一种分段式雨刮胶条结构 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域,尤其涉及一种分段式雨刮胶条结构。
背景技术
中国专利申请号201710796672.1公开了一种汽车雨刮胶条,涉及汽车零部件生产技术领域,本发明以丁晴橡胶、双马来酰亚胺树脂、聚丙烯酸甲酯为主要原料,再加入二甲苯、松香、阳离子淀粉、二异壬酯、环氧大豆油,再配以各种助剂,通过加热、搅拌、三次冷冻处理,再热熔的步骤。
中国专利申请号201810360584.1公开了一种雨刮胶条,其包括由第一橡胶材料制成的胶条主体和由第二橡胶材料制成的刀刃部;所述刀刃部与胶条主体一体共挤成型。本发明的胶条主体和刀刃部采用不同的材料制成,以便满足胶条主体和刀刃部各自的使用性能需求。
随着汽车技术的发展,无骨雨刮器正在被大多数车厂使用,多数车型出厂就配备无骨雨刮;雨刮器的支架的主要功能是支撑和固定雨刮胶条,并将来自于摇臂的下压力均匀分散到胶条上,无骨雨刮依靠1至2片预先弯曲的簧片产生的反弹力来分散下压力,而一支无骨雨刮一旦生产成型,簧片被摇臂下压平玻璃上产生的反弹力是固定的,这种结构导致了无骨雨刮在面对各种车型摇臂的压力差异时,表现的不如传统有骨雨刮的通用性强,所以无骨雨刮更适合根据不同车型的摇臂压力大小和玻璃弧度等特征,通过单独设计簧片的厚度、宽度、和弧度大小达到不同的弹力数据,来定制化生产簧片,原车配套的无骨雨刮正是这样设计和生产的。
技术问题
然而雨刮车型间的差异是非常大的,根据测量举例:2015款哈弗H6原装驾驶侧无骨雨刮长度为600MM,实测摇臂的下压力为600克力左右,2015款奥迪A4L原装驾驶侧无骨雨刮长度也是600MM,实测摇臂下压力为1100克力左右,随着汽车的保有量越来越大,所有厂家都在重视庞大的售后市场,不论国际厂商还是国内厂商,设计雨刮时为了让商家减少备货型号达到好的通用性,同系列的的无骨雨刮只会设计一种簧片弹力,设计都弹力时取多数车型摇臂下压力的下限,这种取偏小弹力的簧片设计能保证多数车型都能将无骨雨刮压平贴合在玻璃上,不会漏刮,但是也导致的摇臂压力大的车型使用时,靠近雨刮接口下方区域的胶条受到过大的压力,此段胶条快速被压扁导致工作异常,产生水痕,影响视线。有厂家为了解决这个问题,把胶条刀口整体加厚来增加支撑力,但这种整体加厚的设计使得胶条刀口部分整体变硬,刮拭攻击角改变产生跳刮异响等新问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种分段式雨刮胶条结构,包括雨刮胶条主体,雨刮胶条主体下方设有刮刃,雨刮胶条主体剖面呈王字形结构,刮刃剖面呈三角形结构,雨刮胶条主体与刮刃之间设有翻转桥,雨刮胶条主体两侧分别左右对称向内凹设有主体变形调节槽,刮刃底部设有垂直部,雨刮胶条主体中横部位、两侧主体变形调节槽之间的主柱部位、翻转桥、刮刃腰部、刮刃底部由中间第一段向两侧分别设有对称的左第二段、右第二段、左第三段、右第三段;第一段向左第二段、左第三段的厚度逐段变薄;第一段向右第二段、右第三段的厚度逐段变薄。
进一步的,雨刮胶条主体中横部位、两侧主体变形调节槽之间的主柱部位、翻转桥、刮刃腰部、刮刃底部的第一段、左第二段、右第二段、左第三段、右第三段的厚度呈阶梯式变薄。

本发明的有益之处是,结构简单,将传统无骨雨刮胶条的通体相同厚度改为分段差异设置厚度的雨刮胶条,根据区域受压大小来设计胶条对应段位的厚度,通过厚度的变化改变各段胶条的支撑力,让通用型多功能雨刮器能很好的适应摇臂下压力差异巨大的各种车型,使得雨刮器刮雨效果得到有效提高,延长了通用型多功能无骨雨刮的寿命,值得广泛推广。
