如此,根据本发明的实施例,本发明可以提供多种视觉效果,其中在日常使用时,关闭第一发光部,打开第二发光部,仅通过第二光线均匀照亮灯罩表面,可以用作普通照明灯具完成照明功能;当即将入睡前,打开第一发光部,关闭第二发光部,仅在灯罩表面显示由第一光线形成的光斑效果,从而有助于用户静心入睡;进一步的还可以同时打开第一发光部和第二发光部,并激活第一驱动部,在灯罩表面叠加展现出浪漫的动态光斑效果。
优选的,所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部由不同发光部件提供光线,所述第一发光部包括点光源和线光源,且所述第一光线为聚向光线;可以使用钨丝灯,或者LED颗粒灯,或者LED灯丝灯,但应该避免表面磨砂处理,最好带有反光罩或聚光透镜,尽量将第一光线的射出方向与外层表面平行,避免第一光线发散角度过大而朝向外层。优选的,还可以将第一发光部的发光体(如灯丝)设置为某个图案符号,从而可以使得第一光斑呈现为该图案符号,例如,W型,或者X型等。
优选的,所述第二发光部包括面光源,且所述第二光线为漫散射光线,最好使用多个带有磨砂表面的LED灯珠,或者带有乳白导光条的LED灯带。其目的是均匀的照亮整个外层。
可以理解的,对灯光的变化控制可以通过灯具的控制按钮,或者使用手机等进行控制。
通常,部分第一光线也会被储液容器或者储液容器中的透明流体所散射到外层形成背景灯光,起到第二光线的作用。第一光线的发散角度越小,就会越少散射到外层。
优选的,所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部由同一发光部件提供光线,其中部分光线作为第一光线朝向第一干扰物照射,其中部分光线作为第二光线朝向所述外层照射;且所述第一光线和所述第二光线的光线分布适于通过一变焦结构调整。当设有一个发散角度调整功能的变焦结构时,通过调整该变焦结构,可以调整发光部件的散射角度,从而分配其作为第一光线的部分以及作为第二光线的部分,达到分别调整第一光线和第二光线亮度的目的。
优选的,在所述外层和所述第一储液容器之间设有间隙,所述间隙尺寸在10mm-100mm之间。可以理解的,当第二发光部设置于储液容器中心并放射状向外照射时,透明的流体不会影响第二光线的射出,但是过小的间隙会造成,当某些第一干扰物贴近所述储液 容器的内壁时会在所述外层上形成阴影,从而影响第一光斑带来的美感。当然,过大的间隙也会使得第一光斑在外层上的运动速度过快,从而影响用户的浪漫体验。
一般的干扰物选择带有反射面的反光片,其大小在3mm-10mm之间最优。当然,干扰物也可是带有反光面的三维体,或者通体透明的折光体。其比重应该尽量和第一流体接近,从而可以长期悬浮在第一流体中。反光片的数量一般在10到100片之间效果最好。
优选的,所述第二发光部位于所述间隙内并直接朝向所述外层发射所述第二光线,这样可以完全避免第一干扰物对第二光线的影响。
优选的,所述流体包括第一液体,所述灯光装置还包括第一驱动部,所述第一驱动部适于驱动所述第一液体和第一干扰物在所述储液容器内运动。流体可以是不容易流动的透明胶状物,也可以容易流动的透明液体。当采用透明胶状物时,用户可以自行晃动储液容器从而改变第一干扰物在其中的位置、分布和翻转方向。当采用液体时,就可以进一步通过自动的某些结构改变第一干扰物的位置、分布和翻转方向。
优选的,所述第一驱动部包括加热部,所述加热部位于所述储液容器底部附近,并通过加热所述第一液体所产生的热对流,带动所述第一干扰物移动/偏转。可以利用第一发光部的发光部件的余热当做加热部,也可以使用单独的加热部件,例如电热丝等作为加热部件,从而可以单独控制发热量,这样避免调高光斑亮度的时候同时加快反光片的翻转速度。被加热的第一液体上下热对流,可以带动第一干扰物移动偏转。
优选的,所述第一驱动部包括位于所述储液容器外部的第一运动部和位于储液容器内部的第二运动部,所述第一运动部及所述第二运动部磁力耦合,所述第一运动部适于通过磁力耦合带动所述第二运动部运动,从而带动所述第一液体流动和第一干扰物移动/偏转。显然,可以采用与转动电机相连的第一运动部来带动第二运动部水平旋转。这样的优点在于,可以通过控制部控制第一运动部的旋转方向或者旋转速度进行即时变化,从而改变第一光斑的速度或运动规律,例如配合不同风格的音乐,可以控制第一光斑的运动速度不同,或者配合音乐节拍控制第一光斑时动时停。
优选的,所述储液容器包括透明的分隔部,所述分隔部将所述储液容器分为多个相互液体隔离的腔体,其中至少包括第一腔体和第二腔体;所述第一腔体中容置所述第一液体和所述第一干扰物,所述第二腔体中容置有透明的第二液体和第二干扰物,经所述第二干扰物反射或折射后的第一光线适于在所述外层上呈现第二光斑;还包括第二驱动部,所述第二驱动部适于驱动所述第二腔体中的第二液体和第二干扰物运动。
