本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的优选技术方案中,衣物抖动装置包括:横梁,其与箱体活动连接,横梁用于承载衣架或者横梁上设置有衣架;驱动构件,其安装在箱体上;凸轮,其与驱动构件的动力输出端固定连接;滑动构件,其上具有与凸轮配合的容纳槽,且滑动构件与所述横梁连接;导向构件,其与箱体固定连接,且能够对滑动构件进行导向,以使滑动构件能够沿直线移动;其中,容纳槽设置为允许凸轮在容纳槽内旋转,以及在凸轮旋转的过程中,凸轮始终抵靠在容纳槽的侧壁上,从而通过凸轮的旋转带动滑动构件往复移动,并因此带动横梁往复移动。驱动构件驱动凸轮旋转时,能够带动滑动构件往复移动,同时带动横梁往复移动,以使挂置在横梁上的衣物可以抖动起来进行除皱;并且,在滑动构件往复移动的过程中,导向构件能够对滑动构件进行导向,使滑动构件能够沿直线移动,这样一来,在凸轮的带动下,滑动构件往复直线移动,同时带动横梁往复,通过这样的设置,能够避免设置在横梁的衣架撞击到箱体的后板或者设置箱体的前侧的门体上。此外,与公开号为CN210420649U的专利中公开的衣物抖动装置相比,本发明的衣物抖动装置在运行时,不存在急回现象,衣物抖动装置的稳定性更好,使用寿命更长,并且,不会产生较大的噪声,用户体验更加;与公开号为CN103510357A的专利中公开的衣物震荡装置,该专利中的滑块需要借助弹性复位机构来实现往复移动,在运行时,滑块会连续的冲击弹性复位机构,使用一段时间后,弹性复位机构容易失效,然而,本发明的衣物抖动装置通过在滑动构件上设置与凸轮配合的容纳槽,将凸轮置于容纳槽内,在凸轮旋转的过程中,凸轮始终抵靠在容纳槽的侧壁上,以带动滑动构件往复移动,不存在弹性复位机构失效的风险,可靠性更好,使用寿命更长。
进一步地,滑动构件包括:滑环,其内侧壁共同围成容纳槽;以及两个滑柱,分别沿往复移动的方向设置在滑环的两侧,且与导向构件滑动连接。通过设置滑环与凸轮配合,滑环为中空结构,与实体结构相比,能够有效地减轻滑动构件的重量,有利于滑动构件快速地往复移动,这样一来,就能够提高对衣物的抖动强度,提高除皱效果。
进一步地,凸轮上设置有镂空,通过在凸轮上设置镂空,能够有效地减轻凸轮的重量,有利于凸轮高速旋转,这样一来,就能够提高对衣物的抖动强度,提高除皱效果。
进一步地,凸轮为偏心轮,偏心轮结构简单,成本低。
此外,本发明在上述技术方案的基础上进一步提供的衣物护理设备由于采用了上述的衣物抖动装置,进而具备了上述衣物抖动装置所具备的技术效果,相比于改进前的衣物护理设备,本发明的衣物护理设备在运行时,噪音小,且使用寿命长。

下面参照附图来描述本发明的优选实施方式。本领域技术人员应当理解的是,这些实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非旨在限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然附图中的各部件之间是按一定比例关系绘制的,但是这种比例关系并非一成不变,本领域技术人员可 以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”等指示方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,还需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域技术人员而言,可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
首先参照图1,图1是本发明的衣物护理设备的结构示意图。
如图1所示,本发明的衣物护理设备包括箱体1,箱体1内设置有衣物抖动装置,用户可以将带有褶皱的衣物挂置在衣物抖动装置上,然后启动衣物护理设备对衣物进行护理除皱。
接着参阅图2至图4,其中,图2是本发明的衣物抖动装置的结构示意图;图3是本发明的衣物抖动装置的凸轮、滑动构件和导向构件的装配示意图;图4是本发明的衣物抖动装置的运动原理示意图。
