背景技术
在用户与好友通过通讯应用程序聊天的场景中,可能需要处理聊天内容中涉及的一些事项,例如回复该聊天内容中好友发起的某些消息。
目前,在用户使用电子设备的场景中,可能接收到需要用户回复的消息,或处理该消息对应的待处理事项。而当前用户可能较忙不能及时处理,而一段时间之后,用户再去处理该接收到的消息可能时间已经较晚,或者用户可能忘记处理该接收到的消息。如此可能导致用户无法及时处理甚至忘记处理接收到的消息或该消息对应的待处理事项。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种消息提醒方法、装置及电子设备,能够解决用户无法及时处理甚至忘记处理接收到的消息或该消息对应的待处理事项的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种消息提醒方法,该方法包括:在第一用户输入的第一消息包括目标关键字的情况下,基于该目标关键字和第二消息,生成目标定时提醒信息,该目标定时提醒信息用于指示目标待处理事项;在预设条件满足的情况下,输出目标信息,该目标信息用于提示该第一用户处理该目标待处理事项;其中,该第二消息为第二用户发送的消息;该第一消息的消息内容为该第一用户回复该第二消息的回复内容;该目标关键字包括指示延迟回复该第二消息的至少一个关键字。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种消息提醒装置,该装置包括:处理模块和输出模块;

本申请实施例的消息提醒方法可以应用于以下场景中。
场景一,用户通过目标通信群组接收其他用户发送的消息,而此时用户不能及时回复消息的场景。
场景二,用户通过目标通信群组接收其他用户发送的消息,获知需要处理某待处理事项,而用户当前又不能及时处理该待处理事项,而需要延迟一段时间进行处理。
在第一用户向目标通信群组中回复第二消息(其他用户发送的)的第一消息包括目标关键字的情况下,电子设备根据该目标关键字和第二用户发送的第二消息,生成用于指示目标待处理事项的目标定时提醒信息,并在预设条件满足的情况下,输出用于提示该第一用户处理该目标待处理事项的目标信息,其中,该目标关键字包括指示延迟回复该第二消息的至少一个关键字。通过该方案,用户可以通过控制电子设备发送包含目标关键字的第一消息,便可以触发电子设备根据该目标关键字和第二用户发送的第二消息生成目标定时提醒消息。从而可以快速、便捷地设置该待处理事项的提醒消息,简化设置过程。并在满足预设条件时,输出目标信息(例如,显示第二消息的消息内容,或者跳转至包括该第二消息的消息内容的目标界面,或者显示包括第二消息的消息内容的目标截图图像),以提醒用户处理该目标待处理事项,进而可以避免用户忘记处理待处理事项。

需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,电子设备可以采用语义识别技术,自然语言处理等技术从第一信息中的目标关键字中确定与目标关键字对应的时间信息为目标时间信息。在 目标关键字中包含多个时间信息的情况下,根据多个时间信息在第一信息中的出现顺序和语义识别确定目标时间信息。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述目标定时提醒信息用于指示目标待处理事项。第二消息的内容可以包括该目标待处理事项,或该目标待处理事项的详情内容。需要说明的是,该目标对处理事项可以为闹钟、日程、计划列表等指示的具体的待处理事件。例如,该目标待处理事项可以为17:30的闹钟指示的“取快递”事项;或者,该目标待处理事项为日程安排(如,电子日历的日程安排)中的待办日程“给朋友寄快递”等。具体可以根据实际使用需求进行确定,本申请实施例不作具体限定。

需要说明的是,上述在触发电子设备暂停对当前时刻到目标提醒时刻的计时动作之后,用户还可以根据实际使用需求,通过用户输入重新启动该暂停的计时动作。
可选的,本申请实施例中,在目标提醒时刻到达的情况下,电子设备可以接收用户对第二控件的输入(例如,对第二控件的触控输入),可以触发电子设备重新设置目标提醒事项的提醒时刻。
