背景技术

上述的多功能组合型喷枪,其中,第二储液容器组件包括单向阀杆组件和弹簧;单向阀杆组件伸入液体通道,单向阀杆组件包括单向阀杆,单向阀杆和液体通道分别设有第一弹簧止挡部和第二弹簧止挡部;弹簧套设于单向阀杆外,弹簧的两端分别抵接第一弹簧止挡部和第二弹簧止挡部;在第二储液容器接头本体与接头座本体处于连接状态时,枪体进液管的下端插入液体通道中,并抵压单向阀杆组件的上端,以使单向阀杆组件克服弹簧的弹力向下移动,打开液体通道;在第二储液容器接头本体与接头座本体分离时,单向阀杆组件在弹簧的弹力作用下复位,关闭液体通道。
上述的多功能组合型喷枪,其中,第二储液容器为背壶。
根据本发明实施例的多功能组合型喷枪的优点包括:
1.根据本发明实施例的多功能组合型喷枪的储液容器接头座可择一地与第一储液容器组件或第二储液容器组件可拆卸地相连;在从事喷液量较小的工作时,选择储液容器接头座与第一储液容器组件连接,在从事喷液量较大的工作时,选择储液容器接头座与第二储液容器组件连接,第二储液容器与枪体独立 分开,与第一储液容器相比可以盛装更大容量的液体,而且可以背挎,能有效减轻人体负重,使工作更轻松;
2.本实施例的第二储液容器内可盛装消毒液、乳胶漆、混合水等多种液体,以满足不同喷液需求;
3.本实施例的第二储液容器接头的液体通道内设有单向阀杆组件和弹簧,在储液容器接头座与第二储液容器接头分离时,单向阀杆组件在弹簧的弹力作用下复位,关闭液体通道,能够避免在不使用第二储液容器的情形时发生液体泄漏现象。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种喷枪,该喷枪包括枪体、储液容器接头座和储液容器组件;储液容器接头座与枪体相连,并设有彼此独立的出气通道和进液通道;储液容器组件包括储液容器、进气管、出液管和储液容器接头;进气管的一端和出液管的一端分别连通于储液容器的内腔,进气管的另一端和出液管的另一端分别与储液容器接头相连;储液容器接头座与储液容器接头可拆卸地相连;储液容器接头座的出气通道和进液通道通过储液容器接头分别与进气管的另一端和出液管的另一端连通。
上述的喷枪,其中,储液容器接头座包括接头座本体和枪体进液管,接头座本体环绕在枪体进液管的周围;枪体进液管的管孔构成进液通道,枪体进液管与接头座本体之间的至少一部分空间构成出气通道。
上述的喷枪,其中,储液容器接头包括储液容器接头本体;储液容器接头本体与接头座本体可拆卸地连接;储液容器接头本体设有气体通道和液体通道;气体通道连通出气通道,气体通道的下端与进气管的另一端相连;液体通道的上端与枪体进液管的下端插接配合,液体通道的下端与出液管的另一端相连。
上述的喷枪,其中,储液容器组件包括单向阀杆组件和弹簧,单向阀杆组件伸入液体通道,单向阀杆组件包括单向阀杆,单向阀杆和液体通道分别设有第一弹簧止挡部和第二弹簧止挡部;弹簧套设于单向阀杆外,弹簧的两端分别抵接第一弹簧止挡部和第二弹簧止挡部;在储液容器接头本体与接头座本体处于连接状态时,枪体进液管的下端插入液体通道中,并抵压单向阀杆组件的上端,以使单向阀杆组件克服弹簧的弹力向下移动,打开液体通道;在第二储液 容器接头本体与接头座本体分离时,单向阀杆组件在弹簧的弹力作用下复位,关闭液体通道。
上述的喷枪,其中,储液容器为背壶。
在根据本发明另一方面的喷枪中,储液容器与枪体独立分开,可以盛装更大容量的液体,从而能够满足喷液量较大的喷液工作的需求。

本发明的最佳实施方式
请参考图1至图5。根据本发明一实施例的多功能组合型喷枪,包括枪体1、储液容器接头座2、第一储液容器组件3、第二储液容器组件4、扳机5、锂电池6、喷嘴7和设于枪体1内部的电机泵(图中未示出)。
储液容器接头座2与枪体1相连,并设有彼此独立的出气通道21和进液通道22。在本实施例中,储液容器接头座2包括接头座本体2a和枪体进液管2b,接头座本体2a环绕在枪体进液管2b的周围;枪体进液管2b的管孔构成进液通道22,枪体进液管2b与接头座本体2a之间的至少一部分空间构成出气通道21。
第一储液容器组件3包括第一储液容器31和第一储液容器接头32。第二储液容器组件4包括第二储液容器41、背带42、进气管43、出液管44和第二储液容器接头45。在本实施例中,第二储液容器41为背壶。背带42与第二储液容器相连,使用时,工作人员利用该背带将第二储液容器41背在后背,然后将背带调节合适位置进行固定。背带可以是普通背带或可调节增加受力面积的背带,使操作人更加舒适。进气管43的一端和出液管44的一端分别连通于 第二储液容器41的内腔,进气管43的另一端和出液管44的另一端分别与第二储液容器接头45相连。
