行星齿式三离合变速器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车配件领域,特别涉及具有三个离合器配合使用的变速器。
背景技术
现有变速箱技术有几个挡位就有几组变速齿,结构复杂、体积大、重量重。
本发明的目的是改进现有技术一组变速齿一个挡位的不足,提供一种每增加一组变速齿轮就能增加两个挡位的行星齿式三离合变速器。
发明内容
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:本发明由三个部分组成,分别是离合器部分、差速器部分和变速齿部分,离合器部分由动力输入轴、离合器主动盘、离合器从动盘(一)、离合器从动盘(二)、离合器从动盘(三)所构成,差速器部分由太阳齿、行星齿轮、行星齿轮轴、行星齿架、行星齿圈所构成,变速齿部分由行星齿圈传动轴、太阳齿传动轴、一挡主动齿、三挡主动齿、一挡被动齿、三挡被动齿、动力输出轴所构成。
所述动力输入轴与离合器主动盘为一体,所述离合器主动盘上分别设有离合器从动盘(一)、离合器从动盘(二)和离合器从动盘(三),所述太阳齿中间设有太阳齿传动轴为一体,所述太阳齿传动轴一端设有离合器从动盘(二)为一体,所述太阳齿传动轴另一端设有一挡主动齿为一体,所述一挡主动齿与一挡从动齿互相啮合,所述太阳齿周围设有行星齿轮并互相啮合,所述行星齿轮外围设有行星齿圈并互相啮合,所述行星齿轮中间设有行星齿轮轴,所述行星齿轮轴一侧设有行星齿架为一体,所述行星齿架一侧设有离合器从动盘(一)为一体,所述行星齿圈上设有离合器从动盘(三)为一体,所述行星齿圈一侧设有行星齿圈传动轴为一体,所述行星齿圈传动轴一端设有三挡主动齿,所述三挡主动齿与三挡从动齿互相啮合,所述一挡从动齿与三挡从动齿中间设有动力输出轴为一体。
本发明行星齿式三离合变速器有益效果是:由于离合器主动盘分别和三个离合器从动盘分离与结合,通过差速器使变速器每增加一组变速齿就会生成两个挡位数量,使变速器结构更简单、体积更小、成本更低等优点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明在有一组变速齿的基础上增加一组变速齿使原本一个挡位增加到三个挡位基本原理的详细说明:
如图一所示,本发明行星齿式三离合变速器由离合器部分1、差速器部分2和变速齿部分3组成。
如图所示,动力输入轴4设置于离合器主动盘5中间为一体,离合器主动盘5上分别设有离合器从动盘(一)7、离合器从动盘(二)8和离合器从动盘(三)9,所述太阳齿传动轴14一端设有离合器从动盘(2)为一体,所述太阳齿13中间设有太阳齿传动轴14为一体,所述太阳齿传动轴14另一端设有一挡主动齿16,所述一挡主动齿16上设有一挡从动齿17并互相啮合,所述太阳齿13周围设有行星齿轮11并互相啮合,所述行星齿轮11中间设有行星齿轮轴12,所述行星齿轮轴12一侧设有行星齿架6为一体,所述行星齿架6上设有离合器从动盘(二)8为一体,所述行星齿轮11外围设有行星齿圈10并互相啮合,所述行星齿圈10上设有离合器从动盘(三)9为一体,所述行星齿圈10一端设有行星齿圈传动轴15为一体,所述行星齿圈传动轴15一端设有三挡主动齿18为一体,所述三挡主动齿18上设有三挡从动齿19并互相啮合,所述一挡从动齿17与三挡从动齿19中间设有动力输出轴20为一体。
本发明行星齿式三离合变速器工作原理如下:
当离合器从动盘(一)7、离合器从动盘(二)8、离合器从动盘(三)9都与离合器主动盘5分离时,动力从动力输入轴4输入,进一步动力传递到离合器主动盘5,离合器主动盘5空转,不向外传输动力,本发明行星齿式三离合变速器为空挡。
当离合器主动盘5与离合器从动盘(二)8结合,离合器主动盘5与离合器从动盘(一)7分离,离合器主动5与离合器从动盘(三)9分离,此时动力由动力输入轴4传输到离合器主动盘5,进一步的离合器主动盘5通过结合的离合器从动盘(二)8将动力传输到太阳齿传动轴14,进一步的太阳齿传动轴14将动力传输到一挡主动齿16,进一步的一挡主动齿16将动力传输到互相啮合的一挡从动齿17,进一步的一挡从动齿17将动力传输到动力输出轴20并向外输出动力,此时的速比是一挡主动齿16与一挡从动齿17的速比,本发明行星齿式三离合变速器一挡完成。
