- 一种分段式雨刮胶条结构,包括雨刮胶条主体,雨刮胶条主体下方设有刮刃,雨刮胶条主体剖面呈王字形结构,刮刃剖面呈三角形结构,雨刮胶条主体与刮刃之间设有翻转桥,雨刮胶条主体两侧分别左右对称向内凹设有主体变形调节槽,刮刃底部设有垂直部,其特征在于:所述雨刮胶条主体中横部位、两侧主体变形调节槽之间的主柱部位、翻转桥、刮刃腰部、刮刃底部由中间第一段向两侧分别设有对称的左第二段、右第二段、左第三段、右第三段;第一段向左第二段、左第三段的厚度逐段变薄;第一段向右第二段、右第三段的厚度逐段变薄。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分段式雨刮胶条结构,其特征在于:所述雨刮胶条主体中横部位、两侧主体变形调节槽之间的主柱部位、翻转桥、刮刃腰部、刮刃底部的第一段、左第二段、右第二段、左第三段、右第三段的厚度呈阶梯式变薄。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分段式雨刮胶条结构,其特征在于:所述雨刮胶条主体中横部位第一段的厚度为6.51~10.00mm,第二段的厚度为6.10~6.50mm;第三段的厚度为5.00~6.09mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分段式雨刮胶条结构,其特征在于:所述两侧主体变形调节槽之间的主柱部位第一段的厚度为2.80~6mm,第二段的厚度为2.60~2.79mm,第三段的厚度为2.00~2.59mm。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分段式雨刮胶条结构,其特征在于:所述雨刮胶条主体中横部位、两侧主体变形调节槽之间的主柱部位、翻转桥、刮刃腰部、刮刃底部由中间第一段分别向两侧设有对称的3~10段。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分段式雨刮胶条结构,其特征在于:所述刮刃底部第一段垂直部的高度为0.1~0.55mm,第二段垂直部的高度为0.56~0.7mm,第三段垂直部的高度为0.71~1.5mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种分段式雨刮胶条结构,其特征在于:所述雨刮胶条主体中横部位、两侧主体变形调节槽之间的主柱部位、翻转桥、刮刃腰部、刮刃底部的第一段、左第二段、右第二段、左第三段、右第三段第一段、第二段及第三段的厚度呈渐变式变薄。
