本发明的实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需说明的是,当部件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个部件,它可以直接在另一个部件上或者间接在该另一个部件上。当一个部件被称为是“连接于”另一个部件,它可以是直接或者间接连接至该另一个部件上。术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于便于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明技术特征的数量。“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
请参照图1至图9,本实施例提供一种电子产品保护套,适用于手机、平板电脑等电子产品。
电子产品保护套包括柔性主体10和支撑组件20。
请参照图7,柔性主体10在其上表面向下开设有用于固定电子产品固定槽11。柔性主体10包括呈倒角矩形的底板和连接底板四个板沿并向上延伸的侧板,底板和侧板围合形成开口向上的固定槽11。柔性主体10为弹性材料制成,侧板套接在电子产品的周侧,并与电子产品过盈配合从而固定在电子产品上。本领域人员可以理解,柔性主体10的形状与电子产品相适应。现有电子产品多为长方体形状并在转角处做倒角处理,相应的柔性主体10的底板为倒角矩形。如电子产品为其它形状,则底板和侧板相应做出调整,只要满足底板和侧板围合形成 与电子产品过盈配合的固定槽11即可。
支撑组件20与柔性主体10连接以用于支撑电子产品。
请参照图6和7,柔性主体10在固定槽11的槽底向下开设有卡接槽12,卡接槽12具有相对设置的第一槽壁和第二槽壁,柔性主体10在卡接槽12槽底开设有贯通至柔性主体10下表面的第一通孔131,第一槽壁和第二槽壁均与第一通孔131间隔设置。也就是说,第一通孔131的开孔尺寸比卡接槽12槽底尺寸小。
请参照2和图3,支撑组件20包括固定板21、和转动结构23,固定板21设于卡接槽12,支撑板22通过转动结构23转动连接固定板21,并具有贴合于固定板21的收纳状态和与固定板21呈一支撑夹角的支撑状态。支撑板22扣合于固定板21是指支撑板22抵接固定板21或支撑板22和固定板21分别压贴于柔性主体10的上下表面。支撑角度是指电子产品由支撑板22支撑而处于立式的放置状态时支撑板22和固定板21之间的夹角。
本实施例中,支撑角度为锐角。在其它实施例中,也可以将支撑角度设置为直角或钝角。相应的调整固定板21、转动结构23、固定板22的尺寸和位置关系。需要说明的是,本领域人员可以将支撑角度设置为可调节设计,从而提高使用的便利性。
请参照图4,第一通孔131避让转动结构23并供支撑板22穿过,第一槽壁和第二槽壁均与固定板21抵触。
本实施例的电子产品保护套安装如下:将支撑板22和固定板21以转动结构23为转动轴相背转动,形成夹角。将支撑板22从上方穿过第一通孔131,将固定板21向下压入卡接槽12中,卡接槽12与固定板21过盈配合从而将固定板21固定在卡接槽12内。将支撑板22向固定板21的方向转动以扣合于固定板21,完成支撑组件20的安装。最后,将柔性主体10套接在电子产品上。需要说明的是,支撑组件20与柔性主体10之间的连接操作,可以在出厂前完成,也可以以成套产品方式出售,并在出售后由消费者自行装配。该安装操作简单,有利于降低生产成本。
柔性主体10和支撑组件20可拆卸连接,考虑到柔性主体10和支撑组件20采用不同的材质制成(柔性主体10为弹性材料制成而支撑组件20采用硬质材料制成) ,可拆卸连接的设置便于柔性主体10和支撑组件20单独生产而后再进行装配,从而降低零件生产难度并提高生产效率。
支撑组件20中,固定板21固定于卡接槽12中并夹于电子产品和柔性主体10之间,而支撑板22穿过第一通孔131而位于柔性主体10另一侧,因此,在支撑组件20装配到柔性主体10之后的使用中,支撑组件20和柔性主体10具有良好的连接牢固性。且由于固定板21的与柔性主体10具有较大的接触面积,支撑板22作用在固定板21的集中力被均摊于柔性主体10上,因此,柔性主体10不会产生明显的局部应力集中而导致损坏。从而提高柔性主体10的使用寿命。
