本申请是这样实现的,一种辅助支架,能够钩挂于第一外部结构件,所述第一外部结构件具有第一面及与所述第一面相背对的第二面,所述辅助支架包括:
钩挂件,用于钩挂所述第一外部结构件的顶部;
支撑件,其一端连接于所述钩挂件;
缓冲件,连接于所述支撑件远离所述钩挂件的一端并能够发生塑性变形;
其中,所述支撑件能够呈弯折状或弯曲状,以使得所述缓冲件能够在所述钩挂件钩挂于所述第一外部结构件时抵靠于所述第二面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑件包括连接于所述钩挂件的第一支撑板以及连接于所述第一支撑板的第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板能够呈夹角设置,以使得所述支撑件呈弯折状。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板转动连接,所述支撑件具有所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板合拢的合拢状态以及所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板呈夹角设置的支撑状态,所述支撑件能够在所述合拢状态与所述支撑状态之间切换,所述缓冲件能够在所述钩挂件钩挂于所述第一外部结构件且所述支撑件处于所述支撑状态时抵触于所述第二面。
在其中一个实施例中,所述辅助支架还包括连接于所述支撑件的限位件,所述限位件用于限制所述第二支撑板相对于所述第一支撑板转动的极限角度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述辅助支架还包括连接于所述第一支撑板的阻尼轴,所述第二支撑板转动连接于所述阻尼轴,所述阻尼轴用于限制所述第二支撑板相对于所述第一支撑板的转动。
在其中一个实施例中,所述缓冲件包括连接于所述支撑件远离所述钩挂件的一端并能够发生塑性变形的缓冲片以及连接于所述缓冲片并用于与所述第二面抵触的垫片。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二支撑板包括安装板、锁合件以及盖板,所述安装板开设有安装槽,所述锁合件能够将所述缓冲片锁合于所述安装板,所述盖板连接于所述安装板并能够盖设于所述安装槽,所述垫片包覆于所述缓冲片。
在其中一个实施例中,所述缓冲片为由金属材料制成的缓冲片。
在其中一个实施例中,所述垫片为橡胶材料制成的垫片。
在其中一个实施例中,所述钩挂件与所述第一支撑件呈夹角设置,当所述支撑件处于所述支撑状态时,所述钩挂件与所述第二支撑板均位于所述第一支撑板的同一侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述辅助支架还包括连接于所述钩挂件或所述支撑件的安装件,所述安装件用于连接第二外部结构件。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装件设有安装结构,所述安装结构用于安装所述第二外部结构件。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装件转动连接于所述钩挂件或所述支撑件。
在其中一个实施例中,所述支撑件开设有避位槽,所述安装件转动连接于所述避位槽的槽壁并能够通过转动收容于所述避位槽。
本申请还提供一种外置摄像装置,包括摄像头以及如上所述的辅助支架。
有益效果
本申请相对于现有技术的技术效果是:辅助支架通过钩挂件钩挂于第一外部结构件,支撑件起到了负重作用,同时由于支撑件能够呈弯折状或弯曲状使得辅助支架的重心朝向支撑件侧偏移,缓冲件在支撑件的重力作用下得以抵靠于第一外部结构件的第二面,缓冲件能够发生塑性变形,当缓冲件抵靠于第二面时,缓冲件可变形为与第二面适配的角度或形状,增大支撑面积,防止辅助支架发生晃动,减小辅助支座对第一外部结构件的压力,防止对第一外部结构件造成划伤或使其发生变形。

请参阅图1,本申请实施例提供一种辅助支架,能够钩挂于第一外部结构件90,所述第一外部结构件90具有第一面901及与所述第一面901相背对的第二面902。其中,第一外部结构件90可以为台式电脑显示器、笔记本电脑显示面板、平板电脑,也可以为其他能够供辅助支架钩挂的结构。以第一外部结构件90为笔记本电脑显示面板为例,其第一面901为笔记本电脑的B面,第二面902为笔记本电脑的A面。
请参阅图1,辅助支架包括钩挂件10、支撑件20及缓冲件30。
请参阅图1,钩挂件10用于钩挂第一外部结构件90的顶部。也就是说,钩挂件10至少抵触于第一面901,在本实施例中,钩挂件10抵触于第一面901的顶部边角处。
请参阅图1,支撑件20的一端连接于钩挂件10,且另一端连接缓冲件30。支撑件20能够呈弯折状或弯曲状,以使得缓冲件30能够在钩挂件10钩挂于第一外部结构件90时抵靠于第二面902。即支撑件20能够呈C形或V形,且在钩挂件10钩挂于第一外部结构件90顶部时朝向第二面902弯曲或弯折,以对钩挂件10施加向下的力及由第一面901朝向第二面902方向的力,这样钩挂件10便能够牢固抵靠于第一外部结构件90的顶部。其中,支撑件20可为结构稳定的弯折状或弯曲状,也可通过变形形成弯折状或弯曲状。
