본 발명은 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트에 관한 것으로, 사용자가 착용하도록 구비되며, 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 닿지 않도록 함몰된 기저귀욕창예방부가 형성된 기저귀 및 상기 기저귀를 감싸도록 구비되며, 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 닿지 않도록 함몰된 커버욕창예방부가 형성된 커버를 포함한다. (대표도) 도 1

Description

욕창 예방 기저귀 세트
본 발명은 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 환자가 누운 자세에서 꼬리뼈 부분에 욕창이 생기는 것을 예방하거나, 욕창이 생긴 상황에서 더욱 악화되는 것을 방지하는 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트에 관한 것이다.
척수장애인이나 중증사지마비환자, 인지장애환자, 고령자의 경우 신체의 움직임 제약으로 인해 대부분의 시간을 누워서 생활을 해야 하는데 사지의 움직임 제한으로 인해 엉덩이, 특히 꼬리뼈 부분에서 욕창 발생 가능성이 매우 높다. 이는 꼬리뼈Coccyx와 엉치뼈Sacrum(이하 꼬리뼈 부분)은 누워있는 자세에서 신체가 바닥면에 가장 압력을 많이 받는 곳이기 때문이다.
욕창이란 국소부위의 조직 괴사를 의미하며, 주로 뼈 돌출 부위의 연조직이 지속적인 변형 또는 압박을 받을 때 발생하게 된다. 욕창은 주로 궁둥뼈(Ischial Tuberosity; IT) 부위와 꼬리뼈의 연 조직에서 발생하는데, 척수장애인이나 중증사지마비환자, 인지장애환자, 고령자를 사망까지 이를 수 있게 하는 심각한 합병증이며, 환자의 재활, 직업, 일상생활 등을 방해하는 요인이 된다. 욕창은 간단하게 발생하여 수개월의 회복 시간을 필요로 하며, 치료 및 수술에 드는 비용이 매우 크다. 또한 욕창 발생은 환자의 예후에 좋지 않고 삶의 질을 저하시키기 때문에 예방이 무엇보다 중요하다.
하지만 현재까지 개발되어 판매중인 기저귀들은 욕창 예방에 효과적인 제품은 없기 때문에 욕창 환자들이 관리를 하는데 어려움이 있을 수 밖에 없다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로서, 환자가 누운 자세에서 꼬리뼈 부분에 욕창이 생기는 것을 예방하거나, 욕창이 생긴 상황에서 더욱 악화되는 것을 방지하는 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트는 사용자가 착용하도록 구비되며, 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 닿지 않도록 함몰된 기저귀욕창예방부가 형성된 기저귀 및 상기 기저귀를 감싸도록 구비되며, 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 닿지 않도록 함몰된 커버욕창예방부가 형성된 커버를 포함한다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트는 사용자가 오랜 시간 누운 자세에서도 꼬리뼈 등의 압력이 집중되는 부분의 압력을 줄여 욕창 발생을 예방하고, 욕창이 생긴 상화에서는 더욱 악화되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 사용자의 압력이 집중되는 부분을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있어 사용자의 잘못된 자세나 정렬에 대해 인식하여 교정할 수 있고, 압력이 집중되지 않도록 자세를 변경할 수 있다.

이하에서는 참고 도면을 함께 참조하여 설명한다.

도 1 내지 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트(100)는 기저귀(100) 및 커버(200)를 포함한다.
여기서, 상기 기저귀(100)는 사용자가 착용하도록 형성된 것으로, 양측에는 날개 형태로 연장되어 형성될 수 있으며, 끝단에는 접착부재가 형성되어 서로 마주하는 끝단과 접착되어 사용자가 착용할 수 있게 된다. 또한, 내측에 수분 흡수가 용이한 흡수패드가 구비될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 기저귀(100)는 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 닿지 않도록 함몰된 기저귀욕창예방부(110)가 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 기저귀욕창예방부(110)는, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 평면 형태가 타원형태로 형성될 수 있으며, 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 직사각형 형태로도 형성될 수 있다. 다만, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 다양한 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
이러한, 상기 기저귀욕창예방부(110)는 제1메쉬부(111) 및 제2메쉬부(112)를 포함할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 기저귀욕창예방부(110)는 기저귀(100)의 착용시 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 위치하는 기저귀(100)의 후측 상부에 구비될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 기저귀욕창예방부(110)는, 도 3 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자의 피부와 닿는 부분에 내피(101)가 형성되고, 기저귀(100)의 외측면을 구성하는 외피(102)가 형성될 수 있으며, 내피(101)와 외피(102) 사이에는 제1메쉬부(111) 및 제2메쉬부(112)가 삽입될 수 있다.
