背景技术
现有的加热不燃烧烟具包括主机及安装于主机上的雾化装置,雾化装置设有外壳,外壳设有供烟支插入进行电加热的烟口,然而,当用户取出烟支时,外壳的烟口处于开放状态,使得烟味从开放的烟口散发,使附近的人吸入二手烟,或者灰尘也会从烟口落入到外壳内,现有的烟具为了防尘,也采用硅胶塞或防尘盖以阻挡灰尘落入,但硅胶塞容易遗失,而现有的防尘盖结构简单,粗糙,防尘效果差,不能与烟具成为一个整体,不美观。

如图1、图2、图5所示,该实施例公开了一种防尘盖机构,安装于气溶胶产生装置的外壳1,防尘盖机构包括支架2、防尘盖3及转动件4。转动件4设有烟道口43,支架2安装于外壳1的内腔中,该支架2整体呈环状。相应地,环状支架2的中孔可与转动件4的烟道口43共同组成供气溶胶基质(即烟支)插入的烟道,将支架2的一端面作为安装防尘盖3的安装面25,支架2的安装面25靠近其外周缘的位置开设有轴孔21。
参考图2、图3、图6和图7,防尘盖3设有转动部31和第一驱动部32,该实施例中,防尘盖3的转动部31为设于其底面的转轴,防尘盖3的转轴以能够转动地设于支架2的轴孔21内,使得防尘盖3往烟道口43方向旋转时能够遮挡烟道口43。转动件4以能够旋转的设于防尘盖3的上方,转动件4设有与防尘盖3的表面的第一驱动部32对应的第二驱动部41,当转动件4正反转时,转动件4的第二驱动部41驱动防尘盖3的第一驱动部32以带动防尘盖3往烟道口43移动或远离烟道口43,从而是防尘盖3遮挡或避让烟道口43。
具体而言,防尘盖3包括连接部33与遮挡部34,连接部33的一端连接遮挡部34的一端,转动部设于连接部33上,遮挡部34用于遮挡烟道口43,该实施例中,遮挡部34的形状为扇形或圆形,但不限于此,可根据具体需求进行调整,具体的设置形式在以下实施例进行对应说明。
可以理解,防尘盖3可以为一个,也可以为一个以上,当防尘盖3为一个时,一个防尘盖3即可遮挡烟道口43,为更易遮挡烟道口43,防尘盖3的遮挡部34可设置成圆形或椭圆形。当防尘盖3为一个以上时,支架2的安装面25的周缘均匀对应设置多个轴孔21,每个防尘盖3的转动部31设于一种轴孔21内。一个以上的防尘盖3的遮挡部34能够相切组合形成遮挡烟道口43的挡盖,此时一个以上的防尘盖3的遮挡部34可为扇形。相应地,当防尘盖3为一个以上时,转动件4也设置与一个以上防尘盖3的第一驱动部32对应数量的第二驱动部41,每个第二驱动部41各驱动一个对应的第一驱动部32,以同时带动一个以上防尘盖3移动。
参考图6和图7,公开了防尘盖3为两个的具体实施方式,防尘盖3的遮挡部34优选为半圆形,具体的,防尘盖3包括第一盖体和第二盖体,第一盖体与第二盖体组合成防尘盖3,第一盖体与第二盖体均设有转动部31和第一驱动部32,两个转动部31可转动地设于支架2上,转动件4设有与每个第一驱动部31对应的第二驱动部41,当第一盖体与第二盖体转向烟道口43时,第一盖体与第二盖体的半圆形遮挡部34能够闭合,闭合后即能够完全遮挡烟道口43,当第一盖体与第二盖体的半圆形遮挡部34往远离烟道口43的方向移动时,则能够打开烟道口43。
如图8-图12所示,本实施例中对于第一盖体与第二盖体的转动部31的设置做出了多种示例,如第一盖体与第二盖体的转动部31的轴心位于烟道口43的一径向中心线上;或者两个转动部31的轴心位于烟道口43的一径向中心线的两侧;又如第一盖体的转动部31的轴心与烟道口43的轴心的连线为第一连线,第二盖体的转动部31的轴心与烟道口43的轴心的连线为第二连线,第二连线与第一连线呈一夹角。进一步的,两个转动部31分别位于烟道口43的轴心的相对两侧,第一盖体与第二盖体的转动部31在烟道口43的一径向中心线的不同侧相对于在径向中心线上的转动角度更大。
具体的,第一盖体具有第一结合面,第二盖体具有第二结合面,第一结合面与第二结合面均为平面;当转动件4转动时,第二驱动部41驱动对应的第一驱动部32以带动第一结合面与第二结合面贴合或者分离,使防尘盖3遮挡或避让烟道口43。
另外,在其他的一些实施例中,两个防尘盖3的转动部31位于支架2的安装面25的等分线上或分别位于等分线上的两侧,两个防尘盖3的转动部31在等分线的不同侧相对于等分线上的转动角度更大,具体应用时可根据需求进行选择设置。