请参阅图1,缓冲件30能够发生塑性变形。用户可先使得缓冲件30进行塑性变形,以与第二面902的抵接处适配,也可通过支撑件20对缓冲家内的抵压使其在抵触于第二面902时自动发生塑性变形。使用时,缓冲件30能够对支撑件20朝向第二面902的运动起到缓冲作用。其中,缓冲件30包括连接于支撑件20远离钩挂件10的一端并能够发生塑性变形的缓冲片31以及连接于缓冲片31并用于与第二面902抵触的垫片32。垫片32用于对缓冲片31的抵触起到了进一步缓冲的作用同时能够起到保护缓冲片31的作用。缓冲片31可为由金属材料制成的缓冲片31,例如铝片或铁片,金属材料的结构稳定性强,且寿命长。垫片32为橡胶材料制成的垫片32,橡胶材料具有一定的弹性,缓冲效果更佳。其中,垫片32优选于包裹在缓冲片31的表面,以防止金属材质的缓冲片31与空气接触发生腐蚀或氧化。缓冲件30可与支撑件20可拆卸连接,以便与更换。
辅助支架通过钩挂件10钩挂于第一外部结构件90,支撑件20起到了负重作用,同时由于支撑件20能够呈弯折状或弯曲状使得辅助支架的重心朝向支撑件20侧偏移,缓冲件30在支撑件20的重力作用下得以抵靠于第一外部结构件90的第二面902,缓冲件30能够发生塑性变形,当缓冲件30抵靠于第二面902时,缓冲件30可变形为与第二面902适配的角度或形状,增大支撑面积,防止辅助支架在抵触于笔记本电脑A面时发生晃动及摇摆,减小辅助支座对第一外部结构件90的压力,防止对第一外部结构件90造成划伤或使其发生变形。
请参阅图1,在本实施例中,支撑件20呈弯折状,具体地,支撑件20包括连接于钩挂件10的第一支撑板21以及连接于第一支撑板21的第二支撑板22,第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22能够呈夹角设置。第一支撑板21与钩挂件10能够共同抵触于第一外部结构件90的顶部,具体为抵触于第二面902顶部的边角处。钩挂件10可与第一支撑板21呈夹角设置,以使得钩挂件10与第一支撑板21共同形成钩状。上述夹角设置为小于180°的夹角。其中,钩挂件10与第二支撑板22均能够朝向第一支撑板21的同侧延伸。
请参阅图2和图3,优选地,第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22转动连接,支撑件20具有第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22合拢的合拢状态以及第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22呈夹角设置的支撑状态,支撑件20能够在合拢状态与支撑状态之间切换,缓冲件30能够在钩挂件10钩挂于第一外部结构件90且支撑件20处于支撑状态时抵触于第二面902。可以理解的,支撑件20在处于支撑状态时,第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22呈夹角设置,第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22合拢为第二支撑板22转动至贴合于第一支撑板21,以便于支撑件20的收纳,或第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间的夹角小于处于支撑状态的支撑件20的夹角。支撑件20还具有极限状态,支撑件20能够在合拢状态、支撑状态及极限状态之间切换,当支撑件20处于极限状态时,第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22之间的夹角大致为180°。其中,支撑件20处于支撑状态时的夹角可根据第一外部结构件90的需要调整。
请参阅图4,在本实施例中,第二支撑板22包括安装板221、锁合件222以及盖板223,安装板221开设有安装槽2210,锁合件222能够将缓冲片31锁合于安装板221,盖板223连接于安装板221并能够盖设于安装槽2210,垫片32包覆于缓冲片31。其中,锁合件222可以为螺钉,缓冲片31上开设有安装孔,安装槽2210贯通至第二支撑板22背向第一支撑板21的一侧,锁合件222穿设于安装孔并能够将缓冲片31锁合于安装槽2210的槽底,以实现缓冲片31与第二支撑板22的固定连接。盖板223盖设于安装槽2210上,以使得第二支撑板22更加美观。
请参阅图2和图3,辅助支架还包括连接于第一支撑板21的阻尼轴40,第二支撑板22转动连接于阻尼轴40,阻尼轴40用于限制第二支撑板22相对于第一支撑板21的转动,以使得第一支撑板21与第二支撑板22在无外力的作用下能够保持当前角度。
请参阅图2和图3,为限制第一支撑板21相对于第二支撑板22转动的极限角度,辅助支架还包括连接于支撑件20的限位件50,在本实施例中,限位件50处于第二支撑板22的转动路径上,当第二支撑板22转动至极限角度时,支撑件20处于极限状态。限位件50可与第一支撑板21一体成型。
请参阅图3,辅助支架还包括连接于钩挂件10或支撑件20的安装件60,安装件60用于连接第二外部结构件。其中,第二外部结构件可以为可支撑的电子设备,如摄像头、补光灯、麦克风等,也可以为可其他需要装配在第一外部结构件90上的结构件。
请参阅图2和图3,为便于第二外部结构件的安装,安装件60设有安装结构61,安装结构61用于安装第二外部结构件。安装结构61可以为柱状结构,如螺钉,也可以为孔状结构,如螺孔。