综上,本实施例提供的电子产品保护套,支撑组件20可拆卸连接设置能够降低零件生产成本,且能够有效提高柔性主体10的使用寿命。
优选的,卡接槽12与固定板21过盈配合,从而提高支撑组件20和柔性主体10的连接稳固性。
为便于描述,将卡接槽12的延伸方向定义为左右方向。本领域人员可以根据需要设置卡接槽12的尺寸和形状。优选的,卡接槽12的延伸长度或固定板21的长度与电子产品的边长相当。即,卡接槽12沿柔性主体10短边方向延伸时,卡接槽12的长度与电子产品的短边长度相当,卡接槽12沿柔性主体10长边方向延伸时,卡接槽12的长度与电子产品的长边长度相当。基于结构的连续性,卡接槽12的延伸长度与电子产品的边长相当,使得卡接槽12在延伸方向两端的槽壁靠近固定槽11的槽壁,从而使得柔性主体10在卡接槽12处具有较大的抗形变能力,进一步提高卡接槽12与固定板21的紧固力。
本实施例中,卡接槽12沿柔性主体10的短边方向延伸设置。固定板21沿柔性主板短边方向延伸,支撑板22转动连接固定板21而与固定板21形成夹角。固定在固定槽11的电子产品以长边平行于桌面倾斜立于桌面上,符合消费者的使用习惯。
优选的,卡接槽12靠近柔性主体10短边槽壁设置,并使得支撑板22在支撑状态时,固定在固定槽11的电子产品能够以短边平行于桌面的状态倾斜立于桌面上。从而使得固定在固定槽11的电子产品同时具有长边放置和短边放置的支撑状态,提高使用的便宜性。
请参照图4、图5和图8,支撑组件20在固定板21上表面设有第一凸台241,转动结构23连接第一凸台241,第一凸台241与第一通孔131相配合,并在固定板21卡接卡接槽12时,第一通孔131限制第一凸台241在水平方向的移动。该设计下,第二通孔132具有避让转动结构23和支撑板22的作用同时具有限制第一凸台241水平移动的作用。第一凸台241的高度小于或等于第一通孔131的高度,从而避免第一凸台241突出于第一通孔131而对支撑板22扣合于固定板21造成障碍。
请参照图6,柔性主体10在卡接槽12槽底向下开设有贯通至柔性主体10下表面的第二通孔132,第二通孔132与第一通孔131沿卡接槽12的延伸方向左右对称设置。第一通孔131和第二通孔132对称设置,使得支撑板22可以择一选择穿过第一通孔131或者第二通孔132装配在柔性主体10上,提高操作的便利性。需要说明的是,图示实施例中,由于限位件和限位槽等结构的设置,转动结构23位于第一通孔131,即支撑板22从第一通孔131穿过进行装配,而不能从第二通孔132穿过进行装配。
请一并参照图8,支撑组件20在固定板21上表面设有第二凸台242,第二凸台242与第二通孔132相配合设置,固定板21卡接卡接槽12时,第二通孔132限制第二凸台242在水平方向的移动。第一凸台241、第二凸台242和固定板21一体设置。卡接槽12的槽壁、第二通孔132的孔壁共同对固定板21形成限制,从而提高支撑组件20与柔性主体10的连接紧固性。同时,第一凸台241和第二凸台242分列两侧并分别与第一通孔131和第二通孔132抵接,有利于柔性主体10受力均衡。
请参照图4和图6,第一通孔131和第二通孔132之间形成连接板133,支撑板22处于收纳状态时,支撑板22的上表面贴合连接板133。也就是说,支撑板22处于收纳状态时,支撑板22和固定板21压贴连接板133设置。
请一并参照图9,在本实施例中,支撑板22在其上表面向下开设有避让连接板133的避让槽221。结合第一凸台241高度小于或等于第一通孔131孔壁的设计,在第二凸台242也未对支撑板22扣合于固定板21造成障碍的情况下,避让槽221的开设,使得支撑板22与第一凸台241的间距缩短。从而减小支撑板22处于支撑状态时支撑组件20的整体高度。