进一步的,参考图3、图6和图7,防尘盖3的第一驱动部32和转动件4的第二驱动部41可 采用不同的方式进行设计,譬如在一些实施例中,防尘盖3的第一驱动部32为相对转动部31设置的滑块,即转动部31设置在防尘盖3的连接部33,滑块设置在对应连接部33的遮挡部34上。转动件4的第二驱动部41为与滑块相适配的滑槽,滑槽开设在转动件对应滑块的底面,滑槽可以为直线滑槽,也可以为弧形滑槽,可根据具体的需求设置,当转动件4反转时,转动件4的滑槽带动防尘盖3的滑块沿着滑槽进行转动,当滑块移动到滑槽的一端,则防尘盖正好打开烟道口43。反之,当转动件4正转时,转动件4的滑槽带动防尘盖3的滑块沿着滑槽进行转动,当滑块移动到滑槽的另一端,则防尘盖3正好遮挡烟道口43。
譬如在另外一些实施例中,参考图4、图11和图12,防尘盖3的转动部31设于连接部33的中部,防尘盖3的第一驱动部32为设于连接部33的另一端的滑槽(也可为一端延伸出连接部33的另一端的滑槽),滑槽优选设置成直线滑槽,如图4所示,转动部31与滑槽位于防尘盖3的同侧。转动件4的第二驱动部41为与滑槽相适配的滑块,滑块开设在转动件4对应滑槽的底面,当转动件4反转时,转动件4的滑块带动防尘盖3的滑槽使防尘盖3做远离烟道口43转动,当滑块移动到滑槽的一端,则防尘盖正好打开烟道口。反之,当转动件4正转时,转动件4的滑块带动防尘盖的滑槽使防尘盖往烟道口43转动,当滑块移动到滑槽的另一端,则防尘盖3正好遮挡烟道口43。
可以理解,若防尘盖3为多个,多个防尘盖3的第一驱动部32与对应的转动件4上的第二驱动部41的驱动原理与上述相同,区别在于,当多个防尘盖3进行遮挡烟道口43时,由多个防尘盖3组合对烟道口43进行遮挡。相应地,如图6和图7所示,公开了防尘盖3为两个的具体驱动实施方式,每个防尘盖3的第一驱动部32对应转动件4的部位设有第二驱动部41,当转动件4正反转时,两个第二驱动部41各驱动一个防尘盖3的第一驱动部32移动,从而带动两个防尘盖3开合以遮挡或避让烟道口43。
进一步的,参考图5、图6和图7,转动件4对应支架2的方向凸设有至少一个第一止位部42,至少一个第一止位部42各对应支架2的部位设有第二止位部(图中未示出),相应地,第一止位部42和第二卡止部的数量对应防尘盖3的数量,即若只有一个防尘盖3,那么第一止位部42和第二卡止部为一组,若防尘盖3为多个,那么第一止位部42和第二卡止部为多组。该实施例中,第一止位部42为从转动件4的底面往支架2方向凸伸的第一凸块,第二止位部42为从支架2的表面往转动件4的底面方向凸伸的第二凸块,当转动件4带动至少一个防尘盖3打开烟道口43时第一凸块43与第二凸块相抵,从而对防尘盖3的打开行程进行限位。相应地,参考图5,该实施例公开了一种防尘盖3为两个的具体实施方式,每个转动件4的第二驱动部41的侧部均设置第一凸块,支架2上设置有当防尘盖的打开时与第一凸块对应的第二凸块,当防尘盖3打开时,第一凸块与对应的第二凸块相抵,可防止防尘盖3的边缘碰撞到外壳1的内壁。
进一步的,外壳1的一端为开口端,将外壳1的另一端以能够旋转地方式设置于气溶胶产生装置的主机外壳5上,继续参考图1、图5和图13,转动件4优选为呈环状的旋钮,其中,将旋钮的中孔作为烟道口43。对于转动件的设置,本实施例示出了多种实施方案,如在第一实施方案中,将转动件4的外周壁一体成型于外壳1的开口端,使得可将外壳1直接作为转动件4,这样设置可以简化转动件4的结构,如图13所示。又如在第二实施方案中,将转动件4作为单独的部件,转动件4的外周壁固定于外壳1的开口端上,通过外壳1带动转动件4的转动,如图1和图5所示。又如在第三实施方案中,也将转动件4为单独的部件,转动件4的外周壁以能够拆卸的方式固定于外壳1的开口端上,通过外壳1带动转动件4的转动,如图1和图5所示。上述方式均可使转动件4与烟具成为一个整体,使得烟具更美观。
另外,参考图2、图6和图7,支架2对应外壳1的内壁方向设有至少一个限位槽22,至少一个限位槽22对应外壳1的内壁设有限位块11,可将限位槽22的长度作为外壳1的转动行程距离,当外壳1转动以带动转动件4驱动防尘盖3打开烟道口43时,外壳1的限位块11位于限位槽22的一端,相反,当外壳1转动带动时转动件4驱动防尘盖3遮挡烟道口43时,外壳1的限位块 11位于限位槽22的另一端,此设计可防止旋转外壳1用力过大而损坏相关联的驱动组件。