특히, 내피(101)의 하부에는 3D 메쉬 형태로 형성된 제1메쉬부(111)가 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제1메쉬부(111)의 하부에는 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 홀(112a)이 형성된 3D 메쉬 형태로 형성된 제2메쉬부(112)가 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 제1메쉬부(111)와 제2메쉬부(112)가 3D 메쉬 소재로 형성됨으로써, 통기성을 가지며, 쿠션감과 신축성이 우수하여 체중을 분산시켜 혈액순환이 원할하게 이루어질 수 있다.
다만, 상기 제1메쉬부(111)와 제2메쉬부(112)는 3D 메쉬 소재 외에도 메모리폼, 스펀지 등과 같은 통기성과 보온성을 가지며, 쿠션감과 신축성이 우수한 소재라면 어떠한 것도 가능하다.
또한, 상기 기저귀욕창예방부(110)는 제2메쉬부(112)에 형성된 홀(112a)에 의해 꼬리뼈가 닿는 부분이 함몰되어 꼬리뼈가 제2메쉬부(112)의 홀(112a)에 수용되고, 제2메쉬부(112)에는 닿지 않게 되므로 꼬리뼈 부분에 압력이 집중되는 것을 방지하고 그 주변으로 압력이 분산되게 된다.
즉, 사용자가 기저귀(100)를 착용할 시 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 함몰된 기저귀욕창예방부(110)에 안착하게 되고, 제2메쉬부(112)에 형성된 홀(112a)에 의해 꼬리뼈를 제외한 꼬리뼈 주변이 접촉되고 압력이 가해지므로 꼬리뼈에 욕창이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 커버(200)는, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자가 착용하도록 형성되며, 착용 시 기저귀(100)를 감싸 고정할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 커버(200)는 상부 양측이 연장된 벨트부가 형성되고, 벨트부의 단부에는 접착부재가 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 하부 양측에도 접착부재가 형성되어 벨트부가 접힐 시 탈부착할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 사용자가 기저귀(100)를 착용한 상태에서 커버(200)를 기저귀(100) 위에 착용하여 기저귀(100)를 고정할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버(200)는 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 닿지 않도록 함몰된 커버욕창예방부(210)가 형성될 수 있다.
여기서, 도 6 내지 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 커버욕창예방부(210)는 제3메쉬부(211), 제4메쉬부(212) 및 압력센서(213)를 포함할 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 커버욕창예방부(210)는 기저귀(100)의 착용시 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 위치하는 기저귀(100)의 후측 상부에 구비될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 커버욕창예방부(210)는, 내측 부분에 내피(201)가 형성되고, 커버(200)의 외측면을 구성하는 외피(202)가 형성될 수 있으며, 내피(201)와 외피(202) 사이에는 제3메쉬부(211) 및 제4메쉬부(212)가 삽입될 수 있다.
특히, 내피(201)의 하부에는 3D 메쉬 형태로 형성된 제3메쉬부(211)가 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 제3메쉬부(211)의 하부에는 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 홀(212a)이 형성된 3D 메쉬 형태로 형성된 제4메쉬부(212)가 형성될 수 있다.
즉, 상기 제3메쉬부(211)와 제4메쉬부(212)가 3D 메쉬 소재로 형성됨으로써, 통기성을 가지며, 쿠션감과 신축성이 우수하여 체중을 분산시켜 혈액순환이 원할하게 이루어질 수 있다.
다만, 상기 제3메쉬부(211)와 제4메쉬부(212)는 3D 메쉬 소재 외에도 메모리폼, 스펀지 등과 같은 통기성과 보온성을 가지며, 쿠션감과 신축성이 우수한 소재라면 어떠한 것도 가능하다.
