辆座椅之中的一个第二车辆座椅的靠背中,所述两个安全带卷收器构造成,在安装在车辆座椅的靠背中时,在车辆座椅的靠背的预定的直立的初始位置上,在车辆座椅的靠背的横向方向上分别从内侧到外侧以角度(θ)向下倾斜。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆座椅的成套设备,其特征在于,所述两个安全带卷收器构造成,在安装在车辆座椅的靠背中时,在车辆座椅的靠背的预定的直立的初始位置上,在车辆座椅的靠背的横向方向上以相同大小的角度(θ)向下倾斜。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆座椅的成套设备,其特征在于,所述两个安全带卷收器的传动滑轮相同地构成。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆座椅的成套设备,其特征在于,除了车感装置相对于传动滑轮的定位角度不同之外,所述两个安全带卷收器相同地构成。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的用于车辆座椅的成套设备,其特征在于,每个安全 带卷收器的所述连接线与该安全带卷收器的所述第二转动轴线垂直。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的用于车辆座椅的成套设备,其特征在于,所述两个安全带卷收器的传动滑轮不同地构成。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的用于车辆座椅的成套设备,其特征在于,每个安全带卷收器的所述连接线与该安全带卷收器的所述第一转动轴线垂直。
