本申请涉及电声领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
在现如今的移动互联网时代,智能移动终端设备的数量不断上升,对移动终端的要求也越来越高,其中之一便是要求高品质的音质功能。
技术问题
相关技术中的扬声器在固定到终端整机时,整机需要额外设置一个与前盖适配的壳体,壳体包裹在前盖上并与前盖进行固定,该固定方式较为复杂,安装扬声器所需的空间较大。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的扬声器来解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的在于提供一种扬声器,该扬声器的固定方便,能够为整机节省安装空间。
本申请的技术方案如下:一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统以及用于驱动所述振动系统的磁路系统;所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈;所述盆架包括与所述振动系统和磁路系统固定的支架以及固定于所述支架并与所述支架围设形成所述收容空间的前盖,所述振膜固定于所述支架,所述前盖设于所述振膜远离所述磁路系统一侧;其特征在于:
所述前盖上设有自所述前盖远离所述收容空间一侧的表面向远离所述收容空间方向延伸形成的连接部,所述连接部上开设有连接孔,所述扬声器通过所述连接孔与外部元件固定。
作为本申请的一个实施例,所述前盖包括固定于所述支架的顶壁和自所述顶壁的外周缘弯折延伸形成的侧壁,所述侧壁与所述支架间隔设置,所述连接部自所述侧壁远离所述顶壁的一端向远离所述支架的方向延伸形成。

请参照图1-图3,本实施例中的盆架100包括用于固定所述振动系统200和磁路系统300的支架110以及盖设在所述磁路系统300并固定在所述支架110上的前盖120,所述前盖120与所述支架110围设形成所述收容空间101,具体地,所述振动系统200包括用于振动发声的振膜210,所述振膜210固定于所述支架110上,所述前盖120设于所述振膜210远离所述磁路系统300一侧;优选地,所述支架110与所述前盖120可拆卸式连接,比如,通过螺栓连接或卡扣连接,进而方便对扬声器进行维修,当然,所述支架110与所述前盖120也可以是超声焊接或胶合固定。

请参照图2,本实施例中的所述副极芯350呈环状,所述副极芯350背离副磁钢330的一端与所述支架110抵接,进而所述副极芯350被稳定固定,所述柔性电路板240固定在所述副极芯350上,具体为超声焊接或胶合固定,所述下振膜220超声焊接或胶合固定在所述柔性电路板240上,其中所述振膜210和所述下振膜220分别位于所述柔性电路板240的两侧。
请参照图2,本实施例中的所述支架110背离所述前盖120的一端具有敞口,所述磁轭310固定于所述支架110上并覆盖在所述敞口上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,包括具有收容空间的盆架、收容于所述收容空间内的振动系统以及用于驱动所述振动系统的磁路系统;所述振动系统包括用于振动发声的振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈;所述盆架包括与所述振动系统和磁路系统固定的支架以及固定于所述支架并与所述支架围设形成所述收容空间的前盖,所述振膜固定于所述支架,所述前盖设于所述振膜远离所述磁路系统一侧;其特征在于:
    所述前盖上设有自所述前盖远离所述收容空间一侧的表面向远离所述收容空间方向延伸形成的连接部,所述连接部上开设有连接孔,所述扬声器通过所述连接孔与外部元件固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述前盖包括固定于所述支架的顶壁和自所述顶壁的外周缘弯折延伸形成的侧壁,所述侧壁与所述支架间隔设置,所述连接部自所述侧壁远离所述顶壁的一端向远离所述支架的方向延伸形成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述前盖包括固定于所述支架的顶壁和自所述顶壁的外周缘沿垂直振动方向弯折延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁与所述支架间隔设置,所述连接部自所述侧壁远离所述顶壁的一端向远离所述支架的方向延伸形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述前盖还包括自所述侧壁远离所述顶壁的一端向远离所述支架的方向延伸形成的弯折壁,所述连接部自所述弯折壁远离所述侧壁的一端向远离所述支架的方向延伸形成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述前盖至少包括两个关于所述前盖的中心对称的连接部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述前盖由金属制成。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜包括折环部、自所述折环部外周缘延伸形成的固定部及自所述折环部内周缘延伸形成的球顶部,所述固定部夹设固定于所述顶壁与所述支架之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述前盖还包括自所述顶壁远离所述固定部一端延伸至所述振膜上方的延伸壁,所述延伸壁、所述顶壁与所述振膜围设形成前腔,所述延伸壁呈环形且围设形成出声孔,所述前腔通过所述出声孔与外界连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述振动系统还包括与所述振膜相对的下振膜、电性连接所述音圈的柔性电路板以及传导所述音圈的振动的传导架,所述柔性电路板固定于所述支架上且与所述振膜相对且间隔设置,所述下振膜固定于所述柔性电路板远离所述振膜的一侧上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括磁轭、设置于所述磁轭中央的主磁钢、设置于所述磁轭上并环绕所述主磁钢设置以形成磁间隙的副磁钢、贴附于所述主磁钢上方的主极芯以及环绕所述主极芯并贴附在所述副磁钢上并固定于所述支架上的副极芯,所述音圈通过所述传导架悬置于所述磁间隙内;
    所述支架背离所述前盖的一端具有敞口,所述磁轭固定于所述支架上并覆盖在所述敞口上。
