进一步优选地,所述下表扣包括底座和上盖,所述底座上设有凹槽,所述上盖上设有通孔,所述通孔的直径小于所述凹槽的直径,所述上盖盖合在所述底座上时,所述通孔部分覆盖所述凹槽形成所述卡扣孔,扣合状态下,所述卡扣部位于所述卡扣孔内并与所述上盖卡接。
进一步优选地,扣合状态下,沿所述下表扣的宽度方向,所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面之间的距离小于所述上盖在所述卡扣部上的投影长度。
本方案中,按压按键,在解除卡扣部与卡扣孔卡接的同时,第一倾斜面向下挤压第二倾斜面,使第一表扣与第二表扣分离,可在解锁时,缩短按键的移动距离。
进一步优选地,扣合状态下,所述上盖在所述卡扣部上的投影长度小于所述按键由扣合状态变为解锁状态时所述按键在所述卡扣孔内的可移动长度。
进一步优选地,所述按键远离所述卡扣部的一端还设有按压部;
所述按压部靠近所述卡扣部的一面设有所述第一倾斜面;
所述下表扣的外表面设有所述第二倾斜面。
进一步优选地,所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面的倾斜角度均为45度。
进一步优选地,所述卡扣部包括头部和连接部,所述连接部的一端与所述按键连接,所述头部设置在所述连接部的另一端,所述头部为半球形,所述连接部与所述头部的底面连接,且所述连接部的横截面积小于所述头部的底面面积。
本方案中,卡扣部的头部为半球形,磁吸表扣吸合时,可便于卡扣部进入卡扣孔并与卡扣孔卡接。
进一步优选地,所述第一表扣还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置在所述上表扣内,且一端与所述上表扣抵接,另一端与所述按键抵接,用于在按压所述按键后使所述按键回弹复位。
进一步优选地,所述按键的数量为两个,两个所述按键分别设置在所述上表扣沿宽度方向的两侧;所述卡扣孔的数量为两个,两个所述卡扣孔与两个所述按键一一对应设置。
另一方面,还提供一种可穿戴设备,包括第一表带、第二表带和上述的磁吸表扣,所述第一表带与所述上表扣连接,所述第二表带与所述下表扣连接,所述第一表带与所述第二表带通过所述磁吸表扣连接。
本发明的技术效果在于:按键上设有第一倾斜面,下表扣上设有第二倾斜面,解锁磁吸表扣时,按压按键,使卡扣部与卡扣孔解除卡接,同时通过第一倾斜面对第二倾斜面的挤压,将按键的水平移动转换为磁吸表扣的竖直方向的移动,使第一表扣与第二表扣在竖直方向分开一段距离,不仅使第一磁吸件与第二磁吸件之间的磁吸力相应减小,而且可方便用户将手指插入第一表扣与第二表扣之间,使磁吸表扣的打开更省力、更便捷。

本发明提供一种磁吸表扣的实施例,如图1至图5所示,包括第一表扣10和第二表扣20,第一表扣10包括上表扣11、第一磁吸件12和按键13,第一磁吸件12设置在上表扣11上,按键13可回弹地设置在上表扣11上,按键13的一端设有卡扣部131,按键13的另一端设有第一倾斜面132;第二表扣20包括下表扣21和第二磁吸件22,下表扣21上设有卡扣孔211和第二倾斜面212;
扣合状态下,第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22相吸,使上表扣11与下表扣21吸合,卡扣部131与卡扣孔211卡接;解锁状态下,按压按键13,使卡扣部131与卡扣孔211解除卡接,第一倾斜面132与第二倾斜面 212抵接并驱使下表扣21向远离上表扣11的方向移动,以使第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22分离。
具体地,磁吸表扣包括两个部分,即第一表扣10和第二表扣20,第一表扣10与第一表带连接,第二表扣20与第二表带连接,通过第一表扣10与第二表扣20的扣合来实现第一表带与第二表带的连接。第一表带和第二表带可以与智能手表、智能手环等可穿戴设备相连,以将可穿戴设备固定在佩戴者的手腕、腿或其他身体部位上。
上表扣11和下表扣21可以是大致矩形的形状,也可以是圆形,或者根据实现方式采用其它形状,当然上表扣11和下表扣21还可以是弯曲的,上表扣11与下表扣21的实际形状可根据实际需求进行适应性改变。本实施例中,上表扣11和下表扣21为大致矩形的形状,且通过上下叠设实现磁吸表扣扣合。
第一磁吸件12固定安装在上表扣11上,第二磁吸件22固定安装在下表扣21上,第一磁吸件12和第二磁吸件22可均为磁铁,第一表扣10与第二表扣20靠近时,第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22之间产生磁吸力,将第一表扣10与第二表扣20吸合在一起。或者第一磁吸件12为磁铁,第二磁吸件22为铁、钴、镍等可被磁铁吸合的材质制成的磁吸件,通过磁铁与磁吸件的吸合,将第一表扣10与第二表扣20吸合在一起。