如图2至图4所示,本发明的衣物抖动装置包括横梁2、驱动构件3、凸轮4、滑动构件5以及导向构件6。为了便于安装衣物抖动装置,箱体1内设置有固定支架11,衣物抖动装置安装在固定支架11上。
继续参阅图2至图4,横梁2与固定支架11活动连接,以使横梁2能够相对于箱体1摆动。
在一种优选的实施方式中,在横梁2的两端各设置一个弹性连接臂22,弹性连接臂22的顶端与固定支架11固定连接,因为弹性连接臂22具有一定的柔性,使得横梁2能够相对于箱体1左右移动。其中,弹性连接臂22可以采用橡胶等弹性材料制成。
当然了,也可以采用其它方式将横梁2与固定支架11活动连接。例如,可以在横梁2的两端各设置一个刚性的连接臂,在固定支架11的两端各设置一个长条形的滑槽,滑槽沿横梁2的长度方向设置,连接臂的顶端设置在滑槽内,当衣物护理设备运行时,连接臂可以沿着滑槽左右滑动,以使横梁2能够相对于箱体1左右移动。
需要说明的是,采用弹性连接臂22将横梁2与固定支架11连接,能够避免与固定支架11之间产生刚性的碰撞,既能够避免出现各构件因为碰撞可能发生变形的情况,又能够避免产生较大的噪声。
横梁2用于承载衣架7,或者,也可以在横梁2上设置一些衣架7,用户挂置需要护理的衣物,当衣物护理设备运行时,横梁2能够往复地左右移动,挂置在横梁2上的衣物能够随着横梁2的左右移动抖动起来,便于消除衣物上的褶皱。
继续参阅图2至图4,驱动构件3安装在固定支架11上,驱动构件3优选电机,电机的壳体与固定支架11固定连接,电机的输出轴与凸轮4固定连接,电机能够驱动凸轮4旋转。
继续参阅图2至图4,滑动构件5上具有容纳槽53,在安装好的情形下,凸轮4位于容纳槽53内,容纳槽53与凸轮4相配合,电机启动后,凸轮4能够在容纳槽53内旋转,并且,在凸轮4旋转的过程中,凸轮4始终抵靠在容纳槽53的侧壁上,从而能够带动滑动构件5往复移动,滑动构件5与横梁2固定连接,电机运行时,横梁2能够随着滑动构件5往复移动。
继续参阅图2至图4,导向构件6与固定支架11固定连接,在滑动构件5往复移动时,能够对滑动构件5进行导向,使滑动构件5能够沿直线移动。这样一来,在电机运行时,滑动构件5只能左右直线往复移动,不会发生前后方向的摆动,从而能够避免设置在横梁2上的衣架7撞击到箱体1的后板以及设置在箱体1前侧的门体上。
与公开号为CN210420649U的专利中公开的衣物抖动装置相比,本发明的衣物抖动装置在运行时,不存在急回现象,衣物抖动装置的稳定性更好,使用寿命更长,并且,不会产生较大的噪声,用户体验更加。
与公开号为CN103510357A的专利中公开的衣物震荡装置相比,该专利中的滑块需要借助弹性复位机构来实现往复移动,在运行时,滑块会连续地冲击弹性复位机构,使用一段时间后,弹性复位机构容易失效,然而,本发明的衣物抖动装置通过在滑动构件5上设置与凸轮4配合的容纳槽53,将凸轮4置于容纳槽53内,在凸轮4旋转的过程中,凸轮4始终抵靠在容纳槽53的侧壁上,以带动滑动构件5往复移动,不存在弹性复位机构失效的风险,可靠性更好,使用寿命更长。
继续参阅图3,凸轮4上设置有镂空41,通过在凸轮4上设置镂空41,能够有效地减轻凸轮4的重量,有利于凸轮4高速旋转,这样一来,就能够提高对衣物的抖动强度,提高除皱效果。其中,凸轮41上设置有连接轴42,该连接轴42与电机的输出轴固定连接。此外,凸轮4优选采用偏心轮,偏心轮结构简单,成本低。
继续参阅图3和图4,滑动构件5包括滑环51和两个滑柱52,两个滑柱52分别沿往复移动的方向设置在滑环51的两侧,滑环51的内侧壁围成容纳槽53,偏心轮设置在滑环51内,滑柱52与导向构件6滑动连接,在偏心轮带动滑环51往复移动时,导向构件6与滑柱52配合,使得滑环51和滑柱52只能够沿直线移动。
其中,滑环51的内侧壁围成长圆孔结构,偏心轮与长圆孔结构的宽度方向的内侧壁抵接。需要指出的是,严格意义上的长圆孔结构为矩形孔加两个标准的半圆孔,两个半圆孔设置在矩形孔的两端,但是,本发明的长圆孔结构并不限于这种严格意义的长圆孔,比如,矩形孔两端也可以是弧形段等等。当然,滑环51的内侧壁也可以围成一个矩形孔结构,并使偏心轮与矩形孔结构的宽度方向的内侧壁抵接。