可以理解的是,在目标提醒时刻到达的情况下,若用户当前时刻暂时无法处理该目标提醒时刻所指示的待处理事项,用户可以通过对第二控件的触控操作,进而触发电子设备 重新设置该目标提醒事项的提醒时刻。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述停止每个定时提醒信息的倒计时(即通过触发第一控件完成),具体是指电子设备暂停对目标提醒事项设置的目标提醒时刻的计时动作。需要说明的是,在用户需要重新开启计时动作时,用户可以通过输入触发电子设备重新启动该暂停的对目标提醒事项设置的目标提醒时刻的计时动作。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,上述第一控件和第二控件的显示形式,显示位置,显示大小,本申请实施例均不作限定,可以根据实际使用需求进行确定。其中,第一控件可以和第二控件一起显示,也可分开显示。
可选的,本申请实施例中,用户可以通过对第一控件的第二目标输入,触发电子设备停止该第一控件对应的定时提醒信息的倒计时。
可选的,本申请实施例中,上述第二目标输入可以为用户对电子设备的物理按键的按压输入,例如,按压音量键的输入。上述第二目标输入也可以为对第一控件的触控输入,其中,该触控输入可以为以下任一项:单击,双击,长按,按照预设轨迹滑动等。例如,第二目标输入可以为用户对第一控件的长按输入。具体可以根据实际使用需求进行确定,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
可选的,本申请实施例中,用户可以通过对第二控件的第三目标输入,触发电子设备调整该第二控件对应的定时提醒信息的提醒时刻。具体的,可以重新设置第一定时提醒时刻,其中,上述第一提醒时刻为目标待处理事项的提醒时刻,该第一提醒时刻为目标提醒时刻之后的时刻,该目标提醒时刻为基于目标关键字所确定的提醒时刻。
需要说明的是,关于第三目标输入的相关描述可以参考上述对第二目标输入的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
可选的,本申请实施例中,电子设备响应于第三目标输入设置第一提醒时刻,该第一提醒时刻为目标提醒时刻之后的时刻。具体设置方式可以为以下任一种方式:方式A,电子设备响应于第三目标输入可以显示提醒时刻设置界面,用户可以采用编辑或选择的方式设置第一提醒时刻。方式B,电子设备响应于第三目标输入显示至少一个时间信息,用户可以从至少一个时间信息中选择第一时间信息以设置第一提醒时刻,例如第一时间信息为5分钟,是指当前时刻开始重新计时5分钟之后的时刻设置为第一提醒时刻。设置第一提醒时刻的方式具体可以根据实际使用需求进行确定,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
需要说明的是,在重新调整定时提醒信息的提醒时刻之后,即重新设置第一提醒时刻之后,电子设备重新开始计时(例如,倒计时),在第一提醒时刻到达的情况下,电子设备的计时结束。此时,如果用户需要再设置一个定时提醒,以延迟提醒用户处理待处理事项,那么用户可以再次通过输入触发电子设备重新设置一个新的定时提醒(例如,在第一提醒时刻到达之后,再设置第一提醒时刻之后的第二提醒时刻为新的提醒时刻,重新开始新一轮计时)。
示例性的,如图8中的(a)所示,电子设备001显示技术问题反馈群聊天界面002(即目标通讯群组),该群组成员小王和小张提醒用户分别提醒用户小李处理问题(即存在两个待处理问题)。用户小李分别对小王和小张进行了回复。该聊天界面还显示闹钟标识003, 该闹钟标识表示电子设备001根据用户小李回复的内容(即第一消息)设置定时提醒(即生成目标定时提醒信息)。用户可以双击该闹钟标识003。电子设备001可以响应于该双击输入,如图8中的(b)所示,在界面002中显示控件006,该控件006中包括,事件1:“@小明DS一小时后处理”和事件2:“@小王我晚点看下”(即目标关键字和指示第二用户的用户标识),两个倒计时信息(即两个待处理事项,事件1和事件2的倒计时的剩余时长),以及第一控件0061(可用于触发停止事件2的定时提醒信息的倒计时,用于触发停止事件1的第一控件图中未示出)和第二控件0062(可用于重新设置事件1定时提醒信息的提醒时刻)。如果用户长按第一控件0061,电子设备001可以响应于该长按输入(即第二目标输入),那么电子设备001可以暂停对事件2“@小王我晚点看下”的倒计时,显示暂停时的计时结果“01:30”。如果用户单击第二控件0062,电子设备001可以响应于该单击输入(即第三目标输入),那么电子设备001可以显示提醒时刻设置界面,用户可以在该界面中重新设置对事件1的提醒时刻,如稍后5分钟提醒等。