请参照图4和图5,柔性主体10在其下表面向上开设有容纳支撑板22的容置槽14 ,支撑板22处于收纳状态时,支撑板22位于容置槽14内。容置槽14的开设,避免支撑板22在收纳状态时裸露于柔性主体10而非人为打开,或突出于柔性主体10而受到磕碰的情况。优选的,容置槽14的高度设置使得支撑板22处于容纳状态时,支撑板22的上表面与柔性主体10平齐。
请参照图4,柔性主体10在卡接槽12的左槽壁设有用于限制固定板21向上移动的左阻挡件151。安装时,支撑板22穿过第一通孔131后,将固定板21的左端部插接左阻挡件151和卡接槽12槽底之间的间隙,而后将固定板21的右端部也压入卡接槽12中。
柔性主体10在卡接槽12的右槽壁设有用于限制固定板21向上移动的右阻挡件152。安装时,支撑板22穿过第一通孔131后,将固定板21的左端部插接左阻挡件151和卡接槽12槽底之间的间隙,而后将固定板21的右端部朝卡接槽12方向将右阻挡件152压贴于卡接槽12。也可以在支撑板22穿过第一通孔131后,将固定板21的右端部插接右阻挡件152和卡接槽12槽底之间的间隙,而后将固定板21的左端部朝卡接槽12方向将左阻挡件151压贴于卡接槽12。左阻挡件151和右阻挡件152与柔性主体10一体设置,左阻挡件151和右阻挡件152具有弹性而能够在固定板21压贴下弹性变形并在固定板21与柔性主体10分离时回复原状。左阻挡件151和右阻挡件152的设置进一步提高固定板21和柔性主体10的连接稳固性。
请参照图7至图9,支撑板22在与容置槽抵接的表面开设有限位槽,柔性主体10在容置槽的槽壁设有与限位槽配合的限位件。限位件具有弹性并在支撑板22从下往上转动以贴合固定板21过程中,限位件受压变形直到第一限位槽与第一限位件161正对时,第一限位件复位而分别置于第一限位槽内。该设计增加支撑板22离开容置槽14的难度,从而降低非人为打开支撑板22的概率。
优选的,限位槽222有两个,并对称设于支撑板22前表面和后表面。相应的,限位件有两个。限位槽222靠近支撑板22的自由端设置,从而增加限位件161到转动结构23的力矩以增加打开支撑板22的难度。
限位件161和柔性主体10一体设置。
请参照图4和图5,柔性主体10在其左侧表面向右开设有与容置槽14连通的操作孔17,操作孔17向下贯穿至柔性主体10的下表面。操作孔17为人手打开支撑件 的操作空间,为操作提供便利。
请参照图4,支撑板22在收纳状态时,支撑板22的右表面与容置槽14的右槽壁之间留有间隙而在支撑状态时支撑板22的右表面旋转进入避让空间而其下表面抵接容置槽14的右槽壁而限制支撑板22向下转动。即,容置槽14的右槽壁用于限制支撑板22的支撑角度。
请参照图3,电子产品保护套还包括连接固定板21上表面的隔离片30。本实施例中,支撑组件20采用铝合金制成,隔离片30用于隔离支撑组件20和电子产品直接接触,从而避免电子产品与支撑组件20摩擦产生刮痕。隔离片30可为选用耐摩擦材料涂覆在固定板21上。隔离片30在左阻挡件151和右阻挡件152处作避让处理。隔离片30具有一定的厚度,隔离片30的厚度小于或等于左阻挡件151/右阻挡件152的厚度,使得固定板21位于卡接槽12内时,隔离片30不会突出于柔性主体10的上表面,从而降低隔离片30与电子产品的摩擦的概率。
请参照图8或图9,本实施例中,固定板21和支撑板22由转动结构23连接。转动结构23包括连接支撑板22的转接板231、连接转接板231一端侧向外伸出且卷曲呈孔柱的转接头232、固定在固定板21上的两个安装孔柱233和顺次穿过一个安装孔柱233、转接头232和另一安装孔柱233的阻尼转轴234,转接头232随阻尼转轴234在两个安装孔柱233之间绕轴线转动。支撑板22通过固定板21连接于转接头232,使得支撑板22能够相对固定板21稳定悬停并根据实际需要,调整支撑板22相对固定板21的支撑角度。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电子产品保护套,其特征在于,包括:
    柔性主体,由弹性材料制成,所述柔性主体在其上表面向下开设有用于固定电子产品固定槽,所述柔性主体在所述固定槽的槽底向下开设有卡接槽,所述卡接槽具有相对设置的第一槽壁和第二槽壁,所述柔性主体在所述卡接槽槽底开设有贯通设置的第一通孔,所述第一槽壁和所述第二槽壁均与所述第一通孔间隔设置;
    支撑组件,包括固定板、支撑板和转动结构,所述固定板设于所述卡接槽,所述支撑板通过所述转动结构转动连接所述固定板,并具有贴合于所述固定板的收纳状态和与所述固定板呈一支撑夹角的支撑状态;
    其中,所述第一通孔避让所述转动结构并供所述支撑板穿过,所述第一槽壁和所述第二槽壁均与所述固定板抵触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述卡接槽沿所述柔性主体的短边方向延伸设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述支撑组件在所述固定板上表面设有第一凸台,所述转动结构连接所述第一凸台,所述第一凸台与所述第一通孔相配合,并在所述固定板卡接所述卡接槽时,所述第一通孔限制所述第一凸台在水平方向的移动。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述柔性主体在所述卡接槽槽底向下开设有贯通设置的第二通孔,所述第二通孔与所述第一通孔沿所述卡接槽的延伸方向对称设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述支撑组件在所述固定板上表面设有第二凸台,所述第二凸台与所述第二通孔相配合设置,所述固定板卡接所述卡接槽时,所述第二通孔限制所述第二凸台在水平方向的移动。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述第一通孔 和所述第二通孔之间形成连接板,所述支撑板处于收纳状态时,所述支撑板的上表面贴合所述连接板。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述支撑板在其上表面向下开设有避让所述连接板的避让槽。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任一所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述柔性主体在其下表面向上开设有容纳所述支撑板的容置槽,所述支撑板处于所述收纳状态时,所述支撑板位于所述容置槽内。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述支撑板在与所述容置槽抵接的表面开设有限位槽,所述柔性主体在所述容置槽的槽壁设有与所述限位槽相配合的限位件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述限位槽靠近所述支撑板的自由端设置。
  11. 如权利要求8的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述柔性主体在其左侧表面向右开设有与所述容置槽连通的操作孔,所述操作孔向下贯穿至所述柔性主体的下表面。
  12. 如权利要求1的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述卡接槽左右延伸设置,所述柔性主体在所述卡接槽的左槽壁设有用于限制所述固定板向上移动的左阻挡件。
  13. 如权利要求1的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述卡接槽左右延伸设置,所述柔性主体在所述卡接槽的左槽壁和右槽壁分别设有用于限制所述固定板向上移动的左阻挡件和右阻挡件。
  14. 如权利要求1的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述电子产品保护套还包括连接所述固定板上表面的隔离片。
  15. 如权利要求13的电子产品保护套,其特征在于,所述电子产品保护套还包括连接所述固定板上表面的隔离片,所述隔离片的厚度小于或等于所述左阻挡件/所述右阻挡件的厚度。
