一种新型振膜 技术领域
本实用新型涉及扬声器技术领域,尤其是一种新型振膜。
背景技术
扬声器作为一种能够将电能转化为声能的器件,现已广泛应用于手机、电脑、 PAD等移动终端中,扬声器性能的优劣直接影响着与其配合的移动终端装置的声放效果。扬声器的常规结构一般包括磁路系统和振动系统,其中,振动系统又包括振膜和音圈,音圈在接收到外部电路的电流信号之后,会在电磁场的作用下做往复切割磁力线的运动,带动振膜振动,进而向外界辐射声波,由此完成电能到声能的转化。从上述描述可见,振膜是扬声器振动发声的关键部件之一。
技术问题
现有技术中的扬声器振膜包括振膜中心部和振膜外围部以及一体连接于该振膜中心部和振膜外围部之间并向上隆起的U形跑道环(也可称为折环),该U形跑道环通过U形跑道环实现振摆幅度,以此增强发声器的声学性能。随着产品品质要求的提高,一种设计思路是将U形跑道环的宽度缩小,即将U性跑道环整体的宽度限定在一个更小的范围内,但是基于材料不变的情况下,这种结构规格上的调整会造成U形跑道环在实际使用时振幅不够,无法满足相应的声学效果需求。
因此,有必要提供一种新型振膜,通过结构调整,使得振膜上的U形跑道环在宽度降低,在低宽度条件下振幅能够提高,以满足整个振膜在作为扬声器的功能性器件上的性能要求。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型振膜。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种新型振膜,包括中心部、外围部以及连接所述中心部和外围部的折环部,所述折环部包括第一折环、第二折环和连接第一折环和第二折环并位于两者之间的连接部,所述第一折环包括与所述中心部相连的第一边沿端和与所述连接部相连的第二边沿端;所述第二折环包括与所述连接部相连的第一周端和与所述外围部相连的第二周端;所述第一折环和第二折环向同一个方向隆起。
进一步,所述第一折环隆起的高度大于所述第二折环隆起的高度。
进一步,所述第一折环垂直于隆起方向的宽度大于第二折环垂直于隆起方向的宽度。
进一步,所述连接部朝所述第一折环隆起方向相反凸起。
进一步,所述第一折环上设置有用于加强其强度的第一褶皱部,第一褶皱部自所述第一边沿端延伸至第二边沿端。

进一步,所述新型振膜还包括用于加强其强度的第二褶皱部,所述第二褶皱部自所述第二边沿端连续延伸至第一周端。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1-图3所示,一种新型振膜,具有中心部1、外围部2以及连接中心部1和外围部2的折环部3,折环部3包括第一折环31、第二折环32和连接第一折环31和第二折环32并位于两者之间的连接部33,第一折环31包括与中心部1相连的第一边沿端311和与连接部33相连的第二边沿端312;第二折环32包括与连接部33相连的第一周端321和与外围部2相连的第二周端322;第一折环31和第二折环32向同一个方向隆起。
本实用新型的基础方案中,振膜的中心部1一般连接到球顶上面,外围部2连接到盆架上以用于被固定。折环部3为中心部1相对外围部2的振幅变化提供弹性性能。在本方案中,折环部3由第一折环31和第二折环32形成,这种结构相对于现有的单一折环,在两者宽度一样的情况下,采用两个折环产生的振幅更大。意味着,在降低折环部宽度的整体思路下,采用两个折环比采用一个折环产生的振幅更大,能满足作为扬声器振动系统发声的声学性能需求。
在具体实施过程中,较佳地,第一折环31隆起的高度H1大于第二折环32隆起的高度H2。本优选方案中,通过隆起高度的差异,能够使得靠近中心部1的位置进一步扩大振幅,声学效果更好。
在具体实施过程中,较佳地,第一折环31垂直于隆起方向的宽度W1大于第二折环32垂直于隆起方向的宽度W2。
在具体实施过程中,较佳地,连接部33朝第一折环隆起方向相反凸起。本优选方案中,通过连接部33形成反向的凸起,与两个隆起的折环部形成波浪形的平滑的结构,保证整体的振动效果。
在具体实施过程中,较佳地,第一折环31上设置有用于加强其强度的第一褶皱部315,第一褶皱部315自第一边沿端311延伸至第二边沿端312。本优选方案中,第一褶皱部315的作用是加强第一折环31的结构强度。
在具体实施过程中,较佳地,第一褶皱部312的数量为多个,呈条形状。本优选方案中,第一褶皱部315的数量多个的效果是进一步提高整体振膜的结构强度。

在具体实施过程中,较佳地,第一折环31包括四条直线侧边313以及连接四条直线侧边的四条圆弧段314,四条侧边和四条圆弧段形成闭合的圆角矩形,第一褶皱部315包括四组,并分别分布于第一折环31的四条圆弧段314处。本优选方案中,提供了一种第一折环31的具体结构形态,这种结构适配整个扬声器的形状。