当离合器主动盘5与离合器从动(二)8分离,离合器主动盘5与离合器从动盘(三)9分离,离合器主动盘5与离合器从动盘(一)7结合,此时动力由动力输入轴4传输到离合器主动盘5,进一步的离合器主动5通过结合的离合器从动盘(一)7将动力传输到行星齿架6,进一步的行星齿架6通过行星齿 轮轴12将动力传输到行星齿轮11,进一步的行星齿轮11将动力同时传输到行星齿圈10和太阳齿13,此时行星齿圈10和太阳齿13会与行星齿架6同方向运转,进一步的行星齿圈10和太阳齿13同时将动力传输到行星齿圈传动轴15和太阳齿传动轴14,进一步的行星齿圈传动轴15和太阳齿传动轴14同时将动力传输到三挡主动齿18和一挡主动齿16,进一步的三挡主动齿18和一挡主动齿16同时将动力传输到互相啮合的三挡从动齿19和一挡从动齿17,进一步的三挡从动齿19与一挡从动齿17同时将动力传输到动力输出轴20并向外输出动力,由于一挡主动齿16与三挡主动齿18转速不同存在转速差,太阳齿传动轴14与行星齿圈传动轴15也会有转速差,进一步的太阳齿13与行星齿圈10也会有转速差,太阳齿13与行星齿圈10的转速差由行星齿轮11来弥补均衡,此时的速比是一挡主动齿16和三挡主动齿18的平均值,本发明行星齿式三离合变速器升为二挡。
当离合器主动盘5与离合器从动盘(一)7分离,离合器主动盘5与离合器从动盘(二)8分离,离合器主动盘5与离合器从动盘(三)9结合,此时动力由动力输入轴4传输到离合器主动盘5,进一步的离合器主动盘5通过结合的离合器从动盘(三)9将动力传输到行星齿圈10,进一步的行星齿圈10将动力传输到行星齿圈传动轴15,进一步的行星齿圈传动轴15将动力传输到三挡主动齿18,进一步的三挡主动齿18将动力传输到互相啮合的三挡从动齿19,进一步的三挡从动齿19将动力传输到动力输出轴20并向外输出动力,此时的速比是三挡主动齿18与三挡从动齿19的速比,本发明行星齿式三离合变速器挡位升为三挡。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的行星齿式三离合变速器由4动力输入轴:5离合器主动盘:6行星齿架:7离合器从动盘(一):8离合器从动盘(二):9离合器从动盘(三):10行星齿圈:11行星齿轮:12行星齿轮轴:13太阳齿:14太阳齿传动轴:15行星齿圈传动轴:16一挡主动齿:17一挡从动齿:18三挡主动齿:19三挡从动齿:20动力输出轴所构成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所示行星齿式三离合变速器其特征在于离合器主动盘5分别设有离合器从动盘(一)7、离合器从动盘(二)8和离合器从动盘(三)9。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述行星齿式三离合变速器其特征在于动力输入轴4设置于离合器主动盘5中间为一体,离合器主动盘5上分别设有离合器从动盘(一)7、离合器从动盘(二)8和离合器从动盘(三)9,所述太阳齿传动轴14一端设有离合器从动盘(2)为一体,所述太阳齿13中间设有太阳齿传动轴14为一体,所述太阳齿传动轴14另一端设有一挡主动齿16,所述一挡主动齿16上设有一挡从动齿17并互相啮合,所述太阳齿13周围设有行星齿轮11并互相啮合,所述行星齿轮11中间设有行星齿轮轴12,所述行星齿轮轴12一侧设有行星齿架6为一体,所述行星齿架6上设有离合器从动盘(二)8为一体,所述行星齿轮11外围设有行星齿圈10并互相啮合,所述行星齿圈10上设有离合器从动盘(三)9为一体,所述行星齿圈10一端设有行星齿圈传动轴15为一体,所述行星齿圈传动轴15一端设有三挡主动齿18为一体,所述三挡主动齿18上设有三挡从动齿19并互相啮合,所述一挡从动齿17与三挡从动齿19中间设有动力输出轴20为一体。