本发明实施例所提供的消息提醒方法,可以应用于设置待处理事项的定时提醒的场景中,可以理解的是,由于电子设备可以响应于对第二标识的第三输入,显示N个定时提醒信息的N个定时相关信息。因此用户可以查看该N个定时相关信息,或修改目标待处理事项的目标提醒的相关信息。例如,用户可以查看指示第二用户的标识和倒计时的剩余时长。或者用户通过第一控件触发停止该定时提醒信息的倒计时,或者用户通过第二控件调整每个定时提醒消息的提示时刻(如,重新设置新的提醒时刻)。如此方便用户根据实际使用需求进行操作,提升用户体验。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的消息提醒方法,执行主体可以为消息提醒装置,或者该消息提醒装置中的用于执行消息提醒方法的控制模块。本申请实施例中以消息提醒装置执行消息提醒方法为例,说明本申请实施例提供的装置。
如图9所示,本申请实施例提供一种消息提醒装置900。该消息提醒装置900可以包括:处理模块901和输出模块902。处理模块901,可以用于在第一用户输入的第一消息包括目标关键字的情况下,基于该目标关键字和第二消息,生成目标定时提醒信息,该目标定时提醒信息用于指示目标待处理事项。输出模块902,可以用于在预设条件满足的情况下,输出目标信息,该目标信息用于提示该第一用户处理所述目标待处理事项。其中,该第二消息为第二用户发送的消息;该第一消息的消息内容为该第一用户回复该第二消息的回复内容;该目标关键字包括指示延迟回复该第二消息的至少一个关键字。

本申请实施例提供的消息提醒装置能够实现图1至图10的方法实施例中消息提醒装置实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供一种消息提醒装置,在第一用户输入的第一消息包括目标关键字的情况下,消息提醒装置基于该目标关键字和第二用户发送的第二消息,生成用于指示目标 待处理事项的目标定时提醒信息,并在预设条件满足的情况下,输出用于提示该第一用户处理该目标待处理事项的目标信息,其中,该第一消息的消息内容为该第一用户回复该第二消息的回复内容;该目标关键字包括指示延迟回复该第二消息的至少一个关键字。通过该方案,用户可以通过控制消息提醒装置发送包含目标关键字的第一消息,便可以触发消息提醒装置根据该目标关键字和第二用户发送的第二消息生成目标定时提醒消息。从而可以快速、便捷地设置该待处理事项的提醒消息,简化设置过程。并在满足预设条件时,输出目标信息,以提醒用户处理该目标待处理事项,进而可以避免用户忘记处理待处理事项。
可选的,如图11所示,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备1100,包括处理器1101,存储器1102,存储在存储器1102上并可在所述处理器1101上运行的程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器1101执行时实现上述消息提醒方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中的电子设备包括上述所述的移动电子设备和非移动电子设备。

可以理解的是,在目标关键字包括第二类时间关键字且该第二类时间关键字未关联存储提醒时刻的情况下,电子设备显示包括提醒时刻设置选项的悬浮窗口,用户可以在该窗 口界面进行第一输入,触发电子设备将该第一输入所输入的第二提醒时刻确定为目标提醒时刻,并将该第二类时间关键字和该第二提醒时刻关联存储。如此,用户可以手动编辑第二类时间关键字对应的提醒时刻,即用户可以根据自身需求设置第二类时间关键字对应的提醒时刻,无需在输入之前进去特定界面设置全部的目标关键字,从而提高用户使用的便捷性,方便用户使用。
可选的,本申请实施例中,处理器2010,还可以用于在基于目标关键字和第二消息,生成目标定时提醒信息之后,控制显示单元2006显示第一标识,并开始倒计时,该第一标识用于指示该目标定时提醒信息。显示单元2006,具体可以用于在接收到第一用户对该第一标识的第二输入的情况下,响应于该第二输入,输出目标信息。
可以理解的是,在电子设备显示第一标识,并开始倒计时的情况下,用户可以通过对第一标识的输入,触发电子设备响应于该输入,输出目标信息。如此,在生成目标定时提醒消息之后,用户可以根据实际使用需求,可以手动触发电子设备输出目标信息,从而方便用户查看该目标待处理事项,或在目标通讯群组中回复消息等操作,进而方便用户使用,提升用户的使用体验。
