Description

THREE ROVING COMPACT YARN PRODUCTION METHOD AND SYSTEM Technological Field:
The invention relates to a production system and method that will increase the production speed by reducing the number of machines and processes used to produce yarns that will be an alternative to the three-ply yarns used in the textile industry.
State of the Art:
Yarn is one of the most important semi-products used in the production of textile products. Although there are many alternative spinning technologies working with different principles at the present time, the importance of increasing the efficiency of existing technologies and realizing yarn production with more economical methods is increasing day by day. According to the usage purposes, the yarns are produced in single or multilayers. With ply yarn structures, yarn production with superior properties is provided compared to single ply. In the production of ply yarn, folding and twisting machines are also added to the production process and cause more machinery, space, time and energy usage. Although there are inventions that enable the produced yarn in similar to the plied yarn structure from more than one roving, it is seen that the quality characteristics of the yarns should be further improved. The invention, which is the subject of the description, defines a new three-ply yarn production system and method in which some processes and the machines (production lines) that perform these processes are eliminated and the rovings are compacted with air suction before yarn formation. In the known technique, each single-ply yarn is produced in separate yarn machines in order to produce three-ply yarn, and then the final product is obtained by first folding and then twisting machines. For this reason, two extra machines (production lines) are needed to obtain the three-ply yarn in the prior art. This causes an increase in production costs and time losses.
In a method known as “sirospun” in the prior art, two rovings are fed to the conventional spinning machine drafting system to form a yarn structure with two single-ply yarn components. With these methods, only yarns similar to the two- ply yarn structures are produced, and three-ply yarns demanded by the market cannot be supplied.
In the patent document numbered CN204475035 (U), which was encountered in the literature search, a machine for forming a single yarn from three different yarns is described. A large number of cylinders, rotating rods, pressure device and winding device are used to obtain a single yarn from three different yarns in the document. In the pressure device, three different yarns are wound as a single thread. This document is based on folding three yarns, not three rovings. A method that drafting and condensing three rovings used in the invention which is subjected in this description is not used here.
In the patent document numbered CN101191262 (A), which was encountered in the literature search, a machine that makes a single yarn from a roving taken from two roving bobbins is described. In the document, a single yarn structure is obtained by spinning the rovings fed from two roving bobbins in a conventional spinning mechanism. The compaction of the yarns is created with the help of air. In the aforementioned document, two-ply yarn is made, and in the invention, which is the subject of the description, three-ply yarn is produced. A multi-roving (four roving) spinning machine is described in the document numbered CN201686788 (U), which was encountered in the literature search. In the mentioned machine, more than one roving is fed to the drafting system with the help of a guide, and after the drafting system, it passes through a guide and takes twist. Although yarn production from more than one roving is described in the aforementioned document, the compacting method is not used in the drafting area.
As a result, there is a need for a three roving compact yarn production method and system in which the known state of the art is overcome and the disadvantages are eliminated. Brief Description of the Invention:
The invention is a three roving compact yarn production method and system, in which the known state of the art is overcome, the disadvantages are eliminated and additional features are included. The aim of the invention is to reveal a three roving compact yarn production method and system, in which doubling and twisting machines (production lines) are removed from the production method, thereby reducing the necessary processes, cost and time losses. Another aim of the invention is to reveal a new production method and system in which the hairiness problem encountered in the final product is reduced as a result of reducing the number of processes during production, and yarn with better properties compare to the yarns produced in multi-roving spinning. In order to achieve all the objectives mentioned above and which will emerge from the detailed explanation below, the present invention is a three roving compact yarn production method to increase the production speed by reducing the number of machines and processes and produce three-ply yarns that used in the textile industry characterized by the process steps of; Setting the distance of three-rovings with the three-grooved delivery cylinder at aligned distance, delivering the rovings fed from the feeding cylinder to the drafting and compacting area, drafting and thinning three rovings in compacting and drafting zone, the rovings that come out from compacting and drafting area, forming a three roving compact yarn structure by twisting, winding the obtained three roving compact yarns into bobbins. Description of Figures:
The invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the features of the invention will be more clearly understood. However, it is not intended to limit the invention to these particular embodiments. On the contrary, it is also intended to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents that may be included within the scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. It is to be understood that the details shown are for illustrative purposes only and are intended to provide the most useful and easy to understand description of both the embodiment of the methods and the rules and conceptual features of the invention. In these drawings;

31. Three roving compact yarn Description of the Invention:
In this detailed description, the three roving compact yarn production method and system, which is the subject of the invention, is explained with examples that will not create any limiting effect only for a better understanding of the subject. In the specification, a production system and method are described to increase the production speed by reducing the number of machines and processes used to produce the three-ply yarns used in the textile industry. In Figure 1, a view showing the three roving compact yarn production system, which is the subject of the invention, is given. Accordingly, three feeding rovings (10) in the system are aligned at the distances between the rovings adjusted with the help of three-grooved delivery cylinders. Subsequently, the rovings (11) fed from the feeding rovings (10) are delivered to the compacting and drafting zone (20). In the compacting and drafting zone (20), three rovings (11) are subjected to the drafting process and compacted with the help of air. The rovings (11) coming out of the compacting and drafting zone (20) form the three roving compact yarn structures by twisting (31) and are wound on the bobbins (30) by passing through the yarn guide (21).
With the method of the invention, doubling and folding machines (production lines) were removed from the production method, and thus, necessary processes, cost and time losses were prevented. In the invention, the distance of the three feeding rovings (10) that feed the roving (11) is adjusted by three- grooved delivery cylinder, and the compacting of the three rovings (11) is done while three rovings move simultaneously in the compacting and drafting zone (20).
The method of the invention presents an alternative that reduces the long and costly production expenses of three-ply yarns and facilitates production.