进一步地,第二储液容器组件4还包括量杯46,第二储液容器41的外壁设有与量杯46相配合的容置凹槽416,量杯46可取出地嵌设于容置凹槽416内,以方便工作人员勾兑所需比例的液体。
储液容器接头座2择一地与第一储液容器组件3或第二储液容器组件4可拆卸地相连。
在储液容器接头座2与第一储液容器组件3连接时,储液容器接头座2分别与第一储液容器31和第一储液容器接头32可拆卸地连接,储液容器接头座2的出气通道21和进液通道22通过第一储液容器接头32与第一储液容器31的内腔连通。
在本实施例中,第一储液容器31与接头座本体2a螺旋连接。第一储液容器接头32包括第一储液容器接头本体32a和吸管32b。第一储液容器接头本体32a与接头座本体2a卡接。第一储液容器接头本体32a设有通气孔323,以使出气通道21内的气体可通过通气孔323进入第一储液容器31内。吸管32b穿过第一储液容器接头本体32a,并与第一储液容器接头本体32a相连。可选地,第一储液容器接头本体32a和吸管32b通过注塑一体成型。吸管32b的上端与枪体进液管2b的下端插接配合,吸管32b的下端插入第一储液容器31内。
进一步地,第一储液容器接头本体32a包括底板321以及由底板321的周缘向上延伸的凸环322。通气孔323设置在底板321上。接头座本体2a的下端包括基板23以及由基板23的周缘向下延伸的第一环形侧壁24,第一环形侧壁24的内表面设有与第一储液容器31的外螺纹311相配合的内螺纹241。基板23的内壁设有与凸环322相配合的环形凹槽232,凸环322嵌入环形凹槽232内。在拆卸第一储液容器组件3时,只需松开第一储液容器31与接头座本体2a之间的螺旋连接,并将凸环322从环形凹槽232内拔出。
在储液容器接头座2与第二储液容器组件4连接时,储液容器接头座2与第二储液容器接头45可拆卸地连接,储液容器接头座2的出气通道21和进液通道22通过第二储液容器接头45分别与进气管43的另一端和出液管44的另一端连通。
第二储液容器接头45包括第二储液容器接头本体45a,第二储液容器接头本体45a与接头座本体2a可拆卸地连接。第二储液容器接头本体45a设有气体通道451和液体通道452。气体通道451连通出气通道21,气体通道451的下端与进气管43的另一端相连。在本实施例中,气体通道451内设有单向阀47,单向阀47仅允许气体从出气通道21流向进气管43而不能倒流。液体通道452的上端与枪体进液管2b的下端插接配合,液体通道452的下端与出液管44的另一端相连。气体通道451和液体通道452分别由气体接头管451a和液体接头管452a限定而成。
进一步地,第二储液容器组件4包括包括单向阀杆组件和弹簧49,单向阀杆组件伸入液体通道452,单向阀杆组件包括单向阀杆48和密封圈48a。单向阀杆48和液体通道452分别设有第一弹簧止挡部49a和第二弹簧止挡部49b。弹簧49套设于单向阀杆48外,弹簧49的两端分别抵接第一弹簧止挡部49a和第二弹簧止挡部49b。在第二储液容器接头本体45a与接头座本体2a处于连接状态时,枪体进液管2b的下端插入液体通道452中,并抵压单向阀杆组件的上端,以使单向阀杆组件克服弹簧的弹力向下移动,打开液体通道452;在第二储液容器接头本体45a与接头座本体2a分离时,单向阀杆组件在弹簧49的弹力作用下复位,关闭液体通道452。
在本实施例中,密封圈48a套设在单向阀杆48的下端外,单向阀杆48的下端伸出液体通道452外。在第二储液容器接头本体45a与接头座本体2a处于连接状态时,密封圈48a离开液体通道452的底面4521;在第二储液容器接头本体45a与接头座本体2a分离时,密封圈48a抵靠液体通道452的底面4521,以使液体通道4521关闭。
在本实施例中,第二储液容器接头本体45a与接头座本体2a螺旋连接。第二储液容器接头本体45a包括向上延伸的第二环形侧壁454,所述第二环形侧壁的外表面设有与内螺纹241相配合的外螺纹454a,第二环形侧壁454与第一环形侧壁24螺旋连接。