如图3所示,上表扣11上还设有按键13,按键13上设有卡扣部131,下表扣21上设有卡扣孔211,第一表扣10与第二表扣20通过第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22吸合在一起时,按键13上的卡扣部131插入卡扣孔211内与卡扣孔211卡接,实现第一表扣10与第二表扣20的固定连接。
如图4和图5所示,按压按键13,按键13的卡扣部131在卡扣孔211内移动与卡扣孔211解除卡接。按键13上设有第一倾斜面132,下表扣21上设有第二倾斜面212,按压按键13时,按键13上的第一倾斜面132 挤压下表扣21上的第二倾斜面212,使下表扣21向下移动以远离上表扣11,进而使吸合在一起的第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22分离,第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22分开一段距离后,第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22之间的磁吸力相应减小,方便将第一表扣10与第二表扣20分离;此外,第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22分开一段距离后,第一表扣10与第二表扣20之间产生一个操作空间,方便用户将手指插入该操作空间内,以将第一表扣10与第二表扣20完全分离。
本实施例中,通过第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22的吸合实现上表扣11与下表扣21的自动吸合对位,无需用户手动对位,通过卡扣部131与卡扣孔211的卡接,可有效防止磁吸表扣受大力脱开,提高磁吸表扣的连接稳定性;打开磁吸表扣时,只需要按压按键13,使卡扣部131与卡扣孔211解除卡接,通过第一倾斜面132对第二倾斜面212的挤压,使第一表扣10与第二表扣20在竖直方向分开一段距离,不仅使第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22之间的磁吸力相应减小,而且可方便用户将手指插入第一表扣10与第二表扣20之间,进而更便捷的打开磁吸表扣。
在一种实施方式中,如图3和图5所示,下表扣21包括底座213和上盖214,底座213上设有凹槽2131,上盖214上设有通孔2141,通孔2141的直径小于凹槽2131的直径,上盖214盖合在底座213上时,通孔2141部分覆盖凹槽2131形成卡扣孔211,扣合状态下,卡扣部131位于卡扣孔211内并与上盖214卡接。第一表扣10与第二表扣20扣合时,卡扣部131伸入底座213上的凹槽2131内,由于上盖214上的通孔2141的直径小于凹槽2131的直径,卡扣部131进入凹槽2131内后可与盖设在凹槽2131上的上盖214卡接。如图3所示,上盖214的通孔2141与凹槽2131对应时,通孔2141一侧的侧壁与凹槽2131一侧的侧壁对齐,通孔2141另一侧的侧壁沿下表扣21的宽度方向延伸至覆盖凹槽2131的一部 分。
优选地,扣合状态下,沿下表扣21的宽度方向,第一倾斜面132与第二倾斜面212之间的距离小于上盖214在卡扣部131上的投影长度。下表扣21的长度方向为与下表扣21连接的第二表带的延伸方向,下表扣21的宽度方向为与第二表带的延伸方向垂直的方向。本实施例中,扣合状态下上盖214在卡扣部131上的投影长度是指覆盖凹槽2131一部分的上盖214在卡扣部131上的投影沿下表扣21的宽度方向的长度。
按键13沿下表扣21的宽度方向可移动设置,第一倾斜面132与第二倾斜面212之间沿下表扣21的宽度方向的距离小于上盖214在卡扣部131上的投影长度,第一倾斜面132随着按键13移动到与第二倾斜面212接触时,卡扣部131与上盖214还未完全解除卡接,按键13继续移动到使卡扣部131与上盖214完全解除卡接时,通过第一倾斜面132向下挤压第二倾斜面212,第一表扣10与第二表扣20在下表扣21的高度方向分开一段距离,即按键13上的卡扣部131与上盖214解除卡接时,第一表扣10与第二表扣20已分开一段距离,使得在卡扣部131与上盖214解除卡接时,无需继续按压按键13来使第一表扣10与第二表扣20分离,可缩短按键13的移动距离。
扣合状态下,上盖214在卡扣部131上的投影长度小于按键13由扣合状态变为解锁状态时按键13在卡扣孔211内的可移动长度。按压按键13时,按键13上的卡扣部131在卡扣孔211内移动,卡扣部131在卡扣孔211内的可移动长度大于上盖214在卡扣部131上的投影长度,以使卡扣部131可与上盖214解除卡接。
