Abstract
Le procédé de destruction selon la présente invention comprend : une étape consistant à émettre des rayons X vers un scintillateur pour générer des rayons ultraviolets à partir du scintillateur ; et une étape consistant à faire en sorte que les rayons ultraviolets générés atteignent les cellules cibles pour tuer les cellules cibles.