进一步地,在基板23的内壁与第二环形侧壁454的顶端之间夹持有密封垫圈40a,以提高密封性能。
锂电池6为设置在枪体1内的电机泵提供动力。枪体1输出的压缩气体通 过气体通道451进入到第二储液容器41内,从而形成水压;当第二储液容器41内的压力达到一定程度时,第二储液容器41里的液体依次通过出液管44、液体通道452和枪体进液管2b输送至枪体1,通过喷嘴7形成雾状。扳机5具有开关功能,并可控制出液流量的大小。
本实施例的储液容器接头座可择一地与第一储液容器组件或第二储液容器组件可拆卸地相连;在从事喷液量较小的工作时,选择储液容器接头座与第一储液容器组件连接,在从事喷液量较大的工作时,选择储液容器接头座与第二储液容器组件连接,第二储液容器与枪体独立分开,与第一储液容器相比可以盛装更大容量的液体,而且可以背挎,能有效减轻人体负重,降低工作人员的工作负担。
根据本实用新型的另一方面,还提供了一种喷枪,该喷枪仅设有上述实施例中的第二储液容器组件。由于储液容器与枪体独立分开,因此可以盛装更大容量的液体,而且可以实现背挎,满足喷液量较大的喷液工作的需求。
工业应用性
根据本发明一实施例的多功能组合型喷枪的储液容器接头座可择一地与第一储液容器组件或第二储液容器组件可拆卸地相连;在从事喷液量较小的工作时,选择储液容器接头座与第一储液容器组件连接,在从事喷液量较大的工作时,选择储液容器接头座与第二储液容器组件连接,第二储液容器与枪体独立分开,与第一储液容器相比可以盛装更大容量的液体,而且可以背挎,能有效减轻人体负重,使工作更轻松。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种多功能组合型喷枪,包括枪体和储液容器接头座;所述储液容器接头座与所述枪体相连,并设有彼此独立的出气通道和进液通道;其特征在于,所述多功能组合型喷枪包括第一储液容器组件和第二储液容器组件;
    所述第一储液容器组件包括第一储液容器和第一储液容器接头;
    所述第二储液容器组件包括第二储液容器、进气管、出液管和第二储液容器接头;所述进气管的一端和所述出液管的一端分别连通于所述第二储液容器的内腔,所述进气管的另一端和所述出液管的另一端分别与所述第二储液容器接头相连;
    所述储液容器接头座择一地与所述第一储液容器组件或所述第二储液容器组件可拆卸地相连;在所述储液容器接头座与所述第一储液容器组件连接时,储液容器接头座分别与第一储液容器和第一储液容器接头可拆卸地连接,储液容器接头座的出气通道和进液通道通过所述第一储液容器接头与第一储液容器的内腔连通;在所述储液容器接头座与所述第二储液容器组件连接时,储液容器接头座与所述第二储液容器接头可拆卸地连接,储液容器接头座的出气通道和进液通道通过所述第二储液容器接头分别与所述进气管的另一端和所述出液管的另一端连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述储液容器接头座包括接头座本体和枪体进液管,所述接头座本体环绕在所述枪体进液管的周围;
    枪体进液管的管孔构成所述的进液通道,枪体进液管与接头座本体之间的至少一部分空间构成所述的出气通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述第二储液容器接头包括第二储液容器接头本体;所述第二储液容器接头本体与所述接头座本体可拆卸地连接;
    第二储液容器接头本体设有气体通道和液体通道;所述气体通道连通所述出气通道,气体通道的下端与所述进气管的另一端相连;所述液体通道的上端与所述枪体进液管的下端插接配合,所述液体通道的下端与所述出液管的另一端相连。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述第二储液容器组件包括单向阀杆组件和弹簧,所述单向阀杆组件伸入所述液体通道,单向阀杆组件包括单向阀杆,单向阀杆和液体通道分别设有第一弹簧止挡部和第二弹簧止挡部;所述弹簧套设于所述单向阀杆外,弹簧的两端分别抵接所述第一弹簧止挡部和所述第二弹簧止挡部;
    在第二储液容器接头本体与接头座本体处于连接状态时,所述枪体进液管的下端插入所述液体通道中,并抵压单向阀杆组件的上端,以使单向阀杆组件克服所述弹簧的弹力向下移动,打开液体通道;在第二储液容器接头本体与接头座本体分离时,单向阀杆组件在所述弹簧的弹力作用下复位,关闭液体通道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述单向阀杆组件包括密封圈,所述密封圈套设在所述单向阀杆的下端外,单向阀杆的下端伸出所述液体通道外;