两个腔体的关系可以有多种,例如前后关系,内外关系等,只需其形成的第一光斑 和第二光斑可以同时叠加在外层即可。
优选的,所述第二驱动部包括位于所述第二腔体外部的第三运动部和位于第二腔体内部的第四运动部,所述第三运动部及所述第四运动部磁力耦合,所述第三运动部适于通过磁力耦合带动所述第四运动部运动,从而带动所述第二液体流动和第二干扰物移动/偏转。
将储液容器分为相互隔离的两个腔体,可以分别容置不同的液体和干扰物,例如,两种干扰物,大小不同,或者形状不同,或者比重不同,或者反射率不同;或者两种不同的液体,一个流动性好,一个流动性差。通常,第一干扰物持续运动,第二干扰物与音乐的节拍对应间或运动,这样的好处在于,第一光斑持续运动并不受到节拍的影响,而第二光斑随着节拍间或运动,两种光斑叠加投射在外层表面。当然,进一步的,还可以为第二干扰物独立配置第三发光部,从而第一光斑和第二光斑的颜色或亮度或图案符号也可以不同。
优选的,所述第一运动部/所述第三运动部由转动电机所驱动旋转。
优选的,所述第二运动部/所述第四运动部形成为杆状体,且所述杆状体沿所述储液容器的高度方向延伸。这样,在运动的时候对第一液体/第二液体的搅动力量上下均匀,使得光斑的运动速度相对均匀。
优选的,所述灯光装置还包括声音发出部,所述声音发出部适于发出声音。
优选的,所述控制部还根据用户输入或预设命令序列或外部即时输入的命令分别控制所述第一运动部/加热部/第三运动部/声音发出部工作。
优选的,还包括基座,所述第一发光部和第二发光部,以及所述第一运动部/加热部设于所述基座顶部,所述储液容器设置于所述基座之上,所述储液容器底部适于贴近所述第一发光部和所述第一运动部/加热部,所述第一运动部被转动电机所带动水平旋转;所述外层罩设所述储液容器和位于所述储液容器底部周侧的所述第二发光部,所述第一发光部适于向上发出第一光线,所述第二发光部适于向上发出第二光线。
优选的,所述储液容器成型为圆柱体,所述第二腔体位于所述储液容器中心并上下贯通所述储液容器,所述第一腔体环绕在所述第二腔体外周,所述加热部贴近所述第一腔体底部,所述第三运动部贴近所述第二腔体底部,所述第三运动部被转动电机所带动水平旋转。
优选的,所述第一干扰物和所述第二干扰物中的所有反射面中,至少包括两种不同的颜色,所述颜色不同的反射面适于在所述外层呈现颜色不同的光斑。这包括:多个第一干扰物中的部分第一干扰物的反射面颜色与其他第一干扰物的反射面颜色不同;所有第一干扰物和所有第二干扰物的反射面颜色都不同,或者所有第一干扰物都包括两个反射面,该两个 反射面的颜色不同,等多种情况。例如,有的是白色银光面,有的是绿色银光面,有的是红色银光面等。
优选的,还包括挥发物容置部,所述挥发物容置部临近所述加热部,放置于所述挥发物容置部的挥发物适于被所述加热部加热挥发香氛。例如,在基座顶部,可以设置香薰液或香薰粉的托盘,当加热部加热第一液体时,同时加热托盘。当然,当使用其他非加热的第一驱动部时,也可以为挥发物容置部单独设置加热部。
本发明的灯光装置采用照射第一干扰物的第一光线和照射外层的第二光线,可以分别控制背景灯光的亮度和光斑的亮度,从而使得本发明的灯光装置既可以当做仅有通体发光的台灯,又可以当做仅有动态光斑的夜灯,还可以二者结合并配合音乐节拍形成动感的视觉效果,当做情趣灯。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

本发明的第一实施例,是一种灯光装置,如图1所示。包括基座1和位于基座1之上的储液容器2,以及围设在储液容器2周围的外罩3。显然,在基座1和储液容器2之间还设有支撑或固定结构;第一发光部101、第二发光部102等可以设于基座1内。灯罩3可以直接架设在基座1上,也可以通过支撑件由储液容器2所支撑。
本实施例中,基座1和储液容器2都为圆柱型,具体的,基座1顶部设有1个第一发光部101,第一发光部101为LED点光源灯珠,不带有磨砂效果,其向上朝向储液容器2内照射,第一发光部101为RGB彩灯,可以通过控制部的预设控制命令序列控制颜色变化和亮度变化(关于控制部,将在后续描述);还有多个第二发光部102,也是白色LED点光源灯珠,表面带有磨砂效果,围绕在第一发光部101周围,向上朝向储液容器2外和外罩3内的间隙照射,用以照亮外罩3,本实施例中的间隙为50mm。储液容器2内有透明的第一液体以及第一干扰物21,第一干扰物21能够对第一发光部101发出的第一光线产生反射或折射,从而在外罩上呈现出多个第一光斑,形成第一视觉效果;本实施例中,第一液体具体的是水,第一干扰物21具体的是直径在6毫米的塑料镀银色反光片,其比重略小于水,平时漂浮在储液容器内的顶部,在水流的带动下会在储液容器2内上下移动翻转。
