 背景技术
目前常用的一种香烟，其包括烟草、卷纸、过滤棉，卷纸将烟草卷成圆柱状，过滤棉（过滤嘴）设置于烟草的端部，这种烟草一般呈圆柱状，使用时，将香烟进行点燃，香烟燃烧，香烟中的烟气受热挥发出来，人通过过滤嘴，就可以吸食到香烟中的烟气，这种香烟在燃烧时，产生多种有害物质，且随着燃烧温度的升高，产生的有害物质的种类更是难以预测，这种有害物质被人体吸食，对人体的健康存在极大的威胁。
目前还有一种加热不燃烧的烟具，深受广大吸烟者的喜爱，其主要包括电源、控制区、加热区，加热区中设置有加热腔（外加热的方式），加热腔的周围一般是环绕着多个加热棒（或者在加热腔的外围设置多个电阻式的发热丝），加热棒连接至控制区，电源连接控制区，加热腔中放置香烟，香烟包括烟丝和烟纸，烟丝的一个端部设置滤棒，烟纸包覆烟丝个滤棒，使用时，将圆柱状的香烟放在加热腔中，烟丝和烟纸在加热腔中，滤棒在加热腔外，启动电源，发热丝通电产生热量，发热丝产生的热量传递到加热腔，对加热腔中的香烟进行加热，香烟中的烟气蒸发出来，人通过滤棒（过滤嘴），就可以吸食到香烟中的烟气，这种加热不燃烧的烟具存在很大的缺陷，由于是在香烟的外边缘进行加热的，加热腔产生的热量通过香烟的外边缘向内传递，首先传递给烟纸，然后再慢慢传递给烟丝。

另本申请提供一种剥离式烟草的使用方法，通过将其置于烟具的烟筒内，然后使用外力将第一包装纸从香味挥发区的表面分离，香味挥发区完全裸露，然后对香味挥发区进行加热，其操作方便、快捷、简单实用。

 本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图，对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1-图9，本申请实施例提供一种剥离式烟草，其包括一种剥离式烟草，其包括：一香味挥发区11，其受热挥发出香味，香味挥发区11的外部被一第一包装纸1包覆；一过滤区21，设置于所述香味挥发区11的上部，过滤区21的外部被一第二包装纸2包覆；一连接预断纸3，连接所述第一包装纸1的上部和第二包装纸2的下部，连接预断纸3受外力断裂，连接预断纸3可以部分的包覆香味挥发区11、过滤区21，也可以仅包覆第一包装纸1或第二包装纸2，或者连接预断纸3包覆第一包装纸1和第二包装纸2。本设计的剥离式烟草以圆柱状为例进行说明，其和普通的香烟的形状相同，在其他实施例，剥离式烟草还可是方形，多边形等。香味挥发区11可以是烟丝和香料的混合物，还可是烟丝的提纯物，香料的提取物等，过滤区21主要是过滤烟气中的杂质，例如过滤棉、滤棒、纤维过滤材料等。第一包装纸1、第二包装纸2也称为卷烟纸，它是一种专供包卷烟草制作香烟的薄页型纸，香烟纸是一种带有赛璐珞纤维材料的卷筒纸带基材以及一种添加材料的图样。卷烟纸是圆盘状，分为直罗纹卷烟纸、横罗纹卷烟纸和防伪卷烟纸这几类，是用来包裹烟草的一种薄页型专用纸。第一包装纸1、第二包装纸2、连接预断纸3可以是同一种材料，也可是不通的材料，
连接预断纸3也可采用香烟纸制作，所述连接预断纸3设置有至少一预断线31，预断线31受外力后，所述连接预断纸3裂开成两部分。预断线31呈水平并上下有一定的幅度（例如呈锯齿状），或者预断线31呈水平设置，可以有一条、两条、多条，预断线31受外力后，预断线31沿着线的方向裂开，水平方向裂开，使连接预断纸3沿着预断线31分开成两部分。
香味挥发区11的直径沿上下方向上递减，即上面大、下面小，呈锥形，也可以是上面的直径大一些，下面的直径略微小一些，这种则不一定呈锥形，从其竖直方向的截面看，呈梯形也可以。这种上面大下面小的设计便于操作，方便将第一包装纸1从香味挥发区11退出，当然香味挥发区11的直径也可以是等径的，这种等径的设计将第一包装纸1从香味挥发区11脱离的时候存在的阻力较大，但是也是可以脱离的。
第一包装纸1的向下延伸一操作部14，所述操作部14凸出香味挥发区11的下表面。操作部14的设计，可以是凸出的一个纸头，便于人手夹持，当机械化操作的时候，便于机械的夹持，人手夹住操作部14，用力向下拉操作部14，操作部14带着第一包装纸1向下运动，以将预断线31扯断/拉断，继续用力拉动，第一包装纸1继续向下运动，进而将第一包装纸1从香味挥发区11的外表面/侧面分离出来。
一种剥离式烟草的使用方法，其包括以下步骤：
提供一烟具，其包括一烟筒4，将烟筒4取出；烟具也称为加热不燃烧装置，主要用于将烟草加热，既包括内加热也，也包括外加热，或者内外混合式加热的方式。
将剥离式烟草装入烟筒4内，使第二包装纸2的上部显露于所述烟筒4的上部，第一包装纸1的下部显露于所述烟筒4的底部。操作部14显露于烟筒4的下表面，且凸出烟筒4的下表面，便于人手夹持操作部14，操作部14可以是在加工过程中预留出的烟纸。
用力拉动第一包装纸1的下部，使连接预断纸3受外力断裂，继续向下拉动第一包装纸1，断裂处完全断裂，再继续向下拉动第一包装纸1，第一包装纸1带着部分断裂的连接预断纸3向下运动，使第一包装纸1从香味挥发区11的表面分离，香味挥发区11完全裸露。