在一种实施方式中,如图3所示,按键13远离卡扣部131的一端还设有按压部133;按压部133靠近卡扣部131的一面设有第一倾斜面132;下表扣21的外表面设有第二倾斜面212。按键13的端部设置按压部133, 按压部133用于接收用户的触摸,以便于用户按压按键13。按压部133靠近卡扣部131的一面设有第一倾斜面132,下表扣21的外表面设有第二倾斜面212,通过第一倾斜面132与第二倾斜面212的配合,将按键13的水平移动转换为磁吸表扣的竖直方向的移动,使上下表扣在竖直方向分开一段距离。在另一实施方式中,还可在按键13的按压部133与卡扣部131之间设置挤压部,挤压部伸出上表扣11外,第一倾斜面132设置在挤压部上,下表扣21上设置容纳槽,第二倾斜面212设置在容纳槽内,第一表扣10与第二表扣20扣合时,挤压部伸入容纳槽内,按压按键13时,挤压部上的第一倾斜面132移动到与容纳槽内的第二倾斜面212接触,且第一倾斜面132挤压第二倾斜面212,使第一表扣10与第二表扣20在竖直方向分开一段距离。在其他实施方式中,第一倾斜面132还可设置在按键13的其他位置,只要使第一倾斜面132与第二倾斜面212可配合使按键13的水平移动转换为磁吸表扣的竖直方向的移动即可。优选地,第一倾斜面132与第二倾斜面212的倾斜角度均为45度。
在一种实施方式中,如图3所示,卡扣部131包括头部1311和连接部1312,连接部1312的一端与按键13连接,头部1311设置在连接部1312的另一端,头部1311为半球形,连接部1312与头部1311的底面连接,且连接部1312的横截面积小于头部1311的底面面积。卡扣部131位于卡扣孔211内时,卡扣部131的头部1311与下表扣21的上盖214卡接,上盖214在卡扣部131上的投影长度为上盖214在头部1311的底面上的投影长度。头部1311为半球形,第一表扣10与第二表扣20吸合时,头部1311的顶端面积较小,可便于卡扣部131进入卡扣孔211内。
如图6所示,第一表扣10还包括弹性件14,弹性件14设置在上表扣11内,且一端与上表扣11抵接,另一端与按键13抵接,用于在按压按键13后使按键13回弹复位。解锁磁吸表扣时,按压按键13,按键13 沿水平方向移动,解除按键13与卡扣孔211的卡接,放开按键13后,按键13在弹性件14的作用下复位到初始状态,使第一表扣10与第二表扣20吸合时,按键13仍可与卡扣孔211卡接。
如图1和图2所示,按键13的数量为两个,两个按键13分别设置在上表扣11沿宽度方向的两侧;卡扣孔211的数量为两个,两个卡扣孔211与两个按键13一一对应设置,每个按键13上都设有一个第一倾斜面132,同时下表扣21的两侧均设有第二倾斜面212。设置两个按键13,不仅可增加第一表扣10与第二表扣20的扣接力,防止第一表扣10与第二表扣20意外脱开,而且在解锁时,通过两个按键13上的第一倾斜面132分别与下表扣21两侧的第二倾斜面212的配合,使解锁时第一表扣10与第二表扣20更容易被分开,提高解锁的便捷性。
本发明还提供一种可穿戴设备的实施例,包括第一表带、第二表带和上述实施例的磁吸表扣,第一表带与上表扣11连接,第二表带与下表扣21连接,第一表带与第二表带通过磁吸表扣连接,磁吸表扣的结构如图1至图6所示。
可穿戴设备包括但不限于智能手表、智能手环等可佩戴或便携式电子设备。示例性的,若可穿戴设备为智能手表,第一表带和第二表带的一端分别与智能手表的表体连接,第一表带的另一端与上表扣11连接,第二表带的另一端与下表扣21连接,当第一表带与第二表带通过磁吸表扣固定连接后,即可将智能手表固定在佩戴者的手腕上,佩戴方便快捷。
智能手表的佩戴和脱下步骤如下:佩戴者将智能手表搭在自己的手腕或其他部位上,用另一只手握持第一表扣10并向第二表扣20的方向移动,使上表扣11和下表扣21通过第一磁吸件12和第二磁吸件22吸合对位,上表扣11与下表扣21吸合对位后,按键13上的卡扣部131伸入卡扣孔211内并便于卡扣孔211扣接,将第一表扣10与第二表扣20固定在一起, 实现智能手表的佩戴。脱下智能手表时,按压按键13,使按键13移动解除按键13上的卡扣部131与卡扣孔211的卡接,同时按键13上的第一倾斜面132向下挤压下表扣21上的第二倾斜面212,使上表扣11与下表扣21分离,以减小第一磁吸件12与第二磁吸件22之间的磁吸力,以方便将磁吸表扣打开,实现智能手表的脱下。