    在第二储液容器接头本体与接头座本体处于连接状态时,所述密封圈离开所述液体通道的底面;在第二储液容器接头本体与接头座本体分离时,所述密封圈抵靠所述液体通道的底面。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述气体通道内设有单向阀,所述单向阀仅允许气体从所述出气通道流向所述进气管而不能倒流。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述第二储液容器接头本体与所述接头座本体螺旋连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述第一储液容器与所述接头座本体螺旋连接;
    所述第一储液容器接头包括第一储液容器接头本体和吸管;所述第一储液容器接头本体与所述接头座本体卡接,第一储液容器接头本体设有通气孔,以使所述出气通道内的气体可通过所述通气孔进入所述第一储液容器内;所述吸管穿过所述第一储液容器接头本体,并与第一储液容器接头本体相连;吸管的上端与所述枪体进液管的下端插接配合,吸管的下端插入所述第一储液容器内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述第一储液容器接头本体包括底板以及由所述底板的周缘向上延伸的凸环;
    所述接头座本体的下端包括基板以及由所述基板的周缘向下延伸的第一环形 侧壁;所述基板的内壁设有与所述凸环相配合的环形凹槽,所述凸环嵌入所述环形凹槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能组合型喷枪,其特征在于,所述第二储液容器为背壶。
  11. 一种喷枪,包括枪体、储液容器接头座和储液容器组件;所述储液容器接头座与所述枪体相连,并设有彼此独立的出气通道和进液通道;其特征在于,所述储液容器组件包括储液容器、进气管、出液管和储液容器接头;所述进气管的一端和所述出液管的一端分别连通于所述储液容器的内腔,所述进气管的另一端和所述出液管的另一端分别与所述储液容器接头相连;
    所述储液容器接头座与所述储液容器接头可拆卸地相连;储液容器接头座的出气通道和进液通道通过所述储液容器接头分别与所述进气管的另一端和所述出液管的另一端连通。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述储液容器接头座包括接头座本体和枪体进液管,所述接头座本体环绕在所述枪体进液管的周围;
    枪体进液管的管孔构成所述的进液通道,枪体进液管与接头座本体之间的至少一部分空间构成所述的出气通道。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述储液容器接头包括储液容器接头本体;所述储液容器接头本体与所述接头座本体可拆卸地连接;
    储液容器接头本体设有气体通道和液体通道;所述气体通道连通所述出气通道,所述气体通道的下端与所述进气管的另一端相连;所述液体通道的上端与所述枪体进液管的下端插接配合,所述液体通道的下端与所述出液管的另一端相连。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述储液容器组件包括单向阀杆组件和弹簧,所述单向阀杆组件伸入所述液体通道,单向阀杆组件包括单向阀杆,单向阀杆和液体通道分别设有第一弹簧止挡部和第二弹簧止挡部;所述弹簧套设于所述单向阀杆外,弹簧的两端分别抵接所述第一弹簧止挡部和所述第二弹簧止挡部;
    在储液容器接头本体与接头座本体处于连接状态时,所述枪体进液管的下端插入所述液体通道中,并抵压单向阀杆组件的上端,以使单向阀杆组件克服所述弹簧的弹力向下移动,打开液体通道;在第二储液容器接头本体与接头座本体分离时, 单向阀杆组件在所述弹簧的弹力作用下复位,关闭液体通道。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的喷枪,其特征在于,所述储液容器为背壶。