本实施例中,第一发光部101同时作为加热部对储液容器2内的第一液体进行加热,从而形成热对流。本发明的其他实施例中,还包括独立的加热部,用以独立加热储热容器内的第一液体。
在基座中还设有声音发出部13,用以同时发出声音,声音可以是预存在内部的,或者通过外部的有线或无线方式输入的音频流,例如通过手机蓝牙或Wi-Fi进行播放音频。
本发明的某些实施例中,在储液容器2的顶部,还设有反射盖,从而向下反射从底部向上发出的第一和第二光线。
图2中,是本发明的第二实施例。和第一实施例不同的在于,增加了可以即时控制的运动部件,具体的,是第一运动部103和与其磁力耦合的第二运动部22。第一运动部103 与基座上的转动电机104固定连接,并由转动电机驱动而水平旋转,从而带动第二运动部22在储液容器2内水平旋转,进而带动第一干扰物21运动翻转,形成动态的第一光斑。可以理解的,可以即时控制的驱动部的方法还有多种,例如,还可以通过机械结构或气压结构等配合储液容器的可变形的局部壁部带动内部的液体直接流动,或者带动内部的第二运动部运动等。
本实施例中,第一发光部101可以发出一定热量,从而,在平时,第一发光部101带动第一干扰物21运动,此时第一干扰物21的运动轨迹多数是上下翻滚,从而在外罩上呈现第一视觉效果。当通过外部无线控制的时候,与某些音乐节拍同步的,外部终端,例如手机,可以发送控制命令,控制第一运动部103旋转,从而带动第二运动部22水平旋转,从而带动第一干扰物21形成水平翻转,从而使得第一光斑短时间形成肉眼可识别的与第一视觉效果不同的第二视觉效果,在第一运动部103停止运动后,会逐渐恢复为第一视觉效果。
具体的,第二运动部22为圆柱体,底部设有磁铁,被同样设有磁铁的第一运动部带动水平旋转。在第二运动部22的周侧表面设有螺旋纹路,可以带动第一液体周向旋转。
如图3,本发明的第三实施例。进一步的,储液容器2内部由透明的隔断分隔为液体隔离的第一腔体201和第二腔体202。具体的,第二腔体202是圆柱型,位于储液容器2中心,第一腔体201围设在第二腔体202的周围。
第一腔体201底部对应设有第一发光部101,此处的第一发光部101紧贴第一腔体201的底部,从而可以只加热第一液体形成热对流而不会加热第二液体,第一液体的热对流带动第一干扰物21上下移动翻转,反射第一光线,在外罩3上呈现多个运动变化的第一光斑,形成第一视觉效果。
同时,第三运动部105设于转动电机104顶部,可以被控制水平转动,在第二腔体内的第四运动部24与之磁力耦合,也会水平旋转运动,从而带动第二干扰物23移动翻转,它们也是反射第一光线,并在外罩3上呈现多个运动变化的第二光斑,形成第二视觉效果。
因为有隔离部的存在,所以第一液体和第二液体相互隔离,从而第一视觉效果和第二视觉效果完全独立存在,互不影响。例如,第二干扰物23也是反光片,但是大于第一干扰物的尺寸,而且比重大于第一干扰物的比重,从而在第三运动部带动下会快速散开浮起,呈现多个快速运动的第二光斑,在外罩3上叠加出第二视觉效果,然后又会很快沉降消失。而第一光斑始终缓慢的上下翻转,持续形成第一视觉效果。
以上三个实施例中,灯光装置中都包括控制部(图中未示出),控制部适于控制所述 第一发光部、第二发光部、第一运动部、第三运动部。特别的,控制部根据用户按键输入的或内部存储的或外部即时发来的控制命令序列可以分别控制第一发光部101和第二发光部102的亮度,从而轻松切换不同的使用场景。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种灯光装置,其特征在于,包括:
    透明的储液容器,所述储液容器内容置有透明的流体,和第一干扰物;
    至少局部为透光但不透明的外层,所述外层设置在所述储液容器外部;
    第一发光部,所述第一发光部发出的第一光线适于朝向所述第一干扰物照射,并经所述第一干扰物反射或折射后转向,在所述外层上呈现第一光斑;
    第二发光部,所述第二发光部发出的第二光线适于朝向所述外层照射并在所述外层上形成均匀的着光面;
    控制部,所述控制部根据用户输入或预设命令序列或外部即时输入的命令分别调整所述第一发光部和第二发光部的亮度和/或颜色。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部由不同发光部件提供光线,所述第一发光部包括点光源和线光源,且所述第一光线为聚向光线,所述聚向方向与所述外层表面接近平行;所述第二发光部包括面光源,且所述第二光线为漫散射光线;
