本实用新型的有益效果在于:通过设置连接音圈与振膜组件的第一骨架,确保音圈震动时,将振动从音圈传送到振膜组件,从而使振膜组件振动发声;通过将音圈沿振动组件的振动方向设置第一端和第二端,第一骨架的一端固定于音圈的第一端,第二骨架的一端固定于音圈的第二端,确保音圈向第一端的方向位移时,第一骨架对音圈产生一定的阻力,减小音圈与第二骨架之间的撕扯力,音圈向第二端的方向位移时,第二骨架对音圈产生一定的阻力,减小音圈与第一骨架之间的撕扯力;因此,本实用新型实施例提供的扬声器增加了音圈连接到骨架组件的稳定性,提高了扬声器的性能。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合图1至图10对本实用新型作详细描述。
需要说明的是,本实用新型实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后、内、外、顶部、底部……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
还需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件上时,该元件可以直接在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中元件。当一个元件被称为“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
请参阅图1至图3,本实用新型实施例提供一种扬声器100,包括盆架1、支撑于盆架1的振动系统2以及驱动振动系统2振动发声的磁路系统3,磁路系统3具有磁间隙31,振动系统2包括振膜组件21、插设于磁间隙31中的音圈22以及连接振膜组件21与音圈22的骨架组件23;骨架组件23包括第一骨架231与第二骨架232,音圈22沿振膜组件21的振动方向包括第一端221和第二端222,第一骨架231设于第一端221与振膜组件21之间,第二骨架232的一端固定于第二端222。
通过设置连接音圈22与振膜组件21的第一骨架231,确保音圈22震动时,将振动从音圈22传送到振膜组件21,从而使振膜组件21振动发声;通过将音圈22沿振动组件的振动方向设置第一端221和第二端222,第一骨架231的一端固定于音圈22的第一端221,第二骨架232的一端固定于音圈22的第二端222,确保音圈22向第一端221的方向位移时,第一骨架231对音圈22产生一定的阻力,减小音圈22与第二骨架232之间的撕扯力,音圈22向第二端222的方向位移时,第二骨架232对音圈22产生一定的阻力,减小音圈22与第一骨架231之间的撕扯力;因此,本实用新型实施例提供的扬声器100增加了音圈22连接到骨架组件23的稳定性,提高了扬声器100的性能。
请参阅图4至图7,第一骨架231包括第一固定部2311、第二固定部2312以及连接第一固定部2311与第二固定部2312的第一连接部2313,第一固定部2311粘接固定于第一端221,第二固定部2312粘接固定于振膜组件21。第二骨架232包括第三固定部2321、第四固定部2322以及连接第三固定部2321与第四固定部2322的第二连接部2323,第三固定部2321粘接固定于第二端222,第四固定部2322粘接固定于第二固定部2312。在其他实施例中,第一固定部2311可以通过其他方式固定于第一端221,第二固定部2312可以通过其他方式固定于第一端221,第三固定部2321可以通过其他方式固定于第二端222,第四固定部2322可以通过其他方式固定于第二固定部2312。当然,作为一种替代方式,第四固定部2322固定于振膜组件21的其他部位或者固定于盆架1也是可以的。
第一固定部2311、第二固定部2312、第三固定部2321以及第四固定部2322均呈环形,第一固定部2311的直径小于第二固定部2312的直径,第三固定部2321的直径小于第四固定部2322的直径,其中,第三固定部2321的直径与第一固定部2311的直径相等。第一连接部2313和第二连接部2323均设有多个,多个第一连接部2313间隔分布,多个第二连接部2323间隔分布。具体地,第二连接部2323的数量与第一连接部2313的数量相同,并且一个第二连接部2323对应于一个第一连接部2313。
优选地,音圈22包括相对设置的第一固定面223和第二固定面224,第一固定面223设于第一端221,第二固定面224设于第二端222,第一固定部2311固定于第一固定面223,第三固定部2321固定于第二固定面224。通过该种设置方式,当音圈22向第一端221的方向位移时,第一骨架231能对音圈22产生更加有效的阻力,减小音圈22与第二骨架232之间的撕扯力;当音圈22向第二端222的方向位移时,第二骨架232对音圈22产生更加有效的阻力,减小音圈22与第一骨架231之间的撕扯力。