本实施例中,第一表扣10与第二表扣20自动吸合卡接,无需手动对位,扣合过程方便快捷,解锁时,只需按压按键13,即可解除第一表扣10与第二表扣20的扣接,同时还可分离第一表扣10与第二表扣20,使磁吸表扣打开时更加省力。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,包括:
    第一表扣,所述第一表扣包括上表扣、第一磁吸件和按键,所述第一磁吸件设置在所述上表扣上,所述按键可回弹地设置在所述上表扣上,所述按键的一端设有卡扣部,所述按键的另一端设有第一倾斜面;
    第二表扣,所述第二表扣包括下表扣和第二磁吸件,所述下表扣上设有卡扣孔和第二倾斜面;
    扣合状态下,所述第一磁吸件与所述第二磁吸件相吸,使所述上表扣与所述下表扣吸合,所述卡扣部与所述卡扣孔卡接;解锁状态下,按压所述按键,使所述卡扣部与所述卡扣孔解除卡接,所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面抵接并驱使所述下表扣向远离所述上表扣的方向移动,以使所述第一磁吸件与所述第二磁吸件分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,
    所述下表扣包括底座和上盖,所述底座上设有凹槽,所述上盖上设有通孔,所述通孔的直径小于所述凹槽的直径,所述上盖盖合在所述底座上时,所述通孔部分覆盖所述凹槽形成所述卡扣孔,扣合状态下,所述卡扣部位于所述卡扣孔内并与所述上盖卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,
    扣合状态下,沿所述下表扣的宽度方向,所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面之间的距离小于所述上盖在所述卡扣部上的投影长度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,
    扣合状态下,所述上盖在所述卡扣部上的投影长度小于所述按键由扣合状态变为解锁状态时所述按键在所述卡扣孔内的可移动长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,
    所述按键远离所述卡扣部的一端还设有按压部;
    所述按压部靠近所述卡扣部的一面设有所述第一倾斜面;
    所述下表扣的外表面设有所述第二倾斜面。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,所述第一倾斜面与所述第二倾斜面的倾斜角度均为45度。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,
    所述卡扣部包括头部和连接部,所述连接部的一端与所述按键连接,所述头部设置在所述连接部的另一端,所述头部为半球形,所述连接部与所述头部的底面连接,且所述连接部的横截面积小于所述头部的底面面积。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,
    所述第一表扣还包括弹性件,所述弹性件设置在所述上表扣内,且一端与所述上表扣抵接,另一端与所述按键抵接,用于在按压所述按键后使所述按键回弹复位。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种磁吸表扣,其特征在于,所述按键的数量为两个,两个所述按键分别设置在所述上表扣沿宽度方向的两侧;所述卡扣孔的数量为两个,两个所述卡扣孔与两个所述按键一一对应设置。
  10. 一种可穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括第一表带、第二表带和权利要求1-9任一项所述的磁吸表扣,所述第一表带与所述上表扣连接,所述第二表带与所述下表扣连接,所述第一表带与所述第二表带通过所述磁吸表扣连接。
  11. 一种如权10所述的可穿戴设备佩戴和脱下方法,其特征在于,包括步骤如下:握持第一表扣(10)并向第二表扣(20)的方向移动,使上表扣(11)和下表扣(21)通过第一磁吸件(12)和第二磁吸件(22)吸合对位,上表扣(11)与下表扣(21)吸合对位后,按键(13)上的卡扣部(131)伸入卡扣孔(211)内并便于卡扣孔(211)扣接,将第一表扣(10)与第二表扣(20)固定在一起,实现可穿戴设备的佩戴;
    脱下可穿戴设备时,按压按键(13),使按键(13)移动解除按键(13)上的卡扣部(131)与卡扣孔(211)的卡接,同时按键(13)上的第一倾斜面(132)向下挤压下表扣(21)上的第二倾斜面(212),使上表扣(11)与下表扣(21)分离,以减小第一磁吸件(12)与第二磁吸件(22)之间的磁吸力,以方便将磁吸表扣打开,实现智能手表的脱下。