    或者,所述第一发光部和所述第二发光部由同一发光部件提供光线,其中部分光线作为第一光线朝向第一干扰物照射,其中部分光线作为第二光线朝向所述外层照射;且所述第一光线和所述第二光线的光线分配适于通过一变焦结构进行调整。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:在所述外层和所述第一储液容器之间设有间隙,所述间隙尺寸在10mm-100mm之间,所述间隙适于避免所述第一干扰物贴近所述储液容器的内壁时遮挡所述第二光线在所述外层上形成阴影。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述第二发光部位于所述间隙内并直接朝向所述外层发射所述第二光线。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述流体包括第一液体,所述灯光装置还包括第一驱动部,所述第一驱动部适于驱动所述第一液体和第一干扰物在所述储液容器内运动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述第一驱动部包括加热部,所述加热部位于所述储液容器底部附近,并通过加热所述第一液体所产生的热对流,带动所述第一干扰物移动/偏转。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述第一驱动部包括位于所述储液容器外部的第一运动部和位于储液容器内部的第二运动部,所述第一运动部及所述第二运动部磁力耦合,所述第一运动部适于通过磁力耦合带动所述第二运动部运动,从而带动所述第一液 体流动和第一干扰物移动/偏转。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述储液容器包括透明的分隔部,所述分隔部将所述储液容器分为多个相互液体隔离的腔体,其中至少包括第一腔体和第二腔体,所述第一腔体中容置所述第一液体和所述第一干扰物,所述第二腔体中容置有透明的第二液体和第二干扰物,经所述第二干扰物反射或折射后的第一光线适于在所述外层上呈现第二光斑;还包括第二驱动部,所述第二驱动部适于驱动所述第二腔体中的第二液体和第二干扰物运动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述第二驱动部包括位于所述第二腔体外部的第三运动部和位于第二腔体内部的第四运动部,所述第三运动部及所述第四运动部磁力耦合,所述第三运动部适于通过磁力耦合带动所述第四运动部运动,从而带动所述第二液体流动和第二干扰物移动/偏转。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述灯光装置还包括声音发出部,所述声音发出部适于发出声音。
  11. 根据权利要求6、7、9、10任一所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述控制部还根据用户输入或预设命令序列或外部即时输入的命令分别控制所述第一运动部/加热部/第三运动部/声音发出部工作。
  12. 根据权利要求5所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:还包括基座,所述第一发光部和第二发光部,以及所述第一运动部/加热部设于所述基座顶部,所述储液容器设置于所述基座之上,所述储液容器底部适于贴近所述第一发光部和所述第一运动部/加热部,所述第一运动部被转动电机所带动水平旋转;所述外层罩设所述储液容器和位于所述储液容器底部周侧的所述第二发光部,所述第一发光部适于向上发出第一光线,所述第二发光部适于向上发出第二光线。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述储液容器成型为圆柱体,所述第二腔体位于所述储液容器中心并上下贯通所述储液容器,所述第一腔体环绕在所述第二腔体外周,所述加热部贴近所述第一腔体底部,所述第三运动部贴近所述第二腔体底部,所述第三运动部被转动电机所带动水平旋转。
  14. 根据权利要求1或8任一所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:所述第一干扰物和所述第二干扰物中的所有反射面中,至少包括两种不同的颜色,所述颜色不同的反射面适于在所述外层呈现颜色不同的光斑。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的灯光装置,其特征在于:还包括挥发物容置部,所述挥发物容置 部临近所述加热部,放置于所述挥发物容置部的挥发物适于被所述加热部加热挥发香氛。
