Abstract
本发明公开了一种长效生物有机肥,包括有机质、无机质和生物菌,有机质占肥料总重量的65%-85%,无机质占所述肥料总重量的15%-35%,生物菌数量为9-10×10 8个/kg;有机质包括植物秸秆、肉骨粉、植物种子饼、芝麻;无机质包括煤灰、炉灰、五氧化二磷、氧化钾和氮肥中的一种或多种;生物菌包括产酸菌和球菌,所述产酸菌占总生物菌总数的80%-90%。本发明具有肥力强,肥效持久,肥料利用率高,可以改良土壤结构、改善作物品质等优点,具有良好的市场价值。
Description
本发明涉及肥料技术领域,具体涉及一种长效生物有机肥。
生物有机肥料是农业和畜牧业的废弃物或有机垃圾经有益微生物发酵、加工而成的有机肥料。生物有机肥料含有大量有机质和大量活的有益微生物及微生物代谢产物,兼有微生物接种剂和有机肥料的作用。生物肥可以提高土壤费力,促进作物生长,提高农产品品质。生物有机肥的应用日趋普遍。但是现有的有机肥肥效较低。
因此,市场需要一种长效、高肥效的生物肥。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述问题,提供一种长效生物有机肥。为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种长效生物有机肥,包括有机质、无机质和生物菌,所述有机质占肥料总重量的65%-85%,所述无机质占所述肥料总重量的15%-35%,所述生物菌数量为9-10×10
8个/kg;所述有机质包括植物秸秆、肉骨粉、植物种子饼、芝麻;所述无机质包括煤灰、炉灰、五氧化二磷、氧化钾和氮肥中的一种或多种;所述生物菌包括产酸菌和球菌,所述产酸菌占总生物菌总数的80%-90%。
作为改进,所述有机质以重量份数计包括:
植物秸秆 30-60份 肉骨粉 10-20份 植物种子饼 8-20份
芝麻 1-10份。
作为改进,所述无机质以重量份数计包括:
煤灰或炉灰 20-50份 五氧化二磷 5-8份 氧化钾 1-2份
氮肥 1-10份。
作为改进,所述植物秸秆包括玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆、小麦秸秆、黄豆秸秆、水稻秸秆中的一种或多种。
作为改进,所述植物种子饼包括棉籽饼、菜籽饼、花生饼、黄豆饼柏、桐籽饼中的一种或多种。
作为改进,所述生物肥中还添加有土霉素。
作为改进,所述生物肥的制作方法为将所述物料按比例配好,添加发酵剂,在搅拌机中搅匀后制粒、干燥、成品、包装。
本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明的配方科学,制作工艺严谨,含有大量有机质和腐殖酸,还含有多种农作物生长需要的养分和微量元素。可以促使作物体内生长素的形成,活化植株的生长机能。本发明的肥效长,一次施用即可满足自播种到收获期的肥料需求,无需追肥,提高作物的生长质量。
2.本发明不采用高温发酵,而是使用发酵剂对肥料进行发酵。在生产过程中,可以节约生产成本,同时减少温度过高或加热不均匀导致的有益菌损耗,有益菌生长的效果好。本发明内的生物菌可以将有机质中的养分逐渐释放到土壤中,达到长效施肥的目的。
3.本发明选用的材料均为环保无害的材料,具有环保、无公害的效果。同时,由于有机质和生物菌的效果,可以减少土壤的板结化,改善土质。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种长效生物有机肥,以重量份数计由以下成分组成:
(1)有机质:
玉米秸秆 50千克 肉骨粉 10千克 黄豆饼柏 10千克
芝麻 5千克;
(2)无机质:
煤灰 20千克 五氧化二磷 5千克 氧化钾 2千克
尿素 6千克;
(3)生物菌:
产酸菌 85亿个 球菌 15亿个。
本发明的制作方法为:
将上述原料按比例配好,添加发酵剂在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,制粒、干燥、成品、包装后制得长效生物肥。
本发明不采用高温发酵,而是使用发酵剂对肥料进行发酵。在生产过程中,可以节约生产成本,同时减少温度过高或加热不均匀导致的有益菌损耗,有益菌生长的效果好。本发明内的微生物菌可以将有机质中的养分逐渐释放到土壤中,达到长效施肥的目的。
经检测,本发明中总氮的含量为2.6%,五氧化二磷的含量为5%,氧化钾含量为1.3%。

本实施例公开了一种长效生物有机肥,以重量份数计由以下成分组成:
(1)有机质:
玉米秸秆 60千克 肉骨粉 20千克 棉籽饼 8千克
芝麻 1千克;
(2)无机质:
煤灰 30千克 五氧化二磷 8千克 氧化钾 1千克
尿素 5千克;
(3)生物菌:
产酸菌 85亿个 球菌 15亿个。
本发明的制作方法为:
将上述原料按比例配好,添加发酵剂在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,制粒、干燥、成品、包装后制得长效生物肥。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种长效生物有机肥,以重量份数计由以下成分组成:
(1)有机质:
小麦秸秆 55千克 肉骨粉 15千克 棉籽饼 20千克
芝麻 2千克;
(2)无机质:
炉灰 20千克 五氧化二磷 6千克 氧化钾 1千克
尿素 5千克;
(3)生物菌:
产酸菌 85亿个 球菌 15亿个。
本发明的制作方法为:
将上述原料按比例配好,添加发酵剂在搅拌机中搅拌均匀,制粒、干燥、成品、包装后制得长效生物肥。

- 一种长效生物有机肥,其特征在于,包括有机质、无机质和生物菌,所述有机质占肥料总重量的65%-85%,所述无机质占所述肥料总重量的15%-35%,所述生物菌数量为9-10×10 8个/kg;所述有机质包括植物秸秆、肉骨粉、植物种子饼、芝麻;所述无机质包括煤灰、炉灰、五氧化二磷、氧化钾和氮肥中的一种或多种;所述生物菌包括产酸菌和球菌,所述产酸菌占总生物菌总数的80%-90%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种长效生物有机肥,其特征在于,所述植物秸秆包括玉米秸秆、高粱秸秆、小麦秸秆、黄豆秸秆、水稻秸秆中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种长效生物有机肥,其特征在于,所述植物种子饼包括棉籽饼、菜籽饼、花生饼、黄豆饼柏、桐籽饼中的一种或多种。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种长效生物有机肥,其特征在于,所述生物肥中还添加有土霉素。
- 根据权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的一种长效生物有机肥,其特征在于,所述生物肥的制作方法为将所述物料按比例配好,添加发酵剂,在搅拌机中搅匀后制粒、干燥、成品、包装。
