A system for providing remote access to the information about whether the desired withdrawal amount is available in the ATM (10) devices in the banking sector, comprising: a mobile application (13), which allows the customers (14) to query whether there is cash in the ATM (10) through banking system (12) and if there is no cash, provides information about the time of loading cash and/or the nearest ATM (10) with loaded cash; an SMS system (15), used with the mobile application (13) or as an alternative to the mobile application (13), which allows the customers to query whether there is cash in the ATM (10) and if there is no cash, provides information about the time of loading cash and/or the nearest ATM (10) with loaded cash via SMS.

Description

ATM CASH CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD
Technical Field
The invention relates to a system and method for withdrawing cash from ATMs in the banking sector and providing remote access to the information about whether the desired withdrawal amount is available in ATM devices.
Background of the Invention
ATM (Automated Teller Machine), which is one of the key elements in the banking sector, is a device that allows bank customers to make banking and payment transactions. In the prior art shown in Figure 1 , the connection of an ATM device (10) of the banking system to the bank servers (12) in a simple manner and the connection thereof with the customers (8) who want to make transactions are shown. For simply explaining the transaction described herein, the customers can benefit from the services offered by the bank of the ATM by means of the credit card or the bank card (9) that called debit card of the customer through the ATM. Customers enter their information to carry out transactions on the ATM with their bank card. The ATM checks the accuracy of information entered by the person through the servers in the bank system. If the entered information is correct, user login is provided and forwarded to the transaction menu. If the entered information is incorrect, it is not allowed to proceed to the transaction menu. The most common transaction carried out by the customer on ATM devices is the cash withdrawal transaction. When a customer, who has gone to the ATM device for the cash withdrawal wants to withdraw cash after performing the user authentication steps, if there is no cash left in the safe of the ATM device, no cash can be given to the customer. This is met negatively by the customer and causes loss of prestige and reputation for the bank, and for the customer it causes complaints and customer dissatisfaction.
When previous studies are reviewed, in US20160078416A1 application by Current Assignee Capital One Financial Corp Capital One Services LLC, it is suggested that the customer can access cash with a mobile device. In TR201714408 (A2) application by NETAS TELEKOMUNIKASYON ANONIM SIRKETI, an invention has been disclosed that provides cash withdrawal with a QR code on a mobile device. In US7946480B2 application by Diebold Nixdorf Inc, an invention has been disclosed that the customer can carry out a transaction while the mobile phone is in the proximity of the ATM device. In US20130124410A1 application by Citibank NA company, an invention is presented suggesting a transaction terminal of the closest bank to the customer. In US20150178732A1 application by PayPal Inc company, an idea of communicating with an ATM device via a mobile device and performing transactions on an ATM device is suggested. As can be seen, many inventions and patents on ATM devices study was conducted in Turkey and worldwide. However, the present applications cannot provide a solution to the abovementioned problems.
As a result, due to abovementioned drawbacks and the insufficiency of present solutions in the art, it is necessary to make an improvement in the related technical field.
Object of the Invention
The invention aims to provide a structure having different technical features that are novel in this field, different from the embodiments used in the known state of art.
The primary object of the invention is to achieve a more useful and efficient way of withdrawing cash through devices ATM (Automated Teller Machine), one of the key elements in the banking sector, in which a number of banking and payment transactions of the bank customers can be carried out.
The use of ATM is important for banks, especially in terms of meeting the cash withdrawal demands of individual customers and reducing the workload in branch banks. Providing the customer with the information about whether the cash is available or not in the ATM without going to the ATM will allow the customer to use her/his time correctly. For the bank, it will provide achievements in terms of increasing the customer satisfaction, prestige and reputation.
An object of the invention is to allow the customer to access ATM information of the bank by connecting to the bank system via a mobile banking application or a mobile application to be developed. In a novel application, a secure mobile application is presented in such a way that the security structure used by banks in mobile banking applications will be utilized. The ATMs of the bank will be displayed on the mobile application screen to be used by the customer as filtered according to the Province, District information or as a whole list. The customer will be able to query whether the cash amount she/he requests is available in the ATM by typing the cash information she/he wants to withdraw after selecting the ATM information. As a result of the query, if the amount of cash the customer requests or a higher amount is available in the ATM safe box, the customer is informed that the cash is available and the cash withdrawal transaction can be carried out. If the amount of cash the customer requests is not available, the customer is informed that the cash is not available and that she/he will be informed via mobile application or SMS when the cash loading to the corresponding ATM is carried out. Also, the information of the other nearest ATMs to the said ATM from which the desired amount of cash can be withdrawn will be displayed to the customer as an information via mobile application or SMS.
This problem can also be solved by means of the SMS query method instead of mobile application in accordance with the invention. By means of the messaging system on her/his mobile phone, the customer will be able to control if cash is available in the ATM by typing the name of the ATM and the amount of the cash, she/he desires to withdraw with a space between them and sending it as a short message to the operator that will be determined accordingly. As a result of the query, if the amount of cash the customer requests or a higher amount is available in the ATM safe box, an SMS information is sent to the customer, indicating that the cash is available and cash withdrawal transaction can be carried out. If the amount of cash the customer desires is not available, an SMS information is sent to the customer, indicating that the cash is not available. An information will be provided that a notification will be made via SMS when the cash loading to the corresponding ATM is carried out.
When the cash is later loaded to the ATMs having no cash, the customer is informed by sending the information that the cash is loaded, to all of the customers who queried whether the cash is available or not, via mobile application or SMS service. The relationship between mobile or SMS system and banking system and ATM device is shown in Figure 3.
To achieve the objects described above, the invention relates to a system for providing remote access to the information about whether the desired withdrawal amount is available in the ATM devices in the banking sector, characterized by comprising:
• A mobile application, which allows the customers to query whether there is cash in the ATM (10) through banking system and if there is no cash, provides information about the time of loading cash and/or the nearest ATM (10) with loaded cash;
• An SMS system (15), used with the mobile application or as an alternative to the mobile application (13), which allows the customers to query whether there is cash in the ATM and if there is no cash, provides information about the time of loading cash and/or the nearest ATM with loaded cash via SMS.
The structural and characteristic features and the all the advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written with reference to these figures and therefore, the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the invention are merely described for a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect.
The invention relates to a system and method for providing remote access to the information about whether the desired withdrawal amount is available in ATM (10) devices in the banking sector.
ATMs (10) are devices that enable customers working in integration with the banking system (12) to carry out certain transactions without going to the bank. The banking system (12) is an information technology system consisting of a database and applications that allow banking transactions, in which data of the customer and the bank are contained in the banking platform.
In the primary structure of the system of the invention shown in Figure 2, ATM customers (8), who has gone to the ATM (10) to benefit from the services provided by the banking system (12), can carry out transaction through ATM (10) by using their bank cards (9). After controlling the accuracy of the bank card (9) of the ATM customer (8) and the customer information on the bank system (12), ATM devices (10) allow the customer to carry out certain banking transactions. Here, the most common transaction carried out by ATM customers (8) is cash withdrawal. The ATM (10) device cannot provide cash withdrawal service when the cash in the safe box of the ATM (10) device runs out. Since the ATM customers (8) who wants to withdraw cash by going to the ATM (10) cannot carry out their transaction as there is no cash available, the bank loses its prestige and reputation and receives customer complaints and loses customers (8) due to customer (8) dissatisfaction. The structure of the invention shown in the figure 2 is suggested to solve this problem.
In system of the invention, the customer (14) uses a mobile application (13) for controlling whether the cash is available or not in ATM (10) without going to the ATM (10) device. With this improved mobile application (13), the customer (14) can learn the information whether the cash is available or not in ATM (10) through the banking system (12). On the mobile application (13), all ATM (10) information defined in the banking system (10) can be accessed as filterable by province, district or as a list of all ATMs (10). By means of the display unit on the mobile application (13), the customer can access the information about whether the desired amount of cash is available or not in the selected ATM (10). If the desired amount of cash is available, an information containing the information indicating that desired amount of cash is available in the ATM (10) device is displayed to the customer (14). If the desired amount of cash is not available, the information indicating that cash is not available in the selected ATM (10) is sent to the customer (14), the customer (14) request of the ATM (10) is recorded to the banking system (12) and the customer (14) is informed when cash is loaded to the ATM (10). Also, the information of the ATM (10) closest to the ATM (10) for which the customer has queried is displayed to the customer (14).
As shown in figure 3, in addition to the mobile application (13), the customer (14) can type the name of the ATM (10) and the amount of the cash she/he desires to withdraw with a space between them and send it as a short message to the service code provided by the banking system (12) via the SMS system (15) provided by the operator company of the her/his mobile phone. The bank service (12) queries this short message information and the information about whether the cash is available or not is sent to the customer (14) as a short message. If the desired amount of cash is available, the information indicating that the desired amount of cash is available in ATM (10) device is sent to the customer (14) via SMS system (15). If the desired amount of cash is not available, the information indicating that the desired amount of cash is not available in ATM (10) device is sent to the customer (14) via SMS system (15). Also, the customer (14) request of the ATM (10) is recorded to the banking system (12) and the customer (14) is informed when cash is loaded to ATM (10). After the cash is loaded to the ATM (10) device, the customers (14), who made query for the ATMs (10) having no cash, are informed by the banking system (12) that "cash has been loaded via the mobile application (13) or the SMS system (15), you can use the ATM (10) device".