在本实施例中,盆架1包括环形的第一底壁11、环设于第一底壁11外侧的第二底壁12、由第二底壁12的外周缘弯折延伸的外壁13以及由第一底壁11的内周缘弯折延伸的内壁14,外壁13环绕内壁14且与内壁14间隔设置,内壁14围成容纳空间15,磁路系统3容纳于容纳空间15内。内壁14设有多个贯穿其上的通口141,通口141沿振膜组件21的振动方向延伸。
请参阅图9,磁路系统3包括磁碗组件以及固定于磁碗组件内的磁钢单元34,磁碗组件固定于盆架1的内壁14并容纳于容纳空间15中。具体地,磁碗组件包括正对设置的第一磁碗32和第二磁碗33,第一磁碗32设于内壁14靠近第一底壁11的一侧,第二磁碗33设于内壁14远离第一底壁11的一侧。第一磁碗32包括第一磁碗底壁321和第一磁碗侧壁322,磁钢单元34固定于第一磁碗底壁321,第一磁碗侧壁322设于第一磁碗底壁321且围绕磁钢单元34周向设置。第二磁碗33包括第二磁碗底壁331和第二磁碗侧壁332,第二磁碗底壁331与第一磁碗底壁321间隔正对设置且盖设于磁钢单元34,第二磁碗侧壁332设于第二磁碗底壁331且围绕磁钢单元34周向设置。磁钢单元34与第一磁碗侧壁322和第二磁碗侧壁332共同形成磁间隙31,音圈22套设于磁钢单元34。第二磁碗33将磁钢单元34远离第一磁碗底壁321的一侧的磁力线导回至磁间隙31内,使磁路系统3的磁力线得到充分利用,从而有效提升扬声器100的灵敏度。
在本实施例中,第一磁碗侧壁322和第二磁碗侧壁332正对设置,两者之间设有缝隙。在其他实施例中,第一磁碗侧壁322可以抵接于第二磁碗侧壁332。
请再次参阅图9,第一磁碗侧壁322设有多个第一让位槽351,第一让位槽351自第一磁碗侧壁322远离第一磁碗底壁321一端朝靠近第一磁碗底壁321一端沿振动方向延伸;第二磁碗侧壁332设有多个第二让位槽352,第二让位槽352自第二磁碗侧壁332远离第二磁碗底壁331一端朝靠近第二磁碗底壁331一端沿振动方向延伸。一个第一让位槽351与一个磁钢第二让位槽352对应设置并形成一个避让孔35,避让孔35与通口141对应设置。
在本实施例中,第一连接部2313自第一固定部2311依次穿过避让孔35和通口141延伸到第二固定部2312,第二连接部2323自第三固定部2321依次穿过避让孔35和通口141延伸到第四固定部2322,一个第一连接部2313和一个第二连接部2323同时穿设于一个避让孔35和一个通口141。在其他实施例中,可以单独一个第一连接部2313或一个第二连接部2323穿设于一个避让孔35和一个通口141。
请参阅图4至图7、图10,第一连接部2313、第二连接部2323、避让孔35以及通口141均设有三个,三个第一连接部2313沿第一固定部2311周向等间距设置,三个第二连接部2323沿第三固定部2321周向等间距设置,三个避让孔35等间距设置,三个通口141等间距设置,一个通口141与一个避让孔35对应设置,一个第一连接部2313和一个第二连接部2323同时穿设于对应设置的一个通口141和一个避让孔35。
当音圈22振动时,带动第一连接部2313和第二连接部2323振动,通口141和避让孔35均沿振动方向延伸,使第一连接部2313和第二连接部2323有足够的运动空间。可以理解,第一让位槽351可以贯穿第一磁碗侧壁322,第二让位槽352可以贯穿第二磁碗侧壁332,通过该种方式,可以为第一连接部2313和第二连接部2323提供更充足的运动空间。
振膜组件21包括第一环形振膜211、第二环形振膜212以及设于第一环形振膜211与第二环形振膜212之间的环形球顶213,第一环形振膜211的内侧固定于内壁14远离第一底壁11的一端,第二环形振膜212的外侧固定于外壁13远离第二底壁12的一端;第一骨架231的第二固定部2312固定于环形球顶213。
环形球顶213包括球顶本体2131、与第一环形振膜211连接的第五固定部以及与第二环形振膜212连接的第六固定部2132,第五固定部设于球顶本体2131的内侧,第六固定部2132设于球顶本体2131的外侧,第二固定部2312固定于第五固定部。
在本实施例中,第二固定部2312形成第五固定部,环形球顶213与第一骨架231一体成型。通过该种设置方式,减少零件之间装配的配合误差,简化装配工序,提高生产效率。
以上仅所述是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (12)

