Description

医疗介入后的照护系统 技术领域
本发明系关于一种照护系统,特指一种医疗介入后的照护系统。
背景技术
现今,病患/患者在完成手术后回家安养,若病患/患者在手术后有一些状况(例如,疼痛、肿、发烧…等)发生,如果未能及时联络医院的护理人员,或者未能及时转达医师知情,常常使病患/患者因未能尽快回诊而导致并发症产生、眼睛差点失明或产生其他问题。
再者,研究发现,若能有效地追踪病患/患者在手术后的情况,可以有效地减少不必要的回诊次数,同时可维持医院的医疗品质。
此外,若能透过科技来追踪病患/患者在手术后的病情,除了能减少病患/患者不必要的回诊次数,也能有效地协助医护人员减少工作量。
除了上述手术后需要特别留意外,一般的医疗介入或处置,同样不可掉以轻心。例如角膜塑形术,虽然矫正近视效果好,然而毕竟是将隐形镜片置入眼睛里,因此仍有风险存在,常见者有装卸角膜塑型镜片或因镜片清洁不周所造成的流泪、刺痛或红眼等症状,严重者会因感染而造成角膜溃疡甚至失明的遗憾。
因此,如何提供一种较佳的医疗介入后的照护管理系统,能让使用者/病患/患者可以手持方便的行动装置,于医疗介入后回家安养时可以就后续的一些生理状况(例如,是否有发烧或疼痛….等)准确地回复相关的照护问题,在回复后可以经由通讯网路传送到照护管理系统,让医护人员可以依据使用者/病患/患者的反应情形,及时通知使用者/病患/患者回诊检查,实为当前重要课题之一。
发明内容
鉴于上述习知技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种医疗介入后的照护系统,其结构简单,操作方便,能让使用者/病患/患者进行方便的手持操作,于医疗介入后回家安养时可以就后续的一些生理状况准确及时地回复相关的照护问题和传送到照护管理系统,让医护人员可以依据使用者/病患/患者的反应情形及时通知使用者/病患/患者回诊检查。
为达到上述的目的,本发明公开了一种医疗介入后的照护系统,其特征在于包括:
一云端伺服器,包含一逻辑运算模组及一回馈警示模组;
一警示模组,设置于一行动装置中;
一每日定时提供一定时检视问卷调查表的定时检视模组,设置于该行动装置中从而使用者依据医疗介入后的状况输入资料至该定时检视问卷调查表,该定时检视模组收集并储存该使用者所输入的资料以由一通讯网路传输该资料至该云端伺服器,其中,依据该资料,该云端伺服器的该逻辑运算模组判断该使用者的状况是否处于有风险状态或无风险状态,若处于有风险状态,则该云端伺服器的该回馈警示模组由该通讯网路传送一警示讯号至该行动装置的该警示模组,以通知该使用者回诊;以及
一医护警示装置,接收来自该云端伺服器的该回馈警示模组传送的该警示讯号。
其中还包括:一提供卫教资讯的卫教模组,设置于一行动装置中;以及一提供该使用者自行输入在医疗介入后的状况及事件的事件输入模组,设置于一行动装置中。
其中,该云端伺服器还包含一使用者管理模组及一事件纪录模组,其中,该使用者管理模组处理该使用者的个人资料,该事件纪录模组储存该使用者所自行输入的事件。
其中,若处于有风险状态,则该医护警示装置接收来自该云端伺服器的该回馈警示模组所传送的该警示讯号,并将该警示讯号传送至该行动装置的该警示模组以通知该使用者回诊。
其中,若处于无风险状态,则该定时检视模组将在一段时间后停止提供该定时检视问卷调查表。
其中,该资料包括对应该定时检视问卷调查表内多个项目的回复,该回复包括数字、符号、文字、语音、照片或影像的传送的其一或其组合。
通过上述内容可知,本发明能便于使用者或病患进行手持行动装置,于医疗介入后后在家安养时可以就医疗介入后的一些生理状况(例如,是否有发烧或疼痛….等)回复该行动装置内的问题(例如,是否有发烧或疼痛….等),当然不同的医疗介入后会有不同注意的事项,经回复后会经由通讯网路传送到医疗介入后照护系统,本发明的系统会发出是否须紧急回诊的警示讯号给使用者或病患,因此,可以有效地避免使用者或病患不好意思将其医疗介入后反应及时回馈给医师或护理人员,并且医护人员可依反应严重情形及时通知使用者或病患回诊检查,以进一步了解问题。

需要说明的是,该医疗介入包括手术或一般医疗行为的介入或处置,例如眼科医师对患者实施的角膜塑型术。
如图1所示,本发明的云端伺服器20可包括一逻辑运算模组201及一回馈警示模组202。

综上所述,依据本发明所提供的一种医疗介入后的照护系统及其方法,本发明具有以下优点,使用者或病患可以手持行动装置,于医疗介入后后在家安养时可以就医疗介入后的一些生理状况(例如,是否有发烧或疼痛….等)回复该行动装置内的问题(例如,是否有发烧或疼痛….等),当然不同的医疗介入后会有不同注意的事项,经回复后会经由通讯网路传送到医疗介入后照护系统,本发明的系统会发出是否须紧急回诊的警示讯号给使用者或病患,因此,可以有效地避免使用者或病患不好意思将其医疗介入后反应及时回馈给医师或护理人员,并且医护人员可依反应严重情形及时通知使用者或病患回诊检查,以进一步了解问题。
然而,上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的功效,而非用于限制本发明,任何 熟习此项技艺的人士均可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰与改变。另外,在上述该些实施例中的元件的数量仅为例示性说明,亦非用于限制本发明。因此本发明的权利保护范围,应如以下的申请专利范围所列。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种医疗介入后的照护系统,其特征在于包括:
    一云端伺服器,包含一逻辑运算模组及一回馈警示模组;
    一警示模组,设置于一行动装置中;
    一每日定时提供一定时检视问卷调查表的定时检视模组,设置于该行动装置中从而使用者依据医疗介入后的状况输入资料至该定时检视问卷调查表,该定时检视模组收集并储存该使用者所输入的资料以由一通讯网路传输该资料至该云端伺服器,其中,依据该资料,该云端伺服器的该逻辑运算模组判断该使用者的状况是否处于有风险状态或无风险状态,若处于有风险状态,则该云端伺服器的该回馈警示模组由该通讯网路传送一警示讯号至该行动装置的该警示模组,以通知该使用者回诊;以及
    一医护警示装置,接收来自该云端伺服器的该回馈警示模组传送的该警示讯号。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的医疗介入后的照护系统,其特征在于还包括:一提供卫教资讯的卫教模组,设置于一行动装置中;以及一提供该使用者自行输入在医疗介入后的状况及事件的事件输入模组,设置于一行动装置中。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的医疗介入后的照护系统,其特征在于,该云端伺服器还包含一使用者管理模组及一事件纪录模组,其中,该使用者管理模组处理该使用者的个人资料,该事件纪录模组储存该使用者所自行输入的事件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的医疗介入后的照护系统,其特征在于,若处于有风险状态,则该医护警示装置接收来自该云端伺服器的该回馈警示模组所传送的该警示讯号,并将该警示讯号传送至该行动装置的该警示模组以通知该使用者回诊。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的医疗介入后的照护系统,其特征在于,若处于无风险状态,则该定时检视模组将在一段时间后停止提供该定时检视问卷调查表。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的医疗介入后的照护系统,其特征在于,该资料包括对应该定时检视问卷调查表内多个项目的回复,该回复包括数字、符号、文字、语音、照片或影像的传送的其一或其组合。
