针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,具备稳定性能好等优点,解决了现有的电机控制器在使用时,安装不够方便,并且在安装后稳定性较差,容易使得电源线和信号线与控制器连接的不稳定,影响了使用者的使用的问题。

  1. 一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,包括底板(1),其特征在于:所述底板(1)的顶部活动安装有外壳(2),所述外壳(2)的顶部固定安装有散热片(3),所述外壳(2)的底部固定安装有延伸至底板(1)内部的插接块(4),所述外壳(2)的左右两侧均活动安装有活动套(5),所述底板(1)的顶部固定安装有分别位于活动套(5)前后两侧的第一稳定块(6),所述外壳(1)的左右两侧均固定安装有位于活动套(5)顶部的限位板(7),所述外壳(2)的左右两侧均固定安装有分别位于活动套(5)前后两侧的稳定板(8),所述活动套(5)的前后两侧均开设有滑槽(9),所述外壳(2)的左右两侧均固定安装有连接座(10),所述底板(1)的顶部固定安装有位于活动套(5)内部的固定座(11),所述固定座(11)的顶部固定安装有固定块(12),所述活动套(5)的内部螺纹连接有螺纹杆(13),所述螺纹杆(13)的底部活动安装有位于固定块(12)上方的活动块(14),所述活动块(14)的底部和固定块(12)的顶部均固定安装有软垫(15),所述螺纹杆(13)的顶部固定安装有位于活动套(5)上方的转钮(16),所述底板(1)的顶部固定安装有位于外壳(2)内部的第二稳定块(17),所述外壳(2)底部的前后两侧均固定安装有延伸至底板(1)内部的安装块(18),所述底板(1)的内部活动安装有数量为两个的滑动块(19),所述滑动块(19)远离安装块(18)的一侧活动安装有位于底板(1)内部的第一弹簧(20),所述滑动块(19)靠近安装块(18)的一侧固定安装有延伸至安装块(18)内部的插接柱(21),两个所述滑动块(19)相背的一侧均固定安装有延伸至底板(1)外部的把手(22),所述底板(1)的顶部固定安装有支撑杆(23),所述支撑杆(23)的外部套接有第二弹簧(24),所述支撑杆(23)的外部活动安装有数量为两个且位于第二弹簧(24)顶部的夹持板(25),相邻两个所述夹持板(25)之间夹持有电路板(26),上方所述夹持板(25)的顶部螺纹连接有延伸至支撑杆(23)内部的固定螺钉(27)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的顶部开设有插接孔,插接孔与插接块(4)相适配,插接孔和插接块(4)的数量均为四个。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,其特征在于:所述稳定板(8)靠近活动套(5)的一侧固定安装有延伸至滑槽(9)内部的滑块,滑块与滑槽(9)相适配。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,其特征在于:所述固定座(11)的前后两侧分别与活动套(5)的内壁前后两侧接触,固定座(11)靠近外壳(2)的一侧与外壳(2)相接触。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,其特征在于:所述活动套(5)的顶部开设有内螺纹,内螺纹与螺纹杆(13)相适配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,其特征在于:所述滑动块(19)靠近第一弹簧(20)的一侧和底板(1)的内部均固定安装有弹簧导柱,弹簧导柱延伸至第一弹簧(20)的内部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,其特征在于:所述底板(1)的前后两侧均开设有活动孔,活动孔与把手(22)相适配。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(23)的数量为四个,四个所述支撑杆(23)呈矩形排列于底板(1)的顶部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单且稳定性能好的组装式电机控制器,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(23)的顶部开设有与固定螺钉(27)相适配的螺纹孔,上方所述夹持板(25)的内部开设有通孔,固定螺钉(27)穿过通孔。