在其他一些实施例中,还可将外壳1固定连接至气溶胶产生装置的主机外壳5上,而外壳1的一端为开口端,转动件4以能够旋转地设于外壳1的开口端,通过直接旋转转动件4驱动防尘盖3开合,优选的,转动件4可为一端为开口端的圆柱形壳体,圆柱形壳体的另一端开设烟道口43,圆柱形壳体的开口端以能够旋转地设于外壳1的开口端上。
进一步参考图1和图2,转动件4与支架2在对应防尘盖3开合的预设行程位置上设置对应的磁性连接件,利用磁力达到助力效果,使得用户使用时体验到良好的手感。如当防尘盖3打开烟道口3时,支架2和转动件4对应的第一行程部位开设有第一磁性件安装孔,每个第一磁性件安装孔各设有一个第一磁性连接件23;当防尘盖3遮挡烟道口43时,支架2和转动件4对应的第二行程部位开设有第二磁性件安装孔,每个第二磁性件安装孔各设有一个第二磁性连接件24,可选地,第一磁性连接件23和第二磁性连接件24为扭力磁铁。
本申请还提供了一种雾化装置,包括如上所述的防尘盖机构。
本申请还提供了一种气溶胶发生装置,包括主机和如上所述的雾化装置,雾化装置安装于主机上。
综上所述,本申请通过转动件带动防尘盖遮挡或打开烟道口,在不使用烟具时,使得灰尘无法进入到气溶胶产生装置的外壳内,能够保持外壳内的清洁,防止烟的余味散发出来。并且,通过转动的方式操作防尘盖开合,使得操作更加便捷。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种防尘盖机构,安装于气溶胶产生装置的外壳,包括:
    支架,安装于所述外壳的内腔内;
    防尘盖,设有转动部和第一驱动部,所述转动部可转动地设于所述支架;以及
    转动件,设有烟道口,所述转动件设有与所述第一驱动部对应的第二驱动部,所述第二驱动部与所述第一驱动部连接,当所述转动件转动时,所述第二驱动部驱动所述第一驱动部以带动所述防尘盖遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述防尘盖包括连接部和遮挡部,所述连接部的一端连接所述遮挡部,所述转动部设于所述连接部上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述第一驱动部为相对所述转动部设置于所述遮挡部的滑块,所述第二驱动部为与所述滑块相适配的滑槽,当所述转动件转动时,所述滑槽驱动所述滑块沿其移动以带动所述防尘盖遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述第一驱动部为开设于所述连接部的另一端的滑槽,所述第二驱动部为与所述滑槽相适配的滑块,当所述转动件转动时,所述滑块驱动所述滑槽以带动所述防尘盖遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述防尘盖包括第一盖体和第二盖体,所述第一盖体与第二盖体组合成所述防尘盖,所述第一盖体与第二盖体均设有所述转动部和第一驱动部,两个所述转动部可转动地设于所述支架,所述转动件设有与每个所述第一驱动部对应的第二驱动部,当所述转动件转动时,所述第二驱动部驱动对应的所述第一驱动部以带动所述第一盖体与第二盖体分离或结合以遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防尘盖机构,其中,两个所述转动部的轴心位于所述烟道口的一径向中心线上;或者,
    两个所述转动部的轴心位于所述烟道口的一径向中心线的两侧;或者,
    所述第一盖体的转动部的轴心与所述烟道口的轴心的连线为第一连线,所述第二盖体的转动部的轴心与所述烟道口的轴心的连线为第二连线,所述第二连线与所述第一连线呈一夹角。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防尘盖机构,其中,两个所述转动部分别位于所述烟道口的轴心的相对两侧。