Claims

1. A system for providing remote access to the information about whether the desired withdrawal amount is available in the ATM (10) devices in the banking sector, characterized by comprising:
• a mobile application (13), which allows the customers (14) to query whether there is cash in the ATM (10) through banking system (12) and if there is no cash, provides information about the time of loading cash and/or the nearest ATM (10) with loaded cash;
• an SMS system (15), used with the mobile application (13) or as an alternative to the mobile application (13), which allows the customers to query whether there is cash in the ATM (10) and if there is no cash, provides information about the time of loading cash and/or the nearest ATM (10) with loaded cash via SMS.

A method for providing remote access to the information about whether the desired withdrawal amount is available in the ATM (10) devices in the banking sector, characterized in that it comprises the process steps of: o Connecting of the customer (14) to the banking system (12) via mobile application (13) and querying of her/him the information about whether the cash is available or not in the ATMs (10) of the bank; and/or o Querying of the customer (14) the information about whether the cash is available or not in the ATMs (10) of the bank from the bank (12) by using the SMS system (15) provided by the operator of her/his mobile phone;
• When cash is loaded to the ATMs (10) with no cash by the banking system (12), informing the customer by sending information via the mobile application (13) or the SMS system (15) to the customers (14) who have queried whether the cash is available or not in the said ATM.
3. The method according to claim 2, characterized by comprising; if there is no cash in the ATM (10), the customer (14) is provided with the information about the nearest ATM (10) having the desired cash via the mobile application (13) or the SMS system (15).