  1. 扬声器,其特征在于,包括盆架、支撑于所述盆架的振动系统以及驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统,所述磁路系统具有磁间隙,所述振动系统包括振膜组件、插设于所述磁间隙中的音圈以及连接所述振膜组件与所述音圈的骨架组件;所述骨架组件包括第一骨架与第二骨架,所述音圈沿所述振膜组件的振动方向包括第一端和第二端,所述第一骨架设于所述第一端与所述振膜组件之间,所述第二骨架的一端固定于所述第二端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一骨架包括第一固定部、第二固定部以及连接所述第一固定部与所述第二固定部的第一连接部,所述第一固定部固定于所述第一端,所述第二固定部固定于所述振膜组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部呈环形,所述第一固定部的直径小于所述第二固定部的直径,所述第一连接部设有多个,且多个所述第一连接部间隔分布。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二骨架包括第三固定部、第四固定部以及连接所述第三固定部与所述第四固定部的第二连接部,所述第三固定部固定于所述第二端,所述第四固定部固定于所述第二固定部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第三固定部和所述第四固定部呈环形,所述第三固定部的直径小于所述第四固定部的直径且与所述第一固定部的直径相等,所述第二连接部设有多个,且多个所述第二连接部间隔分布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二连接部的数量与所述第一连接部的数量相同,并且一个所述第二连接部对应于一个所述第一连接部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈包括相对设置的第一固定面和第二固定面,所述第一固定面设于所述第一端,所述第二固定面设于所述第二端,所述第一固定部固定于所述第一固定面,所述第三固定部固定于所述第二固定面。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括磁碗组件与磁钢单元,所述磁碗组件固定于所述盆架,包括正对设置的第一磁碗和第二磁碗;
    所述第一磁碗包括第一磁碗底壁和第一磁碗侧壁,所述磁钢单元固定于所述第一磁碗底壁,所述第一磁碗侧壁设于所述第一磁碗底壁且围绕所述磁钢单元周向设置;
    所述第二磁碗包括第二磁碗底壁和第二磁碗侧壁,所述第二磁碗底与所述第一磁碗底壁间隔正对设置且盖设于所述磁钢单元,所述第二磁碗侧壁设于所述第二磁碗底壁且围绕所述磁钢单元周向设置;
    所述磁钢单元与所述第一磁碗侧壁和所述第二磁碗侧壁共同形成所述磁间隙,所述音圈套设于所述磁钢单元。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一磁碗侧壁设有多个第一让位槽,所述第一让位槽自所述第一磁碗侧壁远离所述第一磁碗底壁一端朝靠近所述第一磁碗底壁一端沿所述振动方向延伸;所述第二磁碗侧壁设有多个第二让位槽,所述第二让位槽自所述第二磁碗侧壁远离所述第二磁碗底壁一端朝靠近所述第二磁碗底壁一端沿所述振动方向延伸;一个所述第一让位槽与一个所述磁钢第二让位槽对应设置并形成一个避让孔;一个所述第一连接部和/或一个所述第二连接部穿设于一个所述避让孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述盆架包括环形的第一底壁、环设于所述第一底壁外侧的第二底壁、由所述第二底壁的外周缘弯折延伸的外壁以及由所述第一底壁的内周缘弯折延伸的内壁,所述外壁环绕所述内壁且与所述内壁间隔设置,所述内壁围成容纳空间,所述磁路系统容纳于所述容纳空间内;所述内壁设有多个贯穿其上的通口,所述通口与所述避让孔对应设置,一个所述第一连接部和/或一个所述第二连接部穿设于一个所述通口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述振膜组件包括第一环形振膜、第二环形振膜以及设于所述第一环形振膜与所述第二环形振膜之间的环形球顶,所述第一环形振膜的内侧固定于所述内壁远离所述第一底壁的一端,所述第二环形振膜的外侧固定于所述外壁远离所述第二底壁的一端;
    所述环形球顶包括球顶本体、与所述第一环形振膜连接的第五固定部以及与所述第二环形振膜连接的第六固定部,所述第五固定部设于所述球顶本体的内侧,所述第六固定部设于所述球顶本体的外侧,所述第二固定部固定于所述第五固定部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第二固定部形成所述第五固定部,所述环形球顶与所述第一骨架一体成型。