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述第一盖体具有第一结合面,所述第二盖体具有第二结合面,所述第一结合面与所述第二结合面均为平面;当所述转动件转动时,所述第二驱动部驱动对应的所述第一驱动部以带动所述第一结合面与第二结合面贴合或者分离,使所述防尘盖遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述支架设有安装面,所述第一盖体与第二盖体的转动部位于所述安装面的等分线上或分别位于所述等分线上的两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述转动件对应所述支架的方向凸设有至少一个第一止位部,所述支架对应所述转动件的方向凸设有至少一个第二止位部,当所述转动件带动所述防尘盖打开所述烟道口时至少一个所述第一止位部与至少一个所述第二止位部相抵。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述外壳的一端为开口端,所述外壳的另一端以能够旋转地方式设置于气溶胶产生装置的主机外壳上,所述转动件的外周壁一体成型于所述外壳的开口端或所述转动件的外周壁固定于所述外壳的开口端。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述支架对应所述外壳的内壁方向设有至少一个限位槽,至少一个限位槽对应所述外壳的内壁设有限位块。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘盖机构,其中,所述外壳的一端为开口端,所述转动件以能够旋转地设于所述外壳的开口端。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘盖机构,其中,当所述防尘盖避让所述烟道口时,所述支架和所述转动件对应的第一行程部位各设有一第一磁性连接件;当所述防尘盖遮挡所述烟道口时,所述支架和所述转动件对应的第二行程部位各设有一第二磁性连接件。
  15. 一种雾化装置,包括安装于气溶胶产生装置的外壳的防尘盖机构,所述防尘盖机构包括:
    支架,安装于所述外壳的内腔内;
    防尘盖,设有转动部和第一驱动部,所述转动部可转动地设于所述支架;以及
    转动件,设有烟道口,所述转动件设有与所述第一驱动部对应的第二驱动部,所述第二驱动部与所述第一驱动部连接,当所述转动件转动时,所述第二驱动部驱动所述第一驱动部以带动所述防尘盖遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化装置,其中,所述防尘盖包括连接部和遮挡部,所述连接部的一端连接所述遮挡部,所述转动部设于所述连接部上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其中,所述第一驱动部为相对所述转动部设置于所述遮挡部的滑块,所述第二驱动部为与所述滑块相适配的滑槽,当所述转动件转动时,所述滑槽驱动所述滑块沿其移动以带动所述防尘盖遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的雾化装置,其中,所述第一驱动部为开设于所述连接部的另一端的滑槽,所述第二驱动部为与所述滑槽相适配的滑块,当所述转动件转动时,所述滑块驱动所述滑槽以带动所述防尘盖遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的雾化装置,其中,所述防尘盖包括第一盖体和第二盖体,所述第一盖体与第二盖体组合成所述防尘盖,所述第一盖体与第二盖体均设有所述转动部和第一驱动部,两个所述转动部可转动地设于所述支架,所述转动件设有与每个所述第一驱动部对应的第二驱动部,当所述转动件转动时,所述第二驱动部驱动对应的所述第一驱动部以带动所述第一盖体与第二盖体分离或结合以遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
  20. 一种气溶胶发生装置,包括主机和雾化装置,所述雾化装置安装于所述主机上,所述雾化装置包括安装于气溶胶产生装置的外壳的防尘盖机构,所述防尘盖机构包括:
    支架,安装于所述外壳的内腔内;
    防尘盖,设有转动部和第一驱动部,所述转动部可转动地设于所述支架;以及
    转动件,设有烟道口,所述转动件设有与所述第一驱动部对应的第二驱动部,所述第二驱动部与所述第一驱动部连接,当所述转动件转动时,所述第二驱动部驱动所述第一驱动部以带动所述防尘盖遮挡或避让所述烟道口。