所述烟筒4中空，且烟筒4的直径沿上下方向上递减。以配合香味挥发区11的直径沿上下方向上递减的设计，或者配合香味挥发区11的等径的设计，便于香烟的装入和取出。
一种剥离式烟草，其包括：一香味挥发区11，其受热挥发出香味，香味挥发区11的外部被一第一包装纸1包覆，所述第一包装纸1沿上下方向设置一第一预断区13，所述第一预断区13受外力断裂，第一包装纸1的底部设置一凸出部，以便于操作所述凸出部将第一包装纸1从香味挥发区11分离；一过滤区21，设置于所述香味挥发区11的上部，过滤区21的外部被一第二包装纸2包覆，第二包装纸2的下部连接第一包装纸1的上部。这种竖向设计的第一预断区13也便于人手扯开烟纸，将香味挥发区11裸露，这种设计可直接水平拉扯第一包装纸1的底部设置一凸出部，第一包装纸沿着第一预断区13断开后，展开成一个平面，香味挥发区11完全裸露出来。
参见图4的另一设计，一种剥离式烟草，其包括：一香味挥发区11，其受热挥发出香味，香味挥发区11的外部被一第一包装纸1包覆，所述第一包装纸1设置一第一预断区16，第一预断区16自上而下呈螺旋状，所述第一预断区16受外力断裂，第一包装纸1的底部设置一凸出部15，以便于操作所述凸出部15将第一包装纸1从香味挥发区11分离，人手拉操作部14，第一包装纸1沿着第一预断区14呈螺旋状裂开，同样可将第一预断区14裸露；一过滤区21，设置于所述香味挥发区11的上部，过滤区21的外部被一第二包装纸2包覆，第二包装纸2的下部连接第一包装纸1的上部，这个原理和上述类似，不再叙述。不同之处在于拉动操作部的时候，第一包装纸按照螺旋状沿着第一预断区展开，外部表现为既有水平的也有向上的动作，当然不限于此类的撕裂，撕开，如果采用机械式的操作，可以将突出部固定或者夹持，然后转动剥离式烟草，第一包装纸沿着第一预断线撕开，撕开后的第一包装纸呈长条状，以将香味挥发区暴露出来。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种剥离式烟草，其中，所述剥离式烟草包括：
    一香味挥发区，所述香味挥发区受热挥发出香味，香味挥发区的外部被一第一包装纸包覆；
    一过滤区，设置于所述香味挥发区的上部，过滤区的外部被一第二包装纸包覆；
    一连接预断纸，连接所述第一包装纸的上部和第二包装纸的下部，连接预断纸受外力断裂。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的剥离式烟草，其中，香味挥发区的直径沿上下方向上递减。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的剥离式烟草，其中，第一包装纸的向下延伸一操作部，所述操作部凸出香味挥发区的下表面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的剥离式烟草，其中，所述连接预断纸设置有至少一预断线，预断线受外力后，所述连接预断纸裂开成两部分。
  5. 一种如权利要求1所述的剥离式烟草的使用方法，其中，所述方法包括以下步骤：
    提供一烟具，所述烟具包括一烟筒，将烟筒取出；
    将剥离式烟草装入烟筒内，使第二包装纸的上部显露于所述烟筒的上部，第一包装纸的下部显露于所述烟筒的底部；
    用力拉动第一包装纸的下部，使连接预断纸受外力断裂，继续向下拉动第一包装纸，断裂处完全断裂，再继续向下拉动第一包装纸，第一包装纸带着部分断裂的连接预断纸向下运动，使第一包装纸从香味挥发区的表面分离，香味挥发区完全裸露。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的剥离式烟草的使用方法，其中，所述烟筒中空，且烟筒的直径沿上下方向上递减。
  7. 一种剥离式烟草，其中，所述剥离式烟草包括：
    一香味挥发区，所述香味挥发区受热挥发出香味，香味挥发区的外部被一第一包装纸包覆，所述第一包装纸沿上下方向设置一第一预断区，所述第一预断区受外力断裂，第一包装纸的底部设置一凸出部，以便于操作所述凸出部将第一包装纸从香味挥发区分离；
    一过滤区，设置于所述香味挥发区的上部，过滤区的外部被一第二包装纸包覆，第二包装纸的下部连接第一包装纸的上部。
  8. 一种剥离式烟草，其中，所述剥离式烟草包括：
    一香味挥发区，所述香味挥发区受热挥发出香味，香味挥发区的外部被一第一包装纸包覆，所述第一包装纸设置一第一预断区，第一预断区自上而下呈螺旋状，所述第一预断区受外力断裂，第一包装纸的底部设置一凸出部，以便于操作所述凸出部将第一包装纸从香味挥发区分离；
    一过滤区，设置于所述香味挥发区的上部，过滤区的外部被一第二包装纸包覆，第二包装纸的下部连接第一包装纸的上部。