可选的,如图12所示,该电子设备2000还包括显示单元2006和用户输入单元2007。显示单元2006,用于显示第二标识,该第二标识包括N个定时提醒信息,其中,N为正整数。用户输入单元2007,用于接收第一用户对该第二标识的第三输入。显示单元2006,还用于响应于用户输入单元2007接收的该第三输入,显示N个定时提醒信息的N个定时相关信息。其中,每个定时相关信息包括以下至少一项:目标关键字、指示第二用户的用户标识、倒计时的剩余时长、第一控件、第二控件。该倒计时的剩余时长为当前时刻与该目标提醒时刻之间的时长;该第一控件用于触发停止每个定时提醒信息的倒计时;该第二控件用于调整每个定时提醒信息的提醒时刻。

    在第一用户输入的第一消息包括目标关键字的情况下,基于所述目标关键字和第二消息,生成目标定时提醒信息,所述目标定时提醒信息用于指示目标待处理事项;
    在预设条件满足的情况下,输出目标信息,所述目标信息用于提示所述第一用户处理所述目标待处理事项;
    其中,所述第二消息为第二用户发送的消息;所述第一消息的消息内容为所述第一用户回复所述第二消息的回复内容;所述目标关键字包括指示延迟回复所述第二消息的至少一个关键字。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述输出目标信息,包括:
    显示第二消息的消息内容;
    或者,跳转至目标通讯程序的目标界面,所述目标界面至少包括第二消息的消息内容;
    或者,显示目标截图图像,所述目标截图图像至少包括第二消息的消息内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述目标关键字和第二消息,生成目标定时提醒信息,包括:
    获取所述第二消息的消息内容;
    确定目标提醒时刻;
    基于所述目标提醒时刻和所述第二消息的消息内容,生成所述目标定时提醒信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述确定目标提醒时刻,包括:
    在所述目标关键字包括第一类时间关键字的情况下,将所述第一类时间关键字指示的时刻确定为目标提醒时刻,所述第一类时间关键字包括提醒时刻或提醒时长;
    在所述目标关键字包括第二类时间关键字且所述第二类时间关键字关联存储有第一提醒时刻的情况下,将所述第二类时间关键字关联的所述第一提醒时刻确定为目标提醒时刻。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述确定目标提醒时刻,包括:
    在所述目标关键字包括第二类时间关键字且所述第二类时间关键字未关联存储提醒时刻的情况下,显示悬浮窗口,所述悬浮窗口包括提醒时刻设置选项;
    在接收到第一用户对所述提醒时刻设置选项的第一输入的情况下,响应于所述第一输入,将所述第一输入所输入的第二提醒时刻确定为目标提醒时刻;
    将所述第二类时间关键字和所述第二提醒时刻关联存储。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基于所述目标关键字和第二消息,生成目标定时提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    显示第一标识,并开始倒计时,所述第一标识用于指示所述目标定时提醒信息;
    所述在预设条件满足的情况下,输出目标信息,包括:
    在接收到第一用户对所述第一标识的第二输入的情况下,响应于所述第二输入,输出目标信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1或6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    显示第二标识,所述第二标识包括N个定时提醒信息,其中,N为正整数;
    接收第一用户对所述第二标识的第三输入;
    响应于所述第三输入,显示N个定时提醒信息的N个定时相关信息;
    其中,每个定时相关信息包括以下至少一项:目标关键字、指示第二用户的用户标识、倒计时的剩余时长、第一控件、第二控件;
    所述倒计时的剩余时长为当前时刻与所述目标提醒时刻之间的时长;所述第一控件用于触发停止每个定时提醒信息的倒计时;所述第二控件用于调整每个定时提醒信息的提醒时刻。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述在预设条件满足的情况下,输出目标信息,包括:
    在所述目标定时提醒信息的目标提醒时刻到达的情况下,输出目标信息。
  9. 一种消息提醒装置,所述装置包括:处理模块和输出模块;
    所述处理模块,用于在第一用户输入的第一消息包括目标关键字的情况下,基于所述目标关键字和第二消息,生成目标定时提醒信息,所述目标定时提醒信息用于指示目标待处理事项;
    所述输出模块,用于在预设条件满足的情况下,输出目标信息,所述目标信息用于提示所述第一用户处理所述目标待处理事项;
    其中,所述第二消息为第二用户发送的消息;所述第一消息的消息内容为所述第一用户回复所述第二消息的回复内容;所述目标关键字包括指示延迟回复所述第二消息的至少一个关键字。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述输出目标信息,包括:
    显示第二消息的消息内容;
    或者,跳转至目标通讯程序的目标界面,所述目标界面至少包括第二消息的消息内容;
    或者,显示目标截图图像,所述目标截图图像至少包括第二消息的消息内容。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块,具体用于获取所述第二消息的消息内容;确定目标提醒时刻;并基于所述目标提醒时刻和所述第二消息的消息内容,生成所述目标定时提醒信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述处理模块,具体用于在所述目标关键字包括第一类时间关键字的情况下,将所述第一类时间关键字指示的时刻确定为目标提醒时刻,所述第一类时间关键字包括提醒时刻或提醒时长;并在所述目标关键字包括第二类时间关键字且所述第二类时间关键字关联存储有第一提醒时刻的情况下,将所述第二类时间关键字关联的所述第一提醒时刻确定为目标提醒时刻。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括显示模块;所述处理模块,具体用于在所述目标关键字包括第二类时间关键字且所述第二类时间关键字未关联存储提醒时刻的情况下,控制所述显示模块显示悬浮窗口,所述悬浮窗口包括提醒时刻设置选项;并在接收到第一用户对所述提醒时刻设置选项的第一输入的情况下,响应于所述第一输入,将所述第一输入所输入的第二提醒时刻确定为目标提醒时刻;以及将所述第二类时间关键字和所述第二提醒时刻关联存储。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括输出模块;
    所述处理模块,还用于在基于所述目标关键字和第二消息,生成目标定时提醒信息之后,控制显示模块显示第一标识,并开始倒计时,所述第一标识用于指示所述目标定时提醒信息;
    所述输出模块,具体用于在接收到第一用户对所述第一标识的第二输入的情况下,响应于所述第二输入,输出目标信息。
  15. 根据权利要求9或14所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括显示模块和接收模块;
    所述显示模块,用于显示第二标识,所述第二标识包括N个定时提醒信息,其中,N为正整数;
    所述接收模块,用于接收第一用户对所述第二标识的第三输入;
    所述显示模块,还用于响应于所述接收模块接收的所述第三输入,显示N个定时提醒信息的N个定时相关信息;
    其中,每个定时相关信息包括以下至少一项:目标关键字、指示第二用户的用户标识、倒计时的剩余时长、第一控件、第二控件;
    所述倒计时的剩余时长为当前时刻与所述目标提醒时刻之间的时长;所述第一控件用于触发停止每个定时提醒信息的倒计时;所述第二控件用于调整每个定时提醒信息的提醒时刻。
  16. 一种电子设备,包括处理器、存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的消息提醒方法的步骤。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的消息提醒方法。
  18. 一种电子设备,包括所述电子设备被配置成用于执行如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的消息提醒方法。