继续参阅图4,偏心轮在滑环51内旋转时,始终抵靠在滑环51的左内侧壁或者右内侧壁上,具体地,电机驱动偏心轮顺时针旋转,如图4中的a图所示,此时偏心轮抵靠在滑环51的右内侧壁上,带动滑环51向右移动,当偏心轮转动90度后,如图4中的b图所示,此时偏心轮仍抵靠在滑环51的右内侧壁上,继续带动滑环51向右移动,当偏心轮转动180度后,如图4中的c图所示,此时偏心轮抵靠在滑环51的左内侧壁上,开始带动滑环51向左移动,当偏心轮转动270度后,如图4中的d图所示,此时的偏心轮仍抵靠在滑环51的左内侧壁上,继续带 动滑环51向左移动,偏心轮转动360度后,回到a图所示的位置,完成一个循环。
继续参阅图2和图3,导向构件6为板状结构,板状结构上设置有与滑柱52配合的导向孔61,滑柱52能够在导向孔61内左右滑动。
继续参阅图2,横梁2上设置有两个连接柱21,两个连接柱21的顶端分别与两个滑柱52固定连接。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于衣物护理设备的衣物抖动装置,所述衣物护理设备包括箱体,所述衣物抖动装置设置在所述箱体内,其特征在于,所述衣物抖动装置包括:
    横梁,其与所述箱体活动连接,所述横梁用于承载衣架或者所述横梁上设置有衣架;
    驱动构件,其安装在所述箱体上;
    凸轮,其与所述驱动构件的动力输出端固定连接;
    滑动构件,其上具有与所述凸轮配合的容纳槽,且所述滑动构件与所述横梁连接;
    导向构件,其与所述箱体固定连接,且能够对所述滑动构件进行导向,以使所述滑动构件能够沿直线移动;
    其中,所述容纳槽设置为允许所述凸轮在所述容纳槽内旋转,以及在所述凸轮旋转的过程中,所述凸轮始终抵靠在所述容纳槽的侧壁上,从而通过所述凸轮的旋转带动所述滑动构件往复移动,并因此带动所述横梁往复移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物抖动装置,其特征在于,所述滑动构件包括:
    滑环,其内侧壁围成所述容纳槽;以及
    两个滑柱,分别沿往复移动的方向设置在所述滑环的两侧,且所述两个滑柱与所述导向构件滑动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物抖动装置,其特征在于,所述滑环的内侧壁围成矩形孔结构,所述凸轮与所述矩形孔结构的宽度方向的内侧壁抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物抖动装置,其特征在于,所述滑环的内侧壁围成长圆孔结构,所述凸轮与所述长圆孔结构的宽度方向的内侧壁抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物抖动装置,其特征在于,所述导向构件为板状结构,其上设置有与所述滑柱配合的导向孔。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物抖动装置,其特征在于,所述横梁上设置有两个连接柱,所述两个连接柱分别与所述两个滑柱固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物抖动装置,其特征在于,所述凸轮上设置有镂空。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物抖动装置,其特征在于,所述凸轮为偏心轮。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的衣物抖动装置,其特征在于,所述横梁的两端各设置有一个弹性连接臂,所述弹性连接臂与所述箱体固定连接。
  10. 一种衣物护理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物护理设备包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物抖动装置。