优选地,安装件60转动连接于钩挂件10或支撑件20,以便于调整第二外部结构件的朝向。在本实施例中,安装件60转动连接于钩挂件10与支撑件20相连处,这样在钩挂件10钩挂于第一外部结构件90的顶部时第二外部结构件便处于辅助支架的最上方,避免受到遮挡。
请参阅图3,为便于安装件60的收纳,支撑件20开设有避位槽210,具体为第一支撑板21开设有避位槽210,安装件60转动连接于避位槽210的槽壁并能够通过转动收容于避位槽210。这样安装板221便能够在不使用时收容于避位槽210并在需要使用时从避位槽210中转出。优选地,安装件60在收容于避位槽210时与第一支撑板21齐平。
本申请实施例还提供一种外置摄像装置,包括上述各实施例提供的辅助支架。该辅助支架与上述各实施例中的辅助支架具有相同的结构特征,且所起作用相同,此处不赘述。
该外置摄像装置还包括摄像头,摄像头即为上述实施例中的第二外部结构件。摄像头安装于安装件60,摄像头可转动连接于安装结构61,这样用户能够通过转动安装件60来调整摄像头竖直朝向,并通过相对于安装结构61转动摄像头来调整摄像头的水平朝向。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种辅助支架,能够钩挂于第一外部结构件,所述第一外部结构件具有第一面及与所述第一面相背对的第二面,其特征在于,所述辅助支架包括:
    钩挂件,用于钩挂所述第一外部结构件的顶部;
    支撑件,其一端连接于所述钩挂件;
    缓冲件,连接于所述支撑件远离所述钩挂件的一端并能够发生塑性变形;
    其中,所述支撑件能够呈弯折状或弯曲状,以使得所述缓冲件能够在所述钩挂件钩挂于所述第一外部结构件时抵靠于所述第二面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括连接于所述钩挂件的第一支撑板以及连接于所述第一支撑板的第二支撑板,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板能够呈夹角设置,以使得所述支撑件呈弯折状。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板转动连接,所述支撑件具有所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板合拢的合拢状态以及所述第一支撑板与所述第二支撑板呈夹角设置的支撑状态,所述支撑件能够在所述合拢状态与所述支撑状态之间切换,所述缓冲件能够在所述钩挂件钩挂于所述第一外部结构件且所述支撑件处于所述支撑状态时抵触于所述第二面。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述辅助支架还包括连接于所述支撑件的限位件,所述限位件用于限制所述第二支撑板相对于所述第一支撑板转动的极限角度。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述辅助支架还包括连接于所述第一支撑板的阻尼轴,所述第二支撑板转动连接于所述阻尼轴,所述阻尼轴用于限制所述第二支撑板相对于所述第一支撑板的转动。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述缓冲件包括连接于所述支撑件远离所述钩挂件的一端并能够发生塑性变形的缓冲片以及连接于所述缓冲片并用于与所述第二面抵触的垫片。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述第二支撑板包括安装板、锁合件以及盖板,所述安装板开设有安装槽,所述锁合件能够将所述缓冲片锁合于所述安装板,所述盖板连接于所述安装板并能够盖设于所述安装槽,所述垫片包覆于所述缓冲片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述缓冲片为由金属材料制成的缓冲片。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述垫片为橡胶材料制成的垫片。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述钩挂件与所述第一支撑件呈夹角设置,当所述支撑件处于所述支撑状态时,所述钩挂件与所述第二支撑板均位于所述第一支撑板的同一侧。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述辅助支架还包括连接于所述钩挂件或所述支撑件的安装件,所述安装件用于连接第二外部结构件。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述安装件设有安装结构,所述安装结构用于安装所述第二外部结构件。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述安装件转动连接于所述钩挂件或所述支撑件。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的辅助支架,其特征在于,所述支撑件开设有避位槽,所述安装件转动连接于所述避位槽的槽壁并能够通过转动收容于所述避位槽。
  15. 一种外置摄像装置,其特征在于,包括摄像头以及如权利要求1至14任一项所述的辅助支架。
