现有技术中的扬声器通过塑料环与壳体胶合,之后再将透气隔离网与塑料环胶合,以形成全灌装的单体隔离方案,进而达到降低扬声器谐振频率F0,改善失真,提升扬声器箱的发声品质,但这种方案胶合步骤较多,影响扬声器箱的装配效率。

因此,有必要提供一种在扬声器单体隔离方案中能够提升扬声器装配效率的扬声器箱。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的在于提供一种通过透气隔离网直接与扬声器单体连接实现单体隔离的扬声器箱。

  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述隔离墙靠近所述扬声器单体的一侧向远离所述扬声器单体凹陷形成支撑台阶,所述振动系统抵接固定于所述支撑台阶。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的支架以及固定于所述支架远离所述盆架一侧的振膜,所述振膜的周缘夹设固定于所述支撑台阶与所述支架之间;所述振膜与所述底壁间隔形成前声腔,所述侧壁开设有连通所述前声腔与外部的出音通道。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述底壁或所述顶壁贯穿开设有灌装孔,所述灌装孔与所述吸音腔连通,所述吸音材料经所述灌装孔填充至所述吸音腔内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述扬声器箱还包括贴设于所述底壁或所述顶壁并覆盖所述灌装孔的盖板。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述底壁或所述顶壁贯穿开设有泄露孔,所述泄露孔与所述吸音腔连通,所述扬声器箱还包括贴设于所述底壁或所述顶壁并覆盖所述泄露孔的透气网布。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述侧壁贯穿形成通孔,所述扬声器箱还包括电连接所述扬声器单体与外部电路的电路板。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于:所述透气隔离网注塑成型或热熔成型在所述延伸部上。
