目前,沙漠地区固定流沙的材料主要是普通的网状草方格,通常是将打掉粮食后的麦草或稻草作为草方格原料,在沙丘上铺设呈草方格状,用铁锨或草方格机械将草埋入15-20厘米,草的两端翘起,伸出沙面约10-20厘米。由于沙漠地区自然条件严酷,白天气温高,昼夜温差大,风沙危害强烈,普通的草方格沙障通常一到二年就容易腐烂毁坏,失去固沙作用。

如图6所示,铺设在导向板上面的草帘60,其宽度为20-25厘米。
如图7所示,由本发明生产出来的刷状网绳,是由草帘、上行草绳、下行草绳经转筒装置旋转合成,并经过牵引小车、牵引扭转钩和轨道装置牵引、扭转、拉伸最终形成的刷状网绳状态。
如图8所示,本发明在刷状网绳生产过程中,将草帘、上行草绳和下行草绳导入装置中的生产状态。
本发明生产刷状网绳的原料不仅仅限于麦草或稻草,还可以使用芦苇等麦草稻草替代物。
本发明生产的刷状网绳密集粗壮,防沙固沙效果好,埋入沙土中不易腐烂、损坏,便于大面积推广。
Claims (4)
- 草方格沙障用刷状网绳的生产装置,其特征在于,该装置包括草绳、草帘输入导向板装置、转筒装置、牵引小车装置、小车轨道装置和草绳托架装置;所述的草绳、草帘输入导向板装置包括导向板、压板、上行草绳引导轮、下行草绳第一引导轮、下行草绳第二引导轮和操控开关;导向板的两端安装在支架上,上行草绳通过安装在导向板一侧支架上的上行草绳引导轮导入导向板,下行草绳通过安装在支架上的下行草绳第一引导轮、下行草绳第二引导轮将下行草绳导入到导向板;用于启动和停止电机运转的操控开关安装在导向板一侧的支架上,与操控电机的电源箱导线电连接;所述的转筒装置包括转筒固定支架、入口转筒、出口转筒、转筒电机皮带传动装置、转筒定位轴承、入口出口转筒连接固定架,入口转筒和出口转筒通过入口出口转筒连接固定架连接在一起,然后通过连接板安装在转筒固定支架上,在入口、出口转筒连接板上,相对于转筒圆周对称四角位置上安装有转筒定位轴承,转筒电机皮带传动装置中的电机安装在转筒固定支架的底部,传动皮带一端与电机轴相连接,另一端与出口转筒相连接;所述的牵引小车装置包括小车底板、固定支撑架、微型电机、牵引扭转钩,微型电机和牵引扭转钩安装在固定支撑架的支撑板上,微型电机轴与牵引扭转钩的尾轴螺纹连接,固定支撑架安装在小车底板上,小车底板两端与小车轨道装置的传送带相连接;从转筒装置合成出来的草绳、草帘刷状网绳半成品挂接在牵引扭转钩上,通过牵引扭转钩的转动和牵引小车的行进,使草绳、草帘刷状网绳最终形成规定长度的成品;所述的小车轨道装置包括小车轨道、传送带电机、传送带、皮带轮、皮带轮固定架,小车轨道和传送带电机安装在支架上,轨道一端的皮带轮与电机轴相连接,传送带通过牵引小车与皮带轮固定架上的皮带轮相连接;所述的草绳托架装置包括上行草绳托架、上行草绳、下行草绳托架和下行草绳。
- 如权利要求1所述的草方格沙障用刷状网绳的生产装置,其特征在于:压板的背面设置有将草绳定位在草帘纵向中间位置的草绳限位槽。
- 如权利要求1所述的草方格沙障用刷状网绳的生产装置,其特征在于:入口 转筒内壁上设置有筒内导板。
- 如权利要求1所述的草方格沙障用刷状网绳的生产装置,其特征在于,草绳托架由盘好的草绳盘和支撑草绳盘的支架构成。