또한, 상기 커버욕창예방부(210)는 제4메쉬부(212)에 형성된 홀(212a)에 의해 꼬리뼈가 닿는 부분이 함몰되어 꼬리뼈가 제4메쉬부(212)의 홀(212a)에 수용되고, 제4메쉬부(212)에는 닿지 않게 되므로 꼬리뼈 부분에 압력이 집중되는 것을 방지하고 그 주변으로 압력이 분산되게 된다.
즉, 사용자가 커버(200)를 착용할 시 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 함몰된 커버욕창예방부(210)에 안착하게 되고, 제4메쉬부(212)에 형성된 홀(212a)에 의해 꼬리뼈를 제외한 꼬리뼈 주변이 접촉되고 압력이 가해지므로 꼬리뼈에 욕창이 발생되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
한편, 상기 제4메쉬부(212) 하부에는 복수개의 압력센서(213)가 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로, 상기 압력센서(213)는 제4메쉬부(212) 하부에 구비될 수 있으며, 홀(212a)의 하부와 홀(212a)의 좌우측 하부에 각각 구비되어 꼬리뼈 및 꼬리뼈의 주변에 가해지는 압력을 측정할 수 있다. 본 실시예에서는 3개의 압력센서(213)를 적용한 것으로 기재하였으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니며 압력센서(213)의 수와 설치위치는 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있다.
아울러, 상기 압력센서(213)에서 측정된 압력은 스마트기기, PC와 같은 외부기기로 전송할 수 있으며, 외부기기에 설치된 소프트웨어를 통하여 측정된 압력 정보를 사용자가 모니터링하여 현재 자신의 압력이 집중되는 부위를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있어 자신의 신체에 대한 잘못된 자세나 정렬에 대하여 인식할 수 있고, 이를 교정할 수 있으며, 잘못된 자세로 인한 압력에 대해 신호를 주어 자세를 변경할 수 있다.
또한, 측정된 압력 정보를 원격 진료 시스템을 통하여 사용자와 상기 사용자의 보호자, 보조자 및 관련 의료인이 공유할 수도 있다.
한편, 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 사용자의 배설물을 진공으로 흡입하는 진공흡입식 배설케어기기와 연결되는 배출컵(220)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 배출컵(220)은 커버(200)이 하부, 즉 사용자의 항문이 위치하는 부분에 구비될 수 있으며, 진공흡입식 배설케어기기와 연결되어 사용자의 배설물을 배출할 수 있다.
이제까지 본 발명에 대하여 그 바람직한 실시예들을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 명세서를 통해 개시된 모든 실시예들과 조건부 예시들은, 본 발명의 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 당업자가 독자가 본 발명의 원리와 개념을 이해하도록 돕기 위한 의도로 기술된 것으로, 당업자는 본 발명이 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 변형된 형태로 구현될 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다.그러므로 개시된 실시예들은 한정적인 관점이 아니라 설명적인 관점에서 고려되어야 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 전술한 설명이 아니라 특허청구범위에 나타나 있으며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 차이점은 본 발명에 포함된 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 사용자가 착용하도록 구비되며, 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 닿지 않도록 함몰된 기저귀욕창예방부가 형성된 기저귀; 및
    상기 기저귀를 감싸도록 구비되며, 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈가 닿지 않도록 함몰된 커버욕창예방부가 형성된 커버;
    를 포함하는 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 기저귀욕창예방부는
    내피의 하부에 구비되는 제1메쉬부; 및
    상기 제1메쉬부의 하부에 구비되고, 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 제1홀이 형성된 제2메쉬부;
    를 포함하는 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버욕창예방부는
    내피의 하부에 구비되는 제3메쉬부;
    상기 제3메쉬부의 하부에 구비되고, 상기 사용자의 꼬리뼈 부분에 제2홀이 형성된 제4메쉬부; 및
    상기 제4메쉬부 하부에 구비되되, 상기 홀의 하부와 상기 홀의 좌우측 하부에 구비되어 압력을 측정하는 복수개의 압력센서;
    를 포함하는 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버는
    일측에 내부와 연통되도록 구비되어 상기 사용자의 배설물을 진공으로 흡입하는 진공흡입식 배설케어기기와 연결되는 배출컵을 더 포함하는 욕창 예방 기저귀 세트.